and receiving the notification information fed back by the server under the condition that the target receiver receives the combined service request.
When the first terminal sends the combined service request to the server, the combined service request carrying the identification information of the target receiver can be sent to the server, and after the server receives the combined service request carrying the identification information of the target receiver, the combined service request is sent to the target receiver according to the identification information of the target receiver, so that the target receiver can be searched quickly and effectively.
After receiving the combined service request sent by the server, the target receiver may feed back response information of the order to the server, and determine that the target receiver has received the combined service request according to the response information, at this time, the server may feed back notification information to the first terminal.
According to the implementation process, the combined service request carrying the identification information of the target receiver is sent to the server, the target receiver can be quickly matched, and the target receiver can be determined according to the selection of the user by specifying the target receiver.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: responding to a seventh operation on the target business control, and displaying a service business detail page corresponding to the target business control, wherein the service business detail page comprises at least one service business option, a detail introduction corresponding to the service business option and a preset control; and responding to the eighth operation of the preset control, and displaying a service business popup window corresponding to the target business control.

The above-mentioned overall implementation process of the service management method on the first terminal side provided in the embodiment of the present application includes displaying an order page of a first service, obtaining a second service associated with a target service control and capable of supporting a combination with the first service according to a first operation of a user on the target service control in at least one service control included in the order page, generating a combined service request according to the first service and the second service, sending the combined service request to a server, matching a target receiving party capable of receiving the combined service request by the server, and receiving notification information fed back by the server that the matching is successful, so that different service services having relevance can be added to the same order page through simple and convenient operations, saving manual operation cost of the user, sending the combined service request to the server by combining a plurality of service services, the combined service requests distribute the multiple service services to the same merchant terminal through the server once, so that resource waste caused by the fact that the multiple service services are distributed through the server for multiple times is avoided.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a service management method, applied to a server, as shown in fig. 7, including:

After receiving the combined service request, the server matches the target receiver among a plurality of receivers according to the combined service request, wherein the receiver here can be understood as a service provider, such as a merchant providing clean service and glass cleaning service for clean service and glass cleaning service.

The above-mentioned service management method on the server side provided in the embodiment of the present application, by receiving a combined service request corresponding to a first service and at least one second service sent by a first terminal, sending the combined service request to a target recipient, and feeding back notification information of successfully matching the target recipient to the first terminal, different service services having relevance can be added on the same order page through simple operations, combining a plurality of service services and then sending the combined service request to the server, the combined service request allocates the plurality of service services to the same merchant terminal through the server at one time, resource waste caused by the allocation of the plurality of service services through the server many times is avoided, and by sending the combined service request carrying identification information of the target recipient to the server, fast matching to the target recipient can be achieved, the determination of the intended recipient based on the user's selection may also be implemented.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a service management method, which is applied to a second terminal, and as shown in fig. 8, the method includes:

In the service management method at the second terminal side provided in the embodiment of the present application, by receiving the combined service request corresponding to the first service and the at least one second service, which is sent by the first terminal and forwarded by the server, a plurality of orders can be received at one time, so that the allocated resources are saved.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the embodiments. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required of the embodiments of the application.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a service management apparatus, which is applied to a first terminal, and displays an order page of a first service through a graphical user interface of the first terminal, where the order page includes at least one service control, and each service control corresponds to a different type of service, as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus includes:
a first receiving module 901, configured to receive a first operation on a target service control in the at least one service control;
a first processing module 902, configured to obtain, according to the first operation, a second service associated with the target service control, and generate a combined service request corresponding to the first service and the second service, where the number of the target service controls is at least one, and the combined service request corresponds to the second service associated with at least one target service control;
and a second processing module 903, configured to send the combined service request to a server, receive notification information fed back by the server after a target receiver is successfully matched according to the combined service request, and display the notification information on the graphical user interface, where the target receiver corresponds to a second terminal.
Optionally, the first processing module includes:
the first obtaining sub-module is used for obtaining at least one second service business related to the current target business control according to the corresponding first operation aiming at each target business control;
and the first generation submodule is used for combining the second service associated with each target service control with the first service to generate the combined service request.
Optionally, the first obtaining sub-module includes:
a first display unit, configured to display, for each target service control, a service popup corresponding to a current target service control according to the corresponding first operation, where the service popup includes at least one service option and a quantity adjustment control corresponding to each service option, and each service option corresponds to a different service class of the current target service, where each target service control corresponds to a class of target service;
the first obtaining unit is configured to obtain at least one second service associated with a current target service control when a first selection operation on a target service option in the at least one service option and an adjustment operation on a target number adjustment control are received, where the target service option is at least one.
Optionally, the order page further includes: a receiver list, a service address and a service time, wherein the receiver list comprises profile information corresponding to at least one receiver capable of supporting the combined service request, and the profile information at least comprises identification information and a resource consumption value corresponding to the combined service request;
the first generation submodule includes:
a first determining unit, configured to determine profile information corresponding to a target recipient in response to a second selection operation in the recipient list;
a second determining unit, configured to obtain a service resource corresponding to the combined service request, and determine service resource allocation information corresponding to the combined service request according to a preset service resource allocation policy and the service resource;
a generating unit, configured to generate the combined service request and display a combined order page corresponding to the combined service request according to the first service, the second service associated with each target service control, the service resource allocation information, profile information corresponding to the target recipient, the service address, and the service time.
Optionally, the second determining unit includes:
the first determining subunit is configured to, in a case that the order page includes a first business resource corresponding to the first service, determine a first target business resource in response to a third selection operation in the first business resource;
a second determining subunit, configured to, for the service popup corresponding to each target service control, determine, in response to a fourth selection operation on a second service resource, a second target service resource corresponding to each target service option when the service popup further includes the second service resource corresponding to the service option;
a first obtaining subunit, configured to obtain a third target service resource in response to a situation that the first service is combined with the second service associated with each target service control;
and a second obtaining subunit, configured to obtain, according to the first target service resource, the second target service resource, the third target service resource, and a pre-obtained available service resource, a service resource corresponding to the combined service request.
Optionally, the second determining unit further includes:
a first display subunit, configured to, after the second determining subunit determines the second target service resource corresponding to each target service option, display, for each service popup, resource details corresponding to the second target service resource at a target position corresponding to the target service option;
a second display subunit, configured to, in response to a second operation on the resource details corresponding to the current target service option, display a resource popup window corresponding to the current target service option, where the resource popup window includes the second service resource corresponding to the current target service option, and the second target service resource corresponding to the current target service option is in a selected state;
and the third determining subunit is configured to, in response to a third operation performed in the resource popup, re-determine the second target service resource corresponding to the current target service option.
Optionally, the combined order page further includes: the virtual warehousing control is marked with the service business quantity; the device further comprises:
a first display module, configured to display a warehousing popup window in response to a fourth operation on the virtual warehousing control, where the warehousing popup window includes an appointment detail corresponding to the first service, an appointment detail corresponding to each of the second service, a modification control corresponding to each of the second service, a resource consumption detail corresponding to the combined service request, and an appointment payment control;
the second display module is used for responding to a fifth operation of a target modification control in at least one modification control and displaying a service business popup corresponding to a second target service business corresponding to the target modification control;
and the updating module is used for responding to a sixth operation in a service popup corresponding to the second target service, and updating the service popup corresponding to the second target service, the storage popup, the combined order request and the combined order page.
Optionally, the second processing module includes:
the sending submodule is used for sending the combined service request carrying the identification information of the target receiver to the server, and the server sends the combined service request to the target receiver according to the identification information of the target receiver;
a first receiving submodule, configured to receive the notification information fed back by the server when the target receiver receives the combined service request.

a second receiving module 1001, configured to receive a combined service request corresponding to a first service and at least one second service sent by a first terminal;
a third processing module 1002, configured to send the combined service request to a target recipient, and receive response information fed back by the target recipient after the combined service request instruction is successfully received, where the target recipient corresponds to a second terminal;
a first feedback module 1003, configured to feed back, to the first terminal, notification information that the target recipient is successfully matched.
Optionally, the second receiving module includes:
a second receiving submodule, configured to receive the combined service request carrying the identification information of the target receiving party and sent by the first terminal;
the third processing module is further to:
and sending the combined service request to the target receiver according to the identification information of the target receiver carried in the combined service request.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a service management apparatus, which is applied to a second terminal, as shown in fig. 11, and includes:
a third receiving module 1101, configured to receive a combined service request corresponding to a first service and at least one second service, where the combined service request is sent by a first terminal and forwarded by a server, and the second terminal corresponds to a target recipient of the combined service request;

Claims (17)

1. A business management method is applied to a first terminal, and is characterized in that an order page of a first service business is displayed through a graphical user interface of the first terminal, the order page comprises at least one business control, each business control corresponds to different types of service businesses, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a first operation on a target business control in the at least one business control;
according to the first operation, acquiring a second service associated with the target service control, and generating a combined service request corresponding to the first service and the second service, wherein the number of the target service controls is at least one, and the combined service request corresponds to the second service associated with at least one target service control;
and sending the combined service request to a server, receiving notification information fed back by the server after the server successfully matches a target receiver according to the combined service request, and displaying the notification information on the graphical user interface, wherein the target receiver corresponds to a second terminal.
2. The service management method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining, according to the first operation, a second service associated with the target service control, and generating a combined service request corresponding to the first service and the second service comprises:
for each target service control, acquiring at least one second service associated with the current target service control according to the corresponding first operation;
and combining the second service associated with each target service control with the first service to generate the combined service request.
3. The service management method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining, for each of the target service controls, at least one of the second service services associated with a current target service control according to the corresponding first operation includes:
for each target service control, displaying a service popup window corresponding to the current target service control according to the corresponding first operation, wherein the service popup window comprises at least one service option and a quantity adjusting control corresponding to each service option, each service option corresponds to different service categories of the current target service, and each target service control corresponds to one type of target service;
and when receiving a first selection operation on a target service option in the at least one service option and an adjustment operation on a target quantity adjustment control, acquiring at least one second service associated with the current target service control, wherein the number of the target service options is at least one.
4. The traffic management method according to claim 3, wherein the order page further comprises: a receiver list, a service address and a service time, wherein the receiver list comprises profile information corresponding to at least one receiver capable of supporting the combined service request, and the profile information at least comprises identification information and a resource consumption value corresponding to the combined service request;
the combining the second service associated with each target service control with the first service to generate the combined service request includes:
responding to a second selection operation in the receiver list, and determining profile information corresponding to a target receiver;
acquiring service resources corresponding to the combined service request, and determining service resource allocation information corresponding to the combined service request according to a preset service resource allocation strategy and the service resources;
and generating the combined service request and displaying a combined order page corresponding to the combined service request according to the first service, the second service associated with each target service control, the service resource allocation information, profile information corresponding to the target receiver, the service address and the service time.
5. The service management method according to claim 4, wherein said obtaining the service resource corresponding to the combined service request includes:
under the condition that the order page comprises a first business resource corresponding to the first service, responding to a third selection operation in the first business resource, and determining a first target business resource;
for the service popup window corresponding to each target service control, under the condition that the service popup window also comprises a second service resource corresponding to the service option, responding to a fourth selection operation on the second service resource, and determining the second target service resource corresponding to each target service option;
acquiring a third target service resource aiming at the condition that the first service is combined with the second service associated with each target service control;
and acquiring the service resource corresponding to the combined service request according to the first target service resource, the second target service resource and the third target service resource corresponding to each target service control and the available service resource acquired in advance.
6. The traffic management method according to claim 5, wherein after determining the second target traffic resource corresponding to each of the target service traffic options, the method further comprises:
for each service business popup, displaying resource details corresponding to the second target business resource at a target position corresponding to the target service option;
responding to a second operation of the resource details corresponding to the current target service option, and displaying a resource popup window corresponding to the current target service option, wherein the resource popup window comprises a second service resource corresponding to the current target service option, and the second target service resource corresponding to the current target service option is in a selected state;
and responding to a third operation executed in the resource popup window, and re-determining the second target service resource corresponding to the current target service option.
7. The traffic management method of claim 4, wherein the combined order page further comprises: the virtual warehousing control is marked with the service business quantity; the method further comprises the following steps:
responding to a fourth operation on the virtual warehousing control, and displaying a warehousing popup window, wherein the warehousing popup window comprises reservation details corresponding to the first service business, reservation details corresponding to each second service business, modification controls corresponding to each second service business, resource consumption details corresponding to the combined service request and a reservation payment control;
responding to a fifth operation of a target modification control in at least one modification control, and displaying a service business popup window corresponding to a second target service business corresponding to the target modification control;
and responding to a sixth operation in the service popup corresponding to the second target service, and updating the service popup, the storage popup, the combined order request and the combined order page corresponding to the second target service.
8. The service management method according to claim 4, wherein said sending the combined service request to a server and receiving notification information fed back by the server after the server successfully matches a target receiver according to the combined service request comprises:
sending the combined service request carrying the identification information of the target receiver to the server, and sending the combined service request to the target receiver by the server according to the identification information of the target receiver;
and receiving the notification information fed back by the server under the condition that the target receiver receives the combined service request.
9. The traffic management method according to claim 3, further comprising:
responding to a seventh operation on the target business control, and displaying a service business detail page corresponding to the target business control, wherein the service business detail page comprises at least one service business option, a detail introduction corresponding to the service business option and a preset control;
and responding to the eighth operation of the preset control, and displaying a service business popup window corresponding to the target business control.
10. A service management method is applied to a server, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a combined service request which is sent by a first terminal and corresponds to a first service and at least one second service;
sending the combined service request to a target receiver, and receiving response information fed back by the target receiver after the target receiver successfully receives the combined service request instruction, wherein the target receiver corresponds to a second terminal;
and feeding back notification information of successfully matching the target receiver to the first terminal.
11. The traffic management method according to claim 10, wherein the receiving of the combined traffic request corresponding to the first service and the at least one second service from the first terminal comprises:
receiving the combined service request which is sent by the first terminal and carries the identification information of the target receiver;
the sending the combined service request to a target receiver includes:
and sending the combined service request to the target receiver according to the identification information of the target receiver carried in the combined service request.
12. A service management method is applied to a second terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a combined service request which is sent by a first terminal and is forwarded by a server and corresponds to a first service and at least one second service, wherein the second terminal corresponds to a target receiving party of the combined service request;
and feeding back response information of successfully receiving the combined service request to the server.

A business management device is applied to a first terminal, and is characterized in that an order page of a first service business is displayed through a graphical user interface of the first terminal, the order page comprises at least one business control, each business control corresponds to different types of service businesses, and the device comprises:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a first operation on a target business control in the at least one business control;
a first processing module, configured to obtain, according to the first operation, a second service associated with the target service control, and generate a combined service request corresponding to the first service and the second service, where the number of the target service controls is at least one, and the combined service request corresponds to the second service associated with at least one target service control;
and the second processing module is used for sending the combined service request to a server, receiving notification information fed back by the server after the server is successfully matched with a target receiver according to the combined service request, and displaying the notification information on the graphical user interface, wherein the target receiver corresponds to a second terminal.
14. A service management device applied to a server is characterized by comprising:
a second receiving module, configured to receive a combined service request corresponding to the first service and at least one second service sent by the first terminal;
a third processing module, configured to send the combined service request to a target recipient, and receive response information fed back by the target recipient after the combined service request instruction is successfully received, where the target recipient corresponds to a second terminal;
and the first feedback module is used for feeding back the notification information of the successful matching of the target receiving party to the first terminal.
15. A service management apparatus, applied to a second terminal, comprising:
a third receiving module, configured to receive a combined service request corresponding to a first service and at least one second service, where the combined service request is sent by a first terminal and forwarded by a server, and the second terminal corresponds to a target recipient of the combined service request;
and the second feedback module is used for feeding back response information of successfully receiving the combined service request to the server.
16. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
one or more processors; and
one or more machine-readable media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the electronic device to perform the method of any of claims 1-9 or 10-11 or 12.
17. One or more machine readable media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the processors to perform the method of any one of claims 1-9 or 10-11 or 12.
