1.3 Experimental drugs
(1) The qualified notoginseng decoction pieces prepared by the method of the embodiment 1 of the invention are fermented.
(2) Decoction pieces of Notoginseng radix are commonly purchased from affiliated hospitals of Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine.
(3) Physiological saline.

2. Experimental method
2.1 preparation of drugs
Weighing a proper amount of fermented pseudo-ginseng decoction pieces, grinding into powder, adding water, shaking uniformly, and preparing 20% suspension A for later use; weighing common pseudo-ginseng decoction piece powder with the same quality, grinding into powder, adding water, shaking uniformly, and preparing 20% suspension B for later use; weighing fermented pseudo-ginseng decoction pieces with the same quality, and decocting and extracting with water to obtain 20% water extract A for later use; weighing common pseudo-ginseng decoction pieces with the same quality, and decocting and extracting with water to obtain 20% water extract B for later use.
2.2 grouping and administration of animals
The 50 mice are divided into a blank group, a common notoginseng decoction piece powder group, a fermented notoginseng decoction piece powder group, a common notoginseng decoction group and a fermented notoginseng decoction group, and 10 mice in each group are respectively male and female.
The mice of the fermented pseudo-ginseng decoction piece powder group are subjected to stomach irrigation by adopting the suspension A, and the stomach irrigation amount is 0.2g/Kg.
The common mice of the notoginseng decoction piece powder group are subjected to gastric lavage by adopting the suspension B, and the gastric lavage amount is 0.2g/Kg.
The mice of the fermented notoginseng decoction group are subjected to gastric lavage by adopting the water extract A, and the gastric lavage amount is 0.2g/Kg.
The common mice of the notoginseng decoction group are subjected to gastric lavage by adopting the water extract B, and the gastric lavage amount is 0.2g/Kg.
The mice in the blank group were perfused with an equal amount of physiological saline.
The administration was continued for 20 days, 1 time per day, the body mass of the mice was recorded every day, and the general conditions of the mice including hair, mental state, feces, etc. were observed.
2.3 determination of clotting time
The capillary method is adopted: after 20 days of gastric lavage, 1 hour after the 20 th day of gastric lavage, blood was taken from the eyeball by using a capillary glass tube, and the clotting time was measured.
2.4 tail bleeding time determination
Adopts a tail breaking method: at the end of the experiment, the tail part is cut off rapidly by using a surgical blade at the position of 3mm of the tail tip of the mouse, the tail part is immediately counted by using a stopwatch, the tail tip is sucked by using filter paper every 3-5 seconds, and the counting is stopped when no bleeding point exists on the filter paper, namely the tail bleeding time.
2.5 statistical methods
The data are analyzed by sPSS17.0 statistical software, oneWayANvOA analysis is adopted, all the data are expressed by X-S, the metering data are analyzed by single factor variance analysis, and the difference P is less than 0.05, so that the data are statistically significant.
3. Experimental results
3.1 clotting time measurement
See table 1. The results show that the coagulation time of the mice in the fermented pseudo-ginseng powder group is prolonged compared with that of the mice in the blank group, the difference reaches a significant level (P is less than 0.05), and the fermented pseudo-ginseng decoction piece powder can inhibit the coagulation function of the mice.

3.2 tail bleeding time determination
See table 2. The results show that the bleeding time of the tail of the mice in the fermented pseudo-ginseng powder group is also prolonged compared with that of the mice in the blank group, the difference reaches a significant level (P is less than 0.05), and the fermented pseudo-ginseng decoction piece powder can inhibit the platelet aggregation function of the mice.

4. Conclusion(s)
The fermented pseudo-ginseng decoction pieces prepared by the method of the invention are ground into powder for administration, and have better effects of activating blood and dissolving stasis.
The invention is not limited to the alternative embodiments described above, but any person may derive other various forms of products in the light of the present invention. Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of pseudo-ginseng decoction pieces is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: cleaning Notoginseng radix, and cutting into slices;
s2: spraying water on the sliced pseudo-ginseng slices to moisten the slices;
s3: placing the wet pseudo-ginseng slices on a steamer, steaming for 5-20 minutes with small fire, naturally cooling, steaming for 5-20 minutes with small fire again, and repeating the operation for 2-5 times;
s4: the steamed pseudo-ginseng slices are orderly arranged and piled in an upper steamer of a constant-temperature water bath, then fermentation liquid is sprayed on the pseudo-ginseng slices, the constant-temperature water bath is opened for steaming for 15-20 minutes, then fermentation liquid is sprayed on the pseudo-ginseng slices again, the pseudo-ginseng slices are steamed for 15-20 minutes again, the operation is repeated for steaming for 5-20 times, and the fermentation is stopped until the surface color of the pseudo-ginseng slices turns brown;
s5: and (3) placing the fermented pseudo-ginseng slices in a low-temperature drying box for drying treatment, so as to prepare pseudo-ginseng slices.
2. The method for preparing notoginseng decoction pieces according to claim 1, wherein: in the step S1, the thickness of the pseudo-ginseng slice is less than 3mm.
