本发明公开了一种利用废弃塑料制备瓷砖胶的制备方法,涉及废弃塑料技术领域。该废弃塑料制备瓷砖胶包括由以下组分制备得到,所述热泵加热模块包括以下步骤:S1、废弃塑料包括PE、PVC、PET,将废弃塑料清理干净后,投入粉碎机内,粉碎成适当大小的碎末;S2、将粉碎过后的塑料碎末投入反应釜内,并向反应釜内加入适量的溶剂;S3、通过加热反应釜,使其内的塑料碎末与溶剂产生反应,使塑料碎末融化;本发明通过以废弃塑料为原料制备出瓷砖胶代替传统的将砂和水泥现场混合制成简单的水泥砂浆方法,不仅提高了瓷砖贴附时牢固强度,同时也能够在一定程度上减轻废弃塑料污染,而且还能创造一定的经济效益。

本发明涉及废弃塑料技术领域,特别是涉及一种利用废弃塑料制备瓷砖胶的制备方法。
背景技术
塑料是指以树脂(或在加工过程中用单体直接聚合)为主要成分,以增塑剂、填充剂、润滑剂、着色剂等添加剂为辅助成分,在加工过程中能流动成型的材料。塑料为合成的高分子化合物,可以自由改变形体样式。塑料是利用单体原料以合成或缩合反应聚合而成的材料,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成的,它的主要成分是合成树脂。废塑料是在民用、工业等用途中,使用过且最终淘汰或替换下来的塑料的统称,如果处理不当会对周围环境影响巨大。
尤其是随着社会的进步,瓷砖相关行业快速发展,瓷砖的种类和应用场景越来越多。传统的瓷砖粘贴方法多采用水泥砂浆,即将砂和水泥现场混合制成简单的水泥砂浆,把这种砂浆涂在预浸或者预润湿瓷砖背面,将涂有砂浆的瓷砖压到预先润湿的表面上,然后轻敲瓷砖,以保证瓷砖具有一致的平整度。这种砂浆的缺点为易泛碱、涂层厚、粘结力弱、耐久性差、容易剥落、施工材料用量大,所以现如今瓷砖胶的使用逐渐成为了主流。
废弃塑料直接处理不仅浪费资源,处理不当又会影响周围环境,同时传统砂浆的缺点为易泛碱、涂层厚、粘结力弱、耐久性差、容易剥落、施工材料用量大,所以利用废弃塑料进行制备瓷砖胶就显得尤为重要。

本发明的目的在于提供一种利用废弃塑料制备瓷砖胶的制备方法,以解决上述背景中提出的问题。

本发明为一种利用废弃塑料制备瓷砖胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、废弃塑料包括PE、PVC、PET,将废弃塑料清理干净后,投入粉碎机内,粉碎成适当大小的碎末;
S2、将粉碎过后的塑料碎末投入反应釜内,并向反应釜内加入适量的溶剂;
S3、通过加热反应釜,使其内的塑料碎末与溶剂产生反应,使塑料碎末融化;
S4、塑料碎末融化过后,加入石英粉、大白粉、滑石粉、石膏粉、石棉粉、氧化镁等填料,并经过搅拌使填料与融化的塑料碎末进行混合,从而反应成膏状成品,进而得到瓷砖胶。
优选的,所述PE为乳酸饮料瓶、洗洁精瓶,PVC为电器用品外壳、影碟机外壳、PET为矿泉水瓶、可乐饮料瓶、果汁瓶,且PE、PVC、PET可根据需要分类进行搅碎或者按照比例混合搅碎。
优选的,所述反应釜在加热至95℃时,塑料碎末反应时长为2小时,常温下时为4小时。
优选的,所述石英粉、大白粉、滑石粉、石膏粉、石棉粉、氧化镁与胶体的重量比相同,且比例为1:1。
优选的,塑料碎末与溶剂产生反应过程中,加入助溶剂,加速其融化。

S1、废弃塑料包括PE、PVC、PET,将废弃塑料清理干净后,投入粉碎机内,粉碎成适当大小的碎末;
S2、将粉碎过后的塑料碎末投入反应釜内,并向反应釜内加入适量的溶剂;
S3、通过加热反应釜,使其内的塑料碎末与溶剂产生反应,使塑料碎末融化;
S4、塑料碎末融化过后,加入石英粉、大白粉、滑石粉、石膏粉、石棉粉、氧化镁等填料,并经过搅拌使填料与融化的塑料碎末进行混合,从而反应成膏状成品,进而得到瓷砖胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用废弃塑料制备瓷砖胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述PE为乳酸饮料瓶、洗洁精瓶,PVC为电器用品外壳、影碟机外壳,PET为矿泉水瓶、可乐饮料瓶、果汁瓶,且PE、PVC、PET可根据需要分类进行搅碎或者按照比例混合搅碎。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用废弃塑料制备瓷砖胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述反应釜在加热至95℃时,塑料碎末反应时长为2小时,常温下时为4小时。
