Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparation, and in particular relates to ginseng, cassia bark and pilose antler pills and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The ginseng, cassia bark and pilose antler preparation prescription is from a third standard volume issued by the Chinese medicine ministry of the invention, has the effects of tonifying qi and kidney, generating essence and nourishing marrow, nourishing blood and regulating menstruation, and is used for treating physical weakness, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, dizziness and tinnitus, spontaneous perspiration and night sweat, insomnia and dreaminess, cold womb, irregular menstruation and the like caused by deficiency of qi and blood and deficiency of liver and kidney.
Modern medicine considers that the substance basis of disease prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine comes from bioactive sites or active chemical components, so that general attention of traditional medical and pharmaceutical families is mainly focused on searching compounds with various biological activities. However, intensive researches on traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine by modern scientists show that: the absorption, metabolism and excretion of the medicine by the organism are extremely complex physiochemical processes, and the pharmacological effects generated by the traditional Chinese medicine cannot be solely attributed to the specific chemical components of the medicine, and are closely related to the physical state of the medicine and the like. Therefore, changing the physical state of the medicine is not only improving the medicine effect, but also being a method worthy of active exploration for developing novel medicines.
The defects of the traditional pill preparation are as follows: (1) Because fibrous medicinal materials are not thoroughly crushed, pill forming is affected; the dissolution of the effective components is low, and the absorption and the curative effect are affected; (2) the production efficiency is low, and each batch of production period is long; (4) the finished pill has poor finish and large pill weight difference.
