Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the mounting bar 1 is provided with a communication hole 14 at a position of the fixing hole 13, the inside of the communication hole 14 communicates with the inside of the fixing hole 13, and the inner sidewall of the communication hole 14 is connected with the sidewall of the mounting bar 1 on a side facing away from the building outer wall 2. An operation shaft 15 and a driving rod 16 are provided in the communication hole 14, and an axial direction of the operation shaft 15 is provided along a width direction of the mounting rod 1; the operation shaft 15 is fitted with a seal ring plate 151, the seal ring plate 151 is fitted into the mouth of the communication hole 14, and the seal ring plate 151 is welded to the inner wall of the communication hole 14. The communication hole 14 is provided with a rotation hole 141 toward the bottom wall of the sealing ring plate 151, the operation shaft 15 is inserted into the rotation hole 141, and the operation shaft 15 is rotatable about its own axis. An abutment ring 152 is welded to the peripheral wall of the operation shaft 15, and the abutment ring 152 abuts against a side wall of the seal ring plate 151 in the bottom wall direction of the communication hole 14, so that the risk of detachment of the operation shaft 15 from the seal ring plate 151 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the driving lever 16 is an arc-shaped lever, one end of the driving lever 16 is welded to the peripheral wall of the operation shaft 15, and the other end extends in the circumferential direction of the operation shaft 15 and is inclined in the radial direction of the operation shaft 15 in a direction away from the operation shaft 15. One end of the driving lever 16 away from the operation shaft 15 is a driving portion 161; the operation shaft 15 is rotated to drive the driving rod 16 to move synchronously, so that the driving rod 16 is abutted against the end wall of the fixed rod 311; when the driving portion 161 abuts against the end wall of the fixing lever 311, the fixing lever 311 is separated from the inner side wall of the fixing hole 13.
Referring to fig. 8, the fixing rod 311 is obliquely provided with a yielding surface 3113, the yielding surface 3113 is located at one end of the fixing rod 311 away from the limiting ring 312, and the yielding surface 3113 is located at one side of the fixing rod 311 away from the guiding surface 3112. The relief surface 3113 is connected to an end wall of the corresponding end of the fixing rod 311, and a dimension of the relief surface 3113 along the length direction of the fixing rod 311 is smaller than a dimension of the guide surface 3112 along the length direction of the fixing rod 311. When the fixing rod 311 moves into the sliding hole 33, the curtain wall plate 3 is moved away from the building outer wall 2, and the yielding surface 3113 can be abutted against the inner sidewall of the fixing hole 13, so that the fixing rod 311 is completely separated from the fixing hole 13, and the curtain wall plate 3 is convenient to detach.
Referring to fig. 7, the mounting lever 1 is provided with an elastic driving member, which coincides with the elastic abutting member 3212. After the fixing rod 311 is separated from the inner side wall of the fixing hole 13, the elastic driving member pushes the curtain wall plate 3 to a direction away from the building outer wall 2, so that the curtain wall plate 3 moves to the outside of the interval between the two corresponding mounting rods 1, thereby facilitating the disassembly of the curtain wall plate 3 for cleaning or replacement. In another embodiment, the elastic driving member may be disposed between the supporting rod 11 and the curtain wall plate 3, where one end of the elastic driving member is welded to the side wall of the curtain wall plate 3, and the other end of the elastic driving member is directly abutted to the supporting rod 11 or the building outer wall 2.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8, the mounting lever 1 is provided with an elastic restoring member 17, the elastic restoring member 17 including a torsion spring; one end of the elastic resetting piece 17 is inserted into the driving rod 16, and the other end is inserted into the bottom wall of the communication hole 14; when the fixing rod 311 is separated from the inner side wall of the fixing hole 13, the elastic restoring member 17 drives the driving rod 16 to move away from the fixing hole 13 by releasing the operation shaft 15. The inner bottom wall of the communication hole 14 is welded and fixed with a positioning block 142; in the process of resetting the elastic resetting piece 17 to drive the operation shaft 15, the driving rod 16 can be abutted with the positioning block 142 so as to separate the driving part 161 from the fixing rod 311, thereby facilitating the reinstallation of the curtain wall plate 3.
The embodiment also discloses a construction method of the green building curtain wall structure, which comprises the following steps:
s1, mounting a mounting rod 1:
s11, scribing on the building outer wall 2 along the height direction of the building outer wall 2; drilling holes at scribing positions;
s12, abutting the mounting rod 1 against the building outer wall 2, and enabling the length direction of the mounting rod 1 to be arranged along the height direction of the building outer wall 2; installing expansion bolts to fixedly install the installation rod 1 on the building outer wall 2;
s13, installing the supporting rods 11 at positions between two adjacent installation rods 1, and welding one end of each supporting rod 11 with the side wall of one installation rod 1 and the other end of each supporting rod with the side wall of the other installation rod 1;
s14, embedding the elastic sealing strip 1211 into the embedded groove 121;
s2, installing curtain wall plates 3:
s21, lifting the curtain wall plate 3, and then inserting the extension rods 322 into the corresponding positioning grooves 111;
s22, pressing the curtain wall plate 3 towards the building outer wall 2 until the guide surface 3112 is abutted against the mounting rod 1;
s23, continuously pressing the curtain wall plate 3 to enable the curtain wall plate 3 to be abutted with the bearing strip 12, so that the elastic piece 313 can push one end of the fixing rod 311 into the fixing hole 13.
S24, repeating the steps S21-S23 to fix all the curtain wall boards 3 with the fixing rods 311.
In another embodiment, the mounting rod 1 may be mounted on the building outer wall 2 in advance with the construction of the building outer wall 2.
The elastic member 313 is engaged with the guide surface 3112; when the curtain wall plate 3 is installed, after the fixing rods 311 are aligned with the fixing holes 13 along the thickness direction of the building outer wall 2, the curtain wall plate 3 is pressed, so that the fixing rods 311 can be automatically inserted into the fixing holes 13, the operation is simple and quick, the installation efficiency of the curtain wall plate 3 is improved, and the construction period of curtain wall construction is shortened.
