Description

Plant growth promoting nutritional agent containing humate and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of fertilizers, and particularly relates to a humate-containing plant growth promoting nutritional agent, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Humic acid is a black or brown multi-condensed ring natural organic colloid compound, and contains carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and other elements, aromatic nucleus, hydroxyl, carboxyl, carbonyl, quinolyl, methoxy and other active genes. These active groups determine that humic acid has weak acidity, hydrophilicity, ion exchange property, complexation property, redox property, physiological activity and the like, and have double functions of improving soil and stimulating crop growth.
The banana yellow disease is also called banana wilt and banana panama disease, is easy to develop and is more frequently in the soil environment with low acidification and organic matter content, and has the characteristics of rapid onset, rapid spread, long duration, serious hazard, wide hazard range and the like. Although many studies aim at screening chemical agents for banana yellow disease, some agents have good inhibition effect on yellow disease germs, the chemical agents have high prevention and treatment cost and long residual period, and also easily have adverse effects on other non-target organisms in the environment, such as: the pollution of heavy metal ions in soil and the decrease of organic matters in soil are caused.
Therefore, it is highly desirable to propose a humate-containing plant growth promoting nutritional agent and a preparation method thereof, which are capable of reasonably preventing and controlling banana diseases, improving soil environment, reducing heavy metal pollution degree and promoting banana growth and fruit harvest.

The invention makes red beans ferment to release various nutrient elements, and continuously supplies the nutrient to crops. Meanwhile, the ulva polysaccharide in the ulva has similar effect with hyaluronic acid, so that the ulva polysaccharide can lock soil moisture and promote the transportation of nutrient substances released by red beans.
According to the invention, through the compounding of humic acid and acid regulating substances, the pH of soil is improved, the content of heavy metal ions in the soil is reduced, and meanwhile, the content of organic matters in the soil is increased through fermenting red beans, so that the incidence of banana yellow leaf disease is reduced, and the banana yield is improved.

The farmland soil used is selected from farmland which is planted with bananas and has the banana yellowing disease in Hainan province, and an area with the same soil condition is divided into 6 groups, wherein each group contains 90 banana seedlings. The first 5 groups correspond to the application of the aqueous solvents formulated with the humate-containing plant growth promoting nutrients of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 (growth nutrients: water = 1:75), respectively, the last group being the control group, i.e. the soil without any soil conditioner applied.
The cadmium, lead, total mercury and total arsenic content in the fruits are respectively measured according to the GB/T5009.15, GB/T5009.12, GB/T5009.17 and GB/T5006.11 standard methods.
Soil pH was measured according to NY/T1377-2007 standard.
TABLE 1

the humate has good effect of preventing and treating soil heavy metal pollution, and the bamboo charcoal can adsorb heavy metal ions, so that the heavy metal content in fruits is very low.
As can be seen from comparison of example 1 and example 2: the fermented red beans are small in dosage, so that even if the dosage of ulva is increased, the transportation of nutrient substances is further promoted, and the increment of organic matter content of farmland soil is small;
as can be seen from examples 1 and 3: because the amount of the fermented red beans is large, the complexing, chelating or adsorbing and fixing between humate and heavy metal ions are influenced, and the content of the heavy metal ions in soil is further influenced.
As can be seen from example 1 and comparative example 2: in the same amount, the fermented red beans released more nutrient elements, so that the banana yield of example 1 was higher than that of comparative example 2.
The foregoing description of embodiments of the invention has been presented for purposes of illustration and description, and is not intended to be exhaustive or limited to the embodiments disclosed. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the various embodiments described.
