The processor 302 is configured to execute the program 310, and may specifically execute the relevant steps in the above-described embodiment of the recommendation method for house source information.
In particular, program 310 may include program code comprising computer-executable instructions.
The processor 302 may be a central processing unit CPU, or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement an embodiment of the present invention. The recommendation device for the house source information comprises one or more processors, which can be the same type of processor, such as one or more CPUs; or may be different types of processors such as one or more CPUs and one or more ASICs.
And a memory 306 for storing a program 310. Memory 306 may comprise high-speed RAM memory and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The program 310 may specifically be invoked by the processor 302 to cause the recommendation device of the house source information to perform the following operations:
acquiring house source information, broker information and enterprise information;
generating N business cards according to the house source information, the broker information and the enterprise information, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1, and different business cards correspond to different broker information and different house source information;
acquiring a target operation instruction of a target user on a target document, a target short video and/or a target webpage, wherein the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage correspond to the N business cards;
generating a user portrait corresponding to the target user according to the target operation instruction and the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage;
determining a target business card corresponding to the user image from the N business cards;
and recommending house resources to the target user according to the target business card.
In an optional manner, the generating a user representation corresponding to the target user according to the target operation instruction and the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage includes:
determining a behavior track of the target user according to the target operation instruction, wherein the behavior track comprises access time, access duration and access content of the target user, and is associated with the target document, the target short video and the target webpage;
and generating the user portrait according to the behavior track.
In an optional manner, the recommending a house source to the target user according to the target business card includes:
determining at least one target house source information corresponding to the target business card;
displaying the target house source information so that a broker corresponding to the target business card recommends the target house source information to the target user based on the target house source information;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and pushing the target room source information to the target user.
In an optional manner, before obtaining the target operation instruction of the target user on the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage, the method further includes:
obtaining a marketing task, wherein the marketing task corresponds to a target broker, the marketing task is associated with the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage, and the target broker is any one of brokers corresponding to the N business cards;
pushing the marketing task to the target broker so that the target broker performs a corresponding operation according to the marketing task.
In an optional manner, the method further comprises:
receiving completion information for the target broker, the completion information associated with the marketing task;
and displaying the completion information so that a manager monitors the completion progress of the marketing task.
In an optional manner, the method further comprises:
determining at least one target house source information corresponding to the target business card;
determining a target display house source according to the target house source information and the user picture;
updating the target business card according to the house source basic information of the target display house source and the house source picture of the target display house source;
extracting text content in the house source basic information and picture information in the house source picture;
generating a target display business card according to the text keywords corresponding to the text content, the display picture corresponding to the picture information and the target business card;
and pushing the target display business card to the target user.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium stores at least one executable instruction, and when the executable instruction runs on a recommendation device for house source information, the recommendation device for house source information executes a method for recommending house source information in any method embodiment described above.
The executable instructions may be specifically configured to cause a recommendation device for house source information to perform the following operations:
acquiring house source information, broker information and enterprise information;
generating N business cards according to the house source information, the broker information and the enterprise information, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1, and different business cards correspond to different broker information and house source information;
acquiring a target operation instruction of a target user on a target document, a target short video and/or a target webpage, wherein the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage correspond to the N business cards;
generating a user portrait corresponding to the target user according to the target operation instruction and the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage;
determining a target business card corresponding to the user image from the N business cards;
and recommending house resources to the target user according to the target business card.
In an optional manner, the generating a user representation corresponding to the target user according to the target operation instruction includes:
determining a behavior track of the target user according to the target operation instruction, wherein the behavior track comprises access time, access duration and access content of the user, and is associated with the target document, the target short video and the target webpage;
and generating the user portrait according to the behavior track.
In an optional manner, the recommending a house source to the target user according to the target business card includes:
determining at least one target house source information corresponding to the target business card;
displaying the target house source information so that a broker corresponding to the target business card recommends the target house source information to the target user based on the target house source information;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and pushing the target room source information to the target user.
In an optional manner, before obtaining the target operation instruction of the target user on the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage, the method further includes:
obtaining a marketing task, wherein the marketing task corresponds to a target broker, the marketing task is associated with the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage, and the target broker is any one of brokers corresponding to the N business cards;
pushing the marketing task to the target broker so that the target broker performs a corresponding operation according to the marketing task.
In an optional manner, the method further comprises:
receiving completion information for the target broker, the completion information associated with the marketing task;
and displaying the completion information so that a manager monitors the completion progress of the marketing task.
In an optional manner, the method further comprises:
determining at least one target house source information corresponding to the target business card;
determining a target display house source according to the target house source information and the user picture;
updating the target business card according to the house source basic information of the target display house source and the house source picture of the target display house source;
extracting text content in the house source basic information and picture information in the house source picture;
generating a target display business card according to the text keywords corresponding to the text content, the display picture corresponding to the picture information and the target business card;
and pushing the target display business card to the target user.
The embodiment of the invention provides a recommendation device of house source information, which is used for executing the recommendation method of the house source information.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer program, where the computer program can be called by a processor to enable a recommendation device of house source information to execute a recommendation method of house source information in any method embodiment described above.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a computer program stored on a computer-readable storage medium, and the computer program includes program instructions, when the program instructions are run on a computer, cause the computer to execute the method for recommending house source information in any of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
The algorithms or displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual system, or other apparatus. Various general purpose systems may also be used with the teachings herein. The required structure for constructing such a system will be apparent from the description above. In addition, embodiments of the present invention are not directed to any particular programming language. Claims (10)
1. A recommendation method for house source information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring house source information, broker information and enterprise information;
generating N business cards according to the house source information, the broker information and the enterprise information, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1, and different business cards correspond to different broker information and different house source information;
acquiring a target operation instruction of a target user on a target document, a target short video and/or a target webpage, wherein the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage correspond to the N business cards;
generating a user portrait corresponding to the target user according to the target operation instruction and the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage;
determining a target business card corresponding to the user image from the N business cards;
and recommending house resources to the target user according to the target business card.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the user representation corresponding to the target user according to the target operation instruction and the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage comprises:
determining a behavior track of the target user according to the target operation instruction, wherein the behavior track comprises access time, access duration and access content of the target user, and is associated with the target document, the target short video and the target webpage;
and generating the user portrait according to the behavior track.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein recommending a house source to the target user according to the target business card comprises:
determining at least one target house source information corresponding to the target business card;
displaying the target house source information so that a broker corresponding to the target business card recommends the target house source information to the target user based on the target house source information;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and pushing the target room source information to the target user.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein before the obtaining of the target operation instruction of the target user on the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage, the method further comprises:
obtaining a marketing task, wherein the marketing task corresponds to a target broker, the marketing task is associated with the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage, and the target broker is any one of brokers corresponding to the N business cards;
pushing the marketing task to the target broker so that the target broker performs a corresponding operation according to the marketing task.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
receiving completion information for the target broker, the completion information associated with the marketing task;
and displaying the completion information to monitor the completion progress of the marketing task.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining at least one target house source information corresponding to the target business card;
determining a target display house source according to the target house source information and the user picture;
updating the target business card according to the house source basic information of the target display house source and the house source picture of the target display house source;
extracting text content in the house source basic information and picture information in the house source picture;
generating a target display business card according to the text keywords corresponding to the text content, the display picture corresponding to the picture information and the target business card;
and pushing the target display business card to the target user.
7. A recommendation device for house source information, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a third acquisition unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring house source information, broker information and enterprise information;
the first generating unit is used for generating N business cards according to the house source information, the broker information and the enterprise information, wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1, and different business cards correspond to different broker information and different house source information;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring a target operation instruction of a target user on a target document, a target short video and/or a target webpage, wherein the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage correspond to the N business cards;
the second generation unit is used for generating a user portrait corresponding to the target user according to the target operation instruction and the target document, the target short video and/or the target webpage;
the determining unit is used for determining a target business card corresponding to the user image from the N business cards;
and the pushing unit is used for recommending the house resources to the target user according to the target business card.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the second generating unit is specifically configured to:
determining a behavior track of the target user according to the target operation instruction, wherein the behavior track comprises access time, access duration and access content of the target user, and is associated with the target document, the target short video and the target webpage;
and generating the user portrait according to the behavior track.
9. A recommendation device for house source information, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation of the recommendation method of the house source information according to any one of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores at least one executable instruction, which when executed on a recommendation device for house source information, causes the recommendation device for house source information to perform the operations of the recommendation method for house source information according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
