本发明涉及家居、工程内墙装饰领域,具体为一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
凡是用水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料,都可称为水性涂料,依据涂料中粘合剂类别,水性涂料被分为两大类:天然物质或矿物质(如硅酸钾)的天然水性涂料和人工合成树脂(如丙烯酸树脂)的石油化工水性涂料,水性涂料包括水溶性涂料、水稀释性涂料、水分散性涂料(乳胶涂料)3种,水溶性涂料是以水溶性树脂为成膜物,以聚乙烯醇及其各种改性物为代表,除此之外还有水溶醇酸树脂、水溶环氧树脂及无机高分子水性树脂等,内墙涂料,是指粉刷在室内墙壁上的漆料。
目前的内墙涂料挥发性有机化合物VOC偏高,游离甲醛偏高;传统除醛净味方法为物理吸附,有重新释放的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决内墙涂料挥发性有机化合物VOC偏高,游离甲醛偏高;传统除醛净味方法为物理吸附,有重新释放的风险的问题,提供一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法,由如下重量百分比含量的各组分组成:
乳液(25-35%),碳酸钙(35-45%),钛白粉(5-10%),硅藻土(3-5%),抑泡剂(0.3-0.5%),分散剂(0.3-0.5%),纤维素(0.5-1%),防沉剂(0.1%-0.5%),成膜助剂(0.3-0.5%),杀菌剂(0.2-0.5%),防霉剂(0.2-0.5%),消泡剂(0.3-0.5%),醛类捕捉剂(0.5-1%),去离子水(5-10%);
制备方法为:
步骤一:将去离子水和多种助剂包括抑泡剂、分散剂、纤维素、防沉剂混合,并进行低速搅拌10min;
步骤二:加入颜填料碳酸钙、钛白粉、硅藻土活性炭等固体粉料、纤素水溶液进行高速分散30min,制成白浆;
步骤三:将白浆分批慢速加入乳液中,加入成膜助剂、防霉剂、杀菌剂、消泡剂、醛类捕捉剂,中速搅拌10min;
步骤四:根据客户需求加入色浆调配颜色,加入适量的去离子水调整粘度,中速搅拌20min,脱泡15分钟,过滤充填。
优选地,所述去离子水9.8%:调整粘度,抑泡剂0.5%:以疏水二氧化硅和矿物油为主要成分,具有优异的抑泡效果,缩孔少。
优选地,所述分散剂0.5%:对流动性差的填料有极好的效果,纤维素0.4%:增稠,流变性改良,防沉剂0.5%:焦磷酸钠水溶液,有反絮凝作用和分散作用,提高水性涂料的稳定性。
优选地,所述碳酸钙40%:涂料中常用填料,钛白粉8%:增加涂料遮盖力,有更好的光泽性和耐候性。
优选地,所述硅藻土3%:能够有效的吸附甲醛,同时对苯和氨等有害气体也具有强的吸附力,硅藻土还能自动调节室内空气的湿度,乳液35%:专为低气味和低/零VOC涂料配方专门设计的苯丙乳液,拥有出色的颜填料相容性和粘结能力,不含氨水及任何溶剂或增塑剂。
优选地,所述成膜助剂0.5%:水解稳定性好,可以与高PH的丙烯酸乳液一起使用,杀菌剂0.4%:不含甲醛,溶剂,挥发性气体,重金属,酚类物质,广谱高效,对细菌、真菌、酵母都有效。
优选地,所述防霉剂0.4%:对微生物细胞相关的生理、生化反应和代谢活动进行有效的干扰和破坏,最终导致微生物的生长、繁殖、分化被抑制,直至完全死亡,从而保护各类轻化等产品不至霉变,保持完好。
优选地,所述消泡剂0.5%:具有优良的初期抑泡性和持续消泡性。
优选地,所述醛类捕捉剂0.5%:一种通过化学反应吸附甲醛的甲醛捕捉剂,除臭速度出色,且长期有效。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过加入乳液、碳酸钙、钛白粉、硅藻土、抑泡剂、分散剂、成膜助剂等,使得本水性内墙涂料低VOC(挥发性有机化合物),不含甲醛,低气味;具有优异的吸附甲醛能力,效果是普通硅藻土涂材2倍,且不会再释放;有效调节室内空气的湿度。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法,由如下重量百分比含量的各组分组成:
乳液(25-35%),碳酸钙(35-45%),钛白粉(5-10%),硅藻土(3-5%),抑泡剂(0.3-0.5%),分散剂(0.3-0.5%),纤维素(0.5-1%),防沉剂(0.1%-0.5%),成膜助剂(0.3-0.5%),杀菌剂(0.2-0.5%),防霉剂(0.2-0.5%),消泡剂(0.3-0.5%),醛类捕捉剂(0.5-1%),去离子水(5-10%);
制备方法为:

实施例1
作为本发明的优选实施例:去离子水9.8%:调整粘度,抑泡剂0.5%:以疏水二氧化硅和矿物油为主要成分,具有优异的抑泡效果,缩孔少;
去离子水是通过离子交换树脂除去水中的离子态杂质而得到的近于纯净的水,用于调整溶液的粘度,其生产装置设计的合理与否直接关系到去离子水质量的好坏及运营的经济性,抑泡剂俗称泡沫抑制剂或泡沫控制剂,用以迅速消泡,并在较长时间内抑制泡沫产生,其作用机理与防沫剂相同.多数由水机或水乳基以及油基复合物组成,具有优异的抑泡效果,缩孔少。
实施例2
作为本发明的优选实施例:分散剂0.5%:对流动性差的填料有极好的效果,纤维素0.4%:增稠,流变性改良,防沉剂0.5%:焦磷酸钠水溶液,有反絮凝作用和分散作用,提高水性涂料的稳定性;
分散剂是一种在分子内同时具有亲油性和亲水性两种相反性质的界面活性剂,可均一分散那些难于溶解于液体的无机,有机颜料的固体及液体颗粒,同时也能防止颗粒的沉降和凝聚,形成安定悬浮液所需的两亲性试剂,对流动性差的填料有极好的效果,纤维素是由葡萄糖组成的大分子多糖,不溶于水及一般有机溶剂,是植物细胞壁的主要成分,可增稠,进行流变性改良,防沉剂是一类涂料的流变控制剂,它使涂料具有触变性,黏度大大提高,防沉剂在现代涂料中起着重要作用,对涂料的生产、贮存、涂装和涂膜性能产生重要影响,焦磷酸钠水溶液,有反絮凝作用和分散作用,提高水性涂料的稳定性。
实施例3
作为本发明的优选实施例:碳酸钙40%:涂料中常用填料,钛白粉8%:增加涂料遮盖力,有更好的光泽性和耐候性;
碳酸钙是一种无机化合物,化学式为CaCO3,是石灰石、大理石等的主要成分,碳酸钙通常为白色晶体,无味,基本上不溶于水,为涂料中常用填料,钛白粉,是一种重要的无机化工颜料,主要成分为二氧化钛,钛白粉的生产工艺有硫酸法和氯化法两种工艺路线,在涂料、油墨、造纸、塑料橡胶、化纤、陶瓷等工业中有重要用途,可增加涂料遮盖力,有更好的光泽性和耐候性。
实施例4
作为本发明的优选实施例:硅藻土3%:能够有效的吸附甲醛,同时对苯和氨等有害气体也具有强的吸附力,硅藻土还能自动调节室内空气的湿度,乳液35%:专为低气味和低/零VOC涂料配方专门设计的苯丙乳液,拥有出色的颜填料相容性和粘结能力,不含氨水及任何溶剂或增塑剂;
硅藻土是一种硅质岩石,是一种生物成因的硅质沉积岩,它主要由古代硅藻的遗骸所组成,能够有效的吸附甲醛,同时对苯和氨等有害气体也具有强的吸附力,硅藻土还能自动调节室内空气的湿度,苯丙乳液(苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液)是由苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯单体经乳液共聚而得,苯丙乳液用作纸品胶粘剂,也可与淀粉、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠等胶粘剂配合使用。
实施例5
作为本发明的优选实施例:成膜助剂0.5%:水解稳定性好,可以与高PH的丙烯酸乳液一起使用,杀菌剂0.4%:不含甲醛,溶剂,挥发性气体,重金属,酚类物质,广谱高效,对细菌、真菌、酵母都有效;
成膜助剂又称聚结助剂,能促进高分子化合物塑性流动和弹性变形,改善聚结性能,能在较广泛施工温度范围内成膜的物质,是一种易消失的增塑剂,该产品沸点高,环保性能优越,混溶性好,挥发度低,容易被乳胶粒子吸收,能形成优异的连续涂膜,成膜助剂水解稳定性好,可以与高PH的丙烯酸乳液一起使用,杀菌剂又称杀生剂、杀菌灭藻剂、杀微生物剂等,通常是指能有效地控制或杀死水系统中的微生物——细菌、真菌和藻类的化学制剂,不含甲醛,溶剂,挥发性气体,重金属,酚类物质,广谱高效,对细菌、真菌、酵母都有效。
实施例6
作为本发明的优选实施例:防霉剂0.4%:对微生物细胞相关的生理、生化反应和代谢活动进行有效的干扰和破坏,最终导致微生物的生长、繁殖、分化被抑制,直至完全死亡,从而保护各类轻化等产品不至霉变,保持完好;
防霉剂是能抑制霉菌生长和杀灭霉菌的一类高分子材料添加剂,能使高分子材料免受真菌侵蚀,保持良好的外观和物理机械性能,涂料的成膜物质由各种天然和合成高分子化合物组成,要经受氧、热、光、化学侵蚀物等环境因素的破坏作用,还会遭到霉菌等多种生物体的破坏,涂料被微生物污染,出现黏度下降、颜料沉降、发生臭味、产生气体、容器膨胀、pH漂移和体系破坏等现象,称为腐败,在溶剂型涂料中,腐败的问题不突出,霉菌侵蚀涂膜,造成涂膜色变、发黏、穿孔、破坏和剥落,失去附着力,影响涂膜的保护性能及材料的整洁和外观,降低力学性能,缩短使用寿命,给环境卫生造成危害。
实施例7
作为本发明的优选实施例:消泡剂0.5%:具有优良的初期抑泡性和持续消泡性;
能降低水、溶液、悬浮液等的表面张力,防止泡沫形成,或使原有泡沫减少或消灭的物质,消泡剂应具备下列性质:①消泡力强,用量少;②加到起泡体系中不影响体系的基本性质,即不与被消泡体系起反应;③表面张力小;④与表面的平衡性好;⑤耐热性好;⑥扩散性、渗透性好,正铺展系数较高;⑦化学性稳定,耐氧化性强;⑧气体溶解性、透过性好;⑨在起泡性溶液中的溶解性小;⑩无生理活性,安全性高。
实施例8
作为本发明的优选实施例:醛类捕捉剂0.5%:一种通过化学反应吸附甲醛的甲醛捕捉剂,除臭速度出色,且长期有效。
凡是能与甲醛发生物理吸附或化学反应的物质统称甲醛捕捉剂,其主要特点是在一定条件下能与甲醛产生化学反应生成另一种稳定的新物质或吸收甲醛,物理方面多指能利用物质自身的微孔或空隙吸附甲醛的功能,例如多孔的蒙脱土、活性炭、竹炭椰维炭等,化学方面的甲醛捕捉剂常的如下:三聚氰胺,苯酚,氨水,乙烯脲,碳酸肼等;
本水性内墙涂料采用《JC/T1074-2021室内空气净化功能涂覆材料净化性能》中的测试方法对实施例1~3提供的除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料的净化性能进行测试,净化效率和净化持久性均合格,说明本发明所述除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料有优异的除醛效果,具体数据如表1所示。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:由如下重量百分比含量的各组分组成:
乳液(25-35%),碳酸钙(35-45%),钛白粉(5-10%),硅藻土(3-5%),抑泡剂(0.3-0.5%),分散剂(0.3-0.5%),纤维素(0.5-1%),防沉剂(0.1%-0.5%),成膜助剂(0.3-0.5%),杀菌剂(0.2-0.5%),防霉剂(0.2-0.5%),消泡剂(0.3-0.5%),醛类捕捉剂(0.5-1%),去离子水(5-10%);
制备方法为:

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂0.5%:对流动性差的填料有极好的效果,纤维素0.4%:增稠,流变性改良,防沉剂0.5%:焦磷酸钠水溶液,有反絮凝作用和分散作用,提高水性涂料的稳定性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述碳酸钙40%:涂料中常用填料,钛白粉8%:增加涂料遮盖力,有更好的光泽性和耐候性。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述硅藻土3%:能够有效的吸附甲醛,同时对苯和氨等有害气体也具有强的吸附力,硅藻土还能自动调节室内空气的湿度,乳液35%:专为低气味和低/零VOC涂料配方专门设计的苯丙乳液,拥有出色的颜填料相容性和粘结能力,不含氨水及任何溶剂或增塑剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂0.5%:水解稳定性好,可以与高PH的丙烯酸乳液一起使用,杀菌剂0.4%:不含甲醛,溶剂,挥发性气体,重金属,酚类物质,广谱高效,对细菌、真菌、酵母都有效。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述防霉剂0.4%:对微生物细胞相关的生理、生化反应和代谢活动进行有效的干扰和破坏,最终导致微生物的生长、繁殖、分化被抑制,直至完全死亡,从而保护各类轻化等产品不至霉变,保持完好。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述消泡剂0.5%:具有优良的初期抑泡性和持续消泡性。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除甲醛、净化空气的水性内墙涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述醛类捕捉剂0.5%:一种通过化学反应吸附甲醛的甲醛捕捉剂,除臭速度出色,且长期有效。
