高弹丝与低弹丝一般都是以涤纶为原料进行制备而成,因其在加弹过程中处理不同而得到弹性不同的成品,高弹丝与低弹丝通常应用于制备各种弹力裤、弹力袜等制品,具有广泛的应用。
高弹丝具有易于染色、低静电、耐磨性好的优点,以及卓越的柔软性和弹性回复性,优良的抗折皱性和尺寸稳定性,制备的织物弹性伸缩率较高,而低弹丝具有一定的耐热性、耐腐蚀性,在洗涤过程中不易破损,易洗快干的优点,使用高弹性和低弹丝复合制备复合弹性丝,制备的弹性丝具有高弹丝和低弹丝的优点,但是低弹丝具有吸湿性差的缺点,在制备成面料后穿在身上发闷、不透气,进而影响穿着者的舒适性。

低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将锦纶高弹丝浸入氯化钠溶液中浸泡30-45min,再依次经乙二醇、表面活性剂浸泡,水洗至中性,干燥,得到处理后的高弹丝;
(2)将涤纶低弹丝浸入氢氧化钠溶液中进行活化处理,活化处理时间为25-35min,活化处理温度为35-45℃,然后浸入改性剂中处理,水洗,干燥,得到处理后的低弹丝;
(3)以高弹丝作为芯纱,用低弹丝进行包覆芯纱,得到复合纱线;
所述改性剂包括以下原料:醋酸乙烯酯、改性蒙脱土、石墨烯改性纤维、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙醇、海藻纤维、乙二胺。

优选的,以重量份数计,所述改性剂包括以下原料:20-38份醋酸乙烯酯、10-15份改性蒙脱土、8-12份石墨烯改性纤维、3-8份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、30-45份乙醇、5-9份海藻纤维、12-18份乙二胺。
通过采用上述技术方案,进一步限定各组分的用量,得到综合性能更优的改性剂,有助于得到吸湿性能和力学性能较优的涤纶低弹丝,进而有助于改善面料的吸湿性能,改性蒙脱土、石墨烯改性纤维和海藻纤维之间存在协同作用,石墨烯改性纤维和海藻纤维相互缠绕,共同负载在改性蒙脱土的片层结构或表面上,增加改性蒙脱土的力学性能和吸湿性,进而有助于改善涤纶低弹丝的综合性能。
优选的,所述改性蒙脱土的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土在温度为350-450℃下煅烧10-16h,然后加入浓度为18-22wt%的硫酸进行活化2-4h,水洗、干燥,得到预处理的蒙脱土;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的预处理的蒙脱土分散于乙醇中,搅拌1-2h,然后加入多孔纳米TiO2和茶多酚,继续搅拌3-5h,备用;
(3)向步骤(2)处理的蒙脱土中加入海藻酸钠和分散剂,继续搅拌5-9h,干燥,得到改性蒙脱土。
通过采用上述技术方案,蒙脱土在高温下煅烧,去除蒙脱土中的有机杂质,增大蒙脱土中的片层间距,有助于增大蒙脱土中的表面积,然后再加入硫酸,进一步去除蒙脱土中的有机杂质,同时增加蒙脱土的活性,有助于后续物质的负载。
多孔纳米TiO2的表面活性极强,具有杀菌、除臭、防污的作用,纳米TiO2负载在蒙脱土的孔结构中,增加蒙脱土的表面积,同时,多孔纳米TiO2具有良好的毛细管导湿作用,能够及时排出面料接触汗水等液体,有助于后续面料的干燥性,茶多酚具有抗菌杀菌作用,有助于保持涤纶低弹丝的杀菌抗菌性能,在后续应用于面料中,增强面料的抗菌性能,同时茶多酚能够提升面料的吸湿透气性,能够快速排汗,茶多酚和多孔纳米TiO2混合使用时能够快速去除面料的异味,能够长期保持除味效果。
海藻酸钠具有一定的粘性,能够用作稳定剂、增稠剂,海藻酸钠加入使更多的多孔纳米TiO2负载在蒙脱土中,增加体系的黏度,有助于茶多酚持久的粘附在蒙脱土的表面,增加蒙脱土的抗菌持久性和透气性,分散剂有助于各组分分散均匀,减小多孔纳米TiO2团聚的机率,进一步有助于增加蒙脱土的吸湿透气性。
优选的,所述蒙脱土、多孔纳米TiO2和茶多酚的质量比为1:0.3-0.6:0.1-0.5。
通过采用上述技术方案,控制蒙脱土、多孔纳米TiO2和茶多酚的质量比在一定范围内,得到吸湿透气性能优的改性蒙脱土,蒙脱土、多孔纳米TiO2和茶多酚之间具有协同作用,共同改善蒙脱土的吸湿透气性和抗菌性能,有助于后续改善涤纶低弹丝的吸湿透气性,进而改善面料的透气性。
优选的,所述分散剂为自羟丙基甲基纤维素、氰乙基纤维素和羧甲基羟乙基纤维素中的一种或几种。
通过采用上述技术方案,分散剂有助于增加体系的分散性能,减少体系在分散过程所需要的时间和能量,稳定体系组分的结构,改性体系组分的表面性质,有助于体系中各组分分散均匀。
优选的,所述石墨烯改性纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将竹炭纤维分散于氢氧化钠溶液中搅拌1-3h,水洗,然后加入纳晶纤维素,继续搅拌2-5h,备用;
(2)将石墨烯分散于乙醇中,加入纳米二氧化硅和羟甲基壳聚糖,在温度为70-80℃下搅拌2-4h,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)改性的竹炭纤维和步骤(2)得到的改性石墨烯混合,加入偶联剂,得到石墨烯改性纤维。
通过采用上述技术方案,竹炭纤维具有较强的吸附作用、吸湿透气性,竹炭纤维采用氢氧化钠浸泡,氢氧化钠对竹炭纤维的外表面具有一定剥蚀作用,增加竹炭纤维的表面粗糙性,进而增大竹炭纤维的比表面积,有助于纳晶纤维素的负载,纳晶纤维素具有可生物降解、生物相容性和力学强度,进而增加竹炭纤维的力学强度。
石墨烯具有较强的抗菌抑菌性能、力学强度和吸湿透气性能,纳米二氧化硅表面存在羟基和吸附水,具有粒径小、纯度高、密度低、比表面积大、分散性能好的特点,以及对抗紫外线的光学性能,能提高材料抗老化、强度和耐化学性能,纳米二氧化硅负载在石墨烯的表面,进而增强石墨烯的力学性能,羟甲基壳聚糖具有一定的粘性和杀菌抗菌性能,羟甲基壳聚糖加入使更多的纳米二氧化硅负载在石墨烯中,而且进一步增加纳米二氧化硅和石墨烯之间的粘性,进一步改善石墨烯的综合性能。
优选的,所述竹炭纤维、石墨烯和纳米二氧化硅的质量比为0.5-0.9g:1mg:0.1-0.4g。
通过采用上述技术方案,控制竹炭纤维、石墨烯和纳米二氧化硅颗粒的质量比在一定范围内,得到吸湿透气性和力学性能优的石墨烯改性纤维,竹炭纤维、石墨烯和纳米二氧化硅颗粒之间具有协同作用,共同改善石墨烯改性纤维的力学性能、吸湿透气性和抗菌性能,有助于后续改善涤纶低弹丝的吸湿透气性等综合性能,进而改善面料的透气性等综合性能。

纳米膨润土的制备例
制备例1-1
改性蒙脱土的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将1.2kg蒙脱土在温度为400℃下煅烧14h,然后加入2L浓度为20wt%的硫酸进行活化3h,水洗、干燥,得到预处理的蒙脱土;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的预处理的蒙脱土分散于2.2L乙醇中,搅拌2h,然后加入多孔纳米TiO2和茶多酚,继续搅拌4h,备用;
(3)向步骤(2)处理的蒙脱土中加入0.5kg海藻酸钠和0.1kg分散剂,继续搅拌7h,干燥,得到改性蒙脱土,其中,蒙脱土、多孔纳米TiO2和茶多酚的质量比为1:0.3:0.1。

将实施例1-15和对比例1-5制备得到的复合纱线进行力学性能和吸湿透气性能测试,拉伸强度按照GB/T14337-2022测试,断裂伸长率按照GB/T9997-1988测试,用自动拉伸测试仪测量样品初始长度为30mm,拉伸速度为300mm/min下复合纱线的断裂伸长率;
样品的吸湿放湿率的测试:
将样品于100℃烘干至恒重,称重W0;然后在25℃×55%RH环境下放置24h后,称重W1;再将样品转移至35℃×90%RH条件下放置40min后,称重W2;将样品在40℃×85%RH条件下放置24h后,称重W3;再将样品转移到25℃×55%RH条件下放置40min后,称重W4。按照下式计算吸湿放湿率:
吸湿率(%)=[(W2-W1)/W0]×100;
放湿率(%)=[(W3-W4)/W0]×100;
结果见表1。

从表1可以看出,本申请实施例1、实施例5、实施例10和实施例12-13制备的复合纱线具有较好的力学性能和吸湿放湿性能,拉伸强度达到89MPa,断裂伸长率达到450%,吸湿率达到5.3%,放湿率达到7.1%,说明由本申请制备工艺制备的复合纱线具有优良的力学性能和吸湿放湿性能,后续应用于制备布料中具有较好的透气性,有助于穿着舒适。
实施例2改性蒙脱土中不加入多孔纳米TiO2,实施例3改性蒙脱土中不加入茶多酚,实施例4改性蒙脱土中不加入海藻酸钠,从表1看出,拉伸强度为81MPa左右,断裂伸长率为438%左右,吸湿率为4.7%左右,放湿率为6.3%左右,说明TiO2负载在蒙脱土的孔结构中,增加蒙脱土的力学性能,同时,多孔纳米TiO2具有良好的毛细管导湿作用,能够及时排出面料接触汗水等液体,增加低弹丝的透气性;茶多酚不仅具有较好的杀菌性能,而且能够提升低弹丝的吸湿透气性,能够快速排汗;海藻酸钠加入使更多的多孔纳米TiO2负载在蒙脱土中,增加体系的黏度,有助于茶多酚持久的粘附在蒙脱土的表面,增加蒙脱土的抗菌持久性和透气性。
实施例6改变蒙脱土、多孔纳米TiO2和茶多酚的质量比,相比于实施例1-5,制备的复合纱线的力学性能和吸湿放湿性能测试数据优于实施例2-3,但差于实施例1和实施例5,表明蒙脱土、多孔纳米TiO2和茶多酚之间具有协同作用,共同改善蒙脱土的吸湿透气性和抗菌性能,有助于后续改善涤纶低弹丝的吸湿透气性,进而改善面料的透气性。
实施例7石墨烯改性纤维中不加入纳米二氧化硅,实施例8石墨烯改性纤维中不加入羟甲基壳聚糖,从表1看出,拉伸强度为78MPa左右,断裂伸长率为432%左右,吸湿率为4.5%左右,放湿率为6.1%左右,说明纳米二氧化硅负载在石墨烯的表面,进而增强石墨烯的力学,羟甲基壳聚糖加入使更多的纳米二氧化硅负载在石墨烯中,而且进一步增加纳米二氧化硅和石墨烯之间的粘性,进一步改善石墨烯的力学性能、吸湿性等综合性能。
实施例9石墨烯改性纤维中不加入竹炭纤维,从表1看出,拉伸强度为69MPa,断裂伸长率为438%,吸湿率为4.2%,放湿率为5.1%,说明竹炭纤维具有较强的吸附作用、吸湿透气性,后续增强石墨烯的力学性能和吸湿透湿性能。
实施例11改变竹炭纤维、石墨烯和纳米二氧化硅颗粒的质量比,相比于实施例1和实施例7-10,制备的复合纱线的力学性能和吸湿放湿性能测试数据优于实施例7-8,但差于实施例1和实施例10,表明竹炭纤维、石墨烯和纳米二氧化硅颗粒之间具有协同作用,共同改善石墨烯改性纤维的力学性能、吸湿透气性和抗菌性能,有助于后续改善涤纶低弹丝的吸湿透气性等综合性能,进而改善面料的透气性等综合性能。
实施例14-15改变改性剂的原料组分用量,从表1看出,相比于实施例1,拉伸强度为82MPa左右,断裂伸长率为432%左右,吸湿率为4.4%左右,放湿率为5.9%左右,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和吸湿放湿率均大幅度下降,表明各原料组分按照一定的含量配比使得复合纱线具有较好的力学强度、抗菌性和透气性,各原料用量的变化影响复合纱线的力学性能和吸湿放湿性等综合性能。
对比例1改性剂中不加入改性蒙脱土,从表1看出,拉伸强度为65MPa,断裂伸长率为320%,吸湿率为3.5%,放湿率为4.6%,说明改性蒙脱土具有很强的吸湿作用,提高涤纶低弹丝的吸湿性能;对比例2中用等量的蒙脱土代替改性蒙脱土,数据测试发现,拉伸强度为80MPa,断裂伸长率为425%,吸湿率为4.6%,放湿率为6.5%,表明本申请制备的蒙脱土具有较好的吸湿性能,有助于后续提高低弹丝的吸湿性能。
对比例3改性剂中不加入石墨烯改性纤维,从表1看出,拉伸强度为62MPa,断裂伸长率为310%,吸湿率为3.2%,放湿率为4.3%,说明石墨烯改性纤维能够负载在蒙脱土的表面及片层结构中,增加蒙脱土的比表面积,进而增强吸附性能,有助于蒙脱土吸附在涤纶低弹丝的表面及表面的微孔结构中,有助于后续低弹丝的性能改善;对比例4中用等量的石墨烯代替石墨烯改性纤维,数据测试发现,拉伸强度为83MPa,断裂伸长率为428%,吸湿率为4.8%,放湿率为6.8%,表明本申请制备的石墨烯改性纤维具有较好的吸湿性能,有助于后续提高低弹丝的吸湿性能。
对比例5中不添加海藻纤维,从表1看出,拉伸强度为75MPa,断裂伸长率为435%,吸湿率为4.2%,放湿率为5.3%,说明海藻纤维与石墨烯改性纤维相互缠绕,共同负载在蒙脱土片层结构中,更有助于蒙脱土负载在涤纶低弹丝上,进一步增强低弹丝的力学性能和吸湿透湿性能。

Claims (10)

1.低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将锦纶高弹丝浸入氯化钠溶液中浸泡30-45min,再依次经乙二醇、表面活性剂浸泡,水洗至中性,干燥,得到处理后的高弹丝;
(2)将涤纶低弹丝浸入氢氧化钠溶液中进行活化处理,活化处理时间为25-35min,活化处理温度为 35-45℃,然后浸入改性剂中处理,水洗,干燥,得到处理后的低弹丝;
(3)以高弹丝作为芯纱,用低弹丝进行包覆芯纱,得到复合纱线;
所述改性剂包括以下原料:醋酸乙烯酯、改性蒙脱土、石墨烯改性纤维、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙醇、海藻纤维、乙二胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,其特征在于,以重量份数计,所述改性剂包括以下原料:20-38份醋酸乙烯酯、10-15份改性蒙脱土、8-12份石墨烯改性纤维、3-8份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、30-45份乙醇、5-9份海藻纤维、12-18份乙二胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,其特征在于,所述改性蒙脱土的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土在温度为 350-450℃下煅烧10-16h,然后加入浓度为18-22wt%的硫酸进行活化2-4h,水洗、干燥,得到预处理的蒙脱土;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的预处理的蒙脱土分散于乙醇中,搅拌1-2h,然后加入多孔纳米TiO2和茶多酚,继续搅拌3-5h,备用;
(3)向步骤(2)处理的蒙脱土中加入海藻酸钠和分散剂,继续搅拌5-9h,干燥,得到改性蒙脱土。
4.根据权利要求3所述的低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,其特征在于,所述蒙脱土、多孔纳米TiO2和茶多酚的质量比为1:0.3-0.6:0.1-0.5。
5.根据权利要求3所述的低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,其特征在于,所述分散剂为自羟丙基甲基纤维素、氰乙基纤维素和羧甲基羟乙基纤维素中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,其特征在于,所述石墨烯改性纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将竹炭纤维分散于氢氧化钠溶液中搅拌1-3h,水洗,然后加入纳晶纤维素,继续搅拌2-5h,备用;
(2)将石墨烯分散于乙醇中,加入纳米二氧化硅和羟甲基壳聚糖,在温度为70-80℃下搅拌2-4h,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)改性的竹炭纤维和步骤(2)得到的改性石墨烯混合,加入偶联剂,得到石墨烯改性纤维。
7.根据权利要求6所述的低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,其特征在于,所述竹炭纤维、石墨烯和纳米二氧化硅的质量比为0.5-0.9g: 1mg:0.1-0.4g。
8.根据权利要求6所述的低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、环氧氯丙烷中的一种或几种的组合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硬脂酸中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的低弹丝与高弹丝的包覆工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述浸泡的温度为60-80℃,浸泡的时间为20-30min。
