An object of the embodiment of this application is to provide a package assembly and have dish washer of this package assembly to solve the external water pipe on the prior art dish washer in the packing, be difficult to fix and easily by the problem of extrusion damage.

The structure of the bottom support is improved, the bottom support comprises a frame, the frame is composed of frame strips which are arranged in a grid shape, and the grooves are formed in the frame strips. Therefore, in production, only one connecting column can be manufactured by opening the die, and the connecting column can be used on the left side and the right side simultaneously, so that the applicability is improved, and the production cost is effectively reduced.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present application clearer, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

The packaging assembly and the dishwasher having the same provided in the embodiments of the present application will now be described in detail.

In a first embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, a dishwasher with a packaging assembly comprises a dishwasher 100 and the packaging assembly of the present application, and a water pipe 101 is provided on the dishwasher 100. The package assembly includes an outer package (not shown) and a cushion 200, the cushion 200 being disposed between the outer package and the dishwasher 100.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the bumper 200 is used for fixing the external water pipe 101 of the dishwasher 100, the bumper 200 includes a base 1 and a surrounding frame 2 connected to the periphery of the base 1, and the base 1 and the surrounding frame 2 are preferably integrally formed to improve the structural strength and rigidity.

In order to provide the fixing effect for the water pipe 101, in the embodiment, please refer to fig. 7 and fig. 8 together, it is preferable that the width L3 of the groove 3 on the base 1 is smaller than the pipe diameter L2 of the water pipe 101, so that the water pipe 101 can be embedded and fixed on the groove 3 of the base 1 in an interference fit manner, and the fixing effect for the water pipe 101 is further improved.

In other embodiments, please refer to fig. 9, the inner walls of the two sides of the groove 3 on the bottom support 1 may also have opposite ribs 31 to fasten the periphery of the water pipe 101 embedded in the groove 3, so as to effectively ensure the fixing effect of the water pipe 101.

The lug 23 and the socket are mutually inserted, so that the buffer pad 200 and the buffer side plate can be mutually connected, the structure compactness is effectively improved, and the occupied space in the package is saved.

In a second embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 10, the cushion pad 200 includes a surrounding frame 2, the surrounding frame 2 is used for abutting against the dishwasher 100, a hanging lug 4 extending towards the inside of the surrounding frame 2 is provided on the surrounding frame 2, a groove 3 having a groove depth not less than the pipe diameter of the water pipe 101 is provided on the hanging lug 4, so that the water pipe 101 can be inserted into and accommodated in the groove 3.

Therefore, the water pipe 101 can be embedded and fixed in the groove 3, and displacement or folding of the water pipe 101 in the transportation process is avoided. In a third embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 11, the package assembly comprises an outer package (not shown), a bumper top cover 300 and a bumper base 400, the bumper top cover 300 being disposed at the top of the dishwasher 100 and the bumper base 400 being disposed at the bottom of the dishwasher 100. A connecting column 500 positioned at both sides of the back of the dishwasher 100 is connected between the buffer top cover 300 and the buffer base 400, and the column shaft of the connecting column 500 is abutted against the dishwasher 100. The column body of the connecting column 500 is provided with a hanging lug 4, the hanging lug 4 is provided with a groove 3 with the groove depth not less than the pipe diameter of the water pipe 101, so that the water pipe 101 can be embedded and contained in the groove 3.

In one aspect, the bumper cap 300 and the bumper base 400 are provided to provide cushioning protection to the top and bottom of the dishwasher 100, respectively.

When the connecting column 500 abuts against the dishwasher 100, the dishwasher 100 is not pressed against the water pipe 101, thereby preventing the water pipe 101 from being broken and damaged due to the water pipe 101 being pressed by the dishwasher 100, and effectively ensuring the protection effect on the water pipe 101.

The connection posts 500 on both sides of the back of the dishwasher 100 may preferably be cylinders with the same shape, and the hanging lugs 4 on the connection posts 500 on both sides extend oppositely.
