目前,随着液压机械的发展和大范围的使用,以及人类对环境恶劣地区的开发,液压系统将面临更多的来自工作环境的考验,尤其是在极低温环境下对液压油的耐磨性的考验,温度的下降会导致液压油流动性不能满足严苛的外界环境,造成供油不畅、压力不足、设备运行抖动、卡顿,为此提出一种低温抗磨液压油是有必要。
发明内容
为了弥补以上不足,本发明提供了一种低温抗磨液压油,旨在改善液压机械的发展和大范围的使用,以及人类对环境恶劣地区的开发,液压系统将面临更多的来自工作环境的考验,尤其是在极低温环境下对液压油的耐磨性的考验,温度的下降会导致液压油流动性不能满足严苛的外界环境,造成供油不畅、压力不足、设备运行抖动、卡顿问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种低温抗磨液压油,其原料按质量百分比如下:基础油30%-50%,543复合剂1%-3%,粘度调节剂2%-6%,抗氧化剂1%-2%,防锈剂1.6%-2%,消泡剂2%-4%,高岭土0.2%-0.6%,金属脱活剂0.4%-0.8%,破乳剂0.1%-0.3%,硫化聚异丁烯0.05%-0.15%,聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.02%-0.06%,二异辛基二苯胺0.2%-0.8%,乙二胺四乙酸0.2%-0.8%和抗腐剂0.2%-0.6%。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述基础油为α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO4、α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO10和Ⅴ类油TRS-0812的混合物。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述黏度调节剂为超支化聚合物、APAO、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺、EVA、尿素、盐酸羟胺、硫酸羟胺、环己醇、聚甲基丙烯酸酯Viscoplex8-310、乙丙共聚物LZL615和聚乙烯基正J基醚T601中的至少一种
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述543复合剂为改性纳米氧化锌、N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺和2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚的混合物,其比例为1:2:1。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乌洛托品和苯并三氮唑按照1:3:1:2的重量比制成。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟硅氧烷和乙二醇硅氧烷组成,其比例为1:0.5:1。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述高岭土通过二氧化硅、三氧化二铝和水组成。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述金属拖活剂组成成分为苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物、含氮化合物及杂环化合物。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述破乳剂为SP型破乳剂、AP型破乳剂、AE型破乳剂和AR型破乳剂中的任意一种。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述抗腐剂为磷酸三甲酚酯T306、三芳基磷酸酯TCP、亚磷酸二玎酯T304和亚甲基双-二烷基硫代氦基甲酸酯ADDC中的至少一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过严格控制低温抗磨液压油百分比,通过基础油,543复合剂,粘度调节剂,抗氧化剂,防锈剂,消泡剂,高岭土,金属脱活剂,破乳剂,硫化聚异丁烯,聚甲基丙烯酸酯,二异辛基二苯胺,乙二胺四乙酸和抗腐剂,首先基础油为α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO4、α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO10和Ⅴ类油TRS-0812的混合物,其次加入543复合剂、粘度调节剂、抗氧化剂和防锈剂,在这个投料期间机械循环搅拌开启,并控制电机的转速在500转每分钟,搅拌2-3个小时,然后再将消泡剂,金属脱活剂和破乳剂加入进行进行搅拌混合1个小时,最后再将硫化聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、二异辛基二苯胺、乙二胺四乙酸和抗腐剂缓慢的加入其中,将材料利用调和釜充分混合,用调和釜内置加温装置升温至65+5℃,在釜内循环搅拌循环1.5个周期,通过高岭土的辅助添加,有利于增加液压油的光泽感使液压油更加清澈透亮,通过543复合剂、抗氧化剂和消泡剂的添加可以使液压油在低温的环境和裸露到空气中保持性能的稳定,通过金属脱活剂、防锈剂和破乳剂的辅助添加能够有效抑制油品中腐蚀性物质对金属表面的腐蚀,同时增加液压油的流动降低凝固点,便于在低温环境中稳定使用。

本发明提供的一种低温抗磨液压油,其基料组成和具体实施例中数据占比,如下表:
实施例1
一种低温抗磨液压油,其原料按质量百分比如下:基础油30%,543复合剂1%,粘度调节剂2%,抗氧化剂1%,防锈剂1.6%,消泡剂2%,高岭土0.2%,金属脱活剂0.4%,破乳剂0.1%,硫化聚异丁烯0.05%,聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.02%,二异辛基二苯胺0.2%,乙二胺四乙酸0.2%和抗腐剂0.2%,这里的543复合剂为改性纳米氧化锌、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、偏硼酸钠按照0.2:1:3的重量比制成,改性纳米氧化锌为硬脂酸改性纳米氧化锌,粒径范围为20-50nm,尤其在液压油和抗氧化剂中添加了纳米氧化锌,以纳米粒子特有的特点使制备的产品有优良的抗氧化性能,良好的抗磨损性能和优异的减摩性能。所述基础油为α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO4、α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO10和Ⅴ类油TRS-0812的混合物,所述α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO4、α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO10,具有高的粘度指数,优异的润滑性能,高的闪点提高安全性,低的蒸发性,优异的抗氧化性,非极性强使其拥有优异的水解安定性,低的蒸发性能降低使用或存储环境中的油气浓度,降低对长期接触人员的损害,优异的抗氧化性能提供超长的换油周期,非极性强使其拥有优异的水解安定性。所述黏度调节剂为超支化聚合物、APAO、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺、EVA、尿素、盐酸羟胺、硫酸羟胺、环己醇、聚甲基丙烯酸酯Viscoplex8-310、乙丙共聚物LZL615和聚乙烯基正J基醚T601中的至少一种,所述改性纳米氧化锌、N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺和2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚的混合物,其比例为1:2:1,所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乌洛托品和苯并三氮唑按照1:3:1:2的重量比制成,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟硅氧烷和乙二醇硅氧烷组成,其比例为1:0.5:1,所述高岭土通过二氧化硅、三氧化二铝和水组成,所述金属拖活剂组成成分为苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物、含氮化合物及杂环化合物,所述破乳剂为SP型破乳剂、AP型破乳剂、AE型破乳剂和AR型破乳剂中的任意一种,所述抗腐剂为磷酸三甲酚酯T306、三芳基磷酸酯TCP、亚磷酸二玎酯T304和亚甲基双-二烷基硫代氦基甲酸酯ADDC中的至少一种。

实施例2

实施例3

本发明严格控制一种低温抗磨液压油,通过严格控制低温抗磨液压油百分比,通过基础油,543复合剂,粘度调节剂,抗氧化剂,防锈剂,消泡剂,高岭土,金属脱活剂,破乳剂,硫化聚异丁烯,聚甲基丙烯酸酯,二异辛基二苯胺,乙二胺四乙酸和抗腐剂,首先基础油为α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO4、α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO10和Ⅴ类油TRS-0812的混合物,其次加入543复合剂、粘度调节剂、抗氧化剂和防锈剂,在这个投料期间机械循环搅拌开启,并控制电机的转速在500转每分钟,搅拌2-3个小时,然后再将消泡剂,金属脱活剂和破乳剂加入进行进行搅拌混合1个小时,最后再将硫化聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、二异辛基二苯胺、乙二胺四乙酸和抗腐剂缓慢的加入其中,将材料利用调和釜充分混合,用调和釜内置加温装置升温至65+5℃,在釜内循环搅拌循环1.5个周期待混合物进行降温至15摄氏度,然后过滤,得到液压油;通过高岭土的辅助添加,有利于增加液压油的光泽感使液压油更加清澈透亮,通过543复合剂、抗氧化剂和消泡剂的添加可以使液压油在低温的环境和裸露到空气中保持性能的稳定,通过金属脱活剂、防锈剂和破乳剂的辅助添加能够有效抑制油品中腐蚀性物质对金属表面的腐蚀,同时增加液压油的流动降低凝固点,便于在低温环境中稳定使用。

Claims (10)
1.一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于:其原料按质量百分比如下:基础油30%-50%,543复合剂1%-3%,粘度调节剂2%-6%,抗氧化剂1%-2%,防锈剂1.6%-2%,消泡剂2%-4%,高岭土0.2%-0.6%,金属脱活剂0.4%-0.8%,破乳剂0.1%-0.3%,硫化聚异丁烯0.05%-0.15%,聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.02%-0.06%,二异辛基二苯胺0.2%-0.8%,乙二胺四乙酸0.2%-0.8%和抗腐剂0.2%-0.6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述基础油为α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO4、α-烯烃人工合成的Ⅳ类油PAO10和Ⅴ类油TRS-0812的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述黏度调节剂为超支化聚合物、APAO、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺、EVA、尿素、盐酸羟胺、硫酸羟胺、环己醇、聚甲基丙烯酸酯Viscoplex8-310、乙丙共聚物LZL615和聚乙烯基正J基醚T601中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述543复合剂为改性纳米氧化锌、N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺和2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚的混合物,其比例为1:2:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乌洛托品和苯并三氮唑按照1:3:1:2的重量比制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟硅氧烷和乙二醇硅氧烷组成,其比例为1:0.5:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述高岭土通过二氧化硅、三氧化二铝和水组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述金属拖活剂组成成分为苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物、含氮化合物及杂环化合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述破乳剂为SP型破乳剂、AP型破乳剂、AE型破乳剂和AR型破乳剂中的任意一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述抗腐剂为磷酸三甲酚酯T306、三芳基磷酸酯TCP、亚磷酸二玎酯T304和亚甲基双-二烷基硫代氦基甲酸酯ADDC中的至少一种。
