Description
本发明涉及一种具有改进的撞击保护的挡风玻璃、其制造方法及其用途。
复合玻璃板,其包括至少两个玻璃板和至少一个粘合在所述玻璃板之间的聚合物膜,数十年来广泛用于各种技术领域,特别是在建筑物装配玻璃中和交通工具制造业中。所用材料的选择和部件的尺寸取决于具体使用目的的要求,特别是在成品装配玻璃所需的机械负荷能力方面,考虑通过框架和可能的安装件设定的边界条件。
在US 3,437552 A中公开了包括两个玻璃质玻璃板和位于其间的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)层的复合玻璃板。
US 6,708,595 B1公开了一种用于机动车辆的装甲复合玻璃质玻璃板,其包括由多个玻璃板和多个位于其间的可粘合中间层构成的堆叠序列。
DE 4013300 A1公开了一种具有过滤带的挡风玻璃,其中所述过滤带衰减光辐射和热辐射,并包括含有胶体分布的贵金属的烘烤油墨的透明涂层。
特别是在汽车工业中,在努力减轻重量并从而可实现节省燃料和电力的过程中,存在着在复合玻璃质玻璃板中使用更薄并因此更轻的玻璃的趋势。这些装配玻璃仍然必须满足在相关工业标准中确定的给定机械要求。在此,不仅对交通工具乘员的安全要求提高,而且对其他交通参与者如行人的安全要求也提高。在行人与汽车迎面相撞的情况下,行人很有可能撞到汽车的引擎盖上,其中其头部撞到汽车的挡风玻璃上。在这种情况下,可能会对行人造成严重直至致命的伤害,尤其是,当其头部撞穿挡风玻璃并撞到其他物体如仪表盘上时。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的挡风玻璃,其一方面为行人提供更高的事故安全性,另一方面确保遵守挡风玻璃在抗石击强度和透明度方面的有关标准。
根据本发明的建议,所述目的通过根据权利要求1的挡风玻璃得以实现。本发明的有利实施方案由从属权利要求中获悉。
根据本发明的挡风玻璃至少包括外玻璃板和内玻璃板,它们借助于热塑性中间层彼此连接。这两个玻璃板由玻璃构成。挡风玻璃的环绕的棱边具有四个部分,基于挡风玻璃在机动车辆中的安装位置将它们称为发动机棱边、车顶棱边和侧棱边,其中两个彼此相对的侧棱边彼此连接发动机棱边和车顶棱边。外玻璃板具有外侧表面I和内部空间侧表面II。内玻璃板具有外侧表面III和内部空间侧表面IV。在挡风玻璃在机动车辆中的安装状态下,玻璃板的外侧表面面向交通工具环境,而内部空间侧表面分别是指玻璃板的面向交通工具内部空间的表面。外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面II通过热塑性中间层与内玻璃板的外侧表面III连接。挡风玻璃具有至少一个第一子区域,其邻接挡风玻璃发动机棱边向着车顶棱边方向延伸。在所述第一子区域中,外玻璃板和/或内玻璃板具有包括搪瓷的透明覆盖印刷物。在此,挡风玻璃在第一子区域中具有在光谱的可见范围内至少70%的透光率。覆盖印刷物至少部分地突出到挡风玻璃的根据ECE-R 43,附件3,§9.1用于测试机动车辆玻璃板透光率的方法的A视野中。在A视野中,挡风玻璃需要至少70%的在光谱的可见范围内的透光率。
所述透明覆盖印刷物与汽车领域中常用的不透明覆盖印刷物的不同之处在于其透明设计,即在透过挡风玻璃的透视方向上,也可以以透过该玻璃板的透视在透明覆盖印刷物的区域中识别物体。挡风玻璃因此在施加透明覆盖印刷物的第一子区域中在很大程度上可透过可见光谱的辐射。
发明人已经发现,在物体撞击到挡风玻璃上时,所述挡风玻璃在第一子区域中具有改进的破裂特性。在此,所述第一子区域是与发动机棱边相邻的区域,在发生事故的情况中行人的头部落到此区域中的可能性较高。已知施加在玻璃上的搪瓷降低了玻璃的强度。发明人已经利用这种通常不期望的效应来影响挡风玻璃的破裂特性。在这种情况下,在身体撞击时,有针对性地弱化挡风玻璃的外玻璃板和/或内玻璃板造成早期破裂。在一个或两个玻璃质玻璃板破裂后,通过热塑性中间层的延伸和破裂的玻璃质玻璃板区域中至少部分的分层吸收大量能量。热塑性中间层是可延伸的并因此屈服,从而使头部不那么突然地减速,并经历相当小的减速率。应避免如在晚期玻璃破裂的情况下出现的头部突然减速。非根据本发明的没有透明覆盖印刷物的挡风玻璃在头部撞击时表现出晚期玻璃破裂,其中撞击的大部分动能通过玻璃的弯曲而耗散,这导致头部的高减速率。为了量化头部撞击,例如使用头部损伤标准(HIC),它借助头部的减速率评估撞击的严重程度。高减速率通常与高HIC值相关,而高HIC值伴随以行人头部的严重损伤。在此,低HIC值意味着严重头部损伤的风险低。将玻璃中的低强度区域形式的缺陷有针对性地引入到所述透明覆盖印刷物区域中。通常,当在玻璃缺陷区域中施加拉应力时,玻璃破裂通常总是始于此处。由于制造原因,在玻璃质玻璃板中可发现少量的统计分布的缺陷。然而,由于此类天然缺陷的统计分布,无法预测它们对破裂行为的影响。与玻璃中的偶然缺陷相反,根据本发明在挡风玻璃的第一子区域中通过透明覆盖印刷物引入的缺陷可以有针对性地放置在挡风玻璃的第一子区域中作为意在发生早期破裂的区域。由此,根据本发明的挡风玻璃在涉及行人的交通事故的情况中也为行人提供了更高的安全性,因为在正面碰撞时,人头部撞击的严重性因挡风玻璃的早期破裂而减轻。
在第一子区域中,挡风玻璃至少部分地具有在光谱的可见范围内至少70%的透射率。特别是,在挡风玻璃的主视野(也称为A区)中,在可见范围内的透射率必须为至少70%,以符合挡风玻璃的法律规定(ECE-R 43,附件3,§9.1用于测试机动车辆玻璃板透光率的方法。)。在第一子区域突出到挡风玻璃的主视野中的区域中具有70%的透射率;在其他区域中,更低的透射率也足够了。
挡风玻璃在第一子区域中的透射率例如受到透明覆盖印刷物的搪瓷本身的透明度以及受到透明覆盖印刷物的搪瓷施加在整个面上或在部分面上的影响。在此,原则上,透明覆盖印刷物的搪瓷区域的面积越大,搪瓷本身的透明度就应该越大。为了用低透明度的搪瓷制作透明覆盖印刷物,在小面积区域中使用搪瓷,从而透明覆盖印刷物以其整体具有所需的透明度。以这种方式,可以获得透明覆盖印刷物,其在透过玻璃板透视时不干扰视觉外观。透明覆盖印刷物的搪瓷优选是无色的并且特别优选是透明或半透明的,该搪瓷特别具有至少20%、优选至少40%、特别是至少50%的可见光透射率。
挡风玻璃提供用于将交通工具内部空间与外部环境隔开。也就是说,挡风玻璃是装入或提供用于在交通工具车身的窗户开口中的窗玻璃。将挡风玻璃在引擎盖、车身车顶和交通工具车身的A柱之间嵌入为此提供的车身开口中。挡风玻璃的在安装状态下最靠近交通工具发动机区域的棱边被称为发动机棱边,而与发动机棱边相对的棱边被称为车顶棱边,并相邻于交通工具车顶取向。挡风玻璃的相邻于A柱(也称为A柱)延伸的两个棱边被称为挡风玻璃的侧棱边并将发动机棱边和车顶棱边彼此连接。第一玻璃板是挡风玻璃的外玻璃板,其面向交通工具外部环境,而挡风玻璃的第二玻璃板形成内玻璃板,其朝向交通工具内部空间取向。不言而喻,第一玻璃板、第二玻璃板和热塑性中间层具有基本相同的外尺寸。在安装位置面向交通工具外部环境的各自玻璃板的那个表面被称为外侧表面。在安装位置面向交通工具内部空间的各自玻璃板的那个表面被称为内部空间侧表面。外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面通过热塑性中间层与内玻璃板的外侧表面连接。外玻璃板的外侧表面通常称为“侧I”,外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面称为“侧II”,内玻璃板的外侧表面称为“侧III”,和内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面称为“侧IV”。
根据本发明的挡风玻璃具有第一表面区域,称为第一子区域。第一子区域包括挡风玻璃的至少一个面积比例,但也可以包括挡风玻璃的整个玻璃板表面。如果第一子区域包括小于挡风玻璃的整个玻璃板表面,则未被第一子区域包括的表面区域称为挡风玻璃的第二子区域。在这种情况下,第二子区域包括未施加透明覆盖印刷物的区域。也可以存在多个第一子区域和/或第二子区域,其中第一子区域包括透明覆盖印刷物,而第二子区域没有透明覆盖印刷物。在一个优选实施方式中,挡风玻璃仅具有一个第一子区域和一个第二子区域,它们一起覆盖挡风玻璃的整个面。
热塑性中间层可以包括一个或多个另外的膜。这些例如可以是具有电切换功能或有色区域的膜。热塑性中间层可以是单层或多层构建的。在一种可能的实施方式中,热塑性中间层实施为膜层压体,例如实施为具有三层的膜层压体。
第一子区域优选占据挡风玻璃总面积的10%至100%,优选20%至90%,特别优选30%至70%。实验已经表明,所提及的第一子区域的优选面积比例足以在头部撞击实验中实现良好的安全性。
第一子区域优选至少部分地从挡风玻璃的发动机棱边开始向着挡风玻璃的车顶棱边方向延伸的量相应于挡风玻璃高度的10%至90%、优选20%至70%。挡风玻璃的高度在此通过在发动机棱边的相关位置处测量那里存在的距离车顶棱边的最短间距来确定。然后,将第一子区域在车顶棱边方向上延伸的量在发动机棱边的同一位置处确定为发动机棱边与第一子区域的向着车顶棱边方向偏移的上棱边之间的最短间距,由此得出第一子区域在该位置处沿发动机棱边的高度。第一子区域的该高度与挡风玻璃的高度相关,各自在沿挡风玻璃的相同位置处测量,由此获得第一子区域从发动机棱边向着车顶棱边方向延伸的相对量。第一子区域延伸至的高度根据交通工具几何形状来确定,其中优选在发生事故时行人的头部大概率会撞到的区域位于第一子区域中。第一子区域相邻于发动机棱边安置并且从那里至少部分地延伸,直至所提及的挡风玻璃的高度。在此,部分地表示第一子区域在至少一个部分中沿着挡风玻璃的发动机棱边向着车顶棱边的方向突出到挡风玻璃中直至所提及的高度,但在其他部分中也可以具有较小的高度。第一子区域的上棱边,即第一子区域的具有距离挡风玻璃的发动机棱边最大间距的棱边部分,在此优选地在挡风玻璃的侧棱边之间直线地或弯曲地延伸。
在一个特别优选的实施方式中,第一子区域的尺寸选择得使得机动车辆中的挡风玻璃在安装状态下,第一子区域的大小对应于机动车辆仪表盘在挡风玻璃上的投影面积的至少90%。特别优选地,第一子区域的尺寸至少对应于仪表盘在挡风玻璃上的投影面积。涉及行人的常见事故场景是行人的头部在仪表盘的区域中落到挡风玻璃上。如果在该区域中挡风玻璃被击穿,则行人的头部直接撞到位于后面的仪表盘上,由此增加了重伤的可能性。在这方面,有利的是将挡风玻璃的在安装状态下被仪表盘在玻璃板上的投影覆盖的区域实施为第一子区域,由此挡风玻璃在早期已经破裂。因此,本发明优选实施为包括根据本发明的挡风玻璃的机动车辆,其中挡风玻璃的第一子区域相应于机动车辆的仪表板在挡风玻璃上的投影面积的至少90%,优选至少100%。
透明覆盖印刷物施加在外玻璃板和/或内玻璃板上。由此,挡风玻璃的一个或两个玻璃板被有针对性地弱化,以导致早期破裂。通过挡风玻璃的早期破裂降低了撞击的严重性。在玻璃破裂后,由于热塑性中间层的延伸和破碎的玻璃碎片的部分分层,大量能量被吸收。由于热塑性中间层的延伸,人的头部暴露于相当小的减速率下。在这种情况下,避免了如在晚期玻璃破裂的情况下出现的非常突然的头部减速。透明覆盖印刷物优选安置在外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面和/或内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上。挡风玻璃不会直接因物体撞击在挡风玻璃的外侧上而破裂,而是由于玻璃中产生的拉应力而破裂,特别是在外玻璃板和内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面处。对于半硬物体如人的头部尤其是这种情况。在此,挡风玻璃首先在拉应力最大的位点处破裂。如果在外玻璃板的外侧表面上发生撞击,则最大的拉应力产生在外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上和内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上。如果将透明覆盖印刷物安置在这些表面之一上,则在那里发生所需的早期破裂。特别优选地,透明覆盖印刷物至少安置在内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上。在该表面上,一方面出现最高拉应力,另一方面,它是一个易于接近、易于印刷的玻璃板表面。
所述透明覆盖印刷物可以在第一子区域内在整个面上或在部分面上实施。透明覆盖印刷物优选在部分面上实施,即包含印刷的区域和至少一个未印刷的区域。印刷的区域在此被称为印刷区域,而所述至少一个未印刷的区域是非印刷区域。如果仅存在一个非印刷区域,则它延伸为印刷区域之间的连续区域并包围印刷区域。还可以存在多个非印刷区域,它们被一个或多个印刷区域彼此隔开。在部分面上实施具有印刷区域和非印刷区域的透明覆盖印刷物有利于改善玻璃板的透明度并能够更好地控制破裂图案。在此已证实,在部分面上施加透明覆盖印刷物完全足以引起所需的玻璃板早期破裂。优选地,印刷区域以点形、椭圆形、十字形或矩形形成。以此方式,印刷区域可以以特别不显眼的方式分布,由此挡风玻璃的透明度仅受到轻微影响。印刷区域的倒圆拐角或者圆形或椭圆形的印刷区域已被证明有利于确保尽可能精确的印刷。
透明覆盖印刷物的印刷区域优选占据第二子区域总面积的比例为1%至60%,特别优选5%至50%,特别是10%至40%。所述比例已被证实为足以在头部撞击实验中实现所需的外玻璃板早期破裂。印刷区域在此优选地形成规则或不规则的图案,通过该图案可以根据挡风玻璃的几何形状来控制破裂图案。
印刷区域特别优选形成规则或不规则图案,其中彼此相邻的印刷区域彼此占有1cm至50cm,优选2cm至30cm,特别优选3cm至15cm,例如5cm至10cm的平均间距。如果没有一个或多个其他印刷区域彼此具有更小的间距,则印刷区域与一个或多个其他印刷区域相邻。换句话说,相邻的印刷区域是彼此最接近的印刷区域并且彼此被非印刷区域隔开。这被证实是有利的,由此撞在挡风玻璃上的头部在每种情况中都落在第一子区域中的印刷区域附近。印刷区域特别优选形成规则的点图案,其中相邻点彼此具有的间距为1cm至50cm,优选2cm至30cm,特别优选3cm至15cm,例如5cm至10cm。如果没有一个或多个其他点彼此具有更小的间距,则一个点与一个或多个其他点相邻。换句话说,相邻的点是彼此最接近的点并且彼此被非印刷区域隔开。这些点在此是印刷区域并被连续的非印刷区域包围。这种规则的图案易于施加,例如以丝网印刷法,并且有利于确保在第一子区域内的所有位置处的可靠的玻璃板破裂。丝网印刷法已被证实为对于施加根据本发明的特别有利。
印刷区域的直径优选为0.1mm至10mm。由此可以实现可靠的玻璃板破裂,其中,同时在节省成本的意义上并为了避免光学上的不利影响,可以保持印刷面较小。直径为0.2mm至5.0mm,特别是0.2mm至3.0mm,例如0.3mm至1.0mm的印刷区域已证实是特别优选的。这种尺寸的印刷区域对于交通工具驾驶员来说在视觉上是非常不显眼的,并且在发明人的实验中导致所需的玻璃板早期破裂。
在一个可能的实施方式中,第一子区域内的印刷区域的面积比例从发动机棱边向着车顶棱边的方向减小。因此,相邻于第一子区域的上棱边,每单位面积的印刷区域的面积比例小于相邻于发动机棱边的每单位面积的印刷区域的面积比例。以此方式,可以在第一子区域和邻接它的未印刷的第二子区域之间实现逐步的过渡。
透明覆盖印刷物优选是印刷的搪瓷,所述搪瓷包含SiO2,特别优选包含SiO2、Bi2O3和ZnO。包含这些成分的搪瓷是已知的并且例如通过将印刷膏烘烤在玻璃表面上来生产。适用于汽车装配玻璃和建筑物装配玻璃的印刷膏是商购可得的,并且除了上述成分外,通常还含有溶剂和颜料。溶剂在烘烤过程中蒸发,不再存在于所产生的搪瓷中。从美学观点来看,商购可得的印刷膏中所含的颜料用于为玻璃板着色。此外,将黑色着色的印刷膏用于在汽车领域中在挡风玻璃和后窗的情况下在沿着环绕的棱边的边缘区域中常见的不透明覆盖印刷物。这些已知印刷膏以其基本组成适合于制造根据本发明的透明覆盖印刷物,然而,其中对于根据本发明的应用而言优选省去所有颜料。
在印刷区域内,施加在第一子区域中的覆盖印刷物导致与覆盖印刷物接触的玻璃的强度降低。当烘烤印刷膏时,在所生成的搪瓷中形成孔,这些孔将对应于各自孔的缺陷位点转移到位于其下的玻璃上,从而导致所需的强度降低。当印刷的搪瓷具有尺寸为0.5μm至5μm、特别优选2.0μm至4.0μm的孔时,可以确定特别有利的破裂行为。确定孔径的方法是本领域技术人员已知的。例如,可以使用电子显微镜用于确定孔径。优选使用FIB法(FIB为聚焦离子束)。当前,借助于双束FIB纳米断层扫描法来确定孔径。该技术能够以非常高的分辨率重建和分析三维物质体积。
将第一子区域的沿发动机棱边具有距离发动机棱边最大间距的棱边部分称为第一子区域的上棱边。在此,第一子区域的棱边是包围具有覆盖印刷物的第一子区域的线。第一子区域的上棱边优选地在挡风玻璃的侧棱边之间延伸,其中上棱边可以但并非必须终止于挡风玻璃的侧棱边。这意味着上棱边可以在挡风玻璃的一个或两个侧棱边处与各自的侧棱边相交。
原则上,第一子区域可以具有每种任意的形状并且优选地具有矩形或倒圆的矩形或半圆形或半椭圆形的形状,各自邻接挡风玻璃的发动机棱边。根据挡风玻璃的几何形状,其他形状也是合乎目的的。
在一个优选实施方式中,第一子区域的上棱边在侧棱边之间直线延伸并终止于挡风玻璃的侧棱边处。对于直线的上棱边而言,在挡风玻璃在交通工具中的安装状态下,水平走向已被证实为有利于在沿着发动机棱边的所有区域中均匀地实现所需的第一子区域中的强度降低。在另一优选实施方式中,第一子区域的上棱边具有弯曲的走向。该上棱边在此可以终止于侧棱边的区域中,或者也可以朝向拐角区域延伸并直接终止于拐角区域中或发动机棱边的与拐角区域相邻的部分处。这产生第一子区域的半圆形或半椭圆形的几何形状。
热塑性中间层优选包含聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、聚氨酯(PU)、离聚物和/或乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA),特别优选PVB。这些材料已被证实在玻璃板彼此的可靠连接方面特别适合。
热塑性中间层的厚度优选为300μm至1000μm,特别优选500μm至900μm,特别是650μm至850μm。
外玻璃板和内玻璃板由玻璃制成,优选地由钠钙玻璃制成,如对于窗玻璃常见的那样。然而,所述玻璃板也可以由其他类型的玻璃制成,例如石英玻璃、硼硅酸盐玻璃或铝硅酸盐玻璃。
外玻璃板和内玻璃板可以彼此独立地由非预应力、部分预应力或预应力玻璃构成。如果外玻璃板和/或内玻璃板应具有预应力,则这可以是热预应力或化学预应力。
外玻璃板和内玻璃板的厚度优选分别为0.8mm至2.5mm,特别优选为1.2mm至2.2mm。外玻璃板的厚度通常为1.0mm至2.5mm。内玻璃板的厚度优选为0.8mm至2.1mm。外玻璃板的厚度优选大于内玻璃板的厚度。例如,外玻璃板可以是2.1mm和内玻璃板1.1mm厚,或者外玻璃板可以是1.8mm和内玻璃板1.4mm厚,或者外玻璃板可以是1.6mm和内玻璃板1.1mm厚,或者外玻璃板可以是1.6mm和内玻璃板0.7mm厚,或者外玻璃板可以是1.4mm和内玻璃板1.1mm厚。
内玻璃板、外玻璃板和热塑性中间层可以是透明无色的,但也可以是着色的或有色的。取决于复合玻璃板的所需应用,选择外玻璃板、内玻璃板和热塑性中间层的色调。挡风玻璃希望在光谱的可见光范围内具有高透射率,并且摒弃了部件的深色色调。在作为机动车辆的挡风玻璃的一个实施方案中,通过挡风玻璃的总透射率大于70%,基于光源类型A。术语总透射率涉及通过ECE-R 43,附件3,§9.1确定的用于测试机动车辆玻璃板透光率的方法。
根据本发明的挡风玻璃优选地在一个或多个空间方向上是弯曲的,如对于机动车辆的挡风玻璃常见的那样,其中典型的曲率半径为约10cm至约40m。然而,挡风玻璃也可以是平坦的,例如,当打算将其用作公共汽车、火车或拖拉机的玻璃板时。
内玻璃板、外玻璃板和/或热塑性中间层可以具有另外的合适的本身已知的涂层,例如抗反射涂层、不粘涂层、耐刮擦涂层、光催化涂层或防晒涂层或低E涂层。
汽车装配玻璃,特别是挡风玻璃、后窗玻璃和天窗玻璃,大都具有由不透明搪瓷制成的环绕的周边覆盖印刷物,其特别用于保护用于安装玻璃板的粘合剂免受UV辐射并在视觉上将其掩盖。优选地,至少外玻璃板具有这样的不透明周边覆盖印刷物,特别优选地,外玻璃板和内玻璃板均被印刷,从而防止从两侧透视。不透明的覆盖印刷物例如以丝网印刷的形式来施加,从而该丝网印刷物规定了玻璃板的视野或形成其外边缘。可能布置在玻璃板的边缘区域中的电导体以及在经涂覆的玻璃板的情况下,任选提供的未涂覆的边缘区域优选地被该覆盖印刷物遮蔽并因此被光学掩盖。不透明丝网印刷物可以安置在挡风玻璃的任意平面中。
本发明还包括一种用于制造根据本发明的挡风玻璃的方法,其包括以下方法步骤:
a)提供外玻璃板或内玻璃板,
b)在外玻璃板或内玻璃板上放置热塑性中间层,
c)用具有透明覆盖印刷物的内部玻璃板或外部玻璃板封闭层堆叠,和
d)将至少由外玻璃板、热塑性中间层和内玻璃板组成的层堆叠层压成挡风玻璃,
其中在外玻璃板和/或内玻璃板上安置透明覆盖印刷物。
优选在步骤a)之前将透明覆盖印刷物施加在外玻璃板和/或内玻璃板上。特别优选地,透明覆盖印刷物以丝网印刷法来施加并且在步骤a)之前烘烤。丝网印刷法是本领域技术人员已知的。在以丝网印刷法施加的透明覆盖印刷物的情况下,可以观察到特别有利的印刷区域内的强度降低。
热塑性中间层也可以以多个膜的形式来施加,例如两个或更多个热塑性膜。
如果要在第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板的面向热塑性中间层的表面上施加涂层诸如例如防晒涂层或可加热涂层,则优选在施加涂层之后将玻璃板接合成复合玻璃。如果挡风玻璃包括要电接触的涂层,则在层压复合玻璃板之前使导电层通过汇流条或其他合适的电导体电接触。
可能施加在挡风玻璃的边缘区域中的不透明覆盖印刷物优选以丝网印刷法来施加。如果要将不透明覆盖印刷物和透明覆盖印刷物施加在同一玻璃板表面上,则它们优选相继地施加。
外玻璃板和内玻璃板经由热塑性中间层连接成挡风玻璃优选地通过层压在热、真空和/或压力的作用下进行。可以使用本身已知的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法。在层压时,加热的、可流动的热塑性材料流动,从而形成稳定的复合物。
所谓的高压釜法例如可以在约10bar至15bar的升高的压力和130℃至145℃的温度下进行约2小时。本身已知的真空袋或真空环法例如在约200mbar和80℃至110℃下工作。外玻璃板、热塑性中间层和内玻璃板也可以在压延机中在至少一对辊之间被压制成玻璃板。这种类型的设备已知用于制造玻璃板,并且通常在压机之前具有至少一个加热通道。压制过程期间的温度例如为40℃至150℃。在实践中特别已证实了,压延机法和高压釜法的组合特别有用。或者,可以使用真空层压机。这些由一个或多个可加热和可抽真空的腔室组成,在这些腔室中玻璃板在例如约60分钟内,在0.01mbar至800mbar的减压和80℃至170℃的温度下层压。
本发明还包括根据本发明的挡风玻璃在机动车辆中,特别优选在乘用车中的用途。本发明还可以在连续的全景装配玻璃中使用,其中所述挡风玻璃还一并包括车顶的子区域。
所有提及的标准均涉及其在申请日有效的版本。
本发明的各种实施方案可以单独地或以任意组合来实现。特别地,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,上面提到的和将在下面解释的特征不仅可以以给定的组合来使用,而且也可以以其他组合或单独地来使用。除非示例性实施例和/或其特征明确提及仅作为备选方案或彼此排斥。

图1a、b和2中所示的挡风玻璃10包括外玻璃板1和内玻璃板2,它们通过热塑性中间层3彼此连接。外玻璃板1具有外侧表面I和内部空间侧表面II。内玻璃板2具有外侧表面III和内部空间侧表面IV。在挡风玻璃10的安装状态下,外侧表面I、III指向环境的方向,而内部空间侧表面II、IV在安装状态下向着交通工具内部空间的方向取向。外玻璃板1的内部空间侧表面II通过热塑性中间层3连接到内玻璃板2的外侧表面III。挡风玻璃10具有车顶棱边D、与车顶棱边相对的发动机棱边M以及将发动机棱边M和车顶棱边D彼此连接的两个彼此相对的侧棱边S。挡风玻璃10具有第一子区域X和第二子区域Y,其中第一子区域X与发动机棱边M相邻。
如从图1a和2可以看出的,透明覆盖印刷物4布置在挡风玻璃10的第一子区域X中。挡风玻璃10的剩余表面区域被称为第二子区域Y,并且完全没有这种透明覆盖印刷物4。外玻璃板1例如是由钠钙玻璃制成的玻璃质玻璃板,具有2.1mm的厚度。内玻璃板2例如由钠钙玻璃构成并且具有1.6mm的厚度。
第一子区域X具有上棱边5,其从发动机棱边M开始向着车顶棱边D的方向偏移布置。第一子区域X的上棱边5在侧棱边K之间延伸,其中将透明覆盖印刷物4施加在第一子区域X的上棱边5与发动机棱边M之间。当前,透明覆盖印刷物4布置在内玻璃板2的内部空间侧表面IV上。已证实,这对于在头部撞击实验中实现挡风玻璃10的早期破裂是特别有利的。如果,如图2中所示,除此之外在外玻璃板1的内部空间侧表面II上布置一个透明覆盖印刷物4,可以实现进一步改善的结果。内玻璃板2和外玻璃板1上的透明覆盖印刷物4具有点状印刷区域4.1,它们分别被连续的非印刷区域4.2包围。
发明人已经进行了实验,这些实验试验性地证实了在根据本发明的透明覆盖印刷物的区域中玻璃质玻璃板的有针对性的弱化。为此,发明人用厚度为1.6mm且尺寸为1100mm×500mm的浮法玻璃质玻璃板进行了实验。一系列这种样品被印刷有由三个搪瓷点组成的覆盖印刷物4作为印刷区域4.1,其中改变点的尺寸。在此,覆盖印刷物4被安置在浮法玻璃质玻璃板的所谓的火侧上。以浮法玻璃法制造的玻璃在浮法玻璃质玻璃板的相对的表面上具有不同的表面特性和应力。在此,在浮法玻璃质玻璃板的所谓的浴侧(其是指与锡浴接触的玻璃表面)和所谓的火侧(其是指剩余的相对的玻璃表面)之间是有区别的。图3中显示了在样品的火侧上的点状印刷区域4.1的位置。图3中所示的样品是由浮法玻璃构成的玻璃质玻璃板6。该样品用丝网印刷膏以丝网印刷法印刷,其在烘烤印刷的膏之后在印刷区域中产生搪瓷。
根据DIN EN 1288-5使样品经受弯曲断裂强度测试,其中借助Weibull分布研究弯曲断裂强度。表1显示了在样品的火侧上具有可变尺寸的印刷区域的样品1至5的在此确定的平均特征Weibull强度与两个未经处理的对比样品在火侧(对比样品V1)和浴侧(对比样品V2)上的弯曲断裂强度的对比。对比样品与样品1至5的不同之处仅在于没有透明覆盖印刷物。表1还显示了各自研究的样品的数量以及Weibull分布的形状参数m。形状参数m大于1的Weibull分布用于研究疲劳和磨损损坏,还反映了玻璃板的当前破裂场景。

如在表1中可以看出,与对比样品相比,在所有样品中可以观察到弯曲破裂强度显著降低。在行人撞击在具有覆盖印刷物4的第一子区域X中时也可以预期这种改善。直径为0.5mm的印刷区域已被证实是特别有利的,以便使它们在视觉上尽可能不显眼并确保玻璃板的高透射率。

Claims (15)
1.挡风玻璃(10),其具有发动机棱边(M)、车顶棱边(D)和两个在它们之间延伸的侧棱边(S),其至少包括由玻璃制成的具有外侧表面(I)和内部空间侧表面(II)的外玻璃板(1)和由玻璃制成的具有外侧表面(III)和内部空间侧表面(IV)的内玻璃板(2),其中外玻璃板(1)的内部空间侧表面(II)和内玻璃板(2)的外侧表面(III)通过热塑性中间层(3)彼此连接,并且其中
-挡风玻璃(10)包括至少一个第一子区域(X),在第一子区域(X)中将包括搪瓷的透明覆盖印刷物(4)施加在外玻璃板(1)和/或内玻璃板(2)上,
-第一子区域(X)沿着发动机棱边(M)布置并且从发动机棱边(M)开始向着挡风玻璃(10)的车顶棱边(D)的方向延伸,
-具有透明覆盖印刷物的第一子区域(X)至少部分地突出到根据ECE-R 43的挡风玻璃(10)的A视野中,和
-挡风玻璃(10)在第一子区域(X)中至少部分地具有在光谱的可见范围内至少70%的透射率。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中第一子区域(X)占据挡风玻璃(10)的总面积的10%至100%,优选20%至90%,特别是30%至70%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中所述第一子区域(X)至少部分地从挡风玻璃的发动机棱边(M)开始向着挡风玻璃(10)的车顶棱边(D)的方向延伸的量相应于挡风玻璃(10)的高度的10%至90%,优选20%至70%。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中所述透明覆盖印刷物(4)是无色的,优选是透明或半透明的,并且特别优选地具有至少20%、尤其是至少40%,例如至少50%的可见光的透射率。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中透明覆盖印刷物(4)安置在外玻璃板(1)的内部空间侧表面(II)上和/或在内玻璃板(2)的内部空间侧表面(IV)上。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中所述透明覆盖印刷物(4)包括印刷区域(4.1)和至少一个非印刷区域(4.2),所述印刷区域(4.1)优选地是圆形、椭圆形、十字形或矩形形成的并且被所述至少一个非印刷区域(4.2)包围。
7.根据权利要求6所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中所述印刷区域(4.1)占据第一子区域(X)的总面积的1%至60%的比例并且形成规则或不规则的图案。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中印刷区域(4.1)形成规则或不规则的图案并且彼此相邻的印刷区域(4.1)彼此占据1cm至50cm、优选2cm至30cm的平均间距,并且特别是印刷区域(4.1)形成规则的点图案,其中相邻点彼此具有1cm至50cm,优选2cm至30cm的间距。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中所述透明覆盖印刷物(4)包括含有SiO2的印刷的搪瓷,并且特别优选含有SiO2、Bi2O3和ZnO。
10.根据权利要求9所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中,所述印刷的搪瓷具有多孔结构并且其中孔径优选为0.5μm至5μm,特别优选为2.0μm至4.0μm。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中所述热塑性中间层(3)包含聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、聚氨酯(PU)、离聚物和/或乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的挡风玻璃(10),其中第一玻璃板(1)和第二玻璃板(2)各自具有0.8mm至2.5mm、优选1.2mm至2.2mm的厚度。
13.用于制造根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的挡风玻璃(10)的方法,其中至少
a)提供外玻璃板(1)或内玻璃板(2),
b)将热塑性中间层(3)放置在外玻璃板(1)或内玻璃板(2)上,
c)用内玻璃板(2)或外玻璃板(1)封闭层堆叠,和
d)将至少由外玻璃板(1)、热塑性中间层(3)和内玻璃板(2)组成的层堆叠层压成挡风玻璃(10),
其中透明覆盖印刷物品(4)安置在外玻璃板(1)和/或内玻璃板(2)上。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中优选在步骤a)之前将所述透明覆盖印刷物(4)施加在外玻璃板(1)的内部空间侧表面(II)上和/或在内玻璃板(2)的内部空间侧表面(IV)上,优选以丝网印刷法施加,并且在步骤a)之前烘烤透明覆盖印刷物(4)。
15.根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的挡风玻璃(10)在机动车辆中,优选在乘用车中的用途。
