When the specification is required to be switched, the second driving motor 2-3 and the first driving motor are connected with an external controller, and the height of the centrifugal part 2-2, the width of the clamping channel and the positions of the bottle hooking part 6 and the bottle pressing part 7 can be adjusted by one key only by operating the controller, so that the quick switching is realized, the time for switching the specification of operators is greatly shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.
