Abstract

Description

配电箱的构架
本发明涉及一种配电箱的构架,该构架由构架边脚和角连接件组成,角连接件带有能插入插筒的插杆,并与构架边脚连接在一起。
在已知的构架中,经常采用中空的型材来作构架边脚,这种中空构件可以形成一封闭的插座,以便角连接件的插杆插入其中。因此,插座和插杆的横断面可以是方的,长方形的,或三角形的。但是,中空封闭型材制造成本相当贵。
还有一种公知的构架,它是由开口或构架边脚组成。但在这种情况下,构架的角连接件却要设有特别设计的连接件,一般所以需要多个特别连接件是因为要在角区上连接三个互相贴靠的构架边脚。这种构架的优点是其构架边脚制造简便,但其缺点是增加特别件的费用,并增加将构架边脚组装成构架的工作量。
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的构架,在该构架中,带有插筒的角连接件与设计成中空的构架边脚一起使用,这就降低了特别件和组装的费用。
本发明的目的是这样达到的,构架边脚设计成经几次弯折后所形成的开式中空型材构件,构架边脚对称于它们的对顶线,并在它们内侧处开口;构架边脚从它们构成互相垂直的外侧边开始,连续地数次向内弯折,形成角连接件插杆的插筒;这样形成的插筒与插入的插杆在大于180°范围内至少在两点接触。
开式中空型材构件例如只是通过弯折而形成两个插筒,角连接件的两个插杆就插在该两个插筒中。中空型材件对称于其对顶线,因此,作为构架边脚,它可以应用在任何位置上。在这里关键之处在于,整个弯折而成的插筒在插杆外周大于180°范围内至少在三个接触点上与插杆接触,这保证插杆在插筒中侧向的固定。
根据本发明的一个改进,插杆的截面为圆形,插筒是在三个转折点处向内呈直角弯折而成,并最后继续形成一向内弯曲的端部;插筒互相平行的部分作成于插杆直径相适配;端部对于插杆又形成一接触点,然后应用带有插杆的角连接件,插杆可以由市场购得的杆料切成所需长度而成,然后装入角连接件基底件中的安装结构中,并固定于其中。
如果插杆的截面设计成方形,插筒设计成包含四个向内直角弯折部分,因而端部不封闭住插筒,那么这种结构也具有上述优点。
在插筒内部位上,即平行于构成互相垂直外侧边的构架边脚侧边上,在构架边脚整个长度上设有若干排安装孔。
如果在插筒区域,在形成互相垂直的外侧边部分上设有用于密封件的安装结构的向内偏置部分,而且向内偏置部分是组成插筒的一部分,那么密封件就可以安装到构架边脚上而不会损坏插筒的构形。
根据一种确保插杆在插筒中的紧固性,插杆是通过密配合或压配合而固定在插筒中。若插杆再用螺钉固紧到构架边脚上,则插杆在插孔中的固定为进一步得到改善,构架边脚上的孔就是为此目的而设的。
现结合附图对本发明实施例作一详细说明。
图1是一透视图,仅展示出角连接件和构架边脚的一个结合部。
如图1所示,角连接件30和构架边脚10有一连接的结合部。在金属带材上制备出若干排孔23和24后,就可通过例如弯折的办法制造出构架边脚10。型边11和12形成构架边脚10互相垂直的外侧边。外侧边棱处作成斜面形,而型边11和12向内弯折,以便形成安装密封件的凹槽。这些安装凹槽的区段13和18就构成插筒17和22的一部分。插筒17和22然后分别由向内弯折区段14,15,16或19,20,21完成。区段13和15之间,或区段18和20之间的间隔作成与安装在角连接件30基底部31上的插杆32-37的直径相适配。端部16和21向内弯曲,以便它们能形成与插杆32-37接触的再一个接触点,即第四个接触点。因此,每一个插杆32或33都贴靠在插筒17的四个区段13-16上或插筒的四个区段18-21上。这四个接触点分布在插杆32或33外圆周上大于180°的范围内,所以插杆32或33就能在侧向上紧固住。
如果端部16和21向内弯成直角,那么方形或长方形的插杆也能在插筒中固定住。
插筒17和22的区段15和20分别与型边部11和12平行,其上设有若干排孔23和24,以便在整个构架边脚10的长度上提供安装附件的可能性。
构架边脚10在其内侧区是开启的,并且设计成对称于其对顶线,这样它就可应用在构架边脚的任何一点。就这方面说,所要考虑的只是型边11和12的定向。
角连接件30包含有一基底部31,后者在其三侧面上装有双插杆32,33或34,35或36,37,以便在构架的一个隅角区将三个互相垂直贴靠的构架边脚10连接在一起。就连结这一点说,构架边脚10的连接只有在型边11和12向外定向时才有可能进行。一对插杆之间有间隔,其间隔大小与构架边脚10中插筒17和22之间的间隔相适配。
插杆的截面形状可以任选,只要考虑到构架边脚整个弯折部分能形成一插筒,而该插筒对于插杆说至少有三个接触点以及这三个接触点分布在插筒外周大于180°范围内。
插杆32-37可以由市场购得的杆料按所需长度切成,并能插入角连接件基底部31的安装结构中。因此,插杆32-37的长度是可以变化的,根据构架所要求的抗扭刚度来选择。

Claims (7)

1.一种配电箱构架由构架边脚和角连接件组成,角连接件带有能插入插座的插杆并与所述构架边脚连接,其特征在于所述构架边脚(10)设计成经几次弯折后所形成的开式中空型材构件,所述构架边脚对称于其对顶线,并在其内侧处开启;其特征还在于所述构架边脚(10)从其型边(11,12)开始,通过区段(13,14,15,16以及l8,19,20,21)形成插筒(17,22),所述插筒(17,22)供所述角连接件(30)每一侧上的双插杆(32,33;34,35;36,37)插入用;其特征也在于如此弯折而成的插筒(17,22)在大于180°范围内至少有两点与插入的插杆接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述构架,其特征在于所述插杆(32,33;34,35;36,37)的截面是圆的,所述插筒(17,22)由三个区段(13,14,15;18,19,20)向内弯折成直角而成,并连接着一个向内弯折的端部(16,21),所述插筒(17,22)的互相平行区段(13,15;18,20)作成与圆形插杆(32-37)的直径相适配,所述端部(16,21)对于所述插杆(32-37)说又形成一个接触点。
3.根据权利要求1所述构架,其特征在于所述插杆(32-37)具有一方形截面,所述插筒包含有四个向内弯成直角的部分,因而所述端部不封闭住所述插筒,其特征还在于所述插筒(17,22)包含有四个向内弯成直角的区段(13-16;18-21),因而所述端部(16,21)不封闭住所述插筒(17,22)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中之一所述的构架,其特征在于所述插筒(17,22)的内侧部(15,20)设有若干排安装孔(23,24),所述内侧部(15-20)与形成互相垂直外侧部的型边(11,12)平行。
5.根据权利要求1至4中之一所述的构架,其特征在于所述形成互相垂直外侧部的型边(11,12)在所述插筒(17,22)中设有安装密封件的向内偏置的区段(13,18),所述向内偏置区段(13,18)构成所述插筒(17,22)的一部分。
6.根据权利要求1至5中之一所述的构架,其特征在于所述插杆(32-37)是通过密配合或压配合而固定在构架边脚(10)的插筒(17-22)中的。
7.根据权利要求6所述构架,其特征在于所述插杆(32-37)又通过螺钉而固定在构架边脚(10)上。
