Working principle:
1. when the logistics box is required to be stored, the information code is attached to the side face of the packaged logistics box, the controller matches the idle storage chamber 7 according to the specification of the logistics box, the number of the idle storage chamber 7 is displayed on the PC, the LED nixie tube 201 outside the storage chamber 7 is combined to be always bright to be displayed as a number 0 and to be yellow, and the controller controls the electric push rod 901 to drive the sucker to move forward by a quarter distance of the width of the bottom plate 2.
2. The operator puts the logistics box on the sucking disc of the storage chamber 7 according to the serial number of the storage chamber 7, the information code is opposite to the partition plate 3 or the vertical plate 4, in the process of putting the logistics box, the scanner identifies information code information and records the warehouse-in time in a PC computer, the controller controls the compression cylinder to suck air after the scanner identifies signals, the sucking disc is adsorbed on the logistics box, and the electric push rod 901 is used for driving the logistics box to move backwards, so that the logistics box completely enters the storage chamber 7.
3. The operator pushes the divider plate 3 to separate and clamp the logistics box, then the LED nixie tube 201 is combined to always be the number of the current storage room 7 and green, and the grating 303 turns on the alarm function.
4. When the logistics box is required to be taken out, an operator inputs a logistics box information code into a PC (personal computer), the PC displays the number of a storage chamber 7 for storing the logistics box, a controller controls an LED nixie tube 201 of the storage chamber 7 to be changed into red, and a grating 303 closes an alarm function.
5. The operator searches the storage room 7 according to the number of the storage room 7, hands are placed between the gratings 303, the gratings 303 detect that an object enters the storage room 7, and the controller controls the electric push rod 901 to drive the top plate 902 to move forward by a distance which is one quarter of the width of the bottom plate 2;
if the operator mistakenly fetches the logistics box in the storage chamber 7 during normal storage of the logistics box, namely the controller does not receive the fetching signal of the storage chamber, the grating 303 detects that an object enters the storage chamber 7, the grating 303 feeds back to the controller, and the controller controls the alarm to give an alarm.
A control method of an intelligent warehouse for storing logistics boxes comprises the following steps:

if the information code of the logistics box displays that the set shipment date is inconsistent with the current actual shipment date, the alarm gives an alarm, and whether the information code of the logistics box is authorized by an administrator or not is needed, and meanwhile, the reason is recorded;
s6: the operator searches the corresponding position of the storage chamber 7 according to the number of the storage chamber 7, places a hand between the gratings 303, the gratings 303 detect that an object enters the storage chamber 7, and the controller controls the electric push rod 901 to drive the top plate 902 to move forward by a distance of one quarter of the width of the bottom plate 2;
s7: if the operator mistakenly fetches the logistics box in the storage chamber 7 during normal storage of the logistics box, namely the controller does not receive the fetching signal of the storage chamber, the grating 303 detects that an object enters the storage chamber 7, the grating 303 feeds back to the controller, and the controller controls the alarm to give an alarm.
