The invention relates to a preparation method and application of tobacco leaves with coffee aroma, fruit and sweet flavor, wherein the moisture of the tobacco leaves after the selected tobacco leaves are subjected to moisture regain is 14-17%; cutting tobacco leaves into tobacco strips in a long and narrow shape; and soaking the tobacco strips in an essence solution with the flavor of coffee aroma, fruit and sweet, and roasting the soaked tobacco strips at a low temperature of not more than 50 ℃ to obtain tobacco leaves with the flavor of coffee aroma, fruit and sweet. According to the technical scheme, tobacco leaves with coffee aroma and fruit sweetness flavor are prepared, tobacco bundles are prepared, three tobacco leaf layers with specific styles are wrapped on the outer sides of the tobacco bundles, the prepared tobacco pillars are prepared basically as whole tobacco leaves, processes such as threshing and shredding in conventional cigarette production are not needed, breakage of the tobacco leaves is reduced, the utilization rate of the tobacco leaves is improved, a filter tip is not needed to be used on the tobacco pillars, and meanwhile, natural tobacco aroma is strong, and smoke is thin, soft and rich, has tea aroma and fruit flavor and is clean and comfortable in aftertaste.
