The second recommending module 305 is configured to recommend a second unit of labor for executing the target project based on the labor information of the dispatched project and the association between the dispatched project and the target project.
The dispatch module 306 is configured to determine a target work unit from the first work unit and the second work unit, and dispatch the target work item to the target work unit.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the first recommendation module 303 may specifically be configured to: a first work unit for executing the target work item is recommended in the quotation based on the project budget of the work item, the project period of the work item, and the reference amount of the work item.

recommending to execute a second work unit of the target work item based on the work information of the dispatched work item and the relevance between the dispatched work item and the target work item;
determining a target work unit in the first work unit and the second work unit, and assigning the target work item to the target work unit.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein recommending execution of a second unit of labor for the target labor item based on the labor information for the dispatched item and the association between the dispatched item and the target labor item comprises:
acquiring the relevance of each dispatched project and the target project under a preset dimension;
determining the dispatched items with relevance meeting preset conditions in each dimension as reference items;
and recommending a second labor unit for executing the target labor item based on the labor information of the reference item.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein recommending a second employment unit to perform the target employment based on the employment information of the reference item comprises:

acquiring historical labor data of the reference labor unit;
determining candidate labor units of the target labor item;
recommending a second work unit for executing the target work item in the determined candidate work units based on the historical work data.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein recommending, based on the historical employment data, a second employment unit to perform the target employment in the determined candidate employment unit comprises:
generating a matching degree between the reference labor unit and the determined candidate labor unit based on the historical labor data;
and recommending a second labor unit for executing the target labor item in the determined candidate labor units based on the matching degree.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein recommending, based on the matching degree, a second employment unit to perform the target employment item among the determined candidate employment units, comprises:
displaying a specific recommendation bar in each dimension;
ordering the reference items with relevance in each dimension, and;
Sorting the reference labor units of the reference items based on the matching degree;
and displaying a second unit of labor recommending to execute the target unit of labor in the specific recommendation column.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
