Abstract
本发明涉及的气袋有一个充气口(12)和一个织物件(16),布置在气袋(10)里面,对着充气口(12),该织物件与气袋(10)内表面部分一起,构成压缩空气经过充气口(12)进入气袋(10)的流道。
Description
本发明涉及的气袋用于汽车乘员保护系统。这种保护系统包括一个作为主件的装置和一个气袋,前者在起动后供给压缩气体,后者在车祸时,用压缩气体从折叠中和或静止状态开始张开,从而对汽车乘员起到保护作用。
本发明提出的气袋有一个充气口和一个织物件,布置在气袋里面,对着充气口,该织物件与气袋内表面部分合在一起,构成压缩气体通过充气口进入气袋的流道。通过这种流道,气袋可在各个方面张开使用,满足实际需要,同时防止热压缩气体直接碰在气袋壁上,将其损坏。
本发明另一优良结构在相关的权利要求书中详细说明。
本发明参照图中所示最佳实施例予以描述。
图1是按照本发明最佳实施例用图表示的气袋部分平面图。
图2是图1所示气袋部分用图表示的剖面图。
图3是图1描述的气袋部分用图表示的透视图。
从图1~图3中,读者通过图形看到本发明最佳实施例气袋部分图。气袋10设有充气口12,此外还有一个支板14,布置在气袋里面,该支板环绕充气口12。使用支板14可将气袋10连在一个需要供给压缩气体的装置(无图示)上。通过压缩气体,气袋10可从气袋折叠的静止状态(无图示)开始张开。气袋10在张开状态对汽车乘员起到保护作用。这种压缩气体供给装置可以是气体发生器,也可以是压缩气体贮存装置。
气袋10里面,布置一个织物件16,对着充气口12,连在气袋10的壁上,从而在某种意义上与气袋10内表面部分一起,构成一个压缩空气流道,通过充气口12流入气袋10。在插图实施例中,织物件16有4个角,通过其中3个纵向边上的接缝18连在气袋10的壁上。根据无图示的一个方案、织物件16可置于支板14的后面。
由于布置接缝18,织物件16与气袋10的壁和支板14一起形成一个袋,限定流道向气袋内部空间膨胀(特别见图2),通过充气口12进入气袋10的压缩气体在该流道转向,织物件16的特殊布置使压缩气体向内气流方向,按箭头F所示进入气袋10里面,这样帮助气袋10有控制的张开。
充气口12和另外的织物件16相对于支板14中间偏心布置,流道通向支板16那边,它相对于支板16中间,对着充气口12。由于压缩气体进入气袋10内部时流道的偏移作用,充气口12的这种偏心布置确保气袋10的壁得到保护,不与进入气袋10内部的热腐蚀性压缩空气直接接触。
制造织物件16所用织物与气袋10本身所用的一样。根据特殊用途,织物件可以是单层,也可以是多层。织物件16不得妨碍气袋10折叠,因为折叠可以节省空间。
所以,本发明提出的气袋生产简单,在这种情况下,织物件16合适的设计可以理想的方式作用张开的动作。另外,织物件16保护气袋,10的壁不与在起动时流入气袋内部的热压缩气体直接接触。
Claims (7)
1.气袋有一个充气口(12)和一个织物件(16),布置在气袋(10)里面,对着充气口(12),该织物件与气袋(10)内表面部分一起,构成压缩空气经过充气口(12)进入气袋(10)的流道。
2.如权利要求1所述的气袋,其特点在于:织物件(16)缝在气袋(10)壁上。
3.如权利要求2所述的气袋,其特点在于:织物件(16)有四个角,其中三个纵向边缝在气袋(10)上。
4.如前面权利要求之一所述的气袋,其特点在于:一个支板(14)布置在气袋(10)里面,环绕充气口(12),该充气口(12)和该织物件(16)相对于支板(14)中间偏心布置,流道通向支板(14)那边,它相对于支板(14)中间,对着充气口(12)。
5.如权利要求4所述的气袋,其特点在于:织物件(16)装在支板(14)的后面。
6.如前面权利要求之一所述的气袋,其特点在于:流道向气袋(10)内部膨胀。
7.如前面权利要求之一所述的气袋,其特点在于:织物件(16)构成一个袋,在压缩气体流进时张开,并把气流导向开口端。
