The embodiment of the invention provides a project package generation method, which is characterized in that project parameters of at least one project in a selected project are determined, the project parameters comprise feature descriptions and project feature information of the feature descriptions, corresponding materials and a manual selection page mode are automatically generated based on the project feature information, the material information selected by a user on the materials and the manual selection page, manual information and mechanical facilities are further acquired, and a project quota package is generated. The method is simple to operate, and engineering cost analysis is further simplified.
Referring to fig. 22, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus 400 for generating a project package, where the apparatus 400 includes a determining unit 410, a feature information obtaining unit 420, a selection interface generating unit 430, and a project package generating unit 440.
A determining unit 410 for determining project parameters of at least one project in the selected project, the project parameters including a feature description.
A feature information obtaining unit 420, configured to obtain item feature information of the feature description.
And the selection interface generating unit 430 is used for automatically generating corresponding materials and manual selection pages based on the project characteristic information.
And a project package generating unit 440, configured to obtain the project characteristic information, the material information selected by the user on the material and manual selection page, the manual information, and the mechanical facility, and generate a project rating package. The manual information is stored in a preset technician database.
As an embodiment, the item package generating unit 440 is configured to: receiving a retrieval mall instruction selected by a user on the material and manual selection page, and returning to a corresponding online mall page, wherein the online mall page comprises a plurality of real-time material information; obtaining a first material budget based on first material information selected by a user from the plurality of real-time material information and input into the material and manual selection page; obtaining an artificial budget based on artificial information selected by a user on the material and artificial selection page; obtaining a mechanical facility budget based on the mechanical facilities selected by the user on the materials and manual selection page; and acquiring the project characteristic information, the first material budget, the manual budget and the mechanical facility budget to generate a project quota package.
As an embodiment, the item package generating unit 440 is configured to: receiving a retrieval material instruction selected by a user on the material and manual selection page, and automatically docking to an enterprise material library, wherein the enterprise material library comprises a historical material summary; obtaining a second material budget based on second material information selected by a user from the material summary of historical usage and input into the materials and manual selection page; obtaining an artificial budget based on artificial information selected by a user on the material and artificial selection page; obtaining a mechanical facility budget based on the mechanical facilities selected by the user on the materials and manual selection page; and acquiring the project characteristic information, the second material budget, the manual budget and the mechanical facility budget to generate a project rating package.
A package generation unit 440, configured to: determining corresponding manual price based on the process name, work type grade, usage and unit selected by the user on the material and manual selection page; and accumulating a plurality of artificial prices to obtain the artificial budget.
The item package generating unit 440 is further configured to: synchronously updating the budget cost data for the project quota package when material information, human information, and mechanical utility modifications on the material and human selection pages are detected.
The item package generating unit 440 is further configured to: the item quota package is graphically presented.
The item package generating unit 440 is further configured to: acquiring a plurality of project quota packets, and storing the project quota packets as a preset project quota library; acquiring an original pricing list of a project to be analyzed; analyzing the original pricing list to obtain an item list, wherein the item list comprises at least one item in the project to be analyzed and at least one project parameter corresponding to the at least one item; and matching the at least one project parameter with a preset project quota library, and if the matching is successful, generating a total budget cost list of the project to be analyzed.
The above units may be implemented by software codes, and in this case, the above units may be stored in the memory 102. The above units may also be implemented by hardware, for example, an integrated circuit chip.
The implementation principle and the resulting technical effect of the project package generating apparatus 400 provided by the embodiment of the present invention are the same as those of the foregoing method embodiments, and for the sake of brief description, no part of the embodiment of the apparatus is mentioned, and reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the foregoing method embodiments.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium, which stores a program code, and when the program code is read and executed by a processor, the program code performs the above method.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method can be implemented in other ways. the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment obtains an original pricing list of a project to be analyzed;
the terminal equipment analyzes the original pricing list to obtain an item list, wherein the item list comprises at least one item in the project to be analyzed and at least one project parameter corresponding to the at least one item;
the terminal equipment matches the at least one project parameter with a preset project quota library, and if the matching is successful, a total budget cost list of the project to be analyzed is generated so as to display the cost analysis data;
wherein the process of matching the at least one engineering parameter to a pre-set project quota library comprises:
carrying out minimum granularity characteristic matching on the project name and the project quota library, carrying out maximum granularity characteristic matching on the characteristic description and the project quota library, and if the matching is successful, generating a project quota packet of the project;
wherein the project quota package is generated by:
the electronic equipment determines project parameters of at least one project in the selected project, wherein the project parameters comprise characteristic descriptions;
the electronic equipment acquires the project characteristic information of the characteristic description;
the electronic equipment automatically generates corresponding materials and manual selection pages based on the project characteristic information;
the electronic equipment acquires the project characteristic information, the material information selected by the user on the material and manual selection page, the manual information and the mechanical facilities, generates a project quota package for budget cost analysis, realizes quick and accurate feedback of quota data, and displays the project quota package in a graphical mode.
2. A method of using a rating pack for an item, the method comprising:
when the clicking operation of a material cost analysis summary table button is received on the budget cost page, the terminal equipment displays the quotation analysis summary of the project material list and the purchase summary of the project material list; combining a plurality of material purchase inquiry total tables into a project material purchase list summary;
when the click operation of a manual cost analysis summary table button is received on a budget cost page, the terminal equipment displays the quotation analysis summary of the project manual list and the summary of the project manual work list;
when the click operation of the project summarizing button is received on the budget cost page, the terminal equipment displays the project cost and the budget cost of the selected project in a tabular form, displays a staff overview, displays a project cost analysis summarizing diagram in a graphical form and displays a plurality of analyzed project information;
when the click operation of a project change summary button is received on a budget cost page, synchronously updating a project list cost analysis summary table, a material cost analysis summary table, a labor cost analysis summary table, a mechanical facility cost analysis summary table and other expense cost analysis summary tables according to the approval result;
when a budget cost page receives a clicking operation of a material list button under a selected warehouse, the terminal equipment returns a corresponding material query page, a user inputs a material to be queried in a text input box corresponding to a material name on the material query page, and then clicks the query button on the material query page, the terminal equipment displays corresponding material list information, wherein the material list information comprises material ex-warehouse, material in-warehouse, consumption, return and use return of the material to be queried;
wherein the project quota package is generated by:
the electronic equipment determines project parameters of at least one project in the selected project, wherein the project parameters comprise characteristic descriptions;
the electronic equipment acquires the project characteristic information of the characteristic description;
the electronic equipment automatically generates corresponding materials and manual selection pages based on the project characteristic information;
the electronic equipment acquires the project characteristic information, the material information selected by the user on the material and manual selection page, the manual information and the mechanical facilities, generates a project quota package for budget cost analysis, realizes quick and accurate feedback of quota data, and displays the project quota package in a graphical mode.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the project characteristic information, material information selected by a user on the materials and manual selection page, manual information, and mechanical facilities, generating a project quota package for budget cost analysis to perform comprises:
receiving a retrieval mall instruction selected by a user on the material and manual selection page, and returning to a corresponding online mall page, wherein the online mall page comprises a plurality of real-time material information;
obtaining a first material budget based on first material information selected by a user from the plurality of real-time material information and input into the material and manual selection page;
obtaining an artificial budget based on artificial information selected by a user on the material and artificial selection page;
obtaining a mechanical facility budget based on the mechanical facilities selected by the user on the materials and manual selection page;
and acquiring the project characteristic information, the first material budget, the manual budget and the mechanical facility budget to generate a project quota package.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the project characteristic information, material information selected by a user on the materials and manual selection page, manual information, and mechanical facilities, generating a project quota package for budget cost analysis to perform comprises:
receiving a retrieval material instruction selected by a user on the material and manual selection page, and automatically docking to an enterprise material library, wherein the enterprise material library comprises a historical material summary;
obtaining a second material budget based on second material information selected by a user from the material summary of historical usage and input into the materials and manual selection page;
obtaining an artificial budget based on artificial information selected by a user on the material and artificial selection page;
obtaining a mechanical facility budget based on the mechanical facilities selected by the user on the materials and manual selection page;
and acquiring the project characteristic information, the second material budget, the manual budget and the mechanical facility budget to generate a project rating package.
5. The method of claim 3 or 4, wherein obtaining a manual budget based on manual information selected by a user on the material and manual selection page comprises:
determining corresponding manual price based on the process name, work type grade, usage and unit selected by the user on the material and manual selection page;
and accumulating a plurality of artificial prices to obtain the artificial budget.

The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the project characteristic information, the material information selected by the user on the materials and manual selection page, the manual information, and the mechanical facility, generating a project quota package for the budget cost analysis to be performed, the method further comprises:
synchronously updating the budget cost data for the project quota package when material information, human information, and mechanical utility modifications on the material and human selection pages are detected.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the manual information is stored in a predetermined technician library.
8. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a program code, which, when read and executed by a processor, performs the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
