背景技术
皮革面料通常由动物皮革进行脱脂、鞣制等处理后与基布粘结复合而成,具有独特的质感和美观度,广泛应用于制造家具用品、服装、鞋靴、箱包、汽车用品等领域。随着生活水平的提高和环保意识的提高,人们对皮革面料的要求也在不断提高,在现有的美观和质感的基础上,还要求透气性好、耐撕裂、绿色环保。因此,开发一种透气性好和耐撕裂的环保型皮革复合面料,很有必要。

本发明提出一种环保型皮革复合面料及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中皮革面料透气性、耐撕裂性相对较差的问题。

本发明提出了一种环保型皮革复合面料,包括由上至下依次设置的皮革层、发泡层和基布层;所述发泡层的原料包括以下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂45~60份,聚碳酸酯10~16份,助磨剂0~4份,发泡剂5~10份,玻璃纤维0.5~1份,增稠剂0.5~1份。

本发明的工作原理及有益效果为:
1、本发明中,发泡层以水性聚氨酯树脂为基体,加入聚碳酸酯、发泡剂、玻璃纤维和增稠剂,经发泡成型在皮革层下表面,显著提高了皮革复合面料的透气性,同时,聚碳酸酯和玻璃纤维的加入,显著提高了发泡层的力学性能,从而提高了皮革复合面料的撕裂强度。
2、本发明中,聚碳酸酯由聚亚乙基碳酸酯和双酚A型聚碳酸酯混合而成,进一步提高了皮革复合面料的撕裂强度。
3、本发明中,采用表面处理剂对皮革进行处理,增加了皮革表面的柔软性,同时,还提高了皮革复合面料的表面光泽度。
4、本发明的皮革复合面料的原料中不含有甲醛、六价铬、偶氮染料等有害物质,更加环保安全。

上述皮革复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水性聚氨酯树脂与聚碳酸酯、助磨剂、玻璃纤维混合后研磨,再加入发泡剂和增稠剂,得到混合浆料,将混合浆料涂覆在皮革层的下表面,发泡,得到发泡层;
S2、将发泡层与基布层通过水性丙烯酸树脂粘合剂粘合,得到环保型皮革面料。
实施例5
一种环保型皮革复合面料,包括由上至下依次设置的皮革层、发泡层和基布层;所述发泡层的原料包括以下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂45份,聚碳酸酯10份,助磨剂2份,发泡剂5份,玻璃纤维0.5份,增稠剂0.5份;其中,聚碳酸酯为聚亚乙基碳酸酯和双酚A型聚碳酸酯质量比4:1的混合物,助磨剂为泊洛沙姆188,发泡剂为一氟二氯乙烷,增稠剂为海藻酸钠;
上述皮革复合面料的制备方法同实施例4。
实施例6
一种环保型皮革复合面料,包括由上至下依次设置的皮革层、发泡层和基布层;所述发泡层的原料包括以下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂45份,聚碳酸酯10份,助磨剂3份,发泡剂5份,玻璃纤维0.5份,增稠剂0.5份;其中,聚碳酸酯为聚亚乙基碳酸酯和双酚A型聚碳酸酯质量比4:1的混合物,助磨剂为泊洛沙姆188,发泡剂为一氟二氯乙烷,增稠剂为海藻酸钠;
上述皮革复合面料的制备方法同实施例4。
实施例7
一种环保型皮革复合面料,包括由上至下依次设置的皮革层、发泡层和基布层;所述发泡层的原料包括以下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂60份,聚碳酸酯16份,发泡剂10份,玻璃纤维1份,增稠剂1份,其中,聚碳酸酯为聚亚乙基碳酸酯和双酚A型聚碳酸酯质量比3:1的混合物,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素醚。
其制备方法,同实施例1。
实施例8
一种环保型皮革复合面料,包括由上至下依次设置的皮革层、发泡层和基布层;所述发泡层的原料包括以下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂45份,聚碳酸酯10份,发泡剂5份,玻璃纤维0.5份,增稠剂0.5份;其中,聚碳酸酯为聚亚乙基碳酸酯,发泡剂为一氟二氯乙烷,增稠剂为海藻酸钠;
上述皮革复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S0、将25份水性聚氨酯树脂、3份脂肪酸甲酯、2份油酸、1份消光粉混合,得到表面处理剂,将皮革经表面处理剂处理后干燥,得到皮革层;
S1、将水性聚氨酯树脂与聚碳酸酯、玻璃纤维混合后研磨,再加入发泡剂和增稠剂,得到混合浆料,将混合浆料涂覆在皮革层的下表面,发泡,得到发泡层;
S2、将发泡层与基布层通过水性环氧树脂粘合剂粘合,得到环保型皮革面料。
实施例9
一种环保型皮革复合面料,包括由上至下依次设置的皮革层、发泡层和基布层;所述发泡层的原料包括以下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂45份,聚碳酸酯10份,发泡剂5份,玻璃纤维0.5份,增稠剂0.5份;其中,聚碳酸酯为聚亚乙基碳酸酯,发泡剂为一氟二氯乙烷,增稠剂为海藻酸钠;
上述皮革复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S0、将30份水性聚氨酯树脂、5份脂肪酸甲酯、3份油酸、5份消光粉混合,得到表面处理剂,将皮革经表面处理剂处理后干燥,得到皮革层;
S1、将水性聚氨酯树脂与聚碳酸酯、玻璃纤维混合后研磨,再加入发泡剂和增稠剂,得到混合浆料,将混合浆料涂覆在皮革层的下表面,发泡,得到发泡层;
S2、将发泡层与基布层通过水性聚氨酯树脂粘合剂粘合,得到环保型皮革面料。
对比例1
一种环保型皮革复合面料,包括由上至下依次设置的皮革层、发泡层和基布层;所述发泡层的原料包括以下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂45份,发泡剂5份,玻璃纤维0.5份,增稠剂0.5份;其中,发泡剂为一氟二氯乙烷,增稠剂为海藻酸钠;
上述皮革复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水性聚氨酯树脂与聚碳酸酯、玻璃纤维混合后研磨,再加入发泡剂和增稠剂,得到混合浆料,将混合浆料涂覆在皮革层的下表面,发泡,得到发泡层;
S2、将发泡层与基布层通过水性丙烯酸树脂粘合剂粘合,得到环保型皮革面料。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例5的区别仅在于,助磨剂为泊洛沙姆407。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例5的区别仅在于,助磨剂为三乙醇胺。
对比例4
一种环保型皮革复合面料,包括由上至下依次设置的皮革层、发泡层和基布层;所述发泡层的原料包括以下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂45份,聚碳酸酯10份,发泡剂5份,玻璃纤维0.5份,增稠剂0.5份;其中,聚碳酸酯为聚亚乙基碳酸酯,发泡剂为一氟二氯乙烷,增稠剂为海藻酸钠;
上述皮革复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S0、将30份水性聚氨酯树脂、5份脂肪酸甲酯、5份消光粉混合,得到表面处理剂,将皮革经表面处理剂处理后干燥,得到皮革层;
S1、将水性聚氨酯树脂与聚碳酸酯、玻璃纤维混合后研磨,再加入发泡剂和增稠剂,得到混合浆料,将混合浆料涂覆在皮革层的下表面,发泡,得到发泡层;
S2、将发泡层与基布层通过水性丙烯酸树脂粘合剂粘合,得到环保型皮革面料。
上述实施例及对比例中,皮革为猪皮革。
试验一、对实施例1~9及对比例1~3制得的皮革复合面料进行如下性能测试:
1、透气性:按照GB/T 24218.15-2018《纺织品 非织造布试验方法 第15部分:透气性的测定》中规定的方法,测试样品的透气性;
2、耐撕裂性:按照GB/T 17928-1999《皮革 针孔撕裂强度测定方法》中规定的方法,测试样品的撕裂强度;
测试结果如下表所示:

从上表中数据可以看出,与对比例1相比,实施例1的皮革复合面料的针孔撕裂强度显著提高,说明本发明中,皮革复合面料的发泡层加入聚碳酸酯,与聚氨酯混合发泡,显著提高了皮革复合面料的耐撕裂性。
与实施例1相比,实施例2和3的皮革复合面料的针孔撕裂强度更高,说明双酚A型聚碳酸酯的加入,进一步提高了皮革复合面料的耐撕裂性。
与实施例3相比,实施例5和6的皮革复合面料的针孔撕裂强度更高,说明耐磨剂泊洛沙姆188的加入,进一步提高了皮革复合面料的耐撕裂性。与对比例2、3相比,实施例5的皮革复合面料的针孔撕裂强度最高,说明与其他助磨剂如泊洛沙姆407、三乙醇胺相比,泊洛沙姆188作为助磨剂时,对皮革复合面料的耐撕裂性提高效果最好。
试验二、对实施例1、实施例8~9、对比例4的皮革复合面料的柔软性进行测试,测试方法按照GB/T 39371-2020《皮革 物理和机械试验 柔软度的测定》中的规定,测试结果见下表:

从上表中数据可以看出,实施例8-9的皮革复合面料的柔软度远高于对比例4和实施例1,说明通过表面处理剂对皮革进行表面处理,显著提高了皮革复合面料的柔软度,表面处理剂中加入油酸,进一步提高了皮革复合面料的柔软度。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种环保型皮革复合面料,其特征在于,包括由上至下依次设置的皮革层、发泡层和基布层;所述发泡层的原料包括以下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂45~60份,聚碳酸酯10~16份,助磨剂1~3份,发泡剂5~10份,玻璃纤维0.5~1份,增稠剂0.5~1份;
所述助磨剂为泊洛沙姆188;
所述皮革层由皮革经表面处理剂处理后干燥得到;
所述表面处理剂包括以下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯树脂25~30份,脂肪酸甲酯3~5份,油酸2~3份,消光粉1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型皮革复合面料,其特征在于,所述聚碳酸酯为聚亚乙基碳酸酯,或,所述聚碳酸酯为聚亚乙基碳酸酯和双酚A型聚碳酸酯质量比3~4:1的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型皮革复合面料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为一氟二氯乙烷、偶氮二甲酰胺、偶氮二异丁腈中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型皮革复合面料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为海藻酸钠、羟乙基纤维素醚、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型皮革复合面料,其特征在于,所述发泡层和所述基布层通过粘结剂粘合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保型皮革复合面料,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的一种环保型皮革复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水性聚氨酯树脂与聚碳酸酯、助磨剂、玻璃纤维混合后研磨,再加入发泡剂和增稠剂,得到混合浆料,将混合浆料涂覆在所述皮革层的下表面,发泡,得到发泡层;
S2、将发泡层与基布层通过粘结剂粘合,得到环保型皮革面料。
