本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,A61K8/25,尤其涉及一种持妆控油组合物、制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
为了提升个人形象和气质,现代化妆人群占比越来越多,并且在遮盖力、持妆效果、延展性、使用感等方面对化妆品呈现愈发严格的使用要求;但是目前市售的化妆品存在以下缺陷:(1)持妆效果差,容易脱妆,特别是面部出汗或出油后晕妆、脱妆表现明显;(2)控油效果低,皮肤出油后透气性低且产生粘腻感,导致妆容被破坏,且无法同时做到优异的控油和吸油效果,油性皮肤人群对以上则表现更加明显;(3)妆效厚重,不够清透自然,长期使用容易堵塞毛孔,对皮肤产生负担;(4)使用手感差,化妆品使用不爽滑;(5)含有刺激性成分,对皮肤具有潜在使用风险,适用人群范围窄等等。
中国专利CN115363967A公开了一种防水防汗持妆养肤粉饼及其制备方法,技术中设置包覆结构,并优化包覆层中的矿脂、丙烯酸(酯)类/丙烯酸乙基己酯/聚二甲基硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物和植物精油的相对含量,提升粉饼的抗水抗汗能力、持妆、抗暗沉效果和控油能力。中国专利CN113208938A公开了一种长效控油组合物、其应用和控油散粉及它们的制备方法,技术中通过使用多孔硅石包裹的富勒烯吸油粉体及羟基磷灰石,并优化各原料组分,提升了粉体的控油和持妆效果。但是这些专利技术的控油效果、持妆效果、贴肤和养肤效果均有待提升,并且无法做到清透自然、棉柔爽滑、柔焦等使用效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明首先提供了一种持妆控油组合物,按重量份计,所述组合物的成分包括:二氧化硅0.1-90份、云母0.1-40份、硅微球0.1-45份、蓝宝石粉0.1-25份、肤感调节剂0.1-15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物处理的硅石0.1-30份、皮肤调理剂0.05-10份。
优选地,按重量份计,所述组合物的成分包括:二氧化硅30-90份、氟金云母2-20份、硅微球5-30份、蓝宝石粉1-15份、肤感调节剂0.5-10份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物处理的硅石0.5-15份、皮肤调理剂0.1-5份。
进一步地,所述二氧化硅为表面经改性剂处理的二氧化硅,所述表面改性剂结构为:R1-Si-(R2)3,R1选自H、C1-C20的烷基、C1-C15的烯基、C1-C20的烷氧基、C1-C10的环烃基中的任意一种,所述R2选自H、C1-C20的烷氧基、C1-C20的酰氧基中的至少一种。
本申请的改性剂对二氧化硅进行表面包裹并形成核壳包覆层,避免二氧化硅对皮肤表层油脂(包括皮肤分泌油脂和化妆品保湿油脂)过度吸附造成皮肤拔干、脱粉卡粉的问题,通过缓释进一步调控二氧化硅的吸油性能;另外,改性剂会与皮肤表层产生作用力进而增强二氧化硅对皮肤的亲和及附着性;最重要的是,当优化R1和R2的种类后,改性剂会与其他组分产生的合适的相互作用增强组合物的爽滑肤感和铺展性;并且此改性剂对皮肤表面油脂产生包裹后,还能利用光的漫反射实现柔焦效果,增强组合物上妆后的棉柔妆效;相较于单一的二氧化硅,经改性过后的二氧化硅持妆和控油效果更加优异。
优选地,所述R1选自C3-C12的烷基、C1-C20的烷氧基中的任意一种,所述R2选自H、C1-C10的烷氧基中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述C3-C12的烷基包括但不限于:丙基、丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、异丙基、戊基、异戊基、新戊基、己基、辛基、壬基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基中的任意一种,所述C1-C20的烷氧基包括但不限于甲氧基、乙氧基、丙氧基、丁氧基、异丙基氧基、己氧基、癸氧基中的任意一种。
进一步地,所述C1-C10的烷氧基包括但不限于甲氧基、乙氧基、丙氧基、异丙氧基、丁氧基、叔丁氧基、戊氧基、异戊氧基、己氧基、辛氧基、癸氧基中的任意一种。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述改性剂的R1为C3-C12的烷基,R2为C1-C10的烷氧基。
进一步地,所述二氧化硅优选为球形中空多孔二氧化硅,二氧化硅颗粒平均直径为1-15μm。
所述表面经改性剂处理的二氧化硅的吸油量为100-300mL/100g,优选为200-300mL/100g。
进一步地,所述云母来源于天然云母和/或合成云母,所述天然云母包括但不限于白云母、黑云母、锂云母、钒云母、珍珠云母中的至少一种,所述合成云母为氟金云母。优选地,所述云母为氟金云母。
进一步地,所述云母由月桂酰赖氨酸、硬脂酸、豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸中的至少一种表面处理而成。云母性质类似于二氧化硅,可降低二氧化硅用量提高妆容的清透感;以上所述成分均可提高云母在皮肤表面的铺展性和持妆效果,但是采用月桂酰赖氨酸时,月桂酰赖氨酸和二氧化硅表面改性剂的相容性更好,使组合物更好地贴合皮肤,并使皮肤更加柔滑细腻,还进一步增强了组合物的疏水、持妆和控油效果。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述云母由月桂酰赖氨酸表面处理而成。
进一步地,所述云母的D50粒径为2-25μm,优选为5-15μm。
进一步地,所述硅微球为活性剂修饰的硅微球;所述活性剂包括聚脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、丙烯酸酯/辛基丙烯酰胺共聚物、丙烯酸酯/聚三甲基硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、HDI/三羟甲基已基内酯交联聚合物、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述活性剂还包括三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯、月桂醇聚醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸甘油酯、聚山梨醇酯中的至少一种。
优选地,所述活性剂包括聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、HDI/三羟甲基已基内酯交联聚合物和月桂醇聚醚。
进一步地,所述硅微球为聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、HDI/三羟甲基已基内酯交联聚合物和月桂醇聚醚共同改性的硅微球。
本申请特别地通过将聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、HDI/三羟甲基已基内酯交联聚合物和月桂醇聚醚修饰到硅微球的表面,实现以上组分在配方原料中的添加使用;因为直接添加到配方中,以上组分在组合物中的相对活动能力会增大,与其他有机组分(如二氧化硅和云母的表面改性剂)之间的作用力也表现更加明显,会降低组合物的延展性;另外,当这些物质吸油后容易产生互溶和体积膨胀,将其固定在固态硅微球表面后,固态硅微球填充到以上物质的网络结构中起到结构稳定作用,避免组合物吸油后结块,进一步提高组合物的丝滑感和棉柔妆效。单一采用聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物时,其丝滑感持效性弱,并且还会降低皮肤对其他活性成分的吸收。
进一步地,所述月桂醇聚醚为月桂醇聚醚-3、月桂醇聚醚-4、月桂醇聚醚-7中的至少一种。

在一种优选的实施方式中,所述皮肤调理剂为炉甘石。炉甘石是不溶于水的天然碳酸锌,可有效抵抗炎症,缓解痔疮等问题,舒缓肌体,防止毛孔堵塞,平衡油脂,兼具避免妆效氧化暗沉的作用。
在一种更优选的实施方式中,按重量份计,所述组合物的成分包括:二氧化硅50-80份、氟金云母5-15份、硅微球5-15份、蓝宝石粉1-10份、肤感调节剂0.5-6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物处理的硅石0.5-7份、皮肤调理剂0.1-1份。
其次,本申请提供了一种所述组合物的制备方法,具体为:将原料混合后于2500-3000r/min下搅拌均匀即可。
进一步地,本申请还提供了所述组合物在化妆品中的应用,所述化妆品为具有固体成分的化妆品,包括粉饼、蜜粉、散粉、粉底液、BB霜、气垫中的至少一种。
在一种实施方式中,所述组合物用于粉状化妆品中,具体为粉饼、蜜粉、散粉中的任意一种。
进一步地,按照重量份计,所述粉状化妆品的原料包括:持妆控油组合物90-99份、润肤剂0.1-12份、生育酚乙酸酯0.01-1份、二棕榈酰羟脯氨酸0.01-1份、防腐剂0.1-1份。
优选地,所述润肤剂包括甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、甘油辛酸酯和氢化聚异丁烯。
进一步地,所述粉状化妆品的原料中,甘油三(乙基己酸)酯为0.01-5份、甘油辛酸酯为0.01-2份、氢化聚异丁烯为0.01-5份。
进一步地,本申请对所述防腐剂并无严格规定,可根据需要选用。

有益效果
1、本申请复合添加了二氧化硅、云母、硅微球、蓝宝石粉、肤感调节剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物处理的硅石等组分,通过使用不同的处理剂对以上组分进行修饰改性,并优化各组分的添加比例,使在特定配比下的组分更够发挥共同作用,促进彼此持妆控油效果的发挥,并赋予组合物清透自然、延展性、棉柔丝绒妆效。
2、本申请中的二氧化硅、云母、硅微粉等的表面均经有机物修饰,通过这些固体组分的固定作用在配方中引入相应的功能性成分,避免这些功能性成分直接添加到配方体系中并施用于皮肤后,在皮肤表面形成过于致密的膜层,降低组合物及其产品的透气性和自然、丝绒妆效,并阻碍皮肤对其他活性成分的吸收;利用固态物质和有机物所形成的具有特殊气密性的结构,进一步增强组合物的持妆效果,并改善使用感。
3、本申请的组合物成分中不含滑石粉、香精、酒精、激素、色素、荧光粉等孕妇慎用成份,成分安全性高。
4、本申请的组合物用于粉状化妆品中时,可表现出超强持妆、有效控油、丝滑自然隐形的效果,不卡粉不脱粉,具有独特的爽滑肤感,特有的柔焦感,触感柔弹软滑,绵滑柔润,极其透明自然,极易铺展;且整体成本经济,性价比高,制作工艺简单,可实现工业化大规模生产。

其次,本申请提供了一种所述组合物在蜜粉中的应用:同实施例1一致。
实施例4
首先,本实施例提供了一种持妆控油组合物,按重量份计,所述组合物的成分包括:二氧化硅80份、氟金云母5份、硅微球5份、蓝宝石粉1份、肤感调节剂0.5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物处理的硅石7份、皮肤调理剂0.5份;
所述二氧化硅为经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的中空多孔球形二氧化硅,商品名为HUSIL SH90AS,购自滁州格瑞;所述云母为经月桂酰赖氨酸表面处理而成的氟金云母,商品名为SM-510LL,购自滁州格瑞;所述硅微球为聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、HDI/三羟甲基已基内酯交联聚合物和月桂醇聚醚-4共同改性的硅微球,商品名为SKinsens PG-9020,购自联合微粉;所述肤感调节剂为月桂酰赖氨酸,商品名为AMIHOPELL,购自广州贝凯;所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物处理的硅石商品名为EXPHERE PR7,购自广州诺品;所述皮肤调理剂为炉甘石,商品名为Sky-Calamine,购自上海途尚;所述蓝宝石粉商品名为HP ALO-3,购自广州厚埔;

所述蜜粉的制备方法为:
S1、制备持妆控油组合物:将组合物的原料混合后于3000r/min下搅拌均匀即可;
S2、向S1中加入预溶解好的甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、甘油辛酸酯、氢化聚异丁烯、生育酚乙酸酯、二棕榈酰羟脯氨酸和防腐剂的混合物,再次分散搅拌均匀,得混合原料;
S3、将混合原料过200μm筛网过滤两次,即可。
实施例5
首先,本实施例提供了一种持妆控油组合物,按重量份计,所述组合物的成分包括:二氧化硅60份、氟金云母15份、硅微球15份、蓝宝石粉1份、肤感调节剂6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物处理的硅石0.5份、皮肤调理剂0.1份;

S1、制备持妆控油组合物:将组合物的原料混合后于2500r/min下搅拌均匀即可;
S2、向S1中加入预溶解好的甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、甘油辛酸酯、氢化聚异丁烯、生育酚乙酸酯、二棕榈酰羟脯氨酸和防腐剂的混合物,再次分散搅拌均匀,得混合原料;
S3、将混合原料过200μm筛网过滤两次,即可。
对比例1
与实施例1基本一致,区别在于:按重量份计,所述组合物的成分包括:二氧化硅68.83份、云母12份、硅微球10.5份、蓝宝石粉5份、肤感调节剂2份、皮肤调理剂0.3份。
对比例2
与实施例1基本一致,区别在于:按重量份计,所述组合物的成分包括:二氧化硅68.83份、云母19.5份、蓝宝石粉5份、肤感调节剂2份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物处理的硅石3份、皮肤调理剂0.3份。
性能测试方法:
1、理化性质:对实施例和对比例的组合物所形成的蜜粉进行测试,分别测试其pH值(蜜粉与水的质量比为1:10)、耐热性(45±2℃,存放2个月)、耐寒性(-18±2℃,存放2个月)和高低温循环性能(依次为:45℃储存一月,常温储存一月,-18℃储存一月,记为一个循环,共循环3次);结果显示:实施例1-5的蜜粉在水溶液中的pH为4.8-7.5,耐热性、耐寒性和高低温循环性能测试均无异常,测试合格。
2、使用效果测试:
筛选20~45岁志愿者人群80名,所述志愿者均满足以下条件:无无严重系统疾病,无免疫缺陷或自身免疫性疾病,无活动性过敏性疾病,既往对化妆品无严重过敏史,近一个月未曾使用过激素类药物及免疫抑制剂者,未参加其他临床测试者受试。
将志愿者分为10组,每组10人,各组之间无显著差异,选择面部为测试部位,试验前(即未使用一种持妆控油蜜粉产品)测试一次,早中晚使用受试产品,从使用的时间开始计时,于24h后测定测试区域的角质层油分含量。所述产品分别为实施例1~3和对比例1~2的一种持妆控油蜜粉。所述角质层油分含量和皮肤光泽度分别使用皮肤油分测试探头Cornometer CM825和皮肤光泽度测试探头Skin-Glossymeter GL200(德国Courage+Khazaka,50829Koln,Germany)进行测试得到。使用完成后对使用产品的粉体控油和持妆效果进行分数评价。
数据分析:
(1)皮肤控油后油分变化量的计算:使用样品后受试部位的测量值减去使用前受试部位的空白对照值,得到使用产品前后受试部位角质层油分含量的变化量均值,计算公式如下式:T=(Mx-Mo)/10;其式中:T为皮肤油分变化量;Mx为使用产品14天后,皮肤油分的测量值;Mo为皮肤油分空白对照测量值;
(2)持妆效果评价:粉体持妆时效评价为最高分5分,相反逐分递减,对所有志愿者的评价进行统计并计算平均分。测试结果见表1。

从表3可以看出,实施例1~3所得含一种持妆控油蜜粉,相比之下具有优异的控油和持妆效果,使用时粉体质感好且上妆容易,上妆效果均匀,用户体验感强。
Claims (10)
1.一种持妆控油组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述组合物的成分包括:二氧化硅0.1-90份、云母0.1-40份、硅微球0.1-45份、蓝宝石粉0.1-25份、肤感调节剂0.1-15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物处理的硅石0.1-30份、皮肤调理剂0.05-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述二氧化硅为表面经改性剂处理的二氧化硅,所述表面改性剂结构为:R1-Si-(R2)3;R1选自H、C1-C20的烷基、C1-C15的烯基、C1-C20的烷氧基、C1-C10的环烃基中的任意一种,所述R2选自H、C1-C20的烷氧基、C1-C20的酰氧基中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述改性剂的R1为C3-C12的烷基,R2为C1-C10的烷氧基。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述云母由月桂酰赖氨酸、硬脂酸、豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸中的至少一种表面处理而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述硅微球为活性剂修饰的硅微球;所述活性剂包括聚脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、丙烯酸酯/辛基丙烯酰胺共聚物、丙烯酸酯/聚三甲基硅氧烷甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、HDI/三羟甲基已基内酯交联聚合物、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述硅微球为聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、HDI/三羟甲基已基内酯交联聚合物和月桂醇聚醚共同改性的硅微球。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述肤感调节剂选自月桂酰赖氨酸、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、聚甲基硅倍半氧烷中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,具体为:将原料混合后于2500-3000r/min下搅拌均匀即可。
9.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的组合物的应用,其特征在于,所述组合物用于粉状化妆品中,为粉饼、蜜粉、散粉中的任意一种。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,按照重量份计,所述粉状化妆品的原料包括:持妆控油组合物90-99份、润肤剂0.1-12份、生育酚乙酸酯0.01-1份、二棕榈酰羟脯氨酸0.01-1份、防腐剂0.1-1份;所述润肤剂包括甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、甘油辛酸酯和氢化聚异丁烯。
