Abstract
本发明提供了一种果冻气垫及其制备方法,涉及化妆品技术领域。包括水、己二酸二丁酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、辛酸丙基庚酯、1,3‑丙二醇、辛酸/癸酸/琥珀酸甘油三酯等组分。本发明得到Q弹外观具有一定形状记忆性,同时肤感水润清爽的气垫产品,在具有一定滋润性的同时又不会有黏腻感,产品在保持水润清爽的同时能够有效的提升水包油气垫防水性差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,特别是涉及一种果冻气垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着化妆品行业的不断发展以及爱美女士的需求不断增加,气垫产品越来越受到人们的追捧。目前气垫产品主要是将内料锁于海绵粉芯内,但是这样的话由于海绵要长时间的处于一个比较湿润的状态,给细菌增设了一个生长的环境,更容易细菌滋生。其次是在使用时间方面由于一般来说海绵更容易吃粉,这样会降低产品的使用量,最后就是原料使用上,目前大部分的剂型均为硅油包水型,所用到的乳化剂以及润肤剂大部分也都是硅油类,硅油含量过多的话可能会导致毛孔堵塞,造成肌肤假滑的现象;基于以上目前需要开发出去除海绵的肤感水润清爽,无硅油乳化剂、润肤剂的气垫产品,所以丝网气垫的设计就可以满足以上缺点,因此,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种水润清爽低刺激无硅油乳化剂、润肤剂的气垫产品。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种果冻气垫及其制备方法,Q弹外观具有一定形状记忆性,同时肤感水润清爽的气垫产品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种果冻气垫,包括以下重量份数的组分:
水40-70%、己二酸二丁酯3-10%、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2-8%、辛酸丙基庚酯&生育酚2-8%、1,3-丙二醇3-10%、辛酸/癸酸/琥珀酸甘油三酯3-8%、丁基辛醇水杨酸酯1-8%、烟酰胺1-3%、CI77891&椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯&聚羟基硬脂酸&氢氧化铝&三乙氧基辛基硅烷4-12份、色素着色剂0.5~1份、泛醇0.5-2%、1,2-己二醇0.5-2%、1,2-戊二醇0.5-2%、山梨坦倍半油酸酯0.1-1%、山嵛醇0.1-1%、异壬酸异壬酯0.1-1%、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.1-0.5%、丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物&水&聚异丁烯&山梨坦油酸酯&辛基/癸基葡糖苷0.1-1.0%、羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚0.05-0.3%、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-60.05-0.5%、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠0.02-0.4%、乙基己基甘油&生育酚0.03-0.1%、PEG-240/HDI共聚物双-癸基十四醇聚醚-20醚&丁二醇&水&月桂酸钾&生育酚0.1-1.0%和腺苷0.01-0.2%。
本发明还提供了一种上述技术方案所述的果冻气垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将所述水、1,3-丙二醇、烟酰胺、腺苷、泛醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、乙基己基甘油&生育酚等加热处理,然后依次加入羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、PEG-240/HDI共聚物双-癸基十四醇聚醚-20醚&丁二醇&水&月桂酸钾&生育酚、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠等、溶解,得到A相;
2)将所述己二酸二丁酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、辛酸丙基庚酯&生育酚、辛酸/癸酸/琥珀酸甘油三酯、丁基辛醇水杨酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、山嵛醇等加热处理、溶解,得到B相;
3)将所述CI77492&三乙氧基辛基硅烷、CI77491&三乙氧基辛基硅烷、CI 77499&三乙氧基辛基硅烷与异壬酸异壬酯进行研磨,得到C相;
4)将所述步骤3)得到的C相与将表面处理的CI77891混合,得到D相;
5)将所述步骤2)得到的B相、步骤3)得到的C相、步骤4)得到的D相、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物相加入到A相中进行第一均质,再与丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物&水&聚异丁烯&山梨坦油酸酯&辛基/癸基葡糖苷混合、第二均质,得到果冻气垫。
优选的,所述步骤1)和2)加热处理的温度为70-80℃。
优选的,所述步骤1)A相和步骤2)B相的温度均为40℃。
优选的,所述步骤5)第一均质的条件包括:转速为5000rpm,时间为7min。
有益效果:
1.将羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、PEG-240/HDI共聚物双-癸基十四醇聚醚-20醚、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物等进行合理搭配,得到Q弹外观具有一定形状记忆性,同时肤感水润清爽的气垫产品。
2.配方中合理添加己二酸二丁酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、辛酸丙基庚酯、辛酸/癸酸/琥珀酸甘油三酯、丁基辛醇水杨酸酯均为质地轻薄不黏腻的油脂,同时所用的润肤剂也均为EWG绿色等级,无硅油低刺激所得产品在具有一定滋润性的同时又不会有黏腻感。
3.配方使用的粉体为经过表面处理的,同时内相含有大量的润肤剂,使得产品在保持水润清爽的同时能够有效的提升水包油气垫防水性差的问题。

本发明提供了一种果冻气垫,包括以下重量份数的组分:

在本发明中,所述己二酸二丁酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、是一种轻质油脂,肤感适中和扩散速度适中的润肤剂,可以为肌肤提供轻薄丝滑的涂抹感和使用感。
在本发明中,所述辛酸丙基庚酯是一种清爽肤感,扩散较快的润肤剂。
在本发明中,所述辛酸/癸酸/琥珀酸甘油三酯可以为肌肤提供轻薄爽滑的涂抹感和使用感。
在本发明中,所述丁基辛醇水杨酸酯是超细二氧化钛,氧化锌和着色剂的分散剂、润湿剂,同时给与肌肤一定的滋润效果。
在本发明中,所述CI77492/CI77491/CI77499为三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理过的颜料和CI77891为具有一定的防水性,将特殊处理的粉体能够在油相中更加均匀的分散,从而降低料体形成色素带的可能;同时会使产品质地轻盈并可轻薄的涂抹于皮肤表面,提高产品的细腻度。
在本发明中,所述异壬酸异壬酯是一种高度支化的低分子量干性丝状酯,具有轻盈清爽丝般感觉的低粘度油酯,具有很好的色粉分散性,同时具有一系列独特的性质,包括低凝固点,低粘度,良好的渗透力,优异的溶解性和其它成分如酯,挥发性硅油,矿物油以及植物油的兼容性好。
在本发明中,所述1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、乙基己基甘油为具有抑菌作用的防腐剂,不仅具有抑菌作用还有一定的保湿效果。
在本发明中,所述1,3-丙二醇是一种保湿剂以及溶剂,具有不粘腻易吸收,铺展性好,肤感柔和,用后有滋润感的醇类。
在本发明中,所述泛醇是护肤领域的金牌标准保湿剂,能够通过诱导持久的皮肤保湿增加角质的水合,同时能够通过减少经表皮的水分流失(TEWL)加固皮肤屏障,其次是具有一定的舒缓炎症的效果,一定程度上改善敏感肌肤的症状。
在本发明中,所述山梨坦倍半油酸酯为非离子表面活性剂可以作为助乳化剂和分散剂。
在本发明中,所述山嵛醇为直链状高级醇,作为乳化稳定剂使用。
在本发明中,所述硬脂酰谷氨酸钠是一种高效的阴离子乳化剂,具有优异的乳化性能使用量很低,能够使配方师通过改善油脂、蜡以及聚合物的使用量来调整产品的肤感,同时能够促进形成层状液晶相,保湿能力强;大多数的粉体如二氧化钛、氧化铁都是带负电荷的,使用阴离子表面活性剂较容易制得稳定的乳液。
在本发明中,所述丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物具有强的稳定性、增稠性以及乳化性能,可以用于不含乳化剂的乳化体系,降低产品的刺激性,同时会使得产品具有一定轻薄的使用感;将疏水改性的共聚物加进O/W体系中,水的结构会将聚合物疏水部分驱入O/W界面,亲水部分仍然留在水相。疏水端基像一个“锚”牢固地吸附在界面上。因疏水改性的聚电解质可成为乳状液的静电位阻稳定剂,极大提高产品的稳定性。
在本发明中,所述丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物&水&聚异丁烯&山梨坦油酸酯&辛基/癸基葡糖苷手感清爽,流动性佳,可以在皮肤表面留下清爽但不油腻的感觉;同时可以室温操作,无需中和,无需预先分散或溶胀,降低工艺流程。
在本发明中,所述羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚为非离子两亲高分子,电解质对其结构的影响较小,可以表现出较好的耐盐作用,对酸碱盐以及油相其他的填料等都有较好的容纳性,尤其适用于含盐量较高的产品,可容纳较高比例的油相,即使不添加小分子的表面活性剂作为乳化剂也能有很好的稳定性。
在本发明中,所述聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6是一种耐电解质的聚合物,具有强的耐电解质以及稳定悬浮作用,同时肤感滋润具有天鹅绒感的丝滑,在低剂量的情况下,可以稳定任何类型的油相。
在本发明中,所述PEG-240/HDI共聚物双-癸基十四醇聚醚-20醚&丁二醇&水&月桂酸钾&生育酚是一种耐盐性强,具有形状记忆以及果冻Q弹感的增稠剂,可以赋予产品滋润的肤感,提高产品的贴服度。
本发明提供了一种上述技术方案所述的果冻气垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将所述水、1,3-丙二醇、烟酰胺、腺苷、泛醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、乙基己基甘油&生育酚等加热处理,然后依次加入羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、PEG-240/HDI共聚物双-癸基十四醇聚醚-20醚&丁二醇&水&月桂酸钾&生育酚、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠等、溶解,得到A相;
2)将所述己二酸二丁酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、辛酸丙基庚酯&生育酚、辛酸/癸酸/琥珀酸甘油三酯、丁基辛醇水杨酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、山嵛醇等加热处理、溶解,得到B相;
3)将所述CI77492&三乙氧基辛基硅烷、CI77491&三乙氧基辛基硅烷、CI 77499&三乙氧基辛基硅烷与异壬酸异壬酯进行研磨,得到C相;
4)将所述步骤3)得到的C相与将表面处理的CI77891混合,得到D相;
5)将所述步骤2)得到的B相、步骤3)得到的C相、步骤4)得到的D相、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物相加入到A相中进行第一均质,再与丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物&水&聚异丁烯&山梨坦油酸酯&辛基/癸基葡糖苷混合、第二均质,得到果冻气垫。
在本发明中,所述加热处理的温度优选为70-80℃。在本发明中,所述A相和B相的温度优选均为40℃。在本发明中,所述第一均质的条件优选包括:转速为5000rpm,时间为7min。在本发明中,所述第二均质的条件优选包括:转速为5000rpm,时间为3min。
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
果冻气垫的制备,以下为质量百分含量:
1、将55.45%水、5%1,3-丙二醇、2%烟酰胺、0.04%腺苷、1%泛醇、1.2%1,2-己二醇、0.8%1,2-戊二醇、0.1%乙基己基甘油等加热至70-80℃,然后依次加入0.15%羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚、0.15%聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、0.3%PEG-240/HDI共聚物双-癸基十四醇聚醚-20醚&丁二醇&水&月桂酸钾&生育酚(维生素E)、0.1%硬脂酰谷氨酸钠分散均匀,溶解分散均匀后降至40℃,得到A相备用;
2、将7%己二酸二丁酯、4.5%辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、5.5%辛酸丙基庚酯&生育酚(维生素E)、4%辛酸/癸酸/琥珀酸甘油三酯、3%丁基辛醇水杨酸酯、0.5%山梨坦倍半油酸酯、0.3山嵛醇加热至70-80℃,溶解搅拌均匀后降至40℃,得到B相备用;
3、将经三乙氧基辛基硅烷处理的色粉0.27%CI77492&三乙氧基辛基硅烷、0.11%CI77491&三乙氧基辛基硅烷、0.03%77499&三乙氧基辛基硅烷与0.3%异壬酸异壬酯进行研磨处理得到C相;
4、将C相与7.5%表面处理的CI77891(为复配成分CI77891&椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯&聚羟基硬脂酸&氢氧化铝&三乙氧基辛基硅烷)进行搅拌均匀得到D相;
5、将B相、C相、D相及0.2%丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物相加入到A相进行均质5000RPM,时间7min。最后加入后增稠剂0.5%丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物&水&聚异丁烯&山梨坦油酸酯&辛基/癸基葡糖苷进行均质5000rpm,3min乳化完成,进行脱泡,质检,灌装得到果冻气垫。
肤感评价:
将实施例1制备的果冻气垫进行人群测试:测试人群30人,测试方式为每个人对产品进行皮肤测试后进行评分包括以下方面:贴服性、滋润性、清爽度、黏腻感、卡粉,满分为5分,最后取平均值做对比:如图1所示。
结论:如图1所示,本发明的果冻气垫肤感水润清爽的气垫产品,在具有一定滋润性的同时又不会有黏腻感。

水40-70份、己二酸二丁酯3-10份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2-8份、辛酸丙基庚酯&生育酚2-8份、1,3-丙二醇3-10份、辛酸/癸酸/琥珀酸甘油三酯3-8份、丁基辛醇水杨酸酯1-8份、烟酰胺1-3份、CI77891&椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯&聚羟基硬脂酸&氢氧化铝&三乙氧基辛基硅烷4-12份、色素着色剂0.5~1份、泛醇0.5-2份、1,2-己二醇0.5-2份、1,2-戊二醇0.5-2份、山梨坦倍半油酸酯0.1-1份、山嵛醇0.1-1份、异壬酸异壬酯0.1-1份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.1-0.5份、丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物&水&聚异丁烯&山梨坦油酸酯&辛基/癸基葡糖苷0.1-1.0份、羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚0.05-0.3份、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-60.05-0.5份、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠0.02-0.4份、乙基己基甘油&生育酚0.03-0.1份、PEG-240/HDI共聚物双-癸基十四醇聚醚-20醚&丁二醇&水&月桂酸钾&生育酚0.1-1.0份和腺苷0.01-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果冻气垫,其特征在于,所述色素着色剂包括CI 77492&三乙氧基辛基硅烷、CI77491&三乙氧基辛基硅烷和CI77499&三乙氧基辛基硅烷中的一种或几种。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的果冻气垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将所述水、1,3-丙二醇、烟酰胺、腺苷、泛醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、乙基己基甘油&生育酚加热处理,然后依次加入羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、PEG-240/HDI共聚物双-癸基十四醇聚醚-20醚&丁二醇&水&月桂酸钾&生育酚、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠溶解,得到A相;
2)将所述己二酸二丁酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、辛酸丙基庚酯&生育酚、辛酸/癸酸/琥珀酸甘油三酯、丁基辛醇水杨酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、山嵛醇加热处理、溶解,得到B相;
3)将所述CI77492&三乙氧基辛基硅烷、CI77491&三乙氧基辛基硅烷、CI 77499&三乙氧基辛基硅烷与异壬酸异壬酯进行研磨,得到C相;
4)将所述步骤3)得到的C相与将表面处理的CI77891混合,得到D相;
5)将所述步骤2)得到的B相、步骤3)得到的C相、步骤4)得到的D相、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物相加入到A相中进行第一均质,再与丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物&水&聚异丁烯&山梨坦油酸酯&辛基/癸基葡糖苷混合、第二均质,得到果冻气垫。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)和2)加热处理的温度均为70-80℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)A相和步骤2)B相的温度均为40℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5)第一均质的条件包括:转速为5000rpm,时间为7min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其征在于,所述步骤5)第二均质的条件包括:转速为5000rpm,时间为3min。
