Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚氨酯改色车衣及其制备方法,所述聚氨酯改色车衣包括依次设置的PET保护层、自修复清漆层、PU透明基层、改色层、底涂层、压敏胶层和离型保护膜层;所述底涂层的厚度大于PU透明基层与改色层的厚度之和。本发明提供的聚氨酯改色车衣,使用时揭开离型膜保护膜层,将压敏胶层一侧粘贴在车身上,再揭除另一侧PET保护层即可。本发明的聚氨酯改色车衣相较于现有的TPU改色车衣,不直接使用TPU膜,而是采用全新的方案及工艺,颜色丰富,性能更优异,且制造成本低,打破TPU膜基材原材料全球短缺的现状。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种彩色车衣及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种聚氨酯改色车衣及制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的不断发展,人们对于汽车外观的需求越来越个性化,汽车的车身装饰和美容也成为一种趋势及时尚,传统的打蜡、封釉及高端的镀膜等在保护漆面及个性化装饰方面显得很局限,车衣出现为汽车的外观加彩。
随着改色车衣的井喷式发展,各大车膜厂家开始推出TPU改色车衣,但这些改色车衣均基于TPU(热塑性聚氨酯橡胶)基膜上进行改色,此类型的改色不仅会影响TPU本身的抗拉、延伸性,表面不平整易出现橘皮纹等,且随着车衣行业的不断发展,对TPU基膜的要求越来越高,而TPU基膜的原材料聚己内酯的全球产量却严重不足。
因此,有必要提高一种不采用TPU基膜的改色车衣及制备方法,但产品具有与TPU基膜相同的性能指标,均具有优异的老化/防护性能;从而可解决TPU膜原材料短缺以及改善成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种聚氨酯改色车衣及制备方法,不但使用方便,能够满足个性化颜色定制要求,而且具有优异的物性、固色能力和耐候性,制造成本低,不受基膜原材料短缺的影响。
本发明为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种聚氨酯改色车衣,依次设置的PET保护层、自修复清漆层、PU透明基层、改色层、底涂层、压敏胶层和离型保护膜层。
进一步地,所述底涂层的厚度大于PU透明基层与改色层的厚度之和;所述PET保护层的厚度为30-50um,所述自修复清漆层的厚度为8-15um,所述PU透明基层的厚度为20-50um,所述改色层的厚度为20-50um,所述压敏胶层的厚度为15-30um,所述离型保护膜层的厚度为30-50um。
进一步地,所述PET保护层为表面涂布非硅油离型剂的光学PET膜,其表面达因值为24-28,离型克重500-900G。
进一步地,所述自修复清漆层为光固化和/或热固化的丙烯酸树脂及其改性树脂,该改性树脂成膜后的抗拉大于15MPa,断裂伸长率大于100%。
进一步地,所述PU透明基层通过热固或光固成膜后,其抗拉大于30MPa,断裂伸长率大于300%,UV阻隔大于90%;所述PU透明基层为聚醚型聚氨酯、聚酯型聚氨酯、聚碳型聚氨酯或改性丙烯酸-聚氨酯。
进一步地,所述改色层为丙烯酸-聚氨酯基料的有色涂层,涂层成膜后的抗拉强度>30Mpa,断裂伸长率>300%;所述改色层为一层或多层涂层,其色泽为珠光色、镭射、金属色或其复配色。
进一步地,所述压敏胶层为丙烯酸/聚氨酯压敏胶及其改性体。
进一步地,所述底涂层为PU或改性PU基料的灰色、白色或黑色涂层;涂层成膜后的抗拉强度>30Mpa,断裂伸长率>300%;三层涂层固化后的断裂伸长率一致。
进一步地,所述的离型保护膜层的材质为PET、PE或牛皮纸,所述的离型保护膜层上形成有网纹排气孔,网纹的直径为0.1-0.5mm。
本发明为解决上述技术问题还提供一种上述聚氨酯改色车衣的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1:制备自修复清漆层、PU涂层、相应颜色的涂层、底涂层、压敏胶层;
S2:在PET保护膜上通过逗号刮刀、狭缝挤出或网纹辊辊涂方式均匀涂布自修复清漆层,固化;S3:在已固化成膜的自修复清漆层上涂布PU涂层,并固化成膜;S4:在固化成膜的PU涂层上涂布相应颜色的涂层,固化形成改色层;S5:在改色层上涂布底涂层,固化成膜;底涂层为一层或多层,多层待烘干过后重复以上工序,并固化;S6:在离型保护膜层上涂布压敏胶,待胶水完全干后,通过转移复合方式贴合到所述的改色层面并收卷;S7:熟化后分切即可制备得到车衣成品。
本发明对比现有技术有如下的有益效果:本发明提供的聚氨酯改色车衣及制备方法,使用时揭开离型膜保护膜层,将压敏胶层一侧粘贴在车身上,再揭除另一侧PET保护层即可。本发明不直接使用TPU膜,不仅具有优异的耐老化性能,颜色鲜艳饱满,可定制个性色彩,而且具有优异防护性能,且制造成本低,不受基膜原材料短缺的影响。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

请参见图1,本发明提供的聚氨酯改色车衣,包括依次设置的PET保护层1、自修复清漆层2、PU透明基层3、改色层4、底涂层5、压敏胶层6和离型保护膜层7。
本发明提供的聚氨酯改色车衣,其结构不采用TPU基膜,但产品具有与TPU基膜相同的性能指标,可解决TPU膜原材料短缺以及改善成本。使用时撕除离型保护膜层7,将车衣亚敏胶的一面粘贴在车身上即可,再撕掉PET光学膜PET保护层1即可。
所述PET保护层1的厚度为30-50um,所述自修复清漆层2的厚度为8-15um,所述的PU透明基层3的厚度为20-50um,所述的改色层4的厚度为20-50um,所述的底涂层5厚度为50-120um,所述压敏胶层6的厚度为15-30um,所述离型保护膜层7的厚度为30-50um。所述底涂层5的厚度大于PU透明基层与改色层的厚度之和,可以增加产品的遮盖率适应不同颜色的车。
所述PET保护层1为光学级PET原膜涂布非硅油离型剂,其表面达应值24-28。不同离型克重对涂布效果及剥离强度有不同影响,如下表所示;优选地,离型克重500-900G,可保证在运输过程中保护膜不脱落,在贴合完成后易解除。
所述自修复清漆层2为包括不仅限于光固化/热固化以及光热双重固化的丙烯酸树脂以及其改性树脂,该树脂成膜后的抗拉大于15MPa,断裂伸长率大于100%。
所述的PU透明基层3包括不仅限于PU树脂,改性PU树脂通过热固或光固成膜,其抗拉大于30MPa,断裂伸长率大于300%,UV阻隔大于90%;所述PU透明基层为聚醚型聚氨酯、聚酯型聚氨酯、聚碳型聚氨酯或改性丙烯酸-聚氨酯。

所述的改色层4为丙烯酸-聚氨酯基料的有色涂层,涂层成膜后的抗拉强度>30Mpa,断裂伸长率>300%。所述的改色层4可以为一层或多层涂层,其颜色包括但不仅限于普通颜色/珠光色/镭射/金属色等多种及其复配色。
所述的底涂层5为PU或改性PU基料的灰色、白色或黑色涂层。涂层成膜后的抗拉强度>30Mpa,断裂伸长率>300%。三层涂层固化后的断裂伸长率一致,否则会出现拉伸后颜色变色等问题。
所述的压敏胶层6为包括不仅限于丙烯酸/聚氨酯压敏胶及其改性体,剥离强度>8N/inch具有较大的内聚力,贴合后撕除无残胶。
所述的离型保护层7,包括不仅限于PET/PE/牛皮纸等材质,湿贴采用无导气槽离型膜,干贴采用具有导气槽离型膜,离型膜上需有网纹排气孔,有利于在与车身贴合时,排出空气防止出现气孔等,其中网纹的直径为0.1-0.5mm。网纹直径过大,压敏胶的粘结性能降低,过小,排气效果不明显。

请继续参见图2,本发明的聚氨酯改色车衣,具体制备方法如下:
S1:制备自修复清漆层、PU涂层、相应颜色的有色涂层、底涂涂层、压敏胶层;
S2:在PET保护膜上通过逗号刮刀/狭缝挤出/网纹辊辊涂方式均匀涂布一层湿膜干膜厚度为10um的热固化自修复清漆层,固化成膜。采用先涂布清漆方案,与传统的最后涂布清漆方案相比,表面更加平整光滑。
S3:在已固化成膜的自修复清漆层上涂布一层干膜厚度为25um的PU涂层,并固化成膜。
S4:在固化成膜的PU层涂布干膜厚度25um的红色改色层,固化形成颜色层。
S5:在颜色层涂布底涂层,固化成膜;底涂层干膜厚度为100um。
S6:在离型保护膜层上涂布干膜厚度25um的压敏胶,待胶水完全干后,通过转移复合方式贴合到上述的改色层面并收卷。
S7:通过熟化7天后,分切即可制备红色TPU改色车衣成品。
经过测试验证,该产品需按以上步骤进行自修复涂层的涂布,表面更加平整光滑。如果先进行PU层或底涂层的涂布,成品表面不平整且光泽度低。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的修改和完善,因此本发明的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的为准。

1.一种聚氨酯改色车衣,其特征在于,包括依次设置的PET保护层、自修复清漆层、PU透明基层、改色层、底涂层、压敏胶层和离型保护膜层。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚氨酯改色车衣,其特征在于,所述底涂层的厚度大于PU透明基层与改色层的厚度之和;所述PET保护层的厚度为30-50um,所述自修复清漆层的厚度为8-15um,所述PU透明基层的厚度为20-50um,所述改色层的厚度为20-50um,所述压敏胶层的厚度为15-30um,所述离型保护膜层的厚度为30-50um。

9.如权利要求1所述的聚氨酯改色车衣,其特征在于,所述的离型保护膜层的材质为PET、PE或牛皮纸,所述的离型保护膜层上形成有网纹排气孔,网纹的直径为0.1-0.5mm。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的聚氨酯改色车衣的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:制备自修复清漆层、PU涂层、相应颜色的涂层、底涂层、压敏胶层;
S2:在PET保护膜上通过逗号刮刀、狭缝挤出或网纹辊辊涂方式均匀涂布自修复清漆层,固化;
S3:在已固化成膜的自修复清漆层上涂布PU涂层,并固化成膜;
S4:在固化成膜的PU涂层上涂布相应颜色的涂层,固化形成改色层;
S5:在改色层上涂布底涂层,固化成膜;底涂层为一层或多层,多层待烘干过后重复以上工序,并固化;
S6:在离型保护膜层上涂布压敏胶,待胶水完全干后,通过转移复合方式贴合到所述的改色层面并收卷;
S7:熟化后分切即可制备得到车衣成品。
