Working principle: in the using process of the device, the material to be treated is put into the feed hopper 12, after the material is filled, the rolling roller rotating motor 9 is started, and the two groups of rolling rollers 7 are driven to roll by the transmission of the two groups of driving gears 8, and the two groups of rolling rollers 7 are relatively rotated by the driving force, so that the material can be conveyed into the crushing box 6 in the process of pre-crushing the material;
the process ensures that the materials falling into the drying cylinder 1 are uniform in size and prevents lump materials from entering, so that the materials are dried more fully;
before blanking, starting a movable cylinder 22 to drive a drying air nozzle 301 at one end of a drying pipe 3 to be far away from a blanking area;
during blanking, a feeding hole 101 formed in the drying cylinder 1 rotates to correspond to an organ sleeve 20 at the bottom of the crushing box 6, a blanking cylinder 14 is started, the crushing box 6 is driven to reciprocate along the vertical direction of a guide rod 18 by utilizing a sliding shaft sleeve 15 and a linkage rod 13, and vibration force for up-and-down movement is provided for the crushing box 6, so that normal blanking is ensured, and no blocking is caused;
after the blanking is completed, the movable air cylinder 22 is controlled again to drive the drying tube 3 to reach the central position in the drying cylinder 1, meanwhile, the main transmission motor 2404 is started, the transmission connection structure of the first belt pulley 2401, the transmission belt 2402 and the second belt pulley 2403 is sequentially adopted, the external drying equipment is started in the rotating process, hot air flow is provided for the drying cylinder 1 through the drying tube 3, and the drying treatment is carried out on the materials in the drying cylinder 1.
