Preferably, the shutter limit plate 1113 is provided on at least one end of the slide rail 112 in the width direction of the belt 116, and the conveying chain is provided on at least one end of the slide rail 112 in the width direction of the belt 116.
In the present embodiment, the shutter limit plates 1113 are provided on both ends of the slide rail 112, and the conveying chain is also provided on both ends of the slide rail 112. Specifically, the baffle limiting plate 1113 and the conveying chain are disposed on two ends of the sliding rail 112, and the bottom end of the sliding rail 112 and the supporting plate are in a fitting state.

As a preferred embodiment, the frame 113 is provided at the outer side of the transporting apparatus 11, that is, the frame 113 is provided at both sides and the bottom end of the transporting apparatus 11, and the sealing plate 1131 is detachably connected to the frame 113 at one end along the width direction of the transporting apparatus 11 and close to the baffle 1112, in this embodiment, the sealing plate 1131 is provided at the frame 113 at both sides of the transporting apparatus 11, so that the sealing plate 1131 is easily removed to allow replacement of the baffle 1112.
In the present embodiment, with this configuration, by adding the frame 113 outside the conveying apparatus 11, the reliability of the conveying apparatus 11 being provided on the scraper conveyor 100 is ensured. Meanwhile, a detachably connected sealing plate 1131 is arranged at one end of the rack 113 close to the baffle 1112, and space is provided for replacement of the baffle 1112 by detaching the sealing plate 1131. Meanwhile, to a certain extent, the sludge can be effectively prevented from leaking out from the side face of the conveying equipment 11, and the working efficiency of the conveying equipment 11 and the integrity of sludge conveying are improved.
Preferably, in the extending direction of the conveying apparatus 11, the width of the sealing plate 1131 is larger than the width of the baffle 1112, and with this configuration, a more convenient space is provided for replacement of the baffle 1112, and replacement efficiency of the baffle 1112 is improved. Meanwhile, the area through which the sludge flows can be better covered, the possibility of sludge leakage is reduced, the sealing performance of the conveying equipment 11 is improved, the risks of sludge loss and environmental pollution can be reduced, and the integrity of sludge conveying is improved.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, both sides of the barrier 1112 are in a state of being attached to the frame 113 in the width direction of the conveying apparatus 11, and thus leakage of sludge can be effectively prevented.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, the scraper conveyor 100 further includes a drive motor 16, and the conveyor apparatus 11 includes a first gear 114, a second gear 115, and a belt 116.
Wherein the driving motor 16 and the first gear 114 are connected through a transmission part 161, and the driving motor 16 is disposed near the first gear 114. The belt 116 is fitted over the outer side surfaces of the first gear 114 and the second gear 115, the first gear 114 being provided at an end of the conveying apparatus 11 remote from the first regulating portion 12, and the second gear 115 being provided at an end of the conveying apparatus 11 near the first regulating portion 12.
In the present embodiment, with this configuration, the conveying apparatus 11 can be operated continuously and stably by the connection of the driving motor 16 and the transmission part 161; by providing the belt 116, power can be more effectively transmitted, thereby improving the conveying efficiency of the sludge. Meanwhile, by providing the first gear 114 and the second gear 115, the running speed and direction of the conveying apparatus 11 can be better controlled, thereby meeting different conveying demands. The whole conveying equipment 11 has compact structure, simple operation, wide application range and high practical value.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the scraper conveyor 100 further includes a third gear 172, a fourth gear 17, and a roller 171.
Wherein the third gear 172, the fourth gear 17 and the drum 171 are disposed close to the second gear 115, i.e., on an end of the conveying apparatus 11 close to the first adjusting portion 12, the fourth gear 17 is connected to the second gear 115 through the third gear 172, and the drum 171 is sleeved on the fourth gear 17, and the drum 171 is disposed below the conveying apparatus 11 in the height direction.
In the present embodiment, the entire driving principle of the scraper conveyor 100 is as follows: the driving motor 16 drives the first gear 114 to rotate through the transmission part 161, the first gear 114 drives the second gear 115 to rotate through the belt 116, and because the third gear 172 is in meshed connection with the second gear 115 and the third gear 172 is also in meshed connection with the fourth gear 17, the rotation of the second gear 115 can indirectly drive the rotation of the fourth gear 17 through the third gear 172, so that torque is provided for the transmission of the fourth gear 17 through the second gear 115, the fourth gear 17 can drive rolling operation, and the rotation of the fourth gear 17 can drive the rotation of the roller 171, and therefore, when the roller 171 is positioned below the conveying equipment 11, the roller 171 can clean sludge adhesive contained outside the conveying equipment 11, and the problem that dry and wet sludge is adhered outside the conveying equipment 11 is avoided.
Therefore, in the conveying device 11, the conveying chain is sleeved on the outer surfaces of the first gear 114 and the second gear 115, and the rotation of the first gear 114 can drive the conveying chain to drive the sliding rail 112 to move along the extending direction of the conveying device 11, and the sliding rail 112 is connected with the baffle limiting plate 1113 and the baffle 1112 of the bearing part 111, so that the bearing part 111 drives the sludge to move along the extending direction of the conveying device 11.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the scraper conveyor 100 further includes a base 13 and an auxiliary carrying plate 14, the auxiliary carrying plate 14 is disposed between the base 13 and the conveying apparatus 11, and an elastic member 15 is disposed between the auxiliary carrying plate 14 and the conveying apparatus 11, that is, the auxiliary carrying plate 14 is disposed on the base 13 and connected to the conveying apparatus 11 through the elastic member 15.
In this embodiment, this kind of structural style is adopted, the setting of base 13 and supplementary loading board 14 can make conveying equipment 11 more stable when the operation, the setting of elastic component 15 carries out auxiliary stay and elastic stay to conveying equipment 11's position and atress, compressive strength when increasing conveying equipment 11 and using, avoid the too big problem that so conveying equipment 11 emptys of pressure that the too much result in of mud push away the volume, also can reduce conveying equipment 11's vibration to a certain extent, not receive the influence of external impact and vibrations, security and stability when having guaranteed conveying equipment 11 and carried, reduce trouble and damage's possibility, can effectively improve scraper conveyor 100's life and security performance.
Preferably, the number of the elastic members 15 is plural, and the plural elastic members 15 are disposed on the auxiliary loading plate 14 at intervals. In the present embodiment, the elastic members 15 are springs, and the number of the springs is four, and the four springs are disposed on the auxiliary carrier plate 14 in two rows and two columns, and are abutted against the bottom end of the conveying apparatus 11.
In this embodiment, the stability and the bearing capacity of the conveying device 11 are increased, and meanwhile, the pressure can be better dispersed, so that local overload is avoided, and the service life and the safety performance of the conveying device 11 are improved. In addition, the arrangement of the plurality of elastic members 15 can also adapt to different load conditions, and the adaptability and the flexibility of the conveying equipment 11 are improved.
In other embodiments, the structure, number and arrangement of the elastic members 15 may be set as required, and the present technology may be adopted, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application as long as the conveying apparatus 11 is subjected to a certain force.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the scraper conveyor 100 further includes an outfeed assist plate 18 and an outfeed regulation plate 19.
Wherein the discharge auxiliary plate 18 and the discharge regulating plate 19 are arranged below the conveying device 11 and close to the roller 171, and the discharge regulating plate 19 is connected with the frame 113 of the conveying device 11 through the discharge auxiliary plate 18.

Claims (13)

1. The scraper conveyor comprises a conveying device and a first adjusting part, wherein the conveying device is used for conveying sludge, one end of the first adjusting part is connected with one end of the conveying device and is used for adjusting the height of the conveying device at the end, the conveying device is arranged at an angle relative to the horizontal direction,
the other end of the conveying equipment is connected with the base of the conveying equipment;
the conveying equipment is provided with a baffle plate and a second adjusting part, one end of the baffle plate is arranged on the upper surface of the conveying equipment, and the other end of the baffle plate is connected with the upper surface of the conveying equipment through the second adjusting part;
the second adjusting part has elasticity, and the baffle is the angle setting relative to conveying equipment's upper surface.

The blade conveyor according to claim 1, wherein the first adjusting portion includes a telescopic sleeve and a support rod, the support rod being for supporting the conveying apparatus, the telescopic sleeve being provided inside the support rod, the telescopic sleeve being for adjusting a length of the support rod.

the number of the bearing parts is multiple, and the bearing parts are sequentially arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the conveying equipment.

the conveying device is characterized in that a supporting plate, a conveying chain and a sliding rail are arranged in the conveying device, the supporting plate is attached to a belt of the conveying device, the conveying chain is arranged on the inner surface of the conveying device and along the extending direction of the belt, the bottom end of the sliding rail is attached to the supporting plate, and the sliding rail is connected with the conveying chain;
the bearing part is arranged on the sliding rail and connected with the sliding rail.
5. The scraper conveyor of claim 4, wherein the carrying portion further comprises a baffle limiting plate, the baffle limiting plate being disposed on a side of the slide rail adjacent to the baffle;
the baffle limiting plate is sleeved on the sliding rail through the through hole, and the bottom end of the baffle limiting plate is attached to the supporting plate.
6. The scraper conveyor according to claim 5, wherein the baffle limiting plate is provided on at least one end of the slide rail in the belt width direction;
and/or the conveying chain is arranged at least on one end of the sliding rail along the width direction of the belt.
7. The scraper conveyor according to claim 1, wherein a frame is provided on the outer side of the conveyor, and a sealing plate detachably connected to the frame is provided on one end of the frame in the width direction of the conveyor and close to the baffle.
8. The scraper conveyor of claim 7, wherein the width of the sealing plate is greater than the width of the baffle in the direction of extension of the conveyor apparatus.
9. The scraper conveyor of claim 1, further comprising a base and an auxiliary carrier plate, the auxiliary carrier plate being disposed between the base and the conveyor apparatus and an elastic member being disposed between the auxiliary carrier plate and the conveyor apparatus.
10. The scraper conveyor of claim 9, wherein the number of elastic members is plural, and the plurality of elastic members are disposed at intervals on the auxiliary carrier plate.
11. The scraper conveyor of claim 1, wherein the scraper conveyor further comprises a drive motor, the conveying apparatus comprises a first gear, a second gear, and a belt,
the driving motor is connected with the first gear through a transmission part, and is arranged close to the first gear;
the belt cover is established on the surface of first gear and second gear, and first gear sets up the one end that keeps away from first adjustment portion at conveying equipment, and the second gear sets up on conveying equipment is close to one end of first adjustment portion.
12. The scraper conveyor of claim 11, further comprising a third gear, a fourth gear, and a roller,
the third gear, the fourth gear and the roller are all arranged close to the second gear, and the fourth gear is connected with the second gear through the third gear;
the roller is sleeved on the fourth gear, and the roller is arranged below the conveying equipment in the height direction.
13. The scraper conveyor of claim 12, wherein the scraper conveyor further comprises an outfeed assist plate and an outfeed regulation plate,
the discharging auxiliary plate and the discharging regulation plate are arranged below the conveying equipment and close to the roller, and the discharging regulation plate is connected with the conveying equipment through the discharging auxiliary plate;
and a limiting rod is arranged between the discharging auxiliary plate and the discharging regulating plate, and the inclination angle of the discharging regulating plate is regulated by regulating the length of the limiting rod.
