Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical care, in particular to scraping oil with a health care function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The scraping therapy is a traditional Chinese external therapy method for dredging meridian qi, improving qi and blood circulation, removing toxins and regulating qi, blood and yin and yang balance of viscera, and is parallel to acupuncture, massage and cupping by four special skills of traditional Chinese medicine clinic under the guidance of the theory of meridian points of traditional Chinese medicine. The scraping therapy is mainly carried out by adopting blunt edge lubricators such as copper coin, porcelain spoon, buffalo horn, ramie, silver element, wooden comb back, small clam shell and the like, and taking wine, blood-activating oil, distilled water, cool boiled water, vaseline, perfume and the like as mediums to scrape the body surface of a human body. However, the above media such as cool boiled water and sesame oil only have lubricating effect and limited curative effect in scraping therapy. So the medium frequently used in the current scraping process is scraping oil. The scraping oil can not only reduce friction and lubricate the skin and prevent the scraping plate from damaging the skin, but also achieve the effects of dredging channels and collaterals, diminishing inflammation, expelling toxin and the like by adding specific traditional Chinese medicine components.
The existing traditional Chinese medicine scraping oil mainly aims at local areas such as waist, back, shoulder, neck and the like, and mainly achieves the effects of dredging channels and collaterals, activating blood and expelling toxin. Because the skin of the face is more sensitive and fragile, if the scraping oil for the shoulder and neck regions is applied to the face, the skin is most likely to be stimulated and allergic and other phenomena are caused. Therefore, how to develop a scraping oil with multiple health care functions, which is safe and reliable and can be simultaneously applied to scraping of whole body parts such as face, shoulder, neck, back, waist, legs, feet and the like, is a problem to be solved by the person skilled in the art.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the scraping oil with the health care function, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing folium Artemisiae Argyi, fructus Rosae Davuricae, fructus Zanthoxyli, rhizoma corydalis, carthami flos, caulis Spatholobi, cortex moutan, herba Lycopodii, rhizoma Bletillae, glycyrrhrizae radix and radix Sophorae Flavescentis, pulverizing, sieving, and collecting undersize components;
(2) Mixing the undersize components with water, decocting, and filtering the residue to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) Concentrating the mixed solution to 1/7-1/5 of the original volume under reduced pressure to obtain an extract;
(4) Mixing the extract with Mel, borneolum Syntheticum and oleum Armeniacae amarum, and stirring to obtain scraping oil with health promoting effect.
Preferably, the mesh number of the sieving in the step (1) is 200-300 mesh.
Preferably, the mixing ratio of the undersize component and the water in the step (2) is 1 g:4-6 mL, the decoction temperature is 65-75 ℃, the times of the decoction are 1-3 times, and the time of each decoction is 20-30 min.
Preferably, the temperature of the reduced pressure concentration in the step (3) is 35-45 ℃.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step (4) is 200-250 r/min, and the stirring time is 10-15 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The invention also provides a preparation method of the scraping oil with the health care function, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing folium Artemisiae Argyi, fructus Rosae Davuricae, fructus Zanthoxyli, rhizoma corydalis, carthami flos, caulis Spatholobi, cortex moutan, herba Lycopodii, rhizoma Bletillae, glycyrrhrizae radix and radix Sophorae Flavescentis, pulverizing, sieving, and collecting undersize components;
(2) Mixing the undersize components with water, decocting, and filtering the residue to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) Concentrating the mixed solution to 1/7-1/5 of the original volume under reduced pressure to obtain an extract;
(4) Mixing the extract with Mel, borneolum Syntheticum and oleum Armeniacae amarum, and stirring to obtain scraping oil with health promoting effect.
In the present invention, the number of the mesh sieve in the step (1) is preferably 200 to 300 mesh, more preferably 220 to 280 mesh, still more preferably 250 mesh.
In the present invention, the mixing ratio of the undersize component to water in the step (2) is preferably 1g:4 to 6mL, more preferably 1g:5mL; the temperature of the decoction is preferably 65-75 ℃, more preferably 68-72 ℃, still more preferably 70 ℃; the number of times of the decoction is preferably 1 to 3 times, more preferably 2 times; the time of each decoction is preferably 20 to 30 minutes, more preferably 22 to 28 minutes, and still more preferably 25 minutes.
In the present invention, the temperature of the reduced pressure concentration in the step (3) is preferably 35 to 45 ℃, more preferably 38 to 42 ℃, still more preferably 40 ℃.
In the present invention, in the step (3), the mixed solution is concentrated under reduced pressure to 1/7 to 1/5 of the original volume to obtain an extract, and more preferably, the mixed solution is concentrated under reduced pressure to 1/6 of the original volume to obtain an extract.
In the present invention, the rotation speed of the stirring in the step (4) is preferably 200 to 250r/min, more preferably 220 to 230r/min, still more preferably 225r/min; the stirring time is preferably 10 to 15 minutes, more preferably 11 to 13 minutes, and still more preferably 12 minutes.
The technical solutions provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
The starting materials in the examples below are all commercially available.
Example 1
A preparation method of scraping oil with health care function comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing 25 parts of mugwort leaf, 20 parts of rose hip, 15 parts of wild pepper, 10 parts of rhizoma corydalis, 10 parts of safflower, 10 parts of suberect spatholobus stem, 10 parts of moutan bark, 10 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 10 parts of bletilla, 10 parts of liquorice and 10 parts of kuh-seng, crushing, sieving with a 200-mesh sieve, and collecting undersize components;
(2) Mixing the undersize components with water according to the proportion of 1g to 4mL, decocting for 20min at 65 ℃, and filtering the residues to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) Concentrating the mixed solution under reduced pressure at 35 ℃ to 1/5 of the original volume to obtain extract;
(4) Mixing the extract with 10 parts of honey, 5 parts of borneol and 90 parts of sweet almond oil, and stirring for 10min at 200r/min to obtain scraping oil with health care function.
Example 2
A preparation method of scraping oil with health care function comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing 30 parts of mugwort leaf, 25 parts of rose hip, 20 parts of wild pepper, 15 parts of rhizoma corydalis, 15 parts of safflower, 15 parts of suberect spatholobus stem, 15 parts of moutan bark, 15 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 15 parts of bletilla, 15 parts of liquorice and 15 parts of kuh-seng, crushing, sieving with a 250-mesh sieve, and collecting undersize components;
(2) Mixing the undersize components with water according to the proportion of 1g to 5mL, decocting at 70 ℃ for 2 times, wherein the time of each decoction is 25min, and filtering residues to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) Concentrating the mixed solution under reduced pressure at 40deg.C to 1/6 of the original volume to obtain extract;
(4) Mixing the extract with 15 parts of honey, 8 parts of borneol and 95 parts of sweet almond oil, and stirring for 12min at 225r/min to obtain scraping oil with health care function.
Example 3
A preparation method of scraping oil with health care function comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing 35 parts of mugwort leaf, 30 parts of rose hip, 25 parts of wild pepper, 20 parts of rhizoma corydalis, 20 parts of safflower, 20 parts of suberect spatholobus stem, 20 parts of moutan bark, 20 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 20 parts of bletilla, 20 parts of liquorice and 20 parts of kuh-seng, crushing, sieving with a 300-mesh sieve, and collecting undersize components;
(2) Mixing the undersize components with water according to the proportion of 1g to 6mL, decocting at 75 ℃ for 3 times, wherein the time of each decoction is 30min, and filtering residues to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) Concentrating the mixed solution under reduced pressure at 45deg.C to 1/7 of the original volume to obtain extract;
(4) Mixing the extract with 20 parts of honey, 10 parts of borneol and 100 parts of sweet almond oil, and stirring for 15min at the speed of 250r/min to obtain scraping oil with a health-care function.
Experimental example 1
Effect evaluation experiment of scraping oil:
case selection:
group A: dark yellow complexion, facial relaxation, facial wrinkles, binocular absence, facial blackheads, tingling, 30 cases (15 cases for men and women, age 25-35 years);
group B: shoulder and neck stiffness, abnormal sound, muscle fatigue and obvious pain of the shoulder and neck, 30 cases (15 cases for men and women, age 25-35 years);
group C: in 30 cases (15 cases for men and women, age 25-35 years) with lumbago, backache, lumbar muscle strain, lumbago due to damp-cold and lumbago due to kidney deficiency.
Efficacy evaluation criteria:
disappearance of symptoms: the facial complexion is healthy, the face is compact, the wrinkles disappear, the eyes are happy, the blackheads and the acnes disappear, the shoulder and neck are normal, the waist and back are normal, and the pain disappears;
symptom alleviation: dark yellow complexion, no light, improved facial relaxation, partial disappearance of facial wrinkles, improvement of binocular absence, partial disappearance of facial blackheads and acnes, reduced shoulder and neck pain, and reduced waist and back pain;
no obvious change: dark yellow complexion, facial relaxation, facial wrinkles, binocular absence, facial blackheads, tingling, stiff shoulders and necks, abnormal sounds of shoulders and necks, muscle fatigue, obvious pain, soreness and backache, lumbar muscle strain, wet cold lumbago, kidney deficiency lumbago and other symptoms still exist and are not weakened;
with or without allergic conditions: whether small red spots, red pimples, spots, red swelling and itching occur.
The treatment method comprises the following steps:
the cases of the A group, the B group and the C group are randomly divided into two groups respectively and are marked as A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2, 15 persons are in each group, wherein the A1, the B1 and the C1 are experimental groups, and scraping treatment is carried out by adopting scraping oil in the embodiment 2 of the invention; the A2 group, the B2 group and the C2 group are control groups, wherein the A2 group adopts olive oil, and the B2 group and the C2 group adopt Laimee (lamilee) plant massage essential oil for scraping treatment. The scraping method is carried out by adopting a scraping plate according to a conventional scraping mode, wherein scraping is carried out once every seven days for 10 minutes each time. The experimental results were counted after one month. The experimental results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the control group, the scraping oil of example 2 of the present invention can be used for scraping treatment, and can significantly improve or even eliminate basic problems such as face, shoulder, neck, waist and back, and has no allergic phenomenon. The scraping oil provided by the invention has no stimulation to skin, does not cause skin allergy, is safe and reliable, has various health care functions, and is very suitable for scraping treatment of whole body parts such as face, shoulder, neck, back, waist and the like.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
