Embodiments of the present invention provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer instructions, where the computer instructions cause the computer to perform the methods provided by the above method embodiments, for example, the methods include: the server acquires house source recommending and customizing information according to the user ID, wherein the house source recommending and customizing information comprises one or more types; displaying a house source information acquisition inlet card corresponding to the house source recommending and customizing information at a client; and when the house source information acquisition inlet card is excited, the server acquires the house source information corresponding to the house source information acquisition inlet card by inquiring the house source database and displays the house source information on the client.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
The above-described embodiments of the electronic device and the like are merely illustrative, where the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may also be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware. Claims (6)
1. A customized house source information recommendation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the server receives house source recommending and customizing information configured and sent by a client and a user ID of the client carried by the house source recommending and customizing information, wherein the house source recommending and customizing information is configured by the client according to a preset template on a house source recommending and customizing information configuration page and by setting configuration information according to house source types or areas where house sources are located, and the configuring of the house source recommending and customizing information according to the house source types comprises the following steps: sequentially setting a city, house source types and configuration options corresponding to the house source types, wherein the house source recommendation customization information is configured according to the area where the house source is located and comprises the following steps: carrying out city setting, carrying out region setting in the city range and carrying out cell setting in the region range;
the server correspondingly stores the received house source recommending and customizing information and the user ID in a database of the server;
when the client logs in, the server acquires house source recommending and customizing information according to the user ID of the client, wherein the house source recommending and customizing information comprises one or more types, and the house source recommending and customizing information corresponds to the user ID one to one;
enabling the client to display the house source information acquisition inlet card corresponding to the house source recommending and customizing information;
and when the house source information acquisition inlet card is excited, the server acquires the house source information corresponding to the house source information acquisition inlet card by inquiring the house source database and displays the house source information on the client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the premises types include a used house, a new house, and a rented house, wherein:
when the house source type is a second-hand house or a new house, the configuration options comprise areas, price ranges, house types, areas, orientations, building ages and floors;
when the house source type is a house renting type, the configuration options comprise a renting type, an area, a rent and a brand, wherein the renting type comprises a whole renting and a co-renting.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the server judges that the house source information comprises new house source information, pushing the new house source information to the client according to the user ID.
4. The utility model provides a customization house-source information recommendation system, which comprises a server and a client, the server includes customization information acquisition module, entry card display module and house-source information acquisition and display module, wherein:
the customization information obtaining module is used for: receiving the house source recommending and customizing information configured and sent by the client and the user ID of the client carried by the house source recommending and customizing information; and correspondingly storing the received house source recommending and customizing information and the user ID in a database of the server, wherein the house source recommending and customizing information is configured by the client according to a preset template on a house source recommending and customizing information configuration page and setting configuration information according to a house source type or a region where the house source is located, and the configuring of the house source recommending and customizing information according to the house source type comprises: sequentially setting a city, house source types and configuration options corresponding to the house source types, wherein the house source recommendation customization information is configured according to the area where the house source is located and comprises the following steps: carrying out city setting, carrying out region setting in the city range and carrying out cell setting in the region range;
the customization information obtaining module is further configured to: when the client logs in, acquiring house source recommending and customizing information according to the user ID of the client, wherein the house source recommending and customizing information comprises one or more types, and the house source recommending and customizing information corresponds to the user ID one to one;
the access card display module is to: enabling the client to display the house source information acquisition inlet card corresponding to the house source recommending and customizing information;
the house source information acquisition and display module is used for: and when the house source information acquisition inlet card is excited, acquiring house source information corresponding to the house source information acquisition inlet card by inquiring a house source database and displaying the house source information on the client.

An electronic device, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the processor and the memory communicate with each other via a bus; the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, the processor invoking the program instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1 or 3.
6. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 or 3.
