本发明公开了一种自带公母槽的塑料挤出成形板材及其制备工艺,包括内部实心发泡层,内部实心发泡层外周设有不发泡共挤层,不发泡共挤层的其中一端部设有一体挤出成型的公槽,不发泡共挤层的另一端部设有一体挤出成型的母槽,相邻的两个板材的公槽和母槽配合;公槽包括插接板、上槽和下槽,插接板设置不发泡共挤层一端部,上槽和下槽分别位于插接板上、下端;母槽包括插接槽和限位板,插接槽设置在不发泡共挤层另一端部,插接槽和插接板配合,插接槽下部延伸出限位板,限位板和下槽配合。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材技术领域,具体是指一种自带公母槽的塑料挤出成形板材及其制备工艺。
背景技术
板材是建筑领域常用的一种建材,由于市场的需求,因此市面上有很多种类的板材;
市场上目前的类似发泡板材,在大面积安装时,所使用的安装连接方式都需要借助连接件使用,或者需要二次加工;在做饰面覆膜处理的时候,会因为包覆胶水(PUR)出胶不均和二次加工后端面端粗糙不能做出合格产品;并且常规产品模式安装成本和生产成本较高,运输损坏率大;
因此,针对上述描述的技术问题亟需一种自带公母槽的塑料挤出成形板材及其制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术的缺陷,提供一种自带公母槽的塑料挤出成形板材及其制备工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为一种自带公母槽的塑料挤出成形板材:包括内部实心发泡层,所述内部实心发泡层外周设有不发泡共挤层,所述不发泡共挤层的其中一端部设有一体挤出成型的公槽,所述不发泡共挤层的另一端部设有一体挤出成型的母槽,相邻的两个板材的公槽和母槽配合;
所述公槽包括插接板、上槽和下槽,所述插接板设置不发泡共挤层一端部,所述上槽和下槽分别位于插接板上、下端;
所述母槽包括插接槽和限位板,所述插接槽设置在不发泡共挤层另一端部,所述插接槽和插接板配合,所述插接槽下部延伸出限位板,所述限位板和下槽配合。
作为改进,所述插接槽从外向内高度慢慢缩小,所述插接板从一端到另一端高度慢慢缩小。
作为改进,所述插接槽从外向内高度一致,所述插接板从一端到另一端高度一致。
一种自带公母槽的塑料挤出成形板材的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:第一步,把内部实心发泡层原材料和外部不发泡共挤层原材料分别经过高速拌料机混合,搅拌温度在100-130摄氏度之间,以便材料充分反应融合;
第二步,将上述搅拌混合好的材料分别加入塑料挤出成型机,加温至140-200度左右塑化,通过挤出模头一次性挤出成型;
第三步,将挤出成型后的板材通过定型模具冷却定型成合格的板材;
第四步,将合格的板材表面通过粘合剂把需要的装饰面层覆合上去,做成需要的成品板材。
作为改进,所述内部实心发泡层包括的原材料及其重量份为:聚氯乙烯塑酯30-60份、碳酸钙40-70份、植物纤维20-30份、热稳定剂2-6份、内外滑剂各2-5份、发泡剂2-6份、发泡调节剂3-10份、色粉适量0.5-3份。
作为改进,所述碳酸钙的颗粒大小为800-1200目。
作为改进,所述外部不发泡共挤层包括的原材料及其重量份为:聚氯乙烯塑酯30-50份、碳酸钙50-70份、热稳定剂3-6份、增塑剂2-7份、内外滑剂2-5份。
作为改进,所述碳酸钙的颗粒大小为400-800目。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:板材环保、防水、阻燃;利用该工艺规格化生产,一次性成型,生产方便,对目前国家提倡的装配式方向具有极大的推动作用;安装速度快,使用成本低,饰面拼接效果好,拼接安装比较方便,降低了产品制造成本;弥补常规产品不能解决的缺限。

本发明在具体实施时,制备该板材时,包括以下步骤:第一步,取内部实心发泡层原材料:聚氯乙烯塑酯30-60份、颗粒大小为800-1200目的碳酸钙40-70份、植物纤维20-30份、热稳定剂2-6份、内外滑剂各2-5份、发泡剂2-6份、发泡调节剂3-10份、色粉适量0.5-3份,加入高速拌料机拌料至温度100-130摄氏度,让其充分反应融合;
取外部不发泡共挤层原材料:聚氯乙烯塑酯30-50份、颗粒大小为400-800目的碳酸钙50-70份、热稳定剂3-6份、增塑剂2-7份、内外滑剂2-5份,分别经过高速拌料机混合,搅拌温度在100-130摄氏度之间,以便材料充分反应融合;加入高速拌料机拌料至温度100-130摄氏度,让其充分反应融合;
第二步,将上述搅拌混合好的材料分别加入塑料挤出成型机,加温至140-200度左右塑化,通过挤出模头一次性挤出成型;
第三步,将挤出成型后的板材通过定型模具冷却定型成合格的板材;
第四步,将合格的板材表面通过粘合剂把需要的装饰面层覆合上去,做成需要的成品板材;
实施例一,在使用板材的时候,把相邻两个板材的公槽和母槽配合,即插接板3插进相邻板材上的插接槽6内,插接槽6从外向内高度慢慢缩小,插接板3从一端到另一端高度慢慢缩小,这样插接板3和插接槽6就插接的比较紧,能严密配合,插接槽6上部的板体会插在插接板3上方的上槽4内,限位板7会插在插接板3下方的下槽5内,这样两个板材就安装对接好了;
实施例二,在使用板材的时候,把相邻两个板材的公槽和母槽配合,即插接板3插进相邻板材上的插接槽6内,插接槽6从外向内高度一致,所述插接板3从一端到另一端高度一致,这样插接板3和插接槽6就插接的比较紧,能严密配合,插接槽6上部的板体会插在插接板3上方的上槽4内,限位板7会插在插接板3下方的下槽5内,这样两个板材就安装对接好了。

所述公槽包括插接板(3)、上槽(4)和下槽(5),所述插接板(3)设置不发泡共挤层(2)一端部,所述上槽(4)和下槽(5)分别位于插接板(3)上、下端;
所述母槽包括插接槽(6)和限位板(7),所述插接槽(6)设置在不发泡共挤层(2)另一端部,所述插接槽(6)和插接板(3)配合,所述插接槽(6)下部延伸出限位板(7),所述限位板(7)和下槽(5)配合。
