According to the invention, by utilizing the circulating turnover principle of the chain belt 203 and matching with the swing type plate distributing mechanism 7, the whole equipment can realize the turnover of the metal plate without passing through other turnover mechanisms so as to carry out double-sided irregular punching operation, and compared with the traditional equipment which needs to utilize a complex turnover mechanism to turn over the metal plate, the double-sided irregular punching equipment has a certain advantage in improving the double-sided punching processing efficiency of the metal plate.
