Abstract

一次性使用装填式注射器，由外筒、针管、护帽组成；筒体下端开口内壁有缩窄的闭锁环；护帽长度大于筒体内腔长度；使用时将(预定剂量的)容药液胶囊装填入筒体内腔，将护帽取下插入筒体内，执行常规注射，护帽前端挤压容药胶囊前移，胶囊前壁被筒体内腔球窝内尖端刺破，药液由其侧孔经针管注入组织，在注射末，用力按压护帽卷边，护帽外侧的嵌位环越过筒体内壁的闭锁环被闭锁限位；本发明结构简单，使用便捷，无须抽药，剂量准确，操作简化，效率提高，自锁防复用等特征。

Description

一次性使用装填式注射器
(一)、技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械，具体的说是将装有固定剂量的药液胶囊或类似的含药柔性囊装填入注射器筒内，向人体组织内注射药液的一次性使用装填式注射器。
(二)、背景技术
注射器一般由外筒、推杆和活塞组成，在筒体或推杆的外表，沿纵轴印制有容量刻度线及示值数字；注射器的主要功能就是：药液容器、推注及计量工具；在向组织内给药的过程中(除组织表面浸润给药)它还需要注射针的参与，才能将药液注射到预设的组织内(如皮下、肌肉、关节腔、神经丛等部位)；在此，注射针的作用为：穿刺介入组织，建立体外到体内的空腔通道；用于给药或提取组织标本，完成预期的诊疗活动。
但上述注射器在某些场合应用中会存在一些不足：
如：野外工作、战伤、大出血时的急救止血、蛇咬伤；或是常态下需要的重复性注射，如胰岛素注射、疫苗接种等环境；上述应用中均需要对容药安瓿消毒后打开，再抽取预期的药液剂量，而后再实施注射。
上述过程：会延长时间、增加痛苦；还有就是剂量不精准(如糖尿病患者，抽取胰岛素过程就多有随意性，且没有人监督考量)；所以，有必要研究一款新的注射器，使其在上述使用环境中可以消除注射器抽取药液、剂量不精准、延时、繁琐的不足。
(三)、发明内容
为解决前述普通注射器的结构在上述应用场景中的不足，本发明提出一种结构简洁、剂量精准、安全可靠、操作便捷、实用性好、且容易接受的一次性使用装填式注射器。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是这样的：一次性使用装填式注射器，由针管、外筒、护帽共同组成；其特征在于：针管的钝头端粘接在筒体前端针座中央的针孔内；护帽套装在针座的外表。护帽是一端开口的盲管，采用透明材料制成；护帽开口处外翻卷边形成按手，在按手的下方外壁有多个突起或是环形的嵌位环，护帽的中下段外径外径略小于筒体的内径；护帽的前端呈球型在球型的顶端中心有一凹陷陷窝，可以与筒体内腔的突刺相互适配。
外筒呈筒状结构，外筒的中上段呈外径均一的筒体，外筒的下段有扩大的近似方形的把手，在把手的下端设有针座结构；针座的中央有一小孔；筒体内腔的底部呈球窝型凹陷，在球窝底部的中央有一个向上的突刺尖端，在刺突尖端的两侧各有微孔与针座中央的小孔连通；在筒体的开口处内壁上有一缩窄的闭锁环，闭锁环的内径等于护帽中段的外径；护帽的长度LH大于筒体内腔的深度LT，即LH＞LT。
在将容药胶囊YN装填入筒体后，取下护帽将以其前端插入筒体，通过注射动作挤压药囊YN前壁被筒体内腔球窝中央的刺突刺破，药液经侧孔、针管注入组织；注射终末，护帽外侧壁的嵌位环越过筒体内壁的缩窄环被嵌顿闭锁，防止复用。
本发明具有以下技术特征和技术进步：
结构简单(无须印刷刻度线，无活塞，无推杆)；采用预设剂量的容药胶囊，在使用时装填进入筒体内，以护帽兼做推杆实施注射；具有药、械携带方便，使用便捷，剂量准确、无须抽取药液的配伍操作，提高效率、使用后护帽与筒体自锁且可防复用的特征。

(五)、具体实施例
由图1可知，本发明一次性使用装填式注射器，由针管1、外筒2、护帽3组成；由图可知；针管1是由不锈钢材料或适用的硬质韧性材料制成的细小空管、其一端是锋利的尖端，称作针尖11；针孔与针管钝头端12的开孔相通；护帽3是由透明材料制成的盲管，其一端开孔处有外翻卷边形成的按手31；外筒2是由透明材料制成的呈筒状结构。
图2是本发明一次性使用装填式注射器的外筒结构示意图；由图可知，外筒2是一个由透明材料制成的筒状结构，外筒2的中上段是均一直径的筒体21；在筒体近开口处的内壁有缩窄的闭锁环24，该环的内径等于护帽中段的外径33、但小于护帽外壁的嵌位环32的外径；在外筒2的下段外周有扩大的类方形的把手22；在把手22的下方设置有针座结构23，针座23的中央有一小孔25，孔内可插入针管1的钝头端12予以粘接；筒体21内腔的底部呈球窝形凹陷，在球窝底部的中央有一个向上的刺突尖端26，在尖端26的两侧各有一个微孔与针座中央小孔25连通。
参照图3，护帽的开口段的内径略小于针座23的外径，二者可以形成摩擦配合；护帽的外径33略小于筒体21的内径，等于筒体上段内壁缩窄环24的内径；护帽3的长度LH大于筒体21内腔的深度LT，(即LH＞LT)；在护帽3卷边按手31下方的外壁上制有多个刺突或环形凸起形成的嵌位环(突)32；在未使用时，护帽3开口处内壁与针座23外表可形成摩擦接触配合；护帽3的盲管端呈球型34，在球型顶端的中央有一凹陷陷窝，它与筒体21内腔的球窝中心的刺突尖端适应。
图4是本发明一次性使用装填式注射器未使用状态下的结构示意图；由图可知；针管1粘接在筒体21下端针座23的针孔25内，针尖11朝外露出；护帽3套装在筒体21下端的针座23的外表，用于保护针尖11避免触碰损坏。
图5是本发明一次性使用装填式注射器在装填药液囊后待使用时的结构示意图；使用前，根据相关紧急伤害或诊疗需要，选择对症的紧急用药剂胶囊或是常态需重复注射的药液胶囊，例如：糖尿病患者，依据血糖水平选择适用的含有固定剂量的容药(胰岛素)胶囊；先打开注射器初包装，取出注射器，再打开容药胶囊的单独(铝箔塑膜)包装，将容药液胶囊直接装填进入筒体内腔，取下护帽3并将护帽的前端球部34插入筒体21的内腔，护帽前端34抵触容药胶囊YN；介入组织执行注射；方法是：单手拇指与中指夹持注射器外筒2的把手22，示指按压护帽3的卷边按手31向下缓慢注射，此时护帽前端的球型结构34传递作用力将容药胶囊YN下移动、产生向内凹陷变形，容药胶囊YN前端的包膜被筒体内腔球窝内的突刺26刺破(此处的囊壁受力的压强最大，最容易被刺破)，结合图6，药液从突刺两侧的小孔经过针管1进入组织。
图6是本发明一次性使用装填式注射器在使用中注射终末段，护帽外壁嵌位环32与筒体内壁闭锁环24形成嵌顿闭锁状态的结构示意图；接前述，继续按压护帽3的卷边31，直至护帽外侧突嵴或环形嵌位环32越过筒体内壁的缩窄环24，继续挤压护帽3的按手31，直至容药胶囊YN内的药液被完全挤压(注射)注入组织内，直至继续按压把手不可使其移动时注射结束，(由于护帽前端存在球窝结构34，使得容药胶囊的后壁向后变形，不会被筒体内球窝中央的刺突尖端26刺破)；这时从组织中拔出注射(器)针；因护帽3外壁的嵌位环32环被筒体21内壁的缩窄环24限制闭锁，无法再次拉出，不能复用。
由于采用了上述结构，使得本发明一次性使用装填式注射器在完成注射的同时，实现护帽与筒体内腔的闭锁而不能复用；本发明采用上述结构，在使用前无需临时抽取药液所需要多种消毒器材和精确抽取、排除空气等动作，且难以精确掌控药液剂量的过程，使其具有结构简洁，使用便捷，安全可靠、提高效率、防止复用的特征；
本发明根据临床某些特定环境的实际需求，将容药器具(安瓿)设计为按单次剂量需求的容药(颗粒)胶囊，剂量根据不同药液的实际需求，分别有多种规格，可以以颜色、数字等标示包装型式予以区分；可适用于多种环境或场合中各种紧急或常态下的药液注射的需求；具有按需定制，可做到规格、剂型、剂量恰好，节省材料，利于常态下反复使用，可显著降低成本、并提高效率；还由于本发明采用的注射器具与容药胶囊分别包装、可随时进入适配注射的结构型式，使其具备满足应急注射或常态重复注射所必须的安全性与可靠性要求。
本发明为在某些特定环境中对特殊用途的药液的应急注射，提供了一种具体的、安全的、高效的技术解决方案；对比此前的手动注射器具有一定的创造性、新颖性和实用性，对于临床中或野外环境中的诸多伤害，如蛇咬伤、战伤、大出血需要紧急注射特定药液的：如吗啡阵痛剂、抗蛇毒血清等(紧急)和常态下需重复注射固定剂量药液的(例如：胰岛素、各类疫苗接种等)临床应用均具有一定的积极的临床效果和科学的经济价值与社会价值。
本发明所描述的技术方案，在本专业技术人员通过变形所能够实现的任何类似变形，都将落入本发明的技术范畴。

Claims (4)

1.一次性使用装填式注射器，由针管(1)、外筒(2)、护帽(3)共同组成；其特征在于：针管(1)的钝头端(12)粘接在筒体(21)前端针座(23)中央的针孔(25)内；护帽(3)套装在针座(23)的外表。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用装填式注射器，其特征在于：护帽(3)是一端开口的盲管，采用透明材料制成；护帽(3)开口处外翻卷边形成按手(31)，在按手(31)的下方外壁有多个突起或是环形的嵌位环(32)，护帽的中下段外径(33)外径略小于筒体(21)的内径；护帽(3)的前端呈球型(34)在球型的顶端中心有一凹陷陷窝，可以与筒体内腔的突刺(26)相互适配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用装填式注射器，其特征在于：外筒(2)呈筒状结构，外筒的中上段呈外径均一的筒体(21)，外筒(2)的下段有扩大的近似方形的把手(22)，在把手(22)的下端设有针座结构(23)；针座的中央有一小孔(25)；筒体(21)内腔的底部呈球窝型凹陷，在球窝底部的中央有一个向上的突刺尖端(26)，在刺突尖端(26)的两侧各有微孔与针座(23)中央的小孔(25)连通；在筒体(21)的开口处内壁上有一缩窄的闭锁环(24)，闭锁环(24)的内径等于护帽中段的外径(33)；护帽(3)的长度LH大于筒体(21)内腔的深度LT，即LH＞LT。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用装填式注射器，其特征在于：在将容药胶囊YN装填入筒体(21)后，取下护帽(3)将以其前端插入筒体(21)，通过注射动作挤压药囊YN前壁被筒体内腔(21)球窝中央的刺突(26)刺破，药液经侧孔、针管(1)注入组织；注射终末，护帽(3)外侧壁的嵌位环(32)越过筒体内壁的缩窄环(24)被嵌顿闭锁，防止复用。
