背景技术
除草剂是指可使杂草彻底地或选择地发生枯死的药剂,又称除莠剂, 用以消灭或抑制植物生长的一类物质。其中的氯酸钠、硼砂、砒酸盐、三氯醋酸对于任何种类的植物都有枯死的作用,其作用受除草剂、植物和环境条件三因素的影响。按作用分为灭生性和选择性除草剂,选择性除草剂特别是硝基苯酚、氯苯酚、氨基甲酸的衍生物多数都有效。世界除草剂发展渐趋平稳,主要发展高效、低毒、广谱、低用量的品种,对环境污染小的一次性处理剂逐渐成为主流。
炔苯酰草胺的化学名称是3,5-二氯-N-(1,1-二甲基丙炔基)苯甲酰胺,是一种应用广泛的除草剂,常用于阔叶杂草等杂草的控制。《50%炔苯酰草胺WP防除移栽莴苣田杂草的效果及安全性》(张田田等,2010)报道了将炔苯酰草胺用于防除阔叶杂草有藜、反枝苋等。申请号201280012533.0的专利公开了含炔苯酰草胺和乙丁氟灵的协同性除草组合物,利用炔苯酰草胺和乙丁氟灵防治莴苣、菊苣、苦苣、绿菊苣等作物、以及树类作物和木本观赏植物中的杂草。
烟叶多为育苗移栽,苗床(畦)肥水大、墒情好,特别有利于杂草的发生,影响烟叶幼苗生长;同时,苗床(畦)地膜覆盖,白天温度较高,昼夜温差较大,烟苗瘦弱,除草剂对烟苗易造成药害。常使用草胺类除草剂防治的烟苗床内的单子叶杂草,但对烟苗床中的双子叶杂草防治效果差。并且草胺类除草剂用量大,容易影响烟苗生长,如果降低药量,又很难起到防治作用。因此,需要开发一种包含炔苯酰草胺的除草组合物,不仅能防治烟苗床内的单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草,还不影响烟苗生长。

针对上述现有技术,本发明的目的是提供一种包含炔苯酰草胺的除草组合物。本发明通过将炔苯酰草胺、7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺组合使用,配以十二烷基苯磺酸钙、乙二醇、乙二醇作为助剂,不仅可以有效防治烟苗床内的单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草,还能减少药量且不影响烟苗生长。

优选的,所述炔苯酰草胺、7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺和助剂的质量比为6:6:12。
优选的,所述助剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钙、乙二醇和环己酮;所述十二烷基苯磺酸钙、乙二醇和环己酮的质量比为1~10:1~10:1~10。
优选的,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钙、乙二醇和环己酮的质量比为4:4:4。
本发明的第二方面,提供上述除草组合物在制备用于烟苗床的除草剂中的用途。
优选的,所述的除草组合物用于除去烟苗床的单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草。
本发明的第三方面,提供以上述除草组合物为有效成分的除草剂,所述有效成分的含量为20~30%。
优选的,所述除草剂为乳油、水剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、可溶粉剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
更为优选的,所述除草剂为乳油。
所述乳油为100#溶剂油。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明通过将炔苯酰草胺、7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺组合使用,配以十二烷基苯磺酸钙、乙二醇、乙二醇作为助剂,不仅可以有效防治烟苗床内的单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草,还能减少药量且不影响烟苗生长。
(2)本发明选取已在市场上应用广泛的炔苯酰草胺配以近年来拜耳公司研发的除草剂7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺,通过添加三种助剂组合物,生产出安全环保的产品,不仅降低了用药量,提高了药效,还不影响烟苗生长,可广泛用于烟苗床的除草中。
具体实施方式
应该指出,以下详细说明都是例示性的,旨在对本申请提供进一步的说明。除非另有指明,本文使用的所有技术和科学术语具有与本申请所属技术领域的普通技术人员通常理解的相同含义。
正如背景技术部分介绍的,炔苯酰草胺单独用于烟苗床不仅用量大、防治双子叶杂草效果差,还影响烟苗生长。
基于此,本发明的目的是提供一种包含炔苯酰草胺的除草组合物。本发明以炔苯酰草胺和7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺为有效成分,辅以十二烷基苯磺酸钙、乙二醇、乙二醇作为助剂。可以提高药效,减少药量,不对烟苗产生危害,可有效防治单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草。为了确定各成分间的最佳配比,发明人进行了以下两组试验:
试验1:有效成分的最佳配比
试验地点:山东省临沂市沂水县诸葛镇新民官庄村;试验时间:2020年3月下旬。
将炔苯酰草胺、7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺与水配成25wt%的若干组溶液。选择未使用过除草剂的苗床,等分成若干组,每组均用溴甲烷进行熏蒸,一周后进行播种,烤烟品种为NC102,当烟苗长至大十字期时,每组随机选取10棵烟苗进行根系活力调查,并统计单子叶杂草、双子叶杂草的数量。然后喷洒0.4mL/m2配好的溶液并以等量清水作为对照。药后15d,每组中再随机选择10棵烟苗进行根系活力调查并统计单子叶杂草、双子叶杂草的数量,计算单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草的去除率,所得结果见表1。
为了便于统计对目标杂草进行标记,单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草只统计常见杂草,单子叶杂草统计狗尾草、牛筋草、马唐,双子叶杂草统计荠菜、藜、苋、飞蓬、小蓟、婆婆纳。根系活力采用TTC法测定。
表1根系活力和杂草去除率
由表1可以看出,当炔苯酰草胺和7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺的质量比为6:6时,对烟苗的根系活力影响最小,且单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草的去除率也是最高的。
试验2:助剂的最佳配比
试验地点:山东省临沂市沂水县诸葛镇新民官庄村;试验时间:2021年3月下旬。
将烟苗床分成若干组,与试验1的处理相同,喷洒若干组除草剂,每组都是炔苯酰草胺和7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺质量比6:6与不同配比的助剂混合(每组都以助剂的配比进行表示),与100#溶剂油配置得到的25wt%的乳油。 药后15d,对喷洒除草剂前后的烟苗根系活力、单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草的去除率进行统计,所得结果见表2。

由表2可以看出,当炔苯酰草胺和7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、乙二醇和环己酮的质量比为6:6:4:4:4时,除草剂对烟苗的根系活力影响最小,且单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草的去除率最高。
为了使得本领域技术人员能够更加清楚地了解本申请的技术方案,以下将结合具体的实施例详细说明本申请的技术方案。
说明:7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺按照申请号CN104768937A公开的除草活性的二环芳基羧酸酰胺专利中实施例1的方法制备得到。
具体方法为:
步骤1:7-甲基-1-苄基噻吩-6-羧酸甲酯的合成
将619mg(3mmol)的对甲苯磺酸加入到溶于92ml甲苯的7.3g(32mmol)3-羟基-7-甲基-2,3二氢-1-苯并噻吩-6-羧酸甲酯的溶液中。将所得混合物经过回流加热1小时。随后,将所得混合物冷却至室温(RT)并用60ml的饱和碳酸氢钠水溶液洗涤。相分离后,将有机相干燥,所得滤液不含溶剂。得到6.0g所需产品。
步骤2:7-甲基-1-苯并噻吩-6-羧酸的合成
将溶于50ml甲醇和10ml水的混合物中的6.0g(28mmol)7-甲基-1-苯并噻吩-6-羧酸甲酯的溶液与1.73g(43mmol)氢氧化钠混合。将所述反应混合物经过回流加热1小时。然后将甲醇基本除去,并将残余物溶于10ml水中。将所述混合物用每次10ml的二乙醚洗涤两次。之后,将水相用2M盐酸酸化。将所得悬浮液过滤并将经分离的固体用20ml水洗涤并最终干燥。得到4.1g所需产品。
步骤3:7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺的合成
将溶于10ml干吡啶的500mg(2.60mmol)的7-甲基-1-苯并噻吩-6-羧酸和335mg(98%纯度;3.31mmol)的5-氨基-1-甲基-1H-四唑冷却至0℃-5℃的温度。然后加入462mg(3.64mmol)的乙二酰氯(oxalyl chlorid)。将所述混合物解冻至室温,然后在室温下再搅拌2小时。然后在室温下再加入115.5mg(0.91mmol)的乙二酰氯。将所述反应混合物在室温下搅拌16小时。对于后处理,去除溶剂。将残余物溶于二氯甲烷,并将所述混合物用饱和碳酸氢钠水溶液洗涤。相分离后,所得有机相不含溶剂。将残余物用乙腈搅动并过滤。所得的残余物为355mg的清洁产品。
本发明实施例中所用的试验材料均为本领域常规的试验材料,均可通过商业渠道购买得到。
实施例:配置20%的乳油
将12.5kg炔苯酰草胺、12.5kg 7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺、8.33kg十二烷基苯磺酸钙、8.33kg乙二醇、8.33kg环己酮与75kg的100#溶剂油配制成有效成分为20%的乳油。
对比例1
与实施例的区别在于:将实施例中的7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺替换成乙丁氟灵,制备得到有效成分为20%的乳油。
对比例2
与实施例的区别在于:将实施例中的7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺替换成莠去津,制备得到有效成分为20%的乳油。
对比例3
与实施例的区别在于:去掉实施例中的乙二醇和环己酮,十二烷基苯磺酸钙的用量为25kg,制备得到有效成分为20%的乳油。
对比例4
与实施例的区别在于:去掉实施例中的十二烷基苯磺酸钙和环己酮,乙二醇的用量为25kg,制备得到有效成分为20%的乳油。
对比例5
与实施例的区别在于:去掉实施例中的十二烷基苯磺酸钙和乙二醇,环己酮的用量为25kg,制备得到有效成分为20%的乳油。
对比例6
与实施例的区别在于:将实施例中的环己酮替换成丙酮,制备得到有效成分为20%的乳油。
对比例7
与实施例的区别在于:将实施例中的乙二醇替换成乙醇,制备得到有效成分为20%的乳油。
对比例8
与实施例的区别在于:将实施例中的十二烷基苯磺酸钙替换成脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,制备得到有效成分为20%的乳油。
对比例9
将12.5kg炔苯酰草胺、8.33kg十二烷基苯磺酸钙、8.33kg乙二醇、8.33kg环己酮与75kg 100#溶剂油配制成有效成分为11.1%的乳油。
对比例10
将12.5kg 7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺、8.33kg十二烷基苯磺酸钙、8.33kg乙二醇、8.33kg环己酮与75kg 100#溶剂油配制成有效成分为11.1%的乳油。
试验例
试验地点:山东省临沂市沂南县马牧池乡沙山村,试验时间:2022年4月上旬。
试验方法参照试验1,将烟苗床等分成10组,每组喷洒实施例或对比例1~8制备的除草剂,并以等量清水作为对照组。药后15d,对喷洒除草剂前后的烟苗根系活力、单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草的去除率进行统计,所得结果见表3。

由表3可以看出,实施例制备的除草剂对烟苗的生长影响最小,对于单子叶和双子叶植物的除去率也最高。说明将炔苯酰草胺和7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺这两种有效成分复配后,能显著提高药效,降低了用药量,节省了生产成本。通过添加本发明的助剂组合物更是提高了药效的发挥,显著提高除去单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草的效果,对烟苗的影响也将至最低,有利于烟草增产、提高产品品质。

Claims (7)
1.一种包含炔苯酰草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述包含炔苯酰草胺的除草组合物包括以下原料:炔苯酰草胺、7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺和助剂;
所述炔苯酰草胺、7-甲基-N-(1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基)-1-苯并噻吩-6-甲酰胺和助剂的质量比为6:6:12。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包含炔苯酰草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述助剂包括十二烷基苯磺酸钙、乙二醇和环己酮;
所述十二烷基苯磺酸钙、乙二醇和环己酮的质量比为4:4:4。
3.权利要求1或2所述的包含炔苯酰草胺的除草组合物在制备用于烟苗床的除草剂中的用途。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,所述包含炔苯酰草胺的除草组合物用于除去烟苗床的单子叶杂草和双子叶杂草。
5.以权利要求1或2所述的包含炔苯酰草胺的除草组合物为有效成分的除草剂,其特征在于,所述有效成分的含量为20~30%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂为乳油、水剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂、可溶粉剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂为乳油。
