Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of shampoo, in particular to anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shampoo is a washing and caring product for cleaning hair and scalp, and is used for cleaning hair and impurities such as grease, dust, dandruff, etc. on scalp, so as to keep hair clean.
Dandruff is keratinocyte that the scalp drops off, under normal state, keratinocyte drops off seldom, very slowly, but under some stimulations, immature keratinocyte can appear the phenomenon that numerous caking drops off, lead to the dandruff to increase.
There are various stimuli that cause dandruff, among them, the most important is the stimulus from bacteria, especially the ubiquitous malassezia, when malassezia on the scalp multiply, it is easy to cause skin superficial stratum corneum and hair follicle infection, thus make the scalp stimulated, and then cause the production of a large amount of dandruff, therefore, in numerous anti-dandruff shampoos, usually add bacteriostats, through inhibiting, eliminating harmful bacteria on the scalp, thus make the ecological environment of the scalp keep healthy, and then realize the effect of inhibiting dandruff production.
The nano gold is a good bacteriostatic agent, and the bacteriostatic effect of the shampoo can be remarkably improved by adding the nano gold into the shampoo, however, flocculation phenomenon easily occurs in the process of storage of the nano gold, so that the bacteriostatic effect of the nano gold is invalid, and the anti-dandruff effect is greatly reduced, and therefore, the shampoo has room for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to better and permanently keep the antibacterial effect of the anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold stable, the application provides the anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides an anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the anti-dandruff shampoo containing the nano gold comprises the following components in parts by weight:
71.05-73.34 minutes of solvent;
1.98-2.1 parts of conditioner;
0.03-0.05 part of pH regulator;
1.55-1.7 parts of thickener;
0.75-0.8 part of pearling agent;
20.25-21.8 parts of surfactant;
0.35-0.4 parts of di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide;
0.45-0.5 part of suspension stabilizer;
0.9-1.1 parts of nano gold;
0-0.5 part of essence;
the thickener is the compounding of cetostearyl alcohol and sodium chloride.
By adopting the technical scheme, the shampoo has excellent anti-dandruff and sterilizing effects by adding the nano gold, and the nano gold can be permanently and stably uniformly distributed in the shampoo in the form of nano particles by compounding cetylstearyl alcohol, sodium chloride and di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide and then matching with the nano gold, so that flocculation phenomenon is not easy to occur, and the anti-dandruff shampoo containing the nano gold is not easy to cause the reduction of antibacterial effect in long-term storage, can permanently maintain better anti-dandruff effect and has better quality.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the cetostearyl alcohol to the sodium chloride is 0.45-0.5:1.1-1.2.
By adopting the technical scheme, the effect of the combination of the cetylstearyl alcohol and the sodium chloride and the di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide is better by specifically selecting the mass ratio of the cetylstearyl alcohol and the sodium chloride, so that the stability of the nano gold is better and permanently improved, flocculation failure of the nano gold is not easy to occur, and the quality of the shampoo is better.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, cetostearyl alcohol and sodium chloride is 0.38:0.47:1.15.
by adopting the technical scheme, the nano gold has better effect by specifically selecting the mass ratio of di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, cetostearyl alcohol and sodium chloride, and can keep excellent sterilizing and scurf inhibiting effects after long-term storage.
Preferably, the conditioning agent is the compound of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and emulsified silicone oil.
By adopting the technical scheme, the conditioning agent is formed by specifically selecting guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and emulsified silicone oil, so that the hair can be better conditioned, the hair is smoother, the hair quality is improved, the hair is not easy to be rough, and the hair is more attractive.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to the emulsified silicone oil is 0.08-0.1:1.9-2.
By adopting the technical scheme, the effects of conditioning the hair and the scalp are better by specifically selecting the mass ratio of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and emulsified silicone oil, so that the scalp is more balanced in water and oil, and the hair is more flexible and attractive.
Preferably, the surfactant is the compound of monoethanolamide cocoate, sodium laureth sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, through the compound surfactant formulation of concretely selecting coconut acid monoethanolamide, laureth sulfate sodium, cocoamidopropyl betaine, the cleaning performance to the dirt on scalp and the hair is better, can clean the hair better, makes the hair cleaner, and is more pleasing to the eye.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the coco monoethanolamide, sodium laureth sulfate and cocoamidopropyl betaine is 0.75-0.8:15-16:4.5-5.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cleaning effect is better, the hair is cleaner and the quality is better by specifically selecting the mass ratio of the coconut monoethanolamide, the sodium laureth sulfate and the cocoamidopropyl betaine.
In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold comprises the following steps:
step 1), adding 80-90% of solvent and guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, then adding a pH regulator, and uniformly stirring to obtain a premix;

According to the data in table 1, the comparison between the examples and the comparative examples shows that when the bis (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, cetostearyl alcohol and sodium chloride are adopted for compounding, the stability of the nano gold is higher, the shampoo of each example still maintains good antibacterial effect after being stored for 30 days under the accelerated aging condition, the antibacterial effect of the shampoo of each comparative example is less changed, the antibacterial effect of the shampoo of each comparative example is obviously reduced, and the phenomenon that the antibacterial effect is invalid due to flocculation of the nano gold is caused by changing the compounding system of the bis (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, cetylstearyl alcohol and sodium chloride is proved, so that the shampoo of each example has longer lasting stability and better quality.
According to the data in Table 1, the comparison of examples 1-3 with examples 4-5 shows that the effect of maintaining the stability of the nanogold in the shampoo is better when bis (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, cetostearyl alcohol, sodium chloride are compounded in a specific ratio, the diameter of the bacteriostasis ring is reduced less after 30 days of storage under accelerated aging conditions, and the shampoo of examples 1-3 has more durable stability and better quality.
