Description

Anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of shampoo, in particular to anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shampoo is a washing and caring product for cleaning hair and scalp, and is used for cleaning hair and impurities such as grease, dust, dandruff, etc. on scalp, so as to keep hair clean.
Dandruff is keratinocyte that the scalp drops off, under normal state, keratinocyte drops off seldom, very slowly, but under some stimulations, immature keratinocyte can appear the phenomenon that numerous caking drops off, lead to the dandruff to increase.
There are various stimuli that cause dandruff, among them, the most important is the stimulus from bacteria, especially the ubiquitous malassezia, when malassezia on the scalp multiply, it is easy to cause skin superficial stratum corneum and hair follicle infection, thus make the scalp stimulated, and then cause the production of a large amount of dandruff, therefore, in numerous anti-dandruff shampoos, usually add bacteriostats, through inhibiting, eliminating harmful bacteria on the scalp, thus make the ecological environment of the scalp keep healthy, and then realize the effect of inhibiting dandruff production.
The nano gold is a good bacteriostatic agent, and the bacteriostatic effect of the shampoo can be remarkably improved by adding the nano gold into the shampoo, however, flocculation phenomenon easily occurs in the process of storage of the nano gold, so that the bacteriostatic effect of the nano gold is invalid, and the anti-dandruff effect is greatly reduced, and therefore, the shampoo has room for improvement.

Experiment 1
According to the bacteriostasis ring method of QB/T2738-2012 (evaluation method of antibacterial and bacteriostatic effect of daily chemical products) 7.5, the antibacterial effect of the anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold prepared by each example and comparative example is detected, the antibacterial effect is evaluated by the diameter of the bacteriostasis ring, and the larger the diameter of the bacteriostasis ring is, the better the antibacterial effect is, and the diameter of the bacteriostasis ring is larger than 7mm, so that the anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold has the antibacterial effect.
Placing the anti-dandruff shampoo containing the nano gold prepared in each example and comparative example in a transparent glass bottle, opening, keeping the temperature at 45 ℃ and the constant humidity at 90%, performing accelerated aging, standing for 30 days, sampling, detecting according to the QB/T2738-2012 antibacterial and bacteriostatic effect evaluation method of daily chemical products, 7.5 antibacterial ring method, marking as the diameter of the antibacterial ring after storage, and judging the stability of the anti-dandruff shampoo containing the nano gold after storage according to the change of antibacterial effect.
Test strain: malassezia furfur, strain number: ATCC 44344.
When the antibacterial effect of the freshly prepared anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold is tested, the concentration of the bacterial suspension for test is 7.9x10 5 The method comprises the steps of carrying out a first treatment on the surface of the When the antibacterial effect of the stored anti-dandruff shampoo containing nano-gold is tested, the concentration of the bacterial suspension for test is 7.8x10 5
The specific test data for experiment 1 are detailed in table 1.
TABLE 1
Diameter of inhibition ring (mm) Diameter (mm) of bacteriostasis ring after storage
Example 1 24.88 22.72
Example 2 24.95 22.77
Example 3 24.93 22.74
Example 4 24.89 22.24
Example 5 24.94 22.33
Comparative example 1 24.91 6.25
Comparative example 2 24.86 6.37
Comparative example 3 24.92 6.19
Comparative example 4 24.87 6.42
According to the data in table 1, the comparison between the examples and the comparative examples shows that when the bis (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, cetostearyl alcohol and sodium chloride are adopted for compounding, the stability of the nano gold is higher, the shampoo of each example still maintains good antibacterial effect after being stored for 30 days under the accelerated aging condition, the antibacterial effect of the shampoo of each comparative example is less changed, the antibacterial effect of the shampoo of each comparative example is obviously reduced, and the phenomenon that the antibacterial effect is invalid due to flocculation of the nano gold is caused by changing the compounding system of the bis (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, cetylstearyl alcohol and sodium chloride is proved, so that the shampoo of each example has longer lasting stability and better quality.
According to the data in Table 1, the comparison of examples 1-3 with examples 4-5 shows that the effect of maintaining the stability of the nanogold in the shampoo is better when bis (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, cetostearyl alcohol, sodium chloride are compounded in a specific ratio, the diameter of the bacteriostasis ring is reduced less after 30 days of storage under accelerated aging conditions, and the shampoo of examples 1-3 has more durable stability and better quality.
The present embodiment is merely illustrative of the present application and is not intended to be limiting, and those skilled in the art, after having read the present specification, may make modifications to the present embodiment without creative contribution as required, but is protected by patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
