Working principle: when the automatic packaging box is used, a dishwasher with packaging box protection is placed on the protection conveying plate 10 on the first guide plate assembly 6, then the first telescopic cylinder 61 is started to drive the protection conveying plate 10 and the dishwasher on the fourth conveying assembly 62 to move upwards, and the dishwasher on the fourth conveying assembly 62 and the protection conveying plate 10 are automatically conveyed to the first conveying assembly 2;
subsequently, the dishwasher on the first conveyor assembly 2 is automatically transported together with the protective transport plate 10 through the rotating inner ring frame 73 onto the second guide plate assembly 78 in the packaging assembly 7;
then, the second motor 64 on the second guide plate assembly 78 is started to drive the corresponding rotating frame 65 to rotate, and the connecting frame 66 is matched to drive the two side U-shaped frames 67 to move oppositely synchronously, so that the two side limiting frames 69 are driven to move oppositely until the top of the limiting frames 69 are contacted with the upper surface of the protective transport plate 10 on the fourth transport assembly 62, and the protective transport plate 10 is positioned;
then, two groups of second telescopic cylinders 710 are started to enable two second material conveying components 711 to move until the corresponding second material conveying components 711 move and contact with the outer wall of a packaging box on the outer side of the dish washer on the fourth conveying component 62, the lateral end of the dish washer is limited, then, a third motor 761 is controlled and started, a common connecting shaft 76 is matched to drive two third gears 75 to synchronously rotate, so that a toothed ring 74 is driven to rotate, and further the two side rotating inner ring frames 73 are driven to rotate in the corresponding rotating outer ring frames 71, the lateral end of the dish washer is rotated to the lower side, at the moment, the bottom of the dish washer is rotated to be close to the lateral end of the third conveying component 8, then, the second material conveying component 711 is used to enable the rotated dish washer to move to the next second material conveying component 711 and correspond to the third guide plate component 781, and at the moment, the protection conveying plate 10 is separated from the dish washer;
at this time, the packaging bottom support 101 on the third guide plate assembly 781 corresponds to the bottom of the dish washer, and then the inner ring frame 73 is reversely rotated to reset, so that the packaging bottom support 101 is clamped at the bottom of the packaging box of the dish washer to complete packaging of the dish washer;
then, the positioning of the packaging bottom support 101 is canceled, the completely packaged dish washer is transported to the first material transporting assembly 4 by using the third guide plate assembly 781 to be packaged for the first time by the first packaging machine 9, then transported to the position of the steering assembly 5, the dish washer after the first packaging is rotated by 90 degrees by the steering assembly 5, and then the dish washer after the 90 degrees rotation is transported to the second packaging machine 9 by the first material transporting assembly 4 to be packaged for the second time, so that the completely packaged dish washer is packaged effectively, and the packaging efficiency of the dish washer is improved;
wherein the detached protective transport plate 10 is moved by the second guide plate assembly 78 onto the second conveyor assembly 3 and subsequently transported again onto the first guide plate assembly 6 for subsequent packaging of the dishwasher.

the first conveying assembly (2) comprises two conveying side frames (21) which are symmetrically distributed, the conveying side frames (21) are fixedly arranged at the top of the first frame (11), a plurality of conveying shafts (22) which are uniformly distributed are rotatably arranged on opposite sides of the two conveying side frames (21), conveying belts (23) are movably sleeved on the outer sides of the conveying shafts (22) on the same conveying side frame (21), connecting shafts (221) are fixedly arranged between the tail ends of the two conveying side frames (21) corresponding to the two conveying shafts (22), chain wheels (24) are fixedly sleeved on the outer sides of the conveying shafts (22) in the conveying side frames (21), transmission chains (241) are meshed and connected on the outer sides of the plurality of chain wheels (24) in the same conveying side frame (21), a driving mechanism is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the conveying side frame (21), the driving end of the driving mechanism and the end part of one conveying shaft (22) are coaxially fixed, and a protective conveying plate (10) is arranged on the upper surface of the two conveying belts (23);
the first guide plate assembly (6) comprises four first telescopic cylinders (61) which are distributed in a rectangular mode, the first telescopic cylinders (61) are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the packaging table (1), a fourth conveying assembly (62) is fixedly arranged at the driving ends of the first telescopic cylinders (61), a guide plate underframe (63) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the fourth conveying assembly (62), a second motor (64) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the guide plate underframe (63), the driving ends of the second motor (64) penetrate through the guide plate underframe (63) and are fixedly provided with rotating frames (65), connecting frames (66) are rotatably arranged at the two end portions of the rotating frames (65), clamping seats (68) are fixedly arranged at the two sides of the bottom end of the fourth conveying assembly (62), U-shaped frames (67) are in symmetrical distribution structures in a sliding mode, one side, far away from the rotating frames (66), of each U-shaped frame (67) is rotatably arranged in the middle of the corresponding U-shaped frames (67), and the two U-shaped frames (69) are fixedly arranged at the back ends of the corresponding U-shaped frames (69).
