作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述食品添加剂包括山梨酸钾和食用香精。
一种具有补充人体所需矿物质钙的食品组合物的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1:将原水过滤后进行灭菌,得到灭菌后的纯化水,备用;
S2:依照各组分质量百分比,向纯化水中边搅拌边依次加入木糖醇、柠檬浓缩汁、黄原胶、柠檬酸钙,搅拌总时长为15-30min;
S3:依照各组分质量百分比,加入食品添加剂,并搅拌5-10min至均匀;
S4:灌装并进行蒸汽灭菌。
进一步的:所述S1中原水过滤的方法,步骤如下:
S101:对原水加压导入多介质过滤器中,过滤出杂质;
S102:过滤后的原水加入活性炭过滤器,去除水液内的异味;
S103:通过分渗透膜再次对水液处理,导出的水液存储备用。
再进一步的:所述S1中的灭菌操作为紫外线灭菌,所述紫外线灭菌的方法,步骤如下:
S11:根据实验计算水液内细菌含量、种类与紫外线光强度、工作时长的关系,制作细菌含量、种类对应紫外线光强度、工作时长的表格,设定紫外线光强度、工作时长;
S12:检测水液内的细菌含量,根据细菌含量调节紫外线光强度、工作时长;
S13:通过水液泵循环水液,同时进行灭菌操作,达到设定灭菌时长时,把水液导出存储备用。
再进一步的:所述S4中蒸汽灭菌方法,步骤如下:
S401:开启过热蒸汽发生器和加工釜的保温系统;
S402:关闭加工釜的出料阀,打开加工釜的进料阀,启动水泵把需灭菌的水液送入加工釜中;
S403:关闭加工釜的进料阀,启动磁力搅拌器搅拌水液,打开蒸汽阀向加工釜送入过热蒸汽发生器产生的过热蒸汽,加工釜压力达到设定值后关闭蒸汽阀,物料按设定时间进行高温灭菌;
S404:灭菌结束后,关闭磁力搅拌器,打开加工釜的出料阀,排出加工釜中的过热蒸汽和水液;
S405:重复S2-S4的步骤,把杀菌后的水液存储备用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种具有补充矿物质钙的的食品组合物,包含柠檬酸钙,柠檬酸钙具备补充人体所需矿物质钙的功效,能够有壮骨,消炎,镇痛,维持神经肌肉正常兴奋性的作用,组合物均为食品,相较于治疗缺钙的药物而言更加安全,不会对人体功能造成伤害,柠檬浓缩汁富含柠檬果酸、果胶、柠檬油、柠檬苦素、维生素C、维生素B、钙、铁、钠、磷以及蜂蜜所含的多种维他命、氨基酸、天然葡萄糖等生物性营养成分有助于改善肤色,美白,养颜,补足每日所需维生素。

一种具有补充人体所需矿物质钙的食品组合物的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1:将原水过滤后进行灭菌,得到灭菌后的纯化水,备用;
S2:依照各组分质量百分比,向纯化水中边搅拌边依次加入木糖醇、柠檬浓缩汁、黄原胶、柠檬酸钙,搅拌总时长为15min;
S3:依照各组分质量百分比,加入食品添加剂,并搅拌5min至均匀;
S4:灌装并进行蒸汽灭菌。

S1:将原水过滤后进行灭菌,得到灭菌后的纯化水,备用;

S3:依照各组分质量百分比,加入食品添加剂,并搅拌10min至均匀;
S4:灌装并进行蒸汽灭菌。

本发明的食品组合物属于保健食品级饮品,有具有壮骨,消炎,镇痛,维持神经肌肉正常兴奋性,补充矿物质钙和每日所需维生素的有益效果。
作为其中的一些实施例,所述柠檬酸钙中的钙摄入量不超过500毫克/天。
实施例的优点在于:由于包含柠檬酸钙属于有机酸钙,不需要经过胃酸分解,更容易被人体吸收,且具有壮骨,消炎,镇痛,维持神经肌肉正常兴奋性的作用,因此食用者在饮用本发明后,能够有效的补充矿物质钙,同时,本发明为食品,相较于补充矿物质钙而言,本发明更加安全,更加健康不会对人体造成损伤;本发明的柠檬浓缩汁富含柠檬果酸、果胶、柠檬油、柠檬苦素、维生素C、维生素B、钙、铁、钠、磷以及蜂蜜所含的多种维他命、氨基酸、天然葡萄糖等生物性营养成分有助于改善肤色,美白,养颜,补足每日所需维生素。

S101:对原水加压导入多介质过滤器中,过滤出杂质;
S102:过滤后的原水加入活性炭过滤器,去除水液内的异味;

紫外线灭菌的方法,步骤如下:

S12:检测水液内的细菌含量,根据细菌含量调节紫外线光强度、工作时长;
S13:通过水液泵循环水液,同时进行灭菌操作,达到设定灭菌时长时,把水液导出存储备用。
蒸汽灭菌方法,步骤如下:
S401:开启过热蒸汽发生器和加工釜的保温系统;
S402:关闭加工釜的出料阀,打开加工釜的进料阀,启动水泵把需灭菌的水液送入加工釜中;
S403:关闭加工釜的进料阀,启动磁力搅拌器搅拌水液,打开蒸汽阀向加工釜送入过热蒸汽发生器产生的过热蒸汽,加工釜压力达到设定值后关闭蒸汽阀,物料按设定时间进行高温灭菌;
S404:灭菌结束后,关闭磁力搅拌器,打开加工釜的出料阀,排出加工釜中的过热蒸汽和水液;
S405:重复S2-S4的步骤,把杀菌后的水液存储备用。
为了更好地说明本发明的技术效果,通过下述实施例进行阐述:
选用本发明制备的具有补充人体所需矿物质钙的食品组合物作为实施例一、实施例二、实施例三和实施例四,选用专利网公开的一种补充全营养的组合物及其制备方法(申请公布日:2020.06.05,申请公布号:CN111227241A)制备的组合物作为对比例;以10g组合物为例分别进行元素含量对比,结果如表1所示。

从表1看出实施例一、实施例二、实施例三和实施例四不含无机钙,均为有机钙,不需要经过胃酸分解,更容易被人体吸收;对比例中含有无机钙,优点是含钙量特别高,缺点是它吸收需要胃酸的参与不易吸收,实施例一、实施例二、实施例三和实施例四中看出,实施例富含的维生素等微量元素种类多,相同的元素相对高于对比例,维生素等微量元素有助于改善身体,即有助于改善肤色,美白,养颜,补足每日所需维生素。

1.一种具有补充人体所需矿物质钙的食品组合物,其特征在于,由以下组分按质量百分比组成:纯化水66-80.8%、木糖醇10-20%、柠檬浓缩汁2.0-5.0%、黄原胶0.1-0.5%、柠檬酸钙7.0-8.0%、食品添加剂0.1-0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有补充人体所需矿物质钙的食品组合物,其特征在于,所述柠檬酸钙中的钙含量为20%,所述柠檬浓缩汁糖酸比为24∶28.3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有补充人体所需矿物质钙的食品组合物,其特征在于,所述食品添加剂包括山梨酸钾和食用香精。
4.一种实现权利要求1-3中所述的具有补充人体所需矿物质钙的食品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1:将原水过滤后进行灭菌,得到灭菌后的纯化水,备用;
S2:依照各组分质量百分比,向纯化水中边搅拌边依次加入木糖醇、柠檬浓缩汁、黄原胶、柠檬酸钙,搅拌总时长为15-30min;
S3:依照各组分质量百分比,加入食品添加剂,并搅拌5-10min至均匀;
S4:灌装并进行蒸汽灭菌。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有补充人体所需矿物质钙的食品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中原水过滤的方法,步骤如下:
