本发明涉及护肤品领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种修复肌肤用护肤组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,和越来越快的工作、生活节奏,使得精神压力增加,加上不良的生活习惯、日趋严重的环境污染、紫外线、灰尘对皮肤的伤害更加重了皮肤的老化,越来越多的人都被干燥、发红、皱纹、敏感、粗糙、没弹性、肤色松弛、毛孔粗大等皮肤状况紊乱的综合问题困扰,为了保持良好的面貌,广大消费者越来越重视皮肤的保养,这也对护肤品提出了新的挑战。
市面上的护肤产品类型多种多样,如保湿水、防晒霜等。但是,很多消费者需要的是一种具有综合功能,能对皮肤作整体改善的护肤品,而目前这类护肤品的性能较差。故本发明提供一种修复肌肤用护肤组合物,可应用在护肤品中,具有高的耐热、耐寒和机械稳定性,且不会对皮肤造成刺激,可适用于各种肤质的人群,具有优异的美白、保湿、祛皱的功效。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一个方面提供了一种修复肌肤用护肤组合物,所述护肤组合物的制备原料包括莲子发酵液、酵母提取物和姜黄凝胶。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述莲子发酵液、姜黄凝胶和酵母提取物的重量比为3:(1.5~2.5):(0.3~0.8)。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述护肤组合物还包括琥珀酰壳聚糖、糖类衍生物和裂裥菌素。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述糖类衍生物包括甘油葡糖苷、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、果糖和木糖醇。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述琥珀酰壳聚糖和糖类衍生物的重量比为(1.5~2.3):1。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述护肤组合物的制备原料还包括复合保湿剂;所述复合保湿剂包括透明质酸钠、聚谷氨酸钠和银耳多糖。

本发明第二个方面提供了一种所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物的应用,应用于护肤品中;所述护肤品选自水剂、乳液、面霜、眼霜、面膜、BB霜、精华液、精华露、防晒霜、防晒水、痤疮水、粉刺露、精油、香波,保湿水、爽肤水、收敛水、柔肤水中的一种或多种。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述护肤品为精华液;所述精华液的制备原料按质量百分数计,包括6~19%所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物、30~40%增稠剂、0~0.05%螯合剂、3~5%皮肤调理剂、4~7%保湿剂、0~0.2%润肤剂、0~0.1%增溶剂、0~0.05%芳香剂和余量去离子水。
本发明第三个方面提供了一种精华液的制备方法所述精华液的制备原料按质量百分数计,包括6~19%所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物、30~40%增稠剂、0~0.05%螯合剂、3~5%皮肤调理剂、4~7%保湿剂、0~0.2%润肤剂、0~0.1%增溶剂、0~0.05%芳香剂和余量去离子水;
所述精华液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水、螯合剂和增稠剂搅拌并加热至75~85℃;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物降温至45~55℃,加入保湿剂,并搅拌;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的混合物降温至30~40℃,加入除复合保湿剂外所述护肤组合物的其他组分和皮肤调理剂,并搅拌;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合物降温后,加入增溶剂和芳香剂的混合物并搅拌,取料检测合格后得到所述精华液。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:本发明提供一种修复肌肤用护肤组合物,通过莲子发酵液、酵母提取物和姜黄凝胶的复配,可以起到快速美白、祛皱的作用,且不会对皮肤产生刺激作用;另外,通过在本发明所述护肤组合物中添加琥珀酰壳聚糖、糖类衍生物和裂裥菌素,在提高保湿功能的同时,也可提高所述组合物的稳定性,同时进一步修补皮肤损伤、促进美白抗皱的性能;且通过添加复合保湿剂,在促进本发明所述护肤组合物的综合性能的同时,可以进一步延长保质期;此外,本发明所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物可用于多种护肤品中。

本发明第一个方面提供了一种修复肌肤用护肤组合物,所述护肤组合物的制备原料包括莲子发酵液、酵母提取物和姜黄凝胶。
在一种实施方式中,本发明所述莲子发酵液、姜黄凝胶和酵母提取物的重量比为3:(1.5~2.5):(0.3~0.8)。
莲子发酵液
本发明所述莲子发酵液采用活莲去皮生萃然后发酵的方法,最大层度的保持莲子的活性,有利于活化表皮细胞、加速角质细胞新陈代谢、促进黑色素排出、改善肌肤纹理、修复色素沉着。
本发明所述莲子发酵液可以购买或者自制,制备方法包括以下步骤:将莲子去芯,并在水中磨浆后,加热到85~90℃,并加入蔗糖、脱脂乳粉和羧甲基纤维素钠进行均质处理,杀菌后冷却至45℃以下进行接种,并进行恒温发酵得到所述莲子发酵液。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述莲子发酵液购自上海言臻实业有限公司。
酵母提取物
本发明所述酵母提取物是酵母经破壁后将其中蛋白质、核酸、维生素等抽提,再经生物酶解等方法提取出的富含小分子的氨基酸、肽、核苷酸、维生素等天然活性成分。在化妆品中具有抗衰老、保湿锁水和亮肤等功效。氨基酸是皮肤角质层中自然保湿因子(NMF)的主要成分,易被皮肤吸收,使老化的表皮恢复弹性,延缓皮肤衰老。核酸及核苷酸是人体的主要遗传物质,具有促进新陈代谢、提高蛋白质合成速度等作用,增强免疫机能、增强SOD活性,提高皮肤抗自由基能力。葡萄糖等多糖类物质是天然的保湿剂,某些多糖成分(β葡聚糖)还有消炎的效果。酵母提取物可以促进含黑色素角质细胞的新陈代谢,加速角质脱落,促进合成表皮层蛋白质,改善肌肤质地,提亮肤色。此外,酵母提取物中少量的维生素和矿物质等营养元素还可以为皮肤提供充足的营养。
本发明所述酵母提取物还包含大豆氨基酸类成分。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述酵母提取物购自上海瑞慕化工科技有限公司,牌号为SRC。
姜黄凝胶
本发明所述姜黄凝胶包括姜黄根提取物。姜黄根提取物来源于姜科植物姜黄的干燥根茎。含挥发油,油中主成分为姜黄酮,芳姜黄酮和姜烯等;黄色物质为姜黄素,并含脱甲氧基姜黄素,双脱甲氧基姜黄素,二氢姜黄素等。具有降血压、降血脂、利胆、抗菌、抗炎和抗氧化等作用。其中,姜黄素一种非常重要的色素化合物,可防止食品中亚油酸自动氧化,并有防癌、抗癌功能。通过使用含有姜黄根提取物的姜黄凝胶,不仅具有优异的抗氧化和润肤的功效,还可促进即时止痒舒缓,减少不同原料之间因配伍问题引起的敏感问题。
本发明所述姜黄凝胶中还含有少量乳酸杆菌发酵产物、丁二醇、1,2-己二醇。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述姜黄凝胶购自上海容海生物科技有限公司。
莲子发酵液和酵母提取物中含有大量的小分子氨基酸、破碎植物细胞和发酵所得的氨基酸衍生物等成分,由于这些成分大都能参与到肌肤细胞的新陈代谢,而且容易被吸收,因此能够快速被肌肤细胞组织吸收,协助清除老化的片状肌肤,有效刺激肌肤角质层和细胞的更新,延缓老化。但是由于上述组分中成分复杂,而且其中保留有发酵菌种、微生物等活性成分,也即上述莲子发酵液和酵母提取物等成分一直处于动态反应过程,其结构和功效均不稳定。且由于其成分复杂又容易被吸收,因此很容易使肌肤产生很强的应激反应,出现红肿、过敏等现象。姜黄凝胶由于姜黄凝胶中含有姜黄素等成分,含有大量的多酚结构,具有强烈的抗氧化能力、俘获自由基能力,使组合物具有很好的美白,抗衰老等功效。但是由于其独特的结构,其对有痘痘、伤口等的肌肤有较大的刺激,容易使伤口渗血,刺激伤口,不易使其愈合。而且,由于其胶状结构与内皮组织之间的接触不易,向皮肤内部渗透和被吸收的速度慢,功效发挥周期长且不显著。
申请人发现当采用重量比例为3:(1.5~2.5):(0.3~0.8)的莲子发酵液、姜黄凝胶和酵母提取物时,组合物对肌肤的刺激和过敏等副作用得到有效的避免,甚至对敏感肤质、油性肤质等特殊肤质人群不产生任何过敏等副作用的同时,还 能快速美白,减退红印和暗疮印等。这可能是由于莲子发酵液和酵母提取物能够快速接触肌肤,软化角质层,可逆性改变肌肤结构来渗透进肌肤内部,降低姜黄凝胶经过角质层等过程中所受到的阻力,有效提高姜黄凝胶的渗透性和被吸收速度。与此同时莲子发酵液和酵母提取物中的复杂成分能够被姜黄凝胶的凝胶结构包覆起来,随着皮肤细胞的吸收而缓慢释放,避免高浓度的护肤组合物直接与肌肤接触,从而导致肌肤的应激反应,出现过敏、红肿等问题。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述护肤组合物还包括琥珀酰壳聚糖、糖类衍生物和裂裥菌素。
琥珀酰壳聚糖
本发明所述琥珀酰壳聚糖是一种源于海洋生物所含壳聚糖的酰化衍生物,具有非常好的生物相容性,它不仅继承了壳聚糖的生物降解性、成膜性和细胞亲和性等许多独特的物理化学性质,而且改变了壳聚糖不溶于水、不溶于普通有机溶剂的缺点,是一种天然有效的保湿剂,其分子结构中含有羟基、羧基等亲水集团,可以与水分子结合,从而具有良好的吸湿和保湿性能。琥珀酰壳聚糖还具有成膜性,加入到化妆品配方中,可对皮肤发挥保水作用,增加皮肤角质层的水分使皮肤滋润光滑、细腻柔软且富有弹性,且具有强修复作用,有利于受损细胞的修复和生长。
优选地,本发明所述琥珀酰壳聚糖为脱乙酰壳多糖单琥珀酰胺。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述琥珀酰壳聚糖购自上海欧融生物科技有限公司。
糖类衍生物
本发明中的所述糖类衍生物由多种糖醇、糖苷复配而成的复合组分,由于这些成分的特殊结构,对水和油脂均具有很好的亲附性,能够激活毛细孔吸收并保持内皮中的水分。
优选地,本发明所述糖类衍生物包括甘油葡糖苷、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、果糖和木糖醇。
更优选地,本发明所述琥珀酰壳聚糖和糖类衍生物的重量比为(1.5~2.3):1。
进一步优选地,本发明所述琥珀酰壳聚糖和糖类衍生物的重量比为2:1。

裂裥菌素
本发明所述裂裥菌素是一种源于裂裥菌的胞外多糖,天然水溶性,在水溶液中呈三螺旋刚性棒状构象,三螺旋的构象使其能够被皮肤免疫细胞上的特异性受体dectin-1所识别而结合诱导并使dectin-1受体聚集,诱导下游的活性氧以及促炎因子的表达,从而发挥免疫细胞的生物学效应,使免疫细胞表面受体串联起来形成突触,促使免疫细胞的下游免疫信号通路通过SRC和SYK家族激酶的作用迅速传递,也就使皮肤中的免疫细胞的免疫能力得到充分发挥,调节以及增强皮肤组织以及皮肤各种细胞的整体免疫力水平,使得皮肤的免疫力得到提高,皮肤自身抵抗能力也就得到增强,实际上皮肤的修复能力以及抗炎能力也会得到极大增强。绝大多数的皮肤问题如皮肤的炎症、过敏性皮炎、丘疹、日晒性灼伤、日晒斑、日常皮肤老化造成的色斑和皱纹、激素性皮炎、皮肤红血丝等也可得到解决或者缓解。
本发明所述裂裥菌素可购买或自制,制备方法包括如下步骤:将裂裥菌素用超声波降解后,经溶剂分级沉淀获得,所述溶剂可以列举的有:乙醇、甲醇、异丙醇、异丁醇、正己醇、甲基戊醇、2-乙基丁醇、正辛醇等醇类;甘油、乙二醇、乙二醇单甲基醚、乙二醇单乙基醚、丙二醇、丙二醇单甲基醚、丙二醇单乙基醚、三甘醇、1,3-丁二醇、己二醇、戊二醇等多元醇或其衍生物;丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基异丁基酮、甲基正丙基酮等酮类;乙酸乙酯、乙酸异丙酯等酯类;乙醚、异丙醚、正丁醚等醚类;或者以上极性溶剂中的1种或2种以上的混合溶剂。

申请人发现当所述糖类衍生物与琥珀酰壳聚糖复配使用时,其补水保水效果得到显著的提高,而且经过复配之后组合物能够长期补水,还有助于皮肤的修补、抗皱、淡化表情纹。这可能是由于糖类衍生物和脱乙酰壳多糖单琥珀酰胺(琥珀酰壳聚糖)在结构上的互补,能够形成不同大小的空腔结构,并且利用其结构上的羟基、酰胺键等基团与水分子、其它有效成分之间的氢键、范德华力等作用力,将水分子包覆在这些空腔中,供细胞组织新陈代谢,保证肌肤的新陈代谢功能正 常运行。此外,由于糖类衍生物中的各成分与脱乙酰壳多糖单琥珀酰胺分子结构之间的差异,导致其往皮肤内部渗透的能力不相同,因此在透过表皮的角质层之后,不同的成分渗透到皮肤不同的层中,分别在角质层、透明层、颗粒层、有棘层,甚至在真皮层上参与到各层的细胞组织反应中,促进新细胞、胶原蛋白的合成,增加真皮层、表皮层的厚度,提高肌肤的弹性,同时修补损伤的肌肤,减少皱纹和老化。
此外,本发明中的裂襉菌素中主链为β-1,6-吡喃糖,每三个糖基中的一个糖基与一个β-1,6-吡喃糖连接的结构。由于结构上的特点,其能溶于水,并且与琥珀酰壳聚糖、糖类衍生物之间发生较强的作用力,容易与所吸收的水分一起渗透进皮肤内层,参与到细胞的新陈代谢,增强细胞的免疫力,促进伤口愈合。同时由于裂襉菌素与琥珀酰壳聚糖、糖类衍生物等成分之间较强的作用力,可以很好的分散在组合物体系中,避免因环境中温度等条件的改变而出现结块、絮凝等不稳定情况。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述护肤组合物的制备原料还包括复合保湿剂;所述复合保湿剂包括透明质酸钠、聚谷氨酸钠和银耳多糖。
复合保湿剂
本发明所述复合保湿剂包括透明质酸钠、聚谷氨酸钠、银耳多糖等成分,具有优异的保湿性能,搭配琥珀酰壳聚糖和糖类衍生物使用时,保湿效果更佳。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述复合保湿剂购自上海一也生物科技有限公司,牌号为Yi-301。
优选地,本发明所述裂裥菌素、莲子发酵液和复合保湿剂的重量比为1:(1.5~2.5):(2.5~4.5)。
申请人发现在组合物中加入含有透明质酸钠、聚谷氨酸钠、银耳多糖等成分的复合保湿剂,可以显著改善组合物的高温稳定性,使得在高温或低温等极端环境中存放长时间不变质,且依然能起到很好的美白、深层保湿作用。可能是由于上述复合保湿剂易于吸收水分,而且由于其结构容易被皮肤组织吸收,容易渗透进皮肤组织中,有助于深层补水。同时在琥珀酰壳聚糖、糖类衍生物等之间的协同作用之下,复合保湿剂可以分布在琥珀酰壳聚糖、糖类衍生物等组分形成的空腔中,提高该组分与肌肤组织之间的亲附性和与肌肤细胞之间的反应,从而加快 组合物的透皮吸收。同时,在琥珀酰壳聚糖、糖类衍生物等组分形成的空腔中,复合保湿剂与裂襉菌素、莲子发酵液等成分之间发生较强的分子间作用力,提高裂襉菌素、莲子发酵液等成分的反应活性,也为这些成分与皮肤细胞组织之间的反应提供水等条件,从而使莲子发酵液、裂襉菌素等成分能够充分发挥作用,改善肌肤状态和弹性,抑制暗沉色素的生成与向上皮表面的移动。同时在裂裥菌素、莲子发酵液和复合保湿剂等组分的协同作用之下,将组合物中游离的微生物发酵菌种、破碎细胞等高活性成分包覆并液封起来,避免组合物滋生细菌造成相应的护肤品出现变质、发霉等问题。

本发明所述乳液、面霜为液态霜类化妆品。本发明所述面膜是美容保养品的一种载体,包括但不限于泥膏型、撕拉型、冻胶型、湿纸巾型面膜。本发明所述BB霜即Blemish Balm,作用包括但不限于遮瑕、调整肤色、防晒、细致毛孔。本发明所述精华液、精华露是指包含浓缩的高营养物质的化妆品。本发明所述防晒霜为添加了能阻隔或吸收紫外线的防晒剂来达到防止肌肤被晒黑、晒伤的化妆品。本发明所述痤疮水为具有治疗痤疮功效的液态物质。本发明所述粉刺露为具有治疗粉刺功能的液态物质。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述护肤品为精华液;所述精华液的制备原料按质量百分数计,包括6~19%所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物、30~40%增稠剂、0~0.05%螯合剂、3~5%皮肤调理剂、4~7%保湿剂、0~0.2%润肤剂、0~0.1%增溶剂、0~0.05%芳香剂和余量去离子水。
本发明提供的精华液为无色至淡黄色透明啫哩状均匀液体,符合规定香气,pH值在5.8~6.8范围内,20℃下的相对密度为1.01±0.02g/cm 3
本发明所述pH值是根据GB T13531.1-2008pH的测定方法,通过pH计测试得到。
本发明所述相对密度根据GB T13531.4-2013相对密度的测定方法,使用密度计测试得到。
增稠剂
优选地,本发明所述增稠剂选自丙烯酸酯、烷基甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物或其盐、羧基乙烯基聚合物或其盐、藻酸盐、藻酸的多元醇酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、卡拉胶、卡波姆、甘油丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸共聚物、黄原胶和羟丙基纤维素中的一种或多种。

优选地,本发明所述皮肤调理剂包括胜肽类和海星枝管藻提取物。
更优选地,本发明所述胜肽类包括二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐和乙酰基六肽-8。
本发明所述海星枝管藻提取物具有刺激细胞再生,强化肌肤屏障的作用,还具有舒缓的作用,结合它的抗氧化性,可用于皮肤调养;也可有效抑制透明质酸的分解,对皮肤起到保湿作用。
保湿剂
优选地,本发明所述保湿剂选自多元醇类、天然多糖类、亲水性合成高分子类、甜菜碱类保湿剂中的一种或多种。
作为多元醇类保湿剂的实例,包括但不限于,甘油、1,3-丙二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、双甘油、赤藓醇、葡糖酸、1,2,6-己三醇、肌醇、乳糖醇、麦芽糖醇、甘露糖醇、木糖醇、海藻糖等。
作为天然多糖类保湿剂的实例,包括但不限于,透明质酸、乙酰透明质酸、肝素、聚葡糖醛酸、软骨素、硫酸软骨素、果胶以及适当情形下它们的碱金属盐。
作为亲水性合成高分子类保湿剂的实例,包括但不限于,聚(2-甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酸胆碱)、聚(2-甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酰基-CO-甲基丙烯酰胺)。

本发明第三个方面提供了一种精华液的制备方法所述精华液的制备原料按质量百分数计,包括6~19%所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物、30~40%增稠剂、0~ 0.05%螯合剂、3~5%皮肤调理剂、4~7%保湿剂、0~0.2%润肤剂、0~0.1%增溶剂、0~0.05%芳香剂和余量去离子水;
所述精华液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水、螯合剂和增稠剂搅拌并加热至75~85℃;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物降温至45~55℃,加入保湿剂,并搅拌;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的混合物降温至30~40℃,加入除复合保湿剂外所述护肤组合物的其他组分和皮肤调理剂,并搅拌;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合物降温后,加入增溶剂和芳香剂的混合物并搅拌,取料检测合格后得到所述精华液。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述步骤(1)中所述去离子水、螯合剂和增稠剂在17~22Hz下搅拌。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述步骤(1)中加热至75~85℃后,加入所述复合保湿剂并搅拌。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述步骤(2)抽真空-0.03~-0.04MPa并降温至45~55℃,加入保湿剂;
在一种优选的实施方式中,本发明所述步骤(2)抽真空-0.03~-0.04MPa并降温至45~55℃,加入保湿剂,在28~33Hz、-0.03~-0.04MPa真空下搅拌。

实施例17
本发明的实施例17提供一种精华液,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,所述精华液的制备原料不包含所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物。
本例还提供所述精华液的制备方法,具体实施方法同实施例3。
性能评价
1、敏感性测试:将实施例1~16提供的精华液,进行敏感性测试,具体测试方法如下:分别甄选油性肤质、敏感肤质人群做斑贴试验,受试者皮肤不能有伤疤,伤痕或毛发过多,有已知严重过敏史或者对化妆品严重过敏不能参与;并分别使用实施例1~16提供的精华液,对油性肤质和敏感肤质人群的测试部位皮肤进行敏感性评价,评价指标为:瘙痒感、紧绷感、刺激感、发红、干燥感、发炎,并分为0~4级,指标等级如下:0级:无敏感反应;1级:皮肤干燥,略微瘙痒;2级:皮肤略微发红,瘙痒感增加;3级:微弱红斑,少量红血丝;4级:大量红斑,大量红血丝,发炎,结果见表1。
2、稳定性测试:将实施例1~16提供的组合物作为样品进行稳定性测试:
(1)耐热测试:将样品放入(50±1)℃的电热恒温培养箱中24h,恢复室温后观察是否有变稀、变色、分层及硬度变化等现象,以判断样品的耐热性能;
(2)耐寒试验:将样品放入(-5~-10)℃±1℃的电冰箱中24h,恢复室温后观察是否有变稀、变色、分层及硬度变化等现象,以判断样品的耐寒性能;
(3)离心试验:将样品置于离心机中,以(2000~4000)r/min的转速试验30min,观察样品的分离、分层状况,以判断样品的耐机械稳定性。
根据测试前后样品变稀、变色、分层及硬度变化等现象进行评级,共分为0~4级,其中0级为无变稀、变色、分层现象和硬度变化,1级为轻微变稀、变色,无分层和硬度变化,2级为变色和变稀现象增加,无分层现象,硬度略有变化,3级为略有分层现象,硬度变化增加,4级为有明显分层和硬度变化,获得组合物耐热、耐寒和耐机械稳定性,结果见表1。
3、感官测试:将实施例1~17提供的精华液,进行感官测试,具体测试方法如下:在使用样品前,使用者使用相同的温和洁面产品清洗脸部,再擦爽肤水和润肤乳,并涂抹实施例1~17提供的精华液,使用频率为早上使用一次,连续每天使用,试用期为2周,并进行感官评价,主要评价指标为快速美白、长效保湿、祛皱、抗衰老效果,并分为1~5级,其中,1级为无改善,2级为改善不明显,3级为改善一般,4级为改善良好,5级为改善显著,结果见表2。
4、理化性质测试:对实施例3提供的精华液进行理化性质测试:
(1)外观:实施例3提供的精华液为淡黄色透明啫哩状均匀液体;
(2)香气:对实施例3提供的精华液的香气进行感官评价,符合规定香气;
(3)pH测试:对实施例3提供的精华液根据GB T13531.1-2008pH的测定方法,通过pH计测试,发现pH为5.97。
(4)相对密度:对实施例3提供的精华液根据GB T13531.4-2013相对密度的测定方法,使用密度计进行测试20℃下相对密度为1.01g/cm 3

由表1和表2测试结果可知,本发明提供的所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物具有高的耐热、耐寒和耐机械稳定性,且不会对皮肤造成刺激,对敏感肤质和油性肤质人群也同样适用;可应用于多种护肤品中,具有优异的快速美白、长期保湿、祛皱、抗衰老的效果。
前述的实例仅是说明性的,用于解释本发明所述方法的一些特征。所附的权利要求旨在要求可以设想的尽可能广的范围,且本文所呈现的实施例仅是根据所有可能的实施例的组合的选择的实施方式的说明。因此,申请人的用意是所附的权利要求不被说明本发明的特征的示例的选择限制。在权利要求中所用的一些数值范围也包括了在其之内的子范围,这些范围中的变化也应在可能的情况下解释为被所附的权利要求覆盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种修复肌肤用护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述护肤组合物的制备原料包括莲子发酵液、酵母提取物和姜黄凝胶。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的修复肌肤用护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述莲子发酵液、姜黄凝胶和酵母提取物的重量比为3:(1.5~2.5):(0.3~0.8)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的修复肌肤用护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述护肤组合物还包括琥珀酰壳聚糖、糖类衍生物和裂裥菌素。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的修复肌肤用护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述糖类衍生物包括甘油葡糖苷、木糖醇基葡糖苷、脱水木糖醇、果糖和木糖醇。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的修复肌肤用护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述琥珀酰壳聚糖和糖类衍生物的重量比为(1.5~2.3):1。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的修复肌肤用护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述护肤组合物的制备原料还包括复合保湿剂;所述复合保湿剂包括透明质酸钠、聚谷氨酸钠和银耳多糖。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的修复肌肤用护肤组合物,其特征在于,所述裂裥菌素、莲子发酵液和复合保湿剂的重量比为1:(1.5~2.5):(2.5~4.5)。
  8. 一种根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物的应用,其特征在于,应用于护肤品中;所述护肤品选自水剂、乳液、面霜、眼霜、面膜、BB霜、精华液、精华露、防晒霜、防晒水、痤疮水、粉刺露、精油、香波,保湿水、爽肤水、收敛水、柔肤水中的一种或多种。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物的应用,其特征在于,所述护肤品为精华液;所述精华液的制备原料按质量百分数计,包括6~19%所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物、30~40%增稠剂、0~0.05%螯合剂、3~5%皮肤调理剂、4~7%保湿剂、0~0.2%润肤剂、0~0.1%增溶剂、0~0.05%芳香剂和余量去离子水。
  10. 一种精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述精华液的制备原料按质量百分数计,包括6~19%所述修复肌肤用护肤组合物、30~40%增稠剂、0~0.05%螯合剂、3~5%皮肤调理剂、4~7%保湿剂、0~0.2%润肤剂、0~0.1%增溶剂、0~0.05%芳香剂和余量去离子水;
    所述精华液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
    (1)将去离子水、螯合剂和增稠剂搅拌并加热至75~85℃;
    (2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物降温至45~55℃,加入保湿剂,并搅拌;
    (3)将步骤(2)得到的混合物降温至30~40℃,加入除复合保湿剂外所述护肤组合物的其他组分和皮肤调理剂,并搅拌;
    (4)将步骤(3)得到的混合物降温后,加入增溶剂和芳香剂的混合物并搅拌,取料检测合格后得到所述精华液。
