The Chinese medicinal ginseng is root of Panax ginseng of Araliaceae, and has effects of invigorating primordial qi, invigorating spleen, nourishing lung, promoting salivation, quenching thirst, tranquilizing mind, improving intelligence, etc. The ginseng contains a plurality of active ingredients, wherein ginsenoside is one of the most main ingredients of the ginseng for playing the role. The ginsenoside has high content of Rb1, rb2, rc, rd, re and Rg1, but has low biological activity and low absorptivity in human body. The rare ginsenoside with higher biological activity has low content and is not easy to extract, and an additional preparation method is generally required. The current methods for preparing rare ginsenoside are 3: the main components in the ginsenoside are converted into rare saponins by microbial fermentation; the microorganisms such as escherichia coli, yeast and the like are modified by utilizing metabolic engineering and synthetic biology to directly produce rare ginsenoside; the main saponins are converted into rare saponins by glycosidases.
