Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, after the service personnel are provided for the after-sales service worksheet, the method further includes:

Referring to fig. 7, the after-sales service system according to the embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic commodity description, including:
the acquisition module 10 is used for acquiring static information and dynamic information of furniture;
the establishing module 20 is configured to establish an association relationship between the static information and the dynamic information, and construct a furniture information table according to the association relationship, where a single piece of furniture is used as an information dimension to store information in the furniture information table;
the preparation module 30 is configured to select all information of the single piece of furniture, combine with a preset commodity code preparation program, generate a commodity code of the single piece of furniture, and display the commodity code on a display interface.
As described above, the after-sales service system based on the electronic product description can realize the after-sales service method based on the electronic product description.
In one embodiment, the establishing module 20 further includes:
the extraction unit is used for extracting key fields of the static information and extracting key characters of the dynamic information;
the binding unit is used for binding the key field and the key character and generating an associated field to obtain an associated relation with the associated field;
the construction unit is used for constructing a furniture information table by taking a single piece of furniture as a column and taking each piece of detailed information of the single piece of furniture as a row;
and the importing unit is used for correspondingly importing the static information and the dynamic information into the furniture information table by taking the association relation as a base point to obtain the furniture information table for storing information by taking the single furniture as an information dimension.
In one embodiment, the preparation module 30 further includes:
the display unit is used for skipping to a commodity introduction interface based on the commodity code when the user scans the commodity code, and displaying functional items including commodity introduction, commodity video and after-sales service in the commodity introduction interface;
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the function item selection instruction of the user, and entering a function item interface and information display based on the function item selection instruction.
In one embodiment, the preparation module 30 further includes:
the second receiving unit is used for entering an after-sales service interface based on the function item selection instruction and receiving an after-sales service demand;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the after-sales service requirement and acquiring service matters in the after-sales service requirement;
a first judging unit, configured to judge whether the service item belongs to a first classified service item;
and the searching unit is used for searching the furniture information table according to the service matters if the service matters are found, acquiring the solution of the service matters, and feeding back the solution to the user in a link mode.
In one embodiment, the preparation module 30 further includes:
a reporting unit, configured to report the after-sales service requirement if the after-sales service requirement does not belong to the first classification service item;
and the allocation unit is used for generating an after-sales service work order according to the service matters and allocating service personnel for the after-sales service work order.
In one embodiment, the preparation module 30 further includes;
the second judging unit is used for acquiring the processing progress of the after-sales service work order and judging whether the processing progress is the completed service or not;
and the sending unit is used for generating an after-sales service expense bill according to the service matters if the service matters are received, and feeding the after-sales service expense bill back to the user.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present application also provides a computer device, and an internal structure of the computer device may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The nonvolatile storage medium stores an operating device, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing relevant data of an after-sales service method based on electronic commodity description and the like. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. Further, the above-mentioned computer apparatus may be further provided with an input device, a display screen, and the like. The computer program is executed by a processor to realize an after-sales service method based on electronic commodity instruction, and comprises the following steps: collecting static information and dynamic information of furniture; establishing an association relation between the static information and the dynamic information, and constructing a furniture information table according to the association relation, wherein information storage is carried out by taking a single piece of furniture as an information dimension in the furniture information table; and selecting all information of the single furniture, combining a preset commodity code preparation program to generate a commodity code of the single furniture, and displaying the commodity code on a display interface. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the architecture in connection with the present inventive arrangements and is not intended to limit the computer devices to which the present inventive arrangements are applicable.
An embodiment of the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements an after-market service method based on electronic commodity instructions, comprising the steps of: collecting static information and dynamic information of furniture; establishing an association relation between the static information and the dynamic information, and constructing a furniture information table according to the association relation, wherein information storage is carried out by taking a single piece of furniture as an information dimension in the furniture information table; and selecting all information of the single furniture, combining a preset commodity code preparation program to generate a commodity code of the single furniture, and displaying the commodity code on a display interface. It is understood that the computer readable storage medium in this embodiment may be a volatile readable storage medium or a nonvolatile readable storage medium.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium provided by the present application and used in embodiments may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), dual speed data rate SDRAM (SSRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.

Claims (10)

1. An after-market service method based on electronic commodity instructions, the method comprising:
collecting static information and dynamic information of furniture;
establishing an association relation between the static information and the dynamic information, and constructing a furniture information table according to the association relation, wherein information storage is carried out by taking a single piece of furniture as an information dimension in the furniture information table;
and selecting all information of the single furniture, combining a preset commodity code preparation program to generate a commodity code of the single furniture, and displaying the commodity code on a display interface.
2. The after-sales service method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing an association between the static information and the dynamic information and constructing a furniture information table according to the association comprises:
extracting key fields of the static information and key characters of the dynamic information;
binding the key field and the key character, and generating an associated field to obtain an associated relation with the associated field;
constructing a furniture information table by taking a single piece of furniture as a column and taking each piece of detailed information of the single piece of furniture as a row;
and correspondingly importing the static information and the dynamic information into the furniture information table by taking the association relation as a base point to obtain the furniture information table for information storage by taking the single furniture as an information dimension.
3. The electronic product description-based after-market service method according to claim 1, wherein after displaying the product code on a display interface, further comprising:
when a user scans the commodity code, jumping to a commodity introduction interface based on the commodity code, wherein functional items including commodity introduction, commodity video and after-sales service are displayed in the commodity introduction interface;
and receiving a function item selection instruction of the user, and entering a function item interface and information display based on the function item selection instruction.
4. The method for generating a furniture item according to claim 3, wherein when the function item selection instruction is an after-sales function item selection instruction, after receiving the function item selection instruction of the user, the method further comprises:
entering an after-sales service interface based on the function item selection instruction, and receiving an after-sales service demand;
analyzing the after-sales service demand to acquire service matters in the after-sales service demand;
judging whether the service matters belong to first classified service matters or not;
if yes, searching the furniture information table according to the service matters, obtaining a solution of the service matters, and feeding back the solution to the user in a link mode.
5. The after-market service method according to claim 4, wherein after the determining whether the service item belongs to the first category service item, further comprising:
if the service requirement does not belong to the first classified service item, reporting the after-sales service requirement;
and generating an after-sales service work order according to the service matters, and providing service personnel for the after-sales service work order.
6. The method for after-sales service based on electronic commodity instructions according to claim 5, further comprising, after said providing the after-sales service worksheet with service personnel:
acquiring the processing progress of the after-sales service work order, and judging whether the processing progress is finished service or not;
if yes, generating an after-sales service expense bill according to the service matters, and feeding back the after-sales service expense bill to the user.
7. An after-market service system based on electronic commodity instructions, the system comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring static information and dynamic information of furniture;
the building module is used for building an association relation between the static information and the dynamic information, and building a furniture information table according to the association relation, wherein the furniture information table stores information by taking a single piece of furniture as an information dimension;
the preparation module is used for selecting all information of the single furniture, combining a preset commodity code preparation program to generate commodity codes of the single furniture, and displaying the commodity codes on a display interface.
8. The electronic article surveillance based after-market service system of claim 7, wherein the setup module comprises:
the extraction unit is used for extracting key fields of the static information and extracting key characters of the dynamic information;
the binding unit is used for binding the key field and the key character and generating an associated field to obtain an associated relation with the associated field;
the construction unit is used for constructing a furniture information table by taking a single piece of furniture as a column and taking each piece of detailed information of the single piece of furniture as a row;
and the importing unit is used for correspondingly importing the static information and the dynamic information into the furniture information table by taking the association relation as a base point to obtain the furniture information table for storing information by taking the single furniture as an information dimension.

A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, performs the steps of the electronic commodity description based after-market service method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the electronic article description based after-market service method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
