Abstract
本发明涉及一种猪用中药组合物及其制备方法与应用,属于饲料添加剂技术领域。本发明的猪用中药组合物包括下述重量份的组分:川芎8‑20份、当归8‑20份、黄芪6‑16份、白芍4‑12份、肉苁蓉4‑12份、五味子3.5‑11份、巴戟天3.5‑11份、地黄6‑20份、淫羊藿3‑10份、杜仲3‑10份、茯苓3‑10份、山药3‑10份、枸杞子2‑8份、女贞子2‑8份、菟丝子2‑8份、旱莲草2‑8份、桑椹1‑6份。本发明通过选用具有补血功效的中药,与能够补肾益精血的中药搭配,能够显著提高仔猪的血象指标、免疫指标和抗氧化指标,有效缓解仔猪的贫血症状以及提高仔猪的抵抗力和抗氧化能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种猪用中药组合物及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
仔猪缺铁性贫血一年四季都可发生,但在冬春季比其他季节发病更多。一般封闭式的饲养,1月龄以内(特别是2~3周以内的)哺乳仔猪发病多见。患贫血症的仔猪,血红蛋白降低,皮肤和粘膜苍白,被毛粗乱,食欲减退,轻度腹泻,精神萎靡,生长停滞,严重者死亡。同时抗病能力减弱,容易生病。在哺乳仔猪中,缺铁性贫血的发病率可达30%-50%,死亡率可达15%-20%,给养猪业带来严重的经济损失。目前最成功的办法是采用补铁的方法来预防仔猪贫血。
当仔猪发生缺铁性贫血时,可通过口服补铁剂或注射铁制剂来治疗,但是采用以上两种方法补铁具有局限性:1)补铁窗口期窄,过早易造成仔猪铁中毒,超过4周龄的猪注射有机铁,可引起注射部位肌肉着色;2)注射补铁剂剂量控制严,不能盲目加大或减少剂量,补铁过多易造成机体铁中毒,补铁过少效果不明显;3)操作要求高,注射针头及注射部位绝对消毒卫生,保证一猪一针头,以防细菌感染;4)不能与其他药物匹配,补铁时不宜与其他药物混合使用,以免影响药效;5)药物易氧化,使用硫酸亚铁时开瓶后应立即使用,因其在空气中不能久置,以防氧化成有毒的高价铁,仔猪服后会中毒。此外,人们对猪肉的需求已经从“量”转移到了“质”,在这样的背景下,养殖环节也越来越受到养猪场的重视。因此,急需一种能够安全有效防治仔猪贫血,同时不影响仔猪品质的饲料添加剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处而提供一种安全有效缓解仔猪贫血,并且提高机体抵抗力的猪用中药组合物及其制备方法与应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
第一方面,本发明提供了一种猪用中药组合物,其包括下述重量份的制备原料:川芎8-20份、当归8-20份、黄芪6-16份、白芍4-12份、肉苁蓉4-12份、五味子3.5-11份、巴戟天3.5-11份、地黄6-20份、淫羊藿3-10份、杜仲3-10份、茯苓3-10份、山药3-10份、枸杞子2-8份、女贞子2-8份、菟丝子2-8份、旱莲草2-8份、桑椹1-6份。
本发明通过选取川芎、当归、黄芪、白芍、肉苁蓉、五味子、巴戟天、地黄、淫羊藿、杜仲、茯苓、山药、枸杞子、女贞子、菟丝子、墨旱莲和桑葚搭配,所得猪用中药组合物具有缓解仔猪贫血症状,并且提高机体抵抗力和抗氧化能力。
川芎为伞形科植物川芎Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.的干燥根茎,据中国药典记载川芎性味辛,温,归肝、胆、心包经,具有活血行气、祛风止痛的功效。
当归为伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels的干燥根,据中国药典记载当归性味甘、辛,温,归肝、心、脾经,具有补血活血、调经止痛、润肠通便的功效。
黄芪为豆科植物蒙古黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao或膜荚黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.的干燥根,据中国药典记载黄芪性味甘,微温,归肺、脾经,具有补气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿,生津养血,行滞通痹,托毒排脓,敛疮生肌的功效。
白芍为毛茛科植物芍药Paeonia lactiflora Pall.的干燥根,据中国药典记载白芍性味苦、酸,微寒,归肝、脾经,具有养血调经,敛阴止汗,柔肝止痛,平抑肝阳的功效。
肉苁蓉为列当科植物肉苁蓉Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma或管花肉苁蓉Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Wight的干燥带鳞叶的肉质茎,据中国药典记载肉苁蓉性味甘、咸,温,归肾、大肠经,具有补肾阳,益精血,润肠通便的功效。
五味子为木兰科植物五味子Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.的干燥成熟果实,据中国药典记载五味子性味酸、甘,温,归肺、心、肾经,具有收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心的功效。
巴戟天为茜草科植物巴戟天Morinda officinalis How的干燥根,据中国药典记载巴戟天性味甘、辛,微温,归肾、肝经,具有补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿的功效。
地黄为玄参科植物地黄Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.的新鲜或干燥块根,干燥块根为生地黄,生地黄经炮制后为熟地黄。据中国药典记载生地黄性味甘,寒,归心、肝、肾经,具有清热凉血,养阴生津的功效;熟地黄性味甘,微温,归肝、肾经,具有补血滋阴,益精填髓的功效。
淫羊藿为小檗科植物淫羊藿Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.、箭叶淫羊藿Epimedium sagittatum(Sieb.et Zucc.)Maxim.、柔毛淫羊藿Epimedium pubescensMaxim.或朝鲜淫羊藿Epimedium koreanum Nakai的干燥叶,据中国药典记载淫羊藿性味辛、甘,温,归肝、肾经,具有补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿的功效。
杜仲为杜仲科植物杜仲Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.的干燥树皮,据中国药典记载杜仲性味甘,温,归肝、肾经,具有补肝肾,强筋骨,安胎的功效。
茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核,据中国药典记载茯苓性味甘、淡,平,归心、肺、脾、肾经,具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心的功效。
山药为薯蓣科植物薯蓣Dioscorea opposita Thunb.的干燥根茎,据中国药典记载山药性味甘,平,归脾、肺、肾经,具有补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精的功效。
枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L.的干燥成熟果实,据中国药典记载枸杞子性味甘,平,归肝、肾经,具有滋补肝肾,益精明目的功效。
女贞子为木犀科植物女贞Ligustrum lucidum Ait.的干燥成熟果实,据中国药典记载女贞子性味甘、苦,凉,归肝、肾经,具有滋补肝肾,明目乌发的功效。
菟丝子为旋花科植物南方菟丝子Cuscuta australis R.Br.或菟丝子Cuscutachinensis Lam.的干燥成熟种子,据中国药典记载菟丝子性味辛、甘,平,归肝、肾、脾经,具有补益肝肾,固精缩尿,安胎,名目,止泻的功效。
墨旱莲为菊科植物鳢肠Eclipta prostrata L.的干燥地上部分,据中国药典记载墨旱莲性味甘、酸,寒,归肾、肝经,具有滋补肝肾,凉血止血的功效。
桑葚为桑科植物桑Morus alba L.的干燥果穗,据中国药典记载桑葚性味甘、酸,寒,归心、肝、肾经,具有滋阴补血,生津润燥的功效。
本发明的猪用中药组合物以补肾填精、生血解毒为治疗法则。肾为先天之本,主骨藏精生髓;脾为后天之本,气血生化之源;肝主藏血;心主血脉,各脏腑相互关联,与气血密切相关;研究认为,肾精亏虚,乃病之本;温热毒邪,为病之标。因此本发明选用具有补血功效的川芎、当归、黄芪、白芍、地黄和桑葚,与能够补肾益精血的肉苁蓉、五味子、巴戟天、淫羊藿、杜仲、山药、枸杞子、女贞子、菟丝子、墨旱莲搭配,与饲料搭配能够显著提高仔猪的血象指标、免疫指标和抗氧化指标,有效缓解仔猪的贫血症状以及提高仔猪的抵抗力和抗氧化能力。
作为本发明所述猪用中药组合物的优选实施方式,所述猪用中药组合物包括下述重量份的制备原料:川芎10-15份、当归10-15份、黄芪8-14份、白芍6-10份、肉苁蓉6-10份、五味子5.5-9份、巴戟天5.5-9份、地黄10-16份、淫羊藿5-8份、杜仲5-8份、茯苓5-8份、山药5-8份、枸杞子4-6份、女贞子4-6份、菟丝子4-6份、墨旱莲4-6份、桑椹3-5份。
在优选配比范围下,本发明猪用中药组合物缓解仔猪贫血症状的效果更好,仔猪的抵抗力和抗氧化能力进一步提高。
作为本发明所述猪用中药组合物的优选实施方式,所述猪用中药组合物包括下述重量份的制备原料:川芎10份、当归10份、黄芪8份、白芍6份、肉苁蓉6份、五味子5.5份、巴戟天5.5份、地黄10份、淫羊藿5份、杜仲5份、茯苓5份、山药5份、枸杞子4份、女贞子4份、菟丝子4份、墨旱莲4份、桑椹3份。
在优选配比范围下,本发明猪用中药组合物缓解仔猪贫血症状的效果最好,仔猪的抵抗力和抗氧化能力最高。
作为本发明所述猪用中药组合物的优选实施方式,所述地黄包括生地黄和熟地黄,所述生地黄和熟地黄的重量比为1:1。本发明选择清热凉血、养阴生津的生地黄和补血滋阴、益精填髓的熟地黄搭配,补血而凉血止血,滋阴而生津润燥,能够更好地缓解仔猪的贫血症状。
作为本发明所述猪用中药组合物的优选实施方式,所述猪用中药组合物为颗粒剂。本发明采用颗粒剂的猪用中药组合物能够更好的将猪用中药组合物与饲料混合,方便使用。
第二方面,本发明提供了上述猪用中药组合物的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)以川芎、当归为原料制备得到川芎-当归混合挥发油和川芎-当归混合残渣;
以川芎-当归混合挥发油为原料制备为粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物;
(2)以粉末状黄芪与步骤(1)的川芎-当归混合残渣为原料制备为黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉;
(3)将粉末状的混合药材与乙醇在40-50℃下回流提取3-4次,过滤,重复提取2次,合并三次提取的滤液,减压浓缩,回收,干燥,得到混合药材醇提物;所述混合药材由白芍、肉苁蓉、五味子、巴戟天、地黄、淫羊藿、杜仲、茯苓、山药、枸杞子、女贞子、菟丝子、墨旱莲和桑椹组成;
(4)取步骤(1)的粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物与糖粉、糊精混合均匀,加入乙醇,制备为软材1;采用湿法制粒将软材1制备为颗粒1;
(5)取步骤(2)的黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉、步骤(3)的混合药材醇提物与糖粉、糊精混合均匀,加入乙醇,制备为软材2;采用湿法制粒将软材2制备为颗粒2;
(6)将步骤(4)的颗粒1与步骤(5)的颗粒2过筛后整粒,混合均匀,得到猪用中药组合物。
本发明的制备方法将川芎和当归制备为挥发油包合物,能够更好地被仔猪吸收;将黄芪与川芎-当归混合残渣一起制备为黄芪-川芎-当归水提液,一方面能够最大限度提取川芎和当归的有效成分,另一方面能够使三种制备原料混合均匀,节省提取的时间和空间;将黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉与白芍、肉苁蓉、五味子、巴戟天、地黄、淫羊藿、杜仲、茯苓、山药、枸杞子、女贞子、菟丝子、墨旱莲和桑椹的醇提物混合制备为颗粒2,与川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物制备得到的颗粒1在整理后再混合,能够更好地使各种制备原料混合,起到补肾填精、生血解毒的效果。
作为本发明所述猪用中药组合物的制备方法的优选实施方式,步骤(1)中,所述川芎-当归混合挥发油通过川芎、当归与水混合,水蒸气蒸馏8小时制备得到,水的用量为川芎和当归总重量份的8倍;
川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物具体制备步骤为:川芎-当归混合挥发油与无水乙醇按照体积比1:1制备为川芎-当归混合挥发油醇溶液,川芎-当归混合挥发油醇溶液与β-环糊精溶液按体积比1:6混合,冷藏,过滤,洗涤,减压干燥,得到粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物。
作为本发明所述猪用中药组合物的制备方法的优选实施方式,步骤(2)中,所述黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉具体步骤为:将粉末状黄芪与步骤(1)的川芎-当归混合残渣混合,加入黄芪和川芎-当归混合残渣总重量份10倍的水,煮沸,搅拌2小时,过滤得到黄芪-川芎-当归滤液和滤渣,滤渣用热水冲洗三次,得到冲洗液,合并滤液和冲洗液,得到黄芪-川芎-当归水提液;将黄芪-川芎-当归真空浓缩为比重d=1.2的浸膏,在70℃下烘干,得到黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉。
作为本发明所述猪用中药组合物的制备方法的优选实施方式,步骤(3)中,所述粉末状的混合药材与95wt%乙醇的重量份比为粉末状的混合药材:95wt%乙醇=1:(10-12);
所述回流提取单次提取2.5-3.5小时;
所述重复提取为将第一次提取过滤后的滤渣按照第一次提取的方法再次提取。
作为本发明所述猪用中药组合物的制备方法的优选实施方式,步骤(3)中,所述粉末状的混合药材与95wt%乙醇的重量份比为粉末状的混合药材:95wt%乙醇=1:10;
所述回流提取单次提取3小时。
作为本发明所述猪用中药组合物的制备方法的优选实施方式,步骤(4)中,所述粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物于糖粉、糊精的质量比为粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物:糖粉:糊精=1:1:2;
步骤(5)中,所述黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉和混合药材醇提物与糖粉、糊精的质量比为(黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉+混合药材醇提物):糖粉:糊精=1:3:1。
第三方面,本发明提供了上述猪用中药组合物在制备猪饲料中的应用。
第四方面,本发明提供了一种猪饲料,包括基础日粮和上述猪用中药组合物;所述基础日粮和猪用中药组合物的质量比为基础日粮:猪用中药组合物=1000:15-25。
作为本发明所述猪饲料的优选实施方式,所述基础日粮包括以下重量份组分:玉米550份,豆粕120份,鱼粉30份,乳清粉50份,发酵豆粕50份,膨化大豆50份,速爆大豆50份,预混料100份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明提供了一种具有缓解仔猪贫血症状,同时增强仔猪免疫力的猪用中药组合物,通过选用具有补血功效的川芎、当归、黄芪、白芍、地黄和桑葚,与能够补肾益精血的肉苁蓉、五味子、巴戟天、淫羊藿、杜仲、山药、枸杞子、女贞子、菟丝子、墨旱莲搭配,与饲料搭配能够显著提高仔猪的血象指标、免疫指标和抗氧化指标,有效缓解仔猪的贫血症状以及提高仔猪的抵抗力和抗氧化能力。
(2)本发明选用多种中药配伍,不添加化学药物,可添加至猪用饲料中,具有高效、毒副作用小、无残留、不产生抗药性、不污染环境、疗程短、病情不反复的优点。

实施例1-4和对比例1-4所述猪用中药组合物的制备方法为:
(1)在川芎、当归中加入川芎和当归总重量份8倍的水,水蒸气蒸馏8小时,得到川芎-当归混合挥发油和川芎-当归混合残渣;
将川芎-当归混合挥发油与无水乙醇按照体积比1:1制备为川芎-当归混合挥发油醇溶液;
将川芎-当归混合挥发油醇溶液与β-环糊精溶液按照体积比1:6混合后,5℃冷藏24小时,过滤,无水乙醇洗涤,于40℃下减压干燥,得到粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物;
(2)将粉末状黄芪与步骤(1)的川芎-当归混合残渣混合,加入黄芪和川芎-当归混合残渣总重量份10倍的水,煮沸,搅拌2小时,过滤,得到黄芪-川芎-当归滤液和滤渣,滤渣用热水冲洗三次,得到冲洗液,合并滤液和冲洗液,得到黄芪-川芎-当归水提液;
将黄芪-川芎-当归真空浓缩为比重d=1.2的浸膏,在70℃下烘干,得到黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉;
(3)将粉末状的混合药材与95wt%乙醇按照重量份比1:10混合,在40-50℃下回流提取3次,单次回流提取3小时,过滤,重复提取2次,合并三次提取的滤液,减压浓缩,回收,干燥,得到混合药材醇提物;所述粉末状的混合药材由白芍、肉苁蓉、五味子、巴戟天、地黄、淫羊藿、杜仲、茯苓、山药、枸杞子、女贞子、菟丝子、墨旱莲和桑椹组成
(4)取步骤(1)的粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物与糖粉、糊精按照质量比川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物:糖粉:糊精=1:1:2混合均匀,加入85wt%乙醇至软材呈现“手握成团,轻压即散”的状态,制备为软材1;
(5)取步骤(2)的黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉、步骤(3)的混合药材醇提物与糖粉、糊精按照质量比(黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉+混合药材醇提物):糖粉:糊精=1:3:1混合均匀,加入85wt%乙醇至软材呈现“手握成团,轻压即散”的状态,制备为软材2;
(6)采用湿法制粒将步骤(4)的软材1与步骤(5)的软材2分别制备为颗粒1和颗粒2,40℃烘干至两种颗粒的水分含量均小于8%,过12目筛后整粒,将颗粒1和颗粒2混合均匀,得到猪用中药组合物。
实施例5
本发明猪用中药组合物及其制备方法的一种实施例,本实施例所述猪用中药组合物的组成及用量与实施例1相同,制备方法与实施例1相似,不同之处为:步骤(1)中水的用量为川芎和当归总重量份的10倍,水蒸气蒸馏时间为6小时;步骤(2)中水的用量为黄芪和川芎-当归混合残渣总重量份的12倍,搅拌3小时;步骤(3)中白芍、肉苁蓉、五味子、巴戟天、生地黄、熟地黄、淫羊藿、杜仲、茯苓、山药、枸杞子、女贞子、菟丝子、墨旱莲和桑椹与95wt%乙醇的重量份比1:12,在40-50℃下回流提取4次,回流提取单次提取3.5小时。
对比例5
本发明猪用中药组合物及其制备方法的一种对比例,本对比例所述猪用中药组合物的组成及用量见表1,制备方法与实施例1的相似,不同之处为:步骤(1)中水的用量为川芎和当归总重量份的15倍,水蒸气蒸馏时间为15小时;步骤(2)中水的用量为黄芪和川芎-当归混合残渣总重量份的15倍,搅拌4小时;步骤(3)中白芍、肉苁蓉、五味子、巴戟天、生地黄、熟地黄、淫羊藿、杜仲、茯苓、山药、枸杞子、女贞子、菟丝子、墨旱莲和桑椹与95wt%乙醇的重量份比1:15,在40-50℃下回流提取6次,回流提取单次提取5小时。
效果例
将实施例1~5、对比例1~5的猪用中药组合物进行动物实验。
实验对象:具有贫血症状(血红蛋白量为30-40mg/ml)的1-2周龄仔猪。
实验分组:本实验共设计12个处理组,分别为对照组、传统药物组和10个中药组。对照组饲喂基础日粮;传统药物组饲喂基础日粮,同时每隔两天每头仔猪注射2ml右旋糖酐铁注射液,一共连续治疗15天;7个中药组分别饲喂含有实施例1~5或对比例1~5任一种猪用中药组合物的混合日粮,一共饲喂15天。基础日粮和混合日粮配方见表2。每个分组3个重复,每个重复20头患病仔猪。

(1)生长性能指标测定
在实验期间记录在仔猪实验开始时和结束后(饲喂15天)的体重,实验期间仔猪的日总采食量,仔猪的精神状况、腹泻、个体均匀度,并计算9个处理组仔猪的平均日增重、平均日采食量、料肉比和腹泻率,结果见表3。
由表3可得,传统药物组和实施例1的中药组仔猪的平均末体重分别比对照组的提高了0.41kg和0.92kg;传统药物组和实施例1的中药组仔猪平均日增重分别比对照组提高37g和78g;传统药物组和实施例1的中药组仔猪平均每日采食量分别比对照组提高5.79%和14.89%;传统药物组和实施例1的中药组料肉比分别下降8.57%、13.71%,上述数据说明实施例1的猪用中药组合物能够提高仔猪的平均日增重、降低料肉比和腹泻率。中药组中的对比例和实施例相比,实施例的各项生长性能指标均优于对比例,说明本发明的猪用中药组合物能够促进仔猪的生长,避免仔猪因为腹泻导致品质下降。因为猪场管理条件比较好,加上试验时期,气温也比较适宜,所以对照组腹泻情况也是可以接受的。但与对照组和传统药物组比较,使用本发明猪用中药组合物可显著减少仔猪的腹泻现象。

(2)血象指标测定
在饲喂15天时每个处理组随机选择5头仔猪,前腔静脉采血10ml,离心分离血浆血清,根据试剂盒说明书测定仔猪的血象指标,并计算12个处理组仔猪的血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞和血小板的平均值,结果见表4。

由表4可得,与对照组相比,传统药物组和实施例1的血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞和血小板的数值均显著提高,并且实施例1显著高于传统药物组,说明本发明的猪用中药组合物比传统药物治疗仔猪贫血现象的效果更好,仔猪抗病能力更强、新陈代谢更旺盛。中药组中对比例与实施例相比,实施例的血象指标均优于对比例,这说明本发明的猪用中药组合物具有能够进一步提高治疗仔猪贫血的效果,使仔猪抗病能力得到提升,新陈代谢更旺盛。
(3)免疫指标测定
将效果例中的(2)血象指标测定中采集得到的血浆血清按照试剂盒说明书测定仔猪免疫指标,并计算9个处理组仔猪的IgA、IgG和IgM的平均值,结果见表5。

由表5可得,传统药物组和实施例1~5对仔猪血液中免疫球蛋白含量表现出高于对照组的趋势,其中经实施例1~5处理的仔猪血液中免疫球蛋白含量显著高于对照组,表明本发明的猪用中药组合物具有促进仔猪合成抗体的作用,从而起到提高仔猪免疫能力的效果。中药组中的对比例和实施例相比,实施例的免疫指标均优于对比例,说明本发明的猪用中药组合物能够进一步促进仔猪合成抗体,使仔猪的免疫力更好。
(4)抗氧化指标测定
将效果例中的(2)血象指标测定中采集得到的血浆血清按照试剂盒说明书测定仔猪的抗氧化指标,并计算9个处理组仔猪的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的平均值,结果见表6。

由表6可得,传统药物组和实施例1仔猪的血清中T-AOC含量比对照组分别54.77%和107.88%;T-SOD含量分别比对照组高11.63%和31.12%;而MDA水平却比对照组分别降低15.79%和28.73%;ACP含量与对照组相比分别提高了20.52%和45.96%;AKP含量与对照组相比分别提高了13.71%和22.22%,且传统药物组和实施例1与对照组相比差异显著,说明传统药物组和实施例1的中药组合物均能够提高仔猪的抗氧化效果,并且实施例1的效果要优于传统药物组。中药组中的实施例与对比例相比,实施例的抗氧化指标均高于对比例,说明本发明的中药组合物能够进一步提高仔猪的抗氧化作用,提高仔猪的品质。

2.如权利要求1所述的猪用中药组合物,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的制备原料:川芎10-15份、当归10-15份、黄芪8-14份、白芍6-10份、肉苁蓉6-10份、五味子5.5-9份、巴戟天5.5-9份、地黄10-16份、淫羊藿5-8份、杜仲5-8份、茯苓5-8份、山药5-8份、枸杞子4-6份、女贞子4-6份、菟丝子4-6份、墨旱莲4-6份、桑椹3-5份。

(1)以川芎、当归为原料制备得到川芎-当归混合挥发油和川芎-当归混合残渣;
以川芎-当归混合挥发油为原料制备为粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物;
(2)以粉末状黄芪和步骤(1)的川芎-当归混合残渣为原料制备为黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉;
(3)将粉末状的混合药材与乙醇在40-50℃下回流提取3-4次,过滤,重复提取2次,合并三次提取的滤液,减压浓缩,回收,干燥,得到混合药材醇提物;所述混合药材由白芍、肉苁蓉、五味子、巴戟天、地黄、淫羊藿、杜仲、茯苓、山药、枸杞子、女贞子、菟丝子、墨旱莲和桑椹组成;
(4)取步骤(1)的粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物与糖粉、糊精混合均匀,加入乙醇,制备为软材1;采用湿法制粒将软材1制备为颗粒1;
(5)取步骤(2)的黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉、步骤(3)的混合药材醇提物与糖粉、糊精混合均匀,加入乙醇,制备为软材2;采用湿法制粒将软材2制备为颗粒2;
(6)将步骤(4)的颗粒1与步骤(5)的颗粒2过筛后整粒,混合均匀,得到猪用中药组合物。

8.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物于糖粉、糊精的质量比为粉末状川芎-当归混合挥发油包合物:糖粉:糊精=1:1:2;
步骤(5)中,所述黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉和混合药材醇提物与糖粉、糊精的质量比为(黄芪-川芎-当归水提液浸膏粉+混合药材醇提物):糖粉:糊精=1:3:1。
9.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的猪用中药组合物在制备猪饲料中应用。
10.一种猪饲料,其特征在于,包括基础日粮和权利要求1~3任一项所述的猪用中药组合物;所述基础日粮和猪用中药组合物的质量比为基础日粮:猪用中药组合物=1000:15-25。
