Abstract
本发明涉及腰衬领域,具体是一种复合弹性腰衬及其加工工艺,选用苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维混织制备复合苎麻纤维;通过多次浸渍处理,在复合苎麻纤维上原位生长二硫化钼修饰的有机框架,得到改性苎麻纤维;将改性苎麻纤维在聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液中浸渍处理,然后采用等离子体交联,赋予生成的复合面布超疏水表面;选用苎麻纤维与氨纶交织双面布为基布,用复合大豆蛋白胶液作为粘接剂,将基布与复合面布复合,赋予腰衬较高的弹力;在大豆蛋白中增加多巴胺修饰二硫化钼、聚乙烯亚胺,通过对二硫化钼量子点进行化学修饰构筑多重键合作用,实现大豆蛋白基胶黏剂的增韧与防霉。

背景技术
随着社会的进步,消费者对服装的追求多样化发展,其中舒适感是服装的重要要求,而当今服装行业中腰衬是服装定型的重要组成,与没有弹力的腰衬相比,具有弹性的腰衬在起到提高服装造型、补强、保形的同时,有效改善服装的舒适度。
而现有的服装所使用的弹力腰衬存在透气性不佳,抗菌性效果差,防尘效果有限,且存在多次洗涤后手感、弹性、保型性均下降的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合弹性腰衬及其加工工艺,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种复合弹性腰衬的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:将苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维混织,得到复合苎麻纤维;
S2:在复合苎麻纤维上原位生长二硫化钼修饰有机框架,得到改性苎麻纤维;
S3:将改性苎麻纤维在聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液中浸渍处理,等离子处理,得到复合面布;
S4:选用苎麻纤维与氨纶交织双面布为基布,将基布在复合大豆蛋白胶液中浸渍处理,得到改性基布;
S5:将改性基布作为中间层,上下表面放置复合面布,热压,得到一种复合弹性腰衬。
进一步的,步骤S1中,复合苎麻纤维的面密度为40-45g/m2,复合苎麻纤维中苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维的质量比为9:1。
进一步的,步骤S3中,等离子处理的工作条件为:在氩气环境中,工作功率为100W,放电压强220Pa,工作时间为30s。
进一步的,步骤S3中,聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液的制备包括以下步骤:将聚二甲基硅氧烷、去离子水混合,置于乳化机中,以4000r/min乳化20min,得到聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液。
进一步的,以质量份数计,复合大豆蛋白胶液的组成为:大豆蛋白20-25份、多巴胺修饰二硫化钼3-7份、聚乙烯亚胺1-5份、去离子水55-65份。
进一步的,步骤S5中,热压的工作条件为:使用平板热压机,工作温度为35℃,工作压力为5MPa,工作时间为5min。
进一步的,改性苎麻纤维的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将三水合硝酸铜、二水合乙酸锌、去离子水混合,超声搅拌,得到一次浸渍液;
(2)将复合苎麻纤维放入一次浸渍液中,在35-40℃保温5h,用去离子水洗涤,得到预处理苎麻纤维;
(3)将二甲基咪唑、二硫化钼量子点、去离子水混合,超声搅拌,得到二次浸渍液;将预处理苎麻纤维放入二次浸渍液中,在18-25℃中保温7-9h,得到改性苎麻纤维。
进一步的,多巴胺修饰二硫化钼的制备包括以下步骤:将二硫化钼量子点、去离子溶液混合,超声处理20-30min,加入Tris-HCl与去离子水的混合液,将溶液pH保持为8.5加入多巴胺,在55-60℃下保温22-24h,干燥,得到多巴胺修饰二硫化钼。
进一步的,二硫化钼量子点的制备包括以下步骤:将二硫化钼、异丙醇混合,200W超声6h,离心,在140℃保温12h,蒸发浓缩,得到二硫化钼量子点。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种复合弹性腰衬及其加工工艺,通过改善原料及工艺,制备的腰衬弹性好、透气性佳、抗菌效果好,具有较好的疏水性。
选用强力高、吸湿透气性好、抑菌性强、穿着舒适的苎麻纤维作为原料,与兼具保健、抗菌、接触凉爽功能的锌玉纤维混织,制备的复合苎麻纤维作为复合面布基布能有效改善腰衬的卫生吸湿透气性,有效增强腰衬的穿戴舒适度。
通过多次浸渍处理,在复合苎麻纤维上原位生长二硫化钼修饰的有机框架,得到改性苎麻纤维,通过浸渍处理,在复合苎麻纤维表面引入铜离子与锌离子,然后通过在有二硫化钼量子点及二甲基咪唑的溶液中常温浸渍处理,使其原位生长二硫化钼修饰的有机框架;与二硫化钼相比,二硫化钼量子点具有更高的载流子迁移率、更大的比表面积、更多的活性位点,有效提高其光催化活性;铜离子、锌离子与硫元素均具有抗菌性,且生成的有机框架具有光催化杀菌性,在复合苎麻纤维上原位生长二硫化钼量子点修饰的有机框架,对复合苎麻纤维起到增韧效果的同时,有效协同改善腰衬的抗菌性能。
将改性苎麻纤维在聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液中浸渍处理,然后采用等离子体交联,赋予生成的复合面布超疏水表面,从而大幅改善腰衬的防尘疏水性,有效提高腰衬的实用性。
选用苎麻纤维与氨纶交织双面布为基布,用复合大豆蛋白胶液作为粘接剂,将基布与复合面布复合,赋予腰衬较高的弹力;选用来源丰富、可再生、成本低、易加工的大豆蛋白作为胶粘剂,环保无毒,符合绿色生产要求,但是大豆蛋白存在耐水胶接强度低、固化胶层硬脆和防霉性差等缺点,本发明中通过在大豆蛋白中增加多巴胺修饰二硫化钼、聚乙烯亚胺,通过对二硫化钼量子点进行化学修饰构筑多重键合作用,实现大豆蛋白基胶黏剂的增韧与防霉;利用多巴胺的自聚合和多功能,在二硫化钼量子点表面包覆聚多巴胺表面层,通过加成反应和席夫碱键共价交联大豆蛋白,从而大幅提高二硫化钼量子点与大豆蛋白间的界面作用力,有效提高基布与复合面布的结合力。
在基布与复合面布的热压时,压力选用5MPa能有效促进基布与复合面布中分子链伸直和二硫化钼修饰的有机框架上偶极子取向排列,从而提高腰衬的散热透气性;温度选用低温35℃保持基布与复合面布原有孔隙结构。

实施例1:一种复合弹性腰衬的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:将苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维混织,得到复合苎麻纤维;
复合苎麻纤维的面密度为40g/m2,复合苎麻纤维中苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维的质量比为9:1;
S2:在复合苎麻纤维上原位生长二硫化钼修饰有机框架,得到改性苎麻纤维,制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将2.19g二水合乙酸锌、2.41g三水合硝酸铜、400mL去离子水混合,超声搅拌,得到一次浸渍液;
(2)将1g复合苎麻纤维放入一次浸渍液中,在35℃保温5h,用去离子水洗涤,得到预处理苎麻纤维;
(3)将3.28g2-甲基咪唑、240mg二硫化钼量子点、400mL去离子水混合,超声搅拌,得到二次浸渍液;将1g预处理苎麻纤维放入二次浸渍液中,在18℃中保温9h,得到改性苎麻纤维;
S3:将改性苎麻纤维在聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液中浸渍处理,等离子处理,得到复合面布;
聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液的制备包括以下步骤:将0.5g聚二甲基硅氧烷、9.5L去离子水混合,置于乳化机中,以4000r/min乳化20min,得到聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液;
等离子处理的工作条件为:在氩气环境中,工作功率为100W,放电压强220Pa,工作时间为30s;
S4:选用苎麻纤维与氨纶交织双面布为基布,将基布在复合大豆蛋白胶液中浸渍处理,得到改性基布;
以质量份数计,复合大豆蛋白胶液的组成为:大豆蛋白20份、多巴胺修饰二硫化钼3份、聚乙烯亚胺1份、去离子水55份;
多巴胺修饰二硫化钼的制备包括以下步骤:将0.5g二硫化钼量子点、200mL去离子溶液混合,超声处理20min,加入0.5gTris-HCl与200mL去离子水的混合液,将溶液pH保持为8.5加入1g多巴胺,在55℃下保温24h,干燥,得到多巴胺修饰二硫化钼;
二硫化钼量子点的制备包括以下步骤:将1g二硫化钼、100mL异丙醇混合,200W超声6h,离心,在140℃保温12h,蒸发浓缩,得到二硫化钼量子点;
S5:将改性基布作为中间层,上下表面放置复合面布,热压,得到一种复合弹性腰衬;
热压的工作条件为:使用平板热压机,工作温度为35℃,工作压力为5MPa,工作时间为5min。
实施例2:一种复合弹性腰衬的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:将苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维混织,得到复合苎麻纤维;
复合苎麻纤维的面密度为43g/m2,复合苎麻纤维中苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维的质量比为9:1;
S2:在复合苎麻纤维上原位生长二硫化钼修饰有机框架,得到改性苎麻纤维,制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将2.19g二水合乙酸锌、2.41g三水合硝酸铜、400mL去离子水混合,超声搅拌,得到一次浸渍液;
(2)将1g复合苎麻纤维放入一次浸渍液中,在38℃保温5h,用去离子水洗涤,得到预处理苎麻纤维;
(3)将3.28g2-甲基咪唑、240mg二硫化钼量子点、400mL去离子水混合,超声搅拌,得到二次浸渍液;将1g预处理苎麻纤维放入二次浸渍液中,在25℃中保温7h,得到改性苎麻纤维;
S3:将改性苎麻纤维在聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液中浸渍处理,等离子处理,得到复合面布;
聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液的制备包括以下步骤:将0.5g聚二甲基硅氧烷、9.5L去离子水混合,置于乳化机中,以4000r/min乳化20min,得到聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液;
等离子处理的工作条件为:在氩气环境中,工作功率为100W,放电压强220Pa,工作时间为30s;
S4:选用苎麻纤维与氨纶交织双面布为基布,将基布在复合大豆蛋白胶液中浸渍处理,得到改性基布;
以质量份数计,复合大豆蛋白胶液的组成为:大豆蛋白22份、多巴胺修饰二硫化钼5份、聚乙烯亚胺3份、去离子水62份;
多巴胺修饰二硫化钼的制备包括以下步骤:将0.5g二硫化钼量子点、200mL去离子溶液混合,超声处理25min,加入0.5gTris-HCl与200mL去离子水的混合液,将溶液pH保持为8.5加入1g多巴胺,在58℃下保温23h,干燥,得到多巴胺修饰二硫化钼;
二硫化钼量子点的制备包括以下步骤:将1g二硫化钼、100mL异丙醇混合,200W超声6h,离心,在140℃保温12h,蒸发浓缩,得到二硫化钼量子点;
S5:将改性基布作为中间层,上下表面放置复合面布,热压,得到一种复合弹性腰衬;
热压的工作条件为:使用平板热压机,工作温度为35℃,工作压力为5MPa,工作时间为5min。
实施例3:一种复合弹性腰衬的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:将苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维混织,得到复合苎麻纤维;
复合苎麻纤维的面密度为45g/m2,复合苎麻纤维中苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维的质量比为9:1;
S2:在复合苎麻纤维上原位生长二硫化钼修饰有机框架,得到改性苎麻纤维,制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将2.19g二水合乙酸锌、2.41g三水合硝酸铜、400mL去离子水混合,超声搅拌,得到一次浸渍液;
(2)将1g复合苎麻纤维放入一次浸渍液中,在40℃保温5h,用去离子水洗涤,得到预处理苎麻纤维;
(3)将3.28g2-甲基咪唑、240mg二硫化钼量子点、400mL去离子水混合,超声搅拌,得到二次浸渍液;将1g预处理苎麻纤维放入二次浸渍液中,在25℃中保温7h,得到改性苎麻纤维;

透湿量测试:参考GB/T12704.1-2009进行测试,试验温度38℃,相对湿度90%,测试时间2h,试样直径70mm;
剥离强力测试:参考FZ/T80007.1-2006测试,裁剪成长15cm、宽2.5cm,强力机参数:预加张力2N,起拉力值5N,量程500N,夹距50mm,速度100mm/min;
弹性测试:参考ASTMD3107-75进行测试,选用1.8kg重锤,将样品裁剪成长56cm,宽5cm,得到弹性伸长率;

用实施例3与对比例4、对比例5进行对比,选用苎麻纤维与氨纶交织双面布为基布,用复合大豆蛋白胶液作为粘接剂,将基布与复合面布复合,赋予腰衬较高的弹力;选用来源丰富、可再生、成本低、易加工的大豆蛋白作为胶粘剂,环保无毒,符合绿色生产要求,但是大豆蛋白存在耐水胶接强度低、固化胶层硬脆和防霉性差等缺点,本发明中通过在大豆蛋白中增加多巴胺修饰二硫化钼、聚乙烯亚胺,通过对二硫化钼量子点进行化学修饰构筑多重键合作用,实现大豆蛋白基胶黏剂的增韧与防霉;利用多巴胺的自聚合和多功能,在二硫化钼量子点表面包覆聚多巴胺表面层,通过加成反应和席夫碱键共价交联大豆蛋白,从而大幅提高二硫化钼量子点与大豆蛋白间的界面作用力,有效提高基布与复合面布的结合力。

Claims (7)
1.一种复合弹性腰衬的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维混织,得到复合苎麻纤维;
S2:在复合苎麻纤维上原位生长二硫化钼修饰有机框架,得到改性苎麻纤维;
S3:将改性苎麻纤维在聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液中浸渍处理,等离子处理,得到复合面布;
S4:选用苎麻纤维与氨纶交织双面布为基布,将基布在复合大豆蛋白胶液中浸渍处理,得到改性基布;
S5:将改性基布作为中间层,上下表面放置复合面布,热压,得到一种复合弹性腰衬;
改性苎麻纤维的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将三水合硝酸铜、二水合乙酸锌、去离子水混合,超声搅拌,得到一次浸渍液;
(2)将复合苎麻纤维放入一次浸渍液中,在35-40℃保温5h,用去离子水洗涤,得到预处理苎麻纤维;
(3)将二甲基咪唑、二硫化钼量子点、去离子水混合,超声搅拌,得到二次浸渍液;将预处理苎麻纤维放入二次浸渍液中,在18-25℃中保温7-9h,得到改性苎麻纤维;
以质量份数计,复合大豆蛋白胶液的组成为:大豆蛋白20-25份、多巴胺修饰二硫化钼3-7份、聚乙烯亚胺1-5份、去离子水55-65份;
多巴胺修饰二硫化钼的制备包括以下步骤:将二硫化钼量子点、去离子溶液混合,超声处理20-30min,加入Tris-HCl与去离子水的混合液,将溶液pH保持为8.5加入多巴胺,在55-60℃下保温22-24h,干燥,得到多巴胺修饰二硫化钼。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合弹性腰衬的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中,复合苎麻纤维的面密度为40-45g/m2,复合苎麻纤维中苎麻纤维与锌玉纤维的质量比为9:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合弹性腰衬的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3中,等离子处理的工作条件为:在氩气环境中,工作功率为100W,放电压强220Pa,工作时间为30s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合弹性腰衬的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3中,聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液的制备包括以下步骤:将聚二甲基硅氧烷、去离子水混合,置于乳化机中,以4000r/min乳化20min,得到聚二甲基硅氧烷整理液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合弹性腰衬的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤S5中,热压的工作条件为:使用平板热压机,工作温度为35℃,工作压力为5MPa,工作时间为5min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合弹性腰衬的加工工艺,其特征在于,二硫化钼量子点的制备包括以下步骤:将二硫化钼、异丙醇混合,200W超声6h,离心,在140℃保温12h,蒸发浓缩,得到二硫化钼量子点。
7.一种复合弹性腰衬,其特征在于,由权利要求1-6中任意一项加工工艺加工得到。
