图2示出了一种上述类型的死点开关。一个摇臂1通过一个拉伸弹簧2压在一个刃形支承3上。通过杠杆比a/b产生一触头负载F。基于因过电流引起的温度上升,一双金属件8发生偏移并由此操纵一根偏转杆4。该偏转杆推动拉伸弹簧2直至杠杆臂长“a”变成负值,摇臂1由此跳到第二接触位置。当开关处于死点或速动点(schnappunkt)时,杠杆臂长a=0。此时,拉伸弹簧2的力作用线通过摇臂1的刃在刃形支承3上的支承点,也就是说,拉伸弹簧2作用在摇臂1上的力没有使摇臂1偏转的分量。为了对速动点亦即死点进行预定的调节,利用一个调节螺钉6推动拉伸弹簧2。偏转杆4随拉伸弹簧2的移动会产生偏转,由此产生间距“c”。为了平衡这一变化,设有另一调节螺钉7。
这样一种死点开关可从欧洲专利文献EP 0 017 813 B1中了解到。这种死点开关一方面具有一个调节螺钉用来调节脱扣点,另一方面具有另一个调节螺钉用来调节死点弹簧的位置。这种调节过程需要两个步骤。
本发明的目的在于创造一种上述类型的死点开关,使之只需尽可能少的调节工作。
本发明的目的通过这样一种死点开关来实现,该死点开关具有一个设置在一个支承上、在两个止挡间可偏转的摇臂,该摇臂压入该支承中,其中,在摇臂的两个止挡之间存在一个死点,按照本发明,所述支承设计成可移动,由此可改变死点的位置。

Claims (5)

1.一种死点开关,它具有一个设置在一个支承(3)上、在两个止挡间可偏转的摇臂(1),该摇臂压入该支承(3)中,其中,在摇臂(1)的两个止挡之间存在一个死点,其特征在于,所述支承(3)设计成可移动,由此可改变死点位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的死点开关,其特征在于,所述支承设计成刃形支承(3)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的死点开关,其特征在于,所述摇臂(1)通过一根拉伸弹簧(2)被压在刃形支承(3)内。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的死点开关,其特征在于,由一个双金属脱扣器(8)引起的偏转力(F1)作用在所述拉伸弹簧(2)上。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的死点开关,其特征在于,所述止挡被设计成触头。
