Currently, in the field of customization of articles, there are mainly the following customization schemes:
firstly, an offline telephone and an email are communicated to customize articles, and the corresponding problems are as follows: the experience is poor, and no user can feel a customized scene;
secondly, the online vertical type customization of the electronic trading platform has the corresponding problems that: the experience is slightly good, but the system cost is high, the differentiation is large, and the method cannot be universally used for various article types;
and thirdly, customizing the articles through a customizer independently researched and developed by an article source party, wherein the corresponding problems are as follows: the platform has high self-development cost and lacks of a uniform customization standard;
fourthly, customizing the articles through a professional customizing website, wherein the corresponding problems are as follows: the variety is single;
fifthly, customizing through the self-owned small program public number of the brand party, wherein the corresponding problems are as follows: the product type and the brand are single.
Therefore, at present, a set of unified customization system based on the whole categories does not exist, the customization system is opened on the basis of standardization, the independent customization of various items of different categories is supported, and the upstream production party of each article is opened, the client is reached through all links such as each large electronic transaction platform, WeChat small program, social video APP (Application, mobile phone software, APP for short) and the like through various transaction channels, and a pull-type supply chain of C2M (abbreviation of client-to-manager, which is a novel business mode of industrial internet electronic commerce and is also called short-circuit economy) is realized (the pull-type supply chain takes a Customer as a center, and pulls a supply chain of product production and service through accurate prediction of actual demand, so that the supply chain has high integration level and rapid information exchange, customized service can be realized according to the user demand, and the stock of the supply chain system is low).
In the embodiment of the disclosure, firstly, an article customization method is provided, which overcomes the defects of single customizable article and high cost in the related art at least to a certain extent.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an article customization method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where an execution subject of the article customization method may be an electronic trading platform for performing customization processing on an article.
Referring to fig. 1, an article customization method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes the steps of:
step S110, responding to a customization request of a user to a target article, and determining a customizer corresponding to the target article according to pre-stored customization configuration information; the customizer comprises a customizer of an article source party and a customizer corresponding to the electronic trading platform;
s120, jumping to a customizer, and acquiring customization parameters returned by the customizer and a display model of a customized article corresponding to the target article;
and step S130, displaying the customized parameters and the display model.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 1, in response to a customization request of a user for a target article, a customized page corresponding to the target article is determined according to pre-stored customization configuration information, and then, the customization device jumps to the customization device, and the customization parameters returned by the customization device and a display model of the customized article corresponding to the target article are displayed and processed, so that the customization device independently developed by an article source and an upper electronic transaction platform can be seamlessly fused, and a plurality of different types of target articles without the customization device independently developed by the article source can be customized, thereby avoiding the defect of high development cost caused by the fact that each article source independently develops the customization device, enriching the types of the customizable articles, and reducing the customization cost of the articles.
The following describes the specific implementation of each step in fig. 1 in detail:
illustratively, the customizer in the present disclosure may include: the customizer is used for customizing the electronic transaction platform, and comprises a customizer of an article source side (hereinafter referred to as a third party customizer) and a customizer corresponding to the electronic transaction platform (for example, a Jingdong customizer corresponding to Jingdong City, hereinafter referred to as a general customizer). The function of the customizer is: providing an editing interface, obtaining the customized parameters input by the user in the editing interface, and generating a display model of the customized article according to the customized parameters.
The customizer on the source side of the article can include two conditions:
the first situation is that an article source side (for example, an article source side A) has an independent development system and mature development technology, the article source side A has independently completed the development of a whole set of customizers from a bottom framework to an upper application, and has an independent customizer (hereinafter, referred to as a self-research customizer) matched with the style of a self store.
The second situation is that the article source side (e.g., article source side B) does not have its own independent development system (or cannot independently complete the development process of the whole customization system from the bottom layer architecture to the upper layer application due to other factors), but the article source side B wants to create a customizer that fits the style of its own product or shop. Therefore, the electronic transaction platform is provided with a personalized customized open service (a related bottom development framework is provided, and the configuration of an upper page and the like can be selected and configured by an article source), so that related personnel of the article source B can access the personalized customized open service, and make some simple modifications (for example, modifying customizable parameters, modifying related editing interfaces by inserting pictures and inputting characters by self) on the basis of related mature technologies provided by the personalized customized open service, so as to generate a specific customizer (hereinafter, referred to as a personalized customizer for short).
For example, a customized configuration information may be preset, and the customized configuration information is used for storing the corresponding relationship between the article and the customizer thereof. Specifically, whether each article has a corresponding third-party customizer or not can be detected in advance, and if yes, the article is configured to be associated with the third-party customizer; if not, the article can be configured to be associated with a universal customizer corresponding to the electronic trading platform.
For example, different items from different item sources and different transaction channels can be set, and the different items correspond to different universal customizers. For example, for an article a in the article source M, when its transaction channel is a transaction APP (Application, APP for short), its corresponding customizer may be set as customizer a; for an article a in an article source party M, when a transaction channel is a PC (Personal Computer, PC for short), a corresponding customizer can be set as a customizer B; for the item a in the item source party M, when the transaction channel is the wechat mall, the customizer corresponding to the item a can be set as the customizer C.
In step S110, in response to a customization request of a user for a target item, determining a customizer corresponding to the target item according to pre-stored customization configuration information; the customizer comprises a customizer of an article source side and a customizer corresponding to the electronic trading platform.
Illustratively, the electronic trading platform can be a related trading APP (e.g., a Jingdong APP, a Jingdong shopping applet deployed on WeChat, etc.), and the user can click related items through a related live broadcasting platform (e.g., tremble, express, etc.) to jump to the electronic trading platform for item customization.
For example, a customized button (i.e. a join shopping cart button, a favorite button and a customized button are simultaneously displayed) can be added to a display interface (e.g. an item detail interface) of a target item (e.g. a customizable target item can be added with a field identifier such as Customize ═ 3 in advance to distinguish the customizable item from a non-customizable item) in advance. For example, the shopping cart adding button and the collection button can be shielded or hidden, and only a customized button is displayed on the detail page, so that the icon occupancy rate of the graphical user interface is reduced.
Further, when the user clicks the customization button, the item information of the target item may be acquired, for example, the item information may be an item ID (identification), and further, the pre-stored customization configuration information may be read according to the item ID so as to match with the customizer corresponding to the target item.
Illustratively, when a user clicks a customization button, information such as a UUID (Universal Unique Identifier, UUID for short) of the user, a client version currently used by the user and the like can be acquired, and then whether the user is a legal user can be judged according to the UUID of the user, so that illegal intrusion of a hacker is avoided, and the safety of an electronic transaction platform is ensured; and determining whether the current client version supports jumping to the relevant customizer, so that if the current client version does not support jumping, a version upgrade prompt message can be sent to the user to execute relevant jumping operation after the user upgrades the version.
Illustratively, after the UUID of the user is obtained, desensitization processing can be performed on the UUID, illustratively, the UUID can be encrypted by using a hash algorithm to obtain an encrypted hash value, and further, the encrypted hash value, the item ID, the check session ID of the customized item (i.e., the transaction session ID of the item customization), and the like can be automatically pieced into the jump address, so that the item source can know the user information and the user preference participating in the item customization, and the item source can set some customization options in a targeted manner in subsequent item customization.
In step S120, jump to the customizer, and obtain the customization parameters returned by the customizer and the display model of the customized article corresponding to the target article.
After jumping to a customizer (a third party customizer or a customizer corresponding to an electronic trading platform), a user can manually perform customization operation on an editing interface of the customizer to input and/or select customization parameters according to own requirements, so that different customized articles can be generated for different users, and personalized customization requirements of the users are met.
Illustratively, the customizing operation may include: screening article attributes (for example, when the article is a T-shirt, the article attributes can comprise colors, fabric materials, printed patterns, a coat length, a sleeve length, a collar shape, styles and the like, which can be set by a user according to actual conditions), article attribute values (for example, when the article attributes are colors, the corresponding article attribute values can comprise white, black, pink and the like, and when the article attributes are fabric materials, the corresponding article attribute values can comprise cotton cloth, terylene, silk and the like); the method comprises the following steps of replacing the object pattern (for example, selecting other patterns from a related material library, or selecting and uploading patterns from the terminal device of the user), adjusting the size of the object pattern (for example, zooming in and out the object pattern), adjusting the color of the object pattern (for example, changing the background color, changing the color of a target object contained in a picture, and the like), and adjusting the position of the object pattern (for example, changing the display position of the object pattern by dragging the picture).
For example, the customization operation may further include the replacement of the article text (for example, the user may input the relevant customized text by himself according to actual needs), the size adjustment (for example, the size of the text is adjusted), the color adjustment (for example, the color of the text is adjusted), and the position adjustment (for example, the display position of the text is adjusted).
Furthermore, after the user clicks the save button, the customizer may obtain and store the customization parameters, and generate a display model of the customized article according to the customization parameters, for example, the display model may be a 3D (3 Dimensions, three-dimensional) display model, and the user may turn over the 3D display model through a touch operation to perform detailed observation of 360 degrees, so that the user can comprehensively know the appearance of the customized article.
Further, the customizer may return the customization parameters and the display model of the customized article generated according to the customization parameters to the electronic trading platform.
In step S130, the customized parameters and the display model are displayed.
In this step, the electronic trading platform may receive the customized parameter and the display model, and further perform data cleaning on the customized parameter to check data consistency and process invalid values (error data and repeated data) and missing values.
Furthermore, the electronic trading platform can display the cleaned customized parameters and the display model. For example, the electronic trading platform can also display the production period required by a single customized article, additional customized expense details and the like so that the user can know the related production condition and expense condition.
For example, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a sub-flow diagram of an item customization method in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, specifically showing a sub-flow diagram of responding to a customization request of a user, jumping to a related customizer, and displaying customization parameters, including steps S201-S206, and the following explains a specific implementation manner with reference to fig. 2.
In step S201, the user clicks a customization button of the item detail page;
in step S202, the customization configuration information is read according to the article information, and a customizer corresponding to the target article is determined;
in step S203, a customized jump service is invoked to jump to the corresponding customizer.
If the user jumps to the general customizer corresponding to the electronic transaction platform (for example, the general customizer in kyoto), step S204 can be directly executed; if the user jumps to the personalized customizer configured by the goods source side through the personalized customization open service, the step S204 can be directly executed; if the user jumps to a self-research customizer developed by the source of the article, the customization parameters can be transmitted back to the electronic trading platform, and after the electronic trading platform cleans the data (including checking data consistency, processing invalid values and missing values and the like), step S204 can be executed;
in step S204, the settlement page may display the relevant customization parameters;
in step S205, the user terminal can view the relevant customization parameters and order data.
In step S206, the source of the item views the relevant customization parameters through the relevant data access interface (e.g., JOS interface), and may derive the required order data through EDI (Electronic data exchange, paperless transaction, EDI for short).
Further, when a user requests the customized article for obtaining the article (for example, the user clicks an "buy immediately" button), the electronic transaction platform can obtain the order information and check the order information, so that the characteristics of the article to be delivered can be determined, the color, size and the like of the article can be avoided being mistaken, the integrity and accuracy of express delivery information can be ensured, the problem of overstock of subsequent invalid manufactured articles caused by wrong information can be avoided, and the subsequent article processing efficiency can be improved. After the audit is passed, the electronic trading platform may issue the order information to a data processing platform (for example, the data processing platform may be an order processing center of the electronic trading platform, for example, an order processing center of the kyoto shopping mall).
And the data processing platform can receive the order information, issue the order to the third-party seller when the customized article contained in the order information is the customized article provided by the third-party seller, and receive the order and produce and deliver the goods by the third-party seller.
When the customized article contained in the order information is the customized article provided by the electronic trading platform, the data processing platform can select the target producer from a plurality of alternative producers. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a sub-flowchart of the method for customizing an article in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and specifically shows a sub-flowchart of the data processing platform for determining a target producer, which includes steps S301 to S307, and a specific implementation is explained below with reference to fig. 3.
In step S301, receiving order information sent by an electronic trading platform; the order information includes a shipping address and an order amount.
In this step, the data processing platform may receive order information issued by the electronic trading platform, and the order information may include, for example: order volume, shipping address, time of transaction, shipping length requirements (e.g., within 3 days of shipping), order cost, etc.
In step S302, a first candidate producer closest to the shipping address is determined.
In this step, a first candidate producer closest to the receiving address may be determined according to the receiving address included in the order information, for example: first alternative producer F1. Wherein, the alternative production method can be: all producers capable of producing the customized article or producers capable of producing the customized article and having a cooperative relationship with the electronic trading platform.
In step S303, the sum of the amount of production of the first candidate producer in the specified delivery period and the current stock amount is determined as the tradable amount of the first candidate producer.
In this step, when the designated delivery time is 3 days, the production capacity of the first candidate producer within 3 days may be obtained, and the sum of the production capacity and the current inventory amount may be determined as the tradable amount (for example, W) of the candidate producer. Therefore, the production can be driven in a pull type supply chain mode, so that the inventory and the articles in production can be sold, the accumulation of the articles is avoided, the zero inventory is realized, and the backlog cost of the articles is reduced to the maximum extent.
In step S304, if the tradeable amount is greater than or equal to the order amount, the first alternative producer is determined to be the target producer.
In this step, if it is determined that the tradable amount is equal to or larger than the order amount (e.g., Sum), that is, W ≧ Sum, the first candidate producer F1 may be determined as the target producer.
In step S305, if the tradable amount is less than the order amount, a remaining order amount is determined based on a difference between the order amount and the tradable amount of the first alternative producer.
In this step, if the above-mentioned tradeable amount W is less than the order amount Sum, the remaining order amount may be determined from a difference between the order amount and the tradeable amount of the first candidate producer, for example, the remaining order amount Rem ═ Sum-W.
In step S306, determining a second alternative producer whose distance from the shipping address is within a preset range; the second alternative producer is different from the first alternative producer.
In this step, a second candidate producer closest to the delivery address may be selected from the other candidates except the first candidate producer. Alternatively, a second candidate producer whose distance from the delivery address is within a preset range may be selected from the other producers. Further, referring to the above explanation of step S303, the tradeable amount X of the second candidate producer is determined according to the sum of the production amount of the second candidate producer (for example, the second candidate producer F2) in the delivery time period and the current inventory amount.
In step S307, if the tradable amount is greater than or equal to the remaining order amount, the first alternative producer and the second alternative producer are determined as the target producers.
In this step, if the tradable amount X is greater than or equal to the remaining order amount Rem, the first candidate producer F1 and the second candidate producer F2 may be determined as target producers.
Similarly, if the tradable amount X is still less than the remaining order amount, the first candidate producer, the second candidate producer and the third candidate producer may be determined as target producers by referring to the related explanations of the steps S305 to S307 until the sum of the tradable amounts of the target producers is greater than or equal to the order amount.
By way of example, referring also to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a sub-flow diagram of an article customization method in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and specifically shows another sub-flow diagram for determining a target producer, which includes steps S401 to S404, and the following explains a specific implementation manner with reference to fig. 4.
In step S401, score values of a plurality of candidate producers under a preset evaluation index are obtained.
In this step, score values of the multiple candidate production parties under a preset evaluation index may be obtained, and the preset evaluation index may include at least one of the following: production speed, quality of goods, performance credits, and after-sales services. For example, as illustrated by the first alternative producer F1, the production speed score may be S1, the quality score of the item may be S2, the performance credit score may be S3, and the after-sales service score may be S4.
In step S402, the score value of each candidate producer is determined according to the score value corresponding to the evaluation index and the weight coefficient corresponding to the evaluation index.
For the first alternative producer F1, the weight coefficient corresponding to the evaluation index "production speed" may be P1, the weight coefficient corresponding to the evaluation index "quality of goods" may be P2, the weight coefficient corresponding to the evaluation index "performance credit" may be P3, and the weight coefficient corresponding to the rating index "after-sales service" may be P4. Thus, the first alternative producer F1 may have a score value of: S1P 1+ S2P 2+ S3P 3+ S4P 4.
For example, the scoring value corresponding to each alternative producer may be determined by referring to the related explanations of steps S401 to S402.
In step S403, the score values are sorted in descending order to form a sorted sequence.
In this step, the score values corresponding to the multiple alternative producers (e.g., alternative producer F1, alternative producer F2, alternative producer F3, and alternative producer F4) may be sorted in descending order to form a sorted sequence, and the formed sorted sequence may be, for example: alternative producer F4-alternative producer F3-alternative producer F2-alternative producer F1.
In step S404, at least one target producer is selected from the sorted sequence according to the order amount.
In this step, at least one target producer may be selected from the sorting sequence according to the order amount. Specifically, referring to the explanation related to the above step S303, when the tradable amount (the amount of production in the shipping time period + the current remaining stock amount) of the alternative producer F4 is greater than or equal to the above order amount, the alternative producer F4 may be determined as the target producer.
Illustratively, the target producer can also be determined according to the order quantity and the receiving address of the order. For example, the candidate producer closest to the receiving address may be selected from the sorted sequence, and if the sorted order of the candidate producer is not in the first 3 bits of the sorted sequence, the candidate producer may be discarded, and the candidate producer closest to the receiving address (for example, the candidate producer F3) may be selected from the candidate producers in the first 3 bits of the sorted sequence, and if the available volume of the candidate producer F3 is greater than or equal to the order volume, the candidate producer F3 may be determined as the target producer.
Furthermore, the target production party can produce the customized article, the data processing platform can obtain the production status of the order in real time (for example, the production status can be the production progress, such as the process name: printing middle and post processing, etc.), and feed the production status back to the electronic trading platform, so that the user can inquire the production status of the order in real time.
For example, after the production is completed, the target producer may send the order to the receiving address directly by the manufacturer, and in the process, the data processing platform may obtain the delivery status of the order in real time (for example, the delivery status may be the real-time location of the item of the order at the target time, for example, 9/20/X, Y, and Z areas), and feed the delivery status back to the electronic trading platform, so that the user can know the delivery progress of the order in real time. Therefore, a manufacturing system for communicating the sales end with the manufacturer is provided, so that the user can know the production and distribution conditions of the order in real time.
By way of example, reference may be made to fig. 5, which is a block diagram illustrating an overall architecture of a method for customizing an article according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and a specific embodiment will be explained below with reference to fig. 5.
Customizing a platform: attribute management (namely managing related attributes of each article, such as color, material, collar type and the like), attribute value management (namely managing attribute values corresponding to different attributes of each article, such as white, black, pink and the like of the attribute value corresponding to the color), customizable attribute value management (managing customizable attribute values), customized configuration information (corresponding relation between the article and a customizer), customized information setting, open service components (such as open interfaces convenient for accessing an electronic transaction platform and the like);
the producer service center: the method comprises the steps of (1) parking by a producer, configuring time efficiency (such as estimated delivery time and estimated collection time), creating SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), and selling products on shelves, wherein each product corresponds to a unique SKU number;
intelligent factory: the method comprises the following steps Of (1) registration Of a producer/factory, BOM (Bill Of Material, BOM for short), conversion Of a product structure expressed by a diagram into a certain data format, management Of a production state (such as production progress, residual production days and the like), aging configuration, wherein a file describing the product structure by the data format is the Bill Of Material, and is also called a product structure table or a product structure tree);
an electronic transaction platform: the transaction APP (such as the Jingdong Shangsheng) can jump to the electronic transaction platform through a live broadcast platform (fast hand/tremble) and the like;
order processing center: when the customized article can be produced by a self-operating production factory, an Order is processed by an OFC (Order functional Center, abbreviated as OFC); when the customized article cannot be produced by a self-operating production factory, processing an order by an order fulfillment center of the target production party;
intelligent factory: tradeable volume (determining the sum of production and current inventory in the delivery time period as tradeable volume), order collection (aggregating orders generated by a plurality of different sales channels and standardizing the orders), capacity input (inputting the tradeable volume for a certain period of time), and order distribution (distributing the orders to at least one target producer);
intelligent factory: order production and order delivery; wherein, the factory stock and production flow comprises: capacity analysis (i.e., receiving orders, producing, shipping);
logistics distribution: directly delivering by manufacturers;
and (3) receiving goods by the customer: the order is completed.
By way of example, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a sub-flow diagram of an article customization method in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, specifically showing a flow diagram of creating and shelving a customizable article, ordering the order by a user, and placing a production order, and the following explains a specific embodiment with reference to fig. 6:
customizing a platform: opening and customizing a category (namely, which article categories can be customized), creating a category attribute (namely, the article category can be customized, for example, a shirt can support customized colors, materials, a collar type and the like), creating an attribute value (namely, creating available attribute values under the attribute, for example, attribute values corresponding to the attribute colors comprise white, black, pink and the like), and maintaining customized information (namely, setting which attribute values of the article can be opened for a user to customize and select);
an auditing platform: checking customized information (for example, checking whether related customizable information is legal or not, and the like, and avoiding related illegal customizing operations), and putting customizable articles on shelves (putting the approved customizable articles on shelves);
an electronic transaction platform: the user makes customization and order payment;
and when the customized article is the customized article provided by the third-party seller, issuing the order to the third-party seller, and receiving the order by the third-party seller, producing and delivering the goods.
When the customized article is the customized article provided by the electronic trading platform, the order is issued to a self-operation production center of the electronic trading platform, the self-operation production center receives the order, produces and delivers the goods (the purchasing system purchases the order article and delivers the goods), and the settlement system is responsible for settling the order.
Based on the technical scheme, the customizer can seamlessly integrate the customizer independently researched and developed by the article source and the upper electronic transaction platform, and can customize articles of various different types without the customizer independently researched and developed by a third party, so that the defect that the research and development cost is high due to the fact that each article source independently researches and develops the customizer is overcome, the types of the customizable articles are enriched, and the customization cost of the articles is reduced.
