背景技术
肌肤松弛和色斑的产生是肌肤衰老的两大特征,随着年龄的增长,真皮内胶原蛋白损失。日积月累的日晒,导致弹力纤维变性,并在地心引力作用下肌肤逐渐下垂。晒斑,老年斑等也出现在表皮。一直以来,“抗衰老”备受关注,有的人依靠医疗美容对抗衰老,但不可持续,且有一定健康风险;有的人吃各种各样的保健品,反而造成身体负担,而大多数的人寄则希望于护肤品,效果却不理想。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种复配抗衰面霜及其制备方法,其。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种复配抗衰面霜,包括如下质量百分含量的组分:油脂10-20%、皮肤调理剂10-13%和助剂25-40%;
其中,所述油脂为甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、低芥酸菜子油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、霍霍巴籽油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷和异十六烷中任几种;
其中,所述皮肤调理剂为红没药醇、姜根提取物、烟酰胺、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、甘油葡糖苷、积雪草提取物、番红花花提取物、甘草酸二钾和酵母提取物中的任几种;
此处,羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇,即玻色因,是一种具有抗衰老活性物的木糖衍生物,可以促进胶原蛋白的合成,使肌肤更强韧有弹性,改善颈部细纹,预防衰老,玻色因是从木糖衍生而来的糖蛋白混合物,由于木糖大量存在于山毛榉树中,且具有促进葡糖氨基葡聚糖即粘多糖(GAGs)生成的能力,作为从山毛榉树提取出来的玻色因,其作用与木糖有着相似的地方,其主要功效:①激活粘多糖合成,这一高科技成份,基于仿生学原理,由一种叫木糖的糖类会激活粘多糖(GAGs)合成,我们皮肤的细胞外基质(ECM)间存在大量的粘多糖,大部分都是由糖醛酸和氨碁糖组成的糖类聚合物(GAG),而这些粘多糖,对皮肤起到了非常重要的作用,因为粘多糖能吸湿水分,起到防止肌肤水分散失的作用。同时由于粘多糖吸收了大量的水分,能够形成一个可以想象成由水组成的胶状体的结构。同时这些蛋白质粘多糖GAGs的分子结构的吸水能力,使得基质网状结构更加有弹性从而有助于提高细胞的紧致性,増强肌肤的弹性。而这些是影响着肌肤的弹性与质地的重要因素;②刺激皮肤氨基葡聚糖生成:羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇是一种糖蛋白混合物能够刺激皮肤氨基葡聚糖(GAGs)的生成。GAGs是细胞外基质的主要成分,其中含有的透明质酸是GAGs的主要成分之一。透明质酸吸水储水能力强,注入真皮层,可以达到填充及水嫩肌肤的效果,皮肤饱满有弹性。透明质酸也常用填充皮肤的凹陷部位,包括皱纹。
此处的番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物,能拮抗TRPV1受体。TRPV1是感官受体(或称为痛觉感受器)。在炎症级联反应中,扮演了重要的角色。当遇到外界刺激时,TRPV1受体会被激活,皮肤表面产生痛感和灼热感。番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物能拮抗TRPV1受体。能够拮抗与上皮组织痛感和灼热感相关的痛觉感受器,从而有效降低神经感官上的不适感,并且降低皮肤的敏感度。事实上,在细胞模型中,TRPV1被激活后会导致细胞活力下降。当使用1%和4%的番红花活性成分处理细胞后,细胞活力增强了3倍和6.5倍。
通过添加高浓度玻色因,能快速淡化纹路,紧致抗皱;安诺因具有抗皱功能和舒缓功能;番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物可以目标于不同的生物途径,并且舒缓敏感肌肤。以上三个成分协同作用,实现1+1大于2的效果。
其中,所述助剂包括乳化剂、保湿剂、抗菌剂和稳定剂中的任几种。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷PEG-10/15交联聚合物、聚甘油-2二聚羟基硬脂酸酯、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷和鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷中的任一种或任几种的组合。

所述KF-6038,月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷,与硅油和酯类相容性好,并适用于大部分类型的油脂。清爽稳定,不油腻,肤感轻盈。乳化的连续相组分可选择范围宽,配方适应好,灵活度高。
所述甘油三(乙基己酸)酯,具有三个酯基和多支链,酯基中的氧原子会增加油酯的极性,多支链结构会增加油的透气性,从而使得该润肤剂有较高的极性和良好的透气性;同时由于它是甘油衍生物,与皮肤亲和性较好,肤感清爽柔滑,透气不黏腻,最终在产品中带来一种极佳的肤感体验。
所述聚二甲基硅氧烷具有较好柔软性的特性,对皮肤的渗透性非常好,带来顺滑清爽的感受。
所述乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物,有机硅复合粉末,具有柔软感、光滑感以及优异的分散性,同时赋予产品优异的柔光效果,为肌肤带来柔软感受。
所述三山嵛精,是一种非离子型蜡状甘油三酯,能够同阳离子、阴离子以及非离子系统相容;其作为皮肤调理剂,具非常柔和、使人愉快的用后感;熔点在60-65℃左右,非常适合应用于棒状配方,以及在油相系统中作乳化增稠剂使用。
所述合成蜡,熔点73-76℃左右,有增稠的作用。
所述淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝,是经疏水改性的玉米淀粉,能有效改善肤感,带来柔滑、丝绒般手感,减轻配方的油腻感,在水基体系下稳定性好,可作为肤感改良剂。
所述氯氧化铋水分散浆,正方晶系银白色发亮结晶粉末,揉开有银白色珍珠光泽,是一种新型的高档环保珠光材料,无毒性,低油脂吸收,皮肤附着力强和珠光效果。
所述环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,它是挥发性环状硅油,易于打造出清爽丝滑的优质肤感,相比碳基油脂,具有更低的表面张力,在皮肤上易铺展。
所述异十六烷,是一种用于化妆品和护肤品的高纯度异链烷烃润肤剂和溶剂。无色无味,不油腻,具有清爽、丝滑般的感觉。
所述100,红没药醇和姜根提取物专利的协同复配物,调节细胞炎症因子和脂质介质,消炎舒缓,抑制泛红。
所述透明质酸钠,具有非常好的皮肤渗透性和细胞穿透性,可以用于保湿补水和锁水系列护肤品中的重要成分,使皮肤的弹性和水分增加、细纹皱纹和皮肤松弛现象减少,具有明显的保湿补水和抗皱、抗衰老功能。
所述甘油,吸水性很强,可以吸取空气中的水分给皮肤保湿,也能将皮肤中的水分锁住,将水分留在角质层,不让它流失。是一种非常温和的保湿剂,能很好地帮助皮肤愈合,减少相关性皮炎的发生,并恢复皮肤的正常屏障功能。
所述1,3-丙二醇和丁二醇,充当保湿剂的功效,温和不刺激,不会对肌肤产生刺激现象。
所述硫酸镁,是二价离子,对产品稳定性更有帮助,无机盐可以降低乳化剂在水相中的溶解度,增加界面膜的稳定性;使乳化颗粒内水相带电荷,在界面形成扩散双电层,界面膜更稳定;会降低水的结冰点,减少乳化体冷冻后破乳出水的几率;
所述甘草酸二钾,通过作用于细胞膜上的激素受体,影响离子通道,激活或抑制酶活性,调节物质代谢和胆碱能神经的兴奋性。以此使毛细血管壁和细胞膜的通透性降低,达到减少炎性渗出的目的,并抑制组胺及其他毒性物质的形成和释放,从而起到良好的抗炎症效果。
所述对羟基苯乙酮,又称馨鲜酮,是一种天然植物提取物,天然存在于存在于菊科植物滨蒿的茎、叶,茵陈蒿、萝藦科植物、人参娃儿藤等植物的根中,本身具有抗氧化和舒缓作用的多功能化妆品成分;在该面霜中,同时作为传统防腐剂的替代品,具有防腐增效的作用,在高低pH和温度范围内都有优异的稳定性,将其与其他防腐剂复配也有协同增效的作用。
所述1,2-己二醇,是一种具有清爽感和极佳抗菌性能的二元醇,也是链烷二醇,为具有高抗菌性能的多元醇。
所述羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇,是一种具有抗衰老功效的木糖衍生物。它能有效促进细胞外基质中糖胺聚糖的产生,增加皮肤细胞间水含量。还能促进胶原蛋白的合成,使皮肤重现饱满,紧致有弹性。
所述甘油葡糖苷,是一类由甘油分子和葡萄糖分子通过糖苷键连接而形成的糖苷类化合物,具有皮肤保湿、促进真皮细胞的胶原蛋白合成、提高衰老细胞的代谢速度等作用。
所述番红花提取物,是一种极强的抗氧化剂,具有抗炎、抗氧化等作用,促进皮肤新陈代谢、能有效清除体内自由基、抑制黑色素沉积、加速消斑脱色、吸收紫外线等,发挥美白、防晒、抗衰老的功效,美肤养颜的作用。
本申请通过采用KSG-210和KF-6038作为乳化剂,前者是聚醚改性的硅凝胶,肤感用起来像硅弹性体,同时还具有乳化硅油的能力。而后者是一个聚醚性质的硅乳化剂,在结构上接了一个烷基链(月桂基),烷基链是亲油的,这样能与普通油脂更好地结合,增强乳化能力,因此涂抹时具有软垫的触感。而面霜柔软而滋润的肤感与其中的油脂和蜡的选择有很大的有关系,本申请通过两种不同熔点的蜡复配,带来不同层次的肤感体验,多种轻质油脂的搭配,使产品涂抹轻盈,再加上本身油包水的结构,能使产品在皮肤上长期存留。由于油包水产品带来的油腻感,因此本申请添加了淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝和乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物,能够吸油和带来柔滑、丝绒般手感。同时采用无防腐体系对羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇搭配,温和不刺激,适用于各种肌肤。高浓度羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇搭配番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物和安诺因,三者协同作用,使抗衰效果达到极致,为了缓解高浓度提取物带来刺痛感,添加了100和甘草酸二钾,舒缓皮肤。
基于同一发明构思,本申请还提供一种用于制备上述的复配抗衰面霜的方法,包含如下步骤:
S1、将KSG-210、KF-6038、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物、三山嵛精、合成蜡、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝、氯氧化铋水分散浆和异十六烷,加入反应容器,升温至80-85℃,搅拌均质,得到油相,再加入环五聚二甲基硅氧烷和100;
S2、将水、甘油、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、硫酸镁、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、甘草酸二钾、大分子透明质酸钠和小分子透明质酸钠加入反应容器,升温至80-85℃,搅拌,得到水相;
S3、将步骤S2得到的水相加入到步骤S1得到油相中,均质完全;
S4、降温至50-50℃,加入羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、安诺因、番红花花提取物、香精,均质,搅拌均匀即可出料。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本申请提供的复配抗衰面霜,由油脂、皮肤调理剂和助剂复配形成,通过多种轻质油脂的搭配,使产品涂抹轻盈,同时不同熔点的蜡复配,带来不同层次的肤感体验,加之油脂本身油包水的结构,可使面霜产品在皮肤上长期存留,并通过添加淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝和乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物,能够吸油和带来柔滑、丝绒般手感,同时采用无防腐体系对羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇搭配,温和不刺激,同时,通过高浓度羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇搭配番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物和安诺因,三者协同作用,使抗衰效果达到极致,为了缓解高浓度提取物带来刺痛感,添加了100和甘草酸二钾,舒缓皮肤,发挥抗衰老、美肤养颜的作用,应用前景好;
2、本申请提供的制备方法,工艺流程简单,制备容易,满足大批量生产制作需求,同时制备出的产品均匀性好,外观绵密,肤感独特,可更好地满足使用需求。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将通过实施例对本发明进行更全面的描述,以下给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但本发明可以以多种不同形式来实现,并不只限于本文所描述的实施例。凡是对本发明技术方案进行修改或同等替换,而没有创造性的成果所得到的的其他实施方案,均在本发明的保护范围之中。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有技术和科学术语与本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。在本发明的说明书中所使用的的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例,不是旨在于限制本发明。
本发明实施例中揭露的数值是近似值,并非确定值。在误差或实验条件允许的情况下,可以包括在误差范围内的所有值而不限于本发明实施例中公开的具体数值。
除非另有特别说明,本发明中用到的各种原材料、试剂、仪器和设备等均可通过市场购买得到或者可通过现有方法制备得到。
下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体描述。实施例中各组分的重量单位为g。
对比例1:在实施例1基础上将羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇比例变为0,安诺因变为0,番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物变为0,其他均无改变。
对比例2:在实施例1基础上将安诺因变为0,番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物变为0,其他均无改变。
采用如下制备方法,制备得到实施例1-3中的面霜。
S1、将KSG-210、KF-6038、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物、三山嵛精、合成蜡、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝、氯氧化铋水分散浆、异十六烷,升温至80-85℃,搅拌均质,得到油相,再加入环五聚二甲基硅氧烷和100。
S2、将水、甘油、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、硫酸镁、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、甘草酸二钾、大分子透明质酸钠、小分子透明质酸钠升温至80-85℃,搅拌,得到水相;
S3、将步骤S2得到的水相加入到步骤S1中得到的油相中,均质完全;
S4、降温至50-50℃,加入羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、安诺因、番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物、(日用)香精,均质,搅拌均匀即可出料,得到面霜结构。
之后采用上述的制备方法,制备得到对比例1和对比例2中的面霜。
对实施例1-3、以及对比例1-2中的面霜进行性能测试:
1.保湿功效测试:
选择20-35岁之间的30人为测试,试验者脸部指定部位作为试验区域。通过德国CK公司MPA6多功能皮肤测试仪,分别对应实施例1,实施例2,实施例3,对比例1,对比例2,实验开始后分别测量初始状态,以及在使用样品1小时、2小时、4小时、8小时后的皮肤水分,保湿功效测试结果如下表:

2.贴斑测试:
选取年龄在20-50岁之间的30人为测试,分为5组,每组6人,选用合格的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴实验方式,将受试0.020g~0.025g涂于斑试器内,外用专用胶带贴覆于受试者背部,24小时后去除受试物,分别去除后0.5、6、12、24、48小时观察皮肤反应,按照《化妆品卫生规范》中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。
试验结果显示:各组受试者通过实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1,对比例2的本发明的面霜斑贴试验,在0.5、6、12、24、48小时观察皮肤反应,其中有3组在对比例2出现皮肤不良反应。
3.稳定性测试:
将对比例和实施例测试样品分别设置5组实验,分别进行耐热(45℃)、低温(5℃)、耐寒(-15℃)循环(-15℃/45℃)、常温、光照条件下的稳定性测试1个月,观察样品是否有分层,下层等不稳定现象出现。
测试结果:对比例2在循环条件下出现出油现象,实施例1,实施例2、实施例3和对比例1均无不稳定现象。
通过以上数据表可知,无论在保湿性还是刺激性,实施例1均优于实施例2,实施例3,对比例1,对比例2。且由对比例2和实施例1可知,配方中番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物、安诺因和羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇搭配,不会引起皮肤刺激。综上所述,实施例1组分和含量搭配为最优。
采用实施例1中的面霜产品,进一步进行性能测试:
1)、试验设计:采用电容法测定人体皮肤角质层的水分含量是基于水和其他物质的介电常数差异显著,按照皮肤角质层水分含量的不同,测得的皮肤的电容值不同,其参数可代表皮肤水分含量。
测试结果:参见附图1可知,在使用面霜2周后,皮肤角质层含水量与使用前比较,有显著差异(提高6.55%)。
以上结果表明,使用面霜2周后,皮肤角质层的含水量明显提高。
2)、使用产品前后面部弹性变化
试验设计:志愿者在特定环境下(温度21±1℃、相对湿度50±10%)进行使用前后皮肤弹性R2的测量。
测试结果:参见图2所示,在使用面霜2周后,面部颧骨皮肤弹性R2与使用前比较,有显著差异(提高9.64%),使用4周后,面部颧骨皮肤弹性R2与使用前比较,有显著差异(提高9.48%)。
以上结果表明,使用面霜2周和4周后,面部,颧骨皮肤弹性均明显提高。
3)、使用产品前后眼下纹理变化
评价方法:选取志愿者眼下部位进行纹理面积分析。其值越小,说明皮肤越光滑。
测试结果:参见附图3可知,在使用面霜2周后,眼下纹理面积与使用前比较,有显著差异(减少16.2%);使用4周后,眼下纹理面积与使用前比较,减少4.12%。
4)、使用产品前后鱼尾纹变化
评价方法:选取志愿者鱼尾纹进行鱼尾纹面积分析。其值越小,说明皮肤越光滑。
测试结果:参见附图4可知,在使用面霜2周后,鱼尾纹面积与使用前比较,有显著差异(减少18.06%);使用4周后,鱼尾纹面积与使用前比较,减少19.60%。
综上,本申请提供的复配抗衰面霜,由油脂、皮肤调理剂和助剂复配形成,通过多种轻质油脂的搭配,使产品涂抹轻盈,同时不同熔点的蜡复配,带来不同层次的肤感体验,加之油脂本身油包水的结构,可使面霜产品在皮肤上长期存留,并通过添加淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝和乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物,能够吸油和带来柔滑、丝绒般手感,同时采用无防腐体系对羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇搭配,温和不刺激,同时,通过高浓度羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇搭配番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物和安诺因,三者协同作用,使抗衰效果达到极致,为了缓解高浓度提取物带来刺痛感,添加了100和甘草酸二钾,舒缓皮肤,发挥抗衰老、美肤养颜的作用,应用前景好。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种复配抗衰面霜,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分含量的组分:油脂10-20%、皮肤调理剂10-13%和助剂25-40%;
其中,所述油脂为甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、低芥酸菜子油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、霍霍巴籽油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷和异十六烷中任几种;
其中,所述皮肤调理剂为红没药醇、姜根提取物、烟酰胺、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、甘油葡糖苷、积雪草提取物、番红花花提取物、甘草酸二钾和酵母提取物中的任几种;
其中,所述助剂包括乳化剂、保湿剂、抗菌剂和稳定剂中的任几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复配抗衰面霜,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷PEG-10/15交联聚合物、聚甘油-2二聚羟基硬脂酸酯、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷和鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷中的任一种或任几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复配抗衰面霜,其特征在于,所述乳化剂的添加量为2-10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复配抗衰面霜,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、丁二醇、双丙甘醇和1,3-丙二醇中的任几种,所述保湿剂的添加量为12-20%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复配抗衰面霜,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为对羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇、1,2戊二醇、苯氧乙醇和丁羟甲苯中的任几种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复配抗衰面霜,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂的添加量为0.6-5%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复配抗衰面霜,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为三山嵛精、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物或丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、合成蜡中的任几种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复配抗衰面霜,其特征在于,所述稳定剂的添加量为5-10%。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的复配抗衰面霜,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分含量的组分:

S1、将KSG-210、KF-6038、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物、三山嵛精、合成蜡、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝、氯氧化铋水分散浆和异十六烷,加入反应容器,升温至80-85℃,搅拌均质,得到油相,再加入环五聚二甲基硅氧烷和100;
S2、将水、甘油、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、硫酸镁、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、甘草酸二钾、大分子透明质酸钠和小分子透明质酸钠加入反应容器,升温至80-85℃,搅拌,得到水相;
S3、将步骤S2得到的水相加入到步骤S1得到油相中,均质完全;
S4、降温至50-50℃,加入羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、安诺因、番红花花提取物、香精,均质,搅拌均匀即可出料。
