本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为一种高附着力硝基白底漆及其制备方法和应用。该硝基白底漆按重量份计,包括:热塑性丙烯酸树脂25‑35份,分散剂0.5‑1份,钛白粉20‑45份,二甲基酰胺2‑5份,硝化棉2‑5份,增塑剂1‑3份,氯醋树脂1‑5份,醋酸正丁酯15‑23份。本发明通过添加少量二甲基酰胺,破坏PU漆膜表面让NC漆渗透入PU漆内部与氢键作用提高附着力,同时通过热塑性丙烯酸树脂、氯醋树脂等成分的优化,辅助增进附着力,最终使其在不打磨的PVC材料以及长时间放置不打磨的PU底漆上附着力均达到1级,表面光滑平整。

高附着力硝基白底漆及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高附着力硝基白底漆及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
百叶窗底材一般是PVC与桐木,PVC用于做百叶窗框架,桐木做窗叶。桐木上一般先涂泥再喷PU底漆,与PVC组合在一起后再喷NC白底,待干10-20分钟喷NC哑光白面,要求在PVC与PU底上附着力都达到一级。NC(硝基)白底漆既要在不打磨的PVC上有附着力又要在老化的PU底上有附着力,常规NC漆满足不了要求。此外,很多工厂在喷完PU白底之后可能会放置很长时间,部分产品甚至已经老化黄变,漆膜表面提供附着力的基团均已被氧化,此时再喷NC漆完全无附着力。如果将PU漆打磨后附着力均能达到1级,而工厂为了节省人工成本不愿意打磨,因此,有必要对硝基白底漆进行改进,以提高其在不打磨的PVC材料以及长时间放置不打磨的PU底漆上的附着力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高附着力硝基白底漆及其制备方法和应用,通过添加少量二甲基酰胺,破坏PU漆膜表面让NC漆渗透入PU漆内部与氢键作用提高附着力,同时通过热塑性丙烯酸树脂、氯醋树脂等成分的优化,辅助增进附着力,最终使其在不打磨的PVC材料以及长时间放置不打磨的PU底漆上附着力均达到1级,表面光滑平整。
为实现上述目的,第一方面,本发明提供一种高附着力硝基(NC)白底漆,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
热塑性丙烯酸树脂25-35份;热塑性丙烯酸树脂与硝化棉的相容性好,硬度高,柔韧性好,附着力强;分散剂0.5-1份;钛白粉20-45份;二甲基酰胺2-5份;二甲基酰胺是一种溶解力极强的溶剂,对聚氨酯有溶解破坏作用;硝化棉2-5份;增塑剂1-3份;氯醋树脂1-5份;氯醋树脂具有良好的润湿作用,并且具有极好的氢键作用力;醋酸正丁酯15-23份。
NC白底漆既要在不打磨的PVC上有附着力又要在老化的PU底上有附着力,而常规NC漆满足不了要求。PVC中文名为聚氯乙烯,软质的PVC材料增塑剂添加较多,普通的NC漆与其有良好的附着力;硬质PVC材料增塑剂较少或者会加入其它物质以增强PVC材料的机械性能,因此普通NC漆与硬质PVC间附着力较差,本发明选用与硬质PVC间有较好附着力的热塑性丙烯酸树脂,提高附着力。
PU白底漆干膜初期表面有残余未反应的羟基、羧基以及反应生成的氨酯键,这些基团均能提供氢键,与NC白底间漆间通过氢键力产生良好的附着力。PU底漆放置时间长,因紫外线、热量、水、氧气等作用使氨酯键断裂,最终生成醌类失去了氢键;羟基、羧基也基本反应完全或被氧化失去了氢键,此时再喷NC漆则附着力不足以达到1级。而PU底漆内部由于未与空气或紫外线等接触,仍然有部分氢键,因此要让NC漆渗透入PU底漆中与内部氢键接触产生附着力。本发明通过添加少量二甲基酰胺,破坏PU漆膜表面让NC漆渗透入PU漆内部与氢键作用;此外,氯醋树脂渗透性好,与氢键有非常好的结合力,可作为辅助原料增进附着力。
进一步的,按重量份计,包括如下组分:热塑性丙烯酸树脂26-32份;分散剂0.5-1份;钛白粉30-40份;二甲基酰胺3-4份;硝化棉3-5份;增塑剂1-3份;氯醋树脂2-4份;醋酸正丁酯16-20份。
进一步的,所述热塑性丙烯酸树脂选自中国台湾长兴化学有限公司生产的型号为7119-TB-50的热塑性丙烯酸树脂。
进一步的,所述二甲基酰胺为二甲基甲酰胺或二甲基乙酰胺,优选为二甲基甲酰胺。DMF添加量少则PU漆膜破坏过少,NC漆仍然无法进入内部,或不足以接触足够的氢键;破坏过多则会引起咬底,因此对DMF的添加量需做好平衡。
进一步的,所述硝化棉选为30秒硝化棉。
进一步的,所述分散剂为BYK110,用于提高钛白粉分散性。
第二方面,本发明提供一种高附着力硝基白底漆的制备方法,包括:将热塑性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂和钛白粉混合分散均匀,然后加入二甲基酰胺、硝化棉、增塑剂、氯醋树脂和醋酸正丁酯,搅拌均匀,得到所述高附着力硝基白底漆。
进一步的,将热塑性丙烯酸树脂、分散剂和钛白粉混合分散至细度≤25微米,然后加入二甲基酰胺、硝化棉、增塑剂、氯醋树脂和醋酸正丁酯,搅拌均匀,得到所述高附着力硝基白底漆。
第三方面,本发明提供一种高附着力硝基白底漆的应用,所述高附着力硝基白底漆用于PVC或PU漆表面喷涂。
进一步的,所述高附着力硝基白底漆用于不打磨的PVC或已老化的PU漆表面喷涂。本发明提供的高附着力硝基白底漆在不打磨的PVC材料以及长时间放置不打磨的PU底漆上附着力均达到1级,表面光滑平整。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明提供的高附着力硝基白底漆,选用与硝化棉有较好相容性的热塑性丙烯酸树脂,以保证其在PVC上有附着力而且在PU漆上有良好附着力。
2、本发明通过添加适量二甲基酰胺,破坏PU漆膜表面让NC漆渗透入PU漆内部与氢键作用提高附着力。
3、氯醋树脂渗透性好,与氢键有非常好的结合力,可作为辅助原料增进附着力。
4、本发明提供的高附着力硝基白底漆,在不打磨的PVC材料以及长时间放置不打磨的PU底漆上附着力均达到1级,表面光滑平整。

以下实施例和对比例所用的热塑性丙烯酸树脂为长兴化学的ETERAC 7119-TB-50,分散剂为BYK110,钛白粉为百利联NTR895,二甲基酰胺为聊城甲胺化工产品,硝化棉为台硝30秒棉,增塑剂为中山联成UN488,氯醋树脂为瓦特P15C。

热塑性丙烯酸树脂25-35份;
分散剂0.5-1份;
钛白粉20-45份;
二甲基酰胺2-5份;
硝化棉2-5份;
增塑剂1-3份;
氯醋树脂1-5份;
醋酸正丁酯15-23份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力硝基白底漆,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
热塑性丙烯酸树脂26-32份;
分散剂0.5-1份;
钛白粉30-40份;
二甲基酰胺3-4份;
硝化棉3-5份;
增塑剂1-3份;
氯醋树脂2-4份;
醋酸正丁酯16-20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高附着力硝基白底漆,其特征在于,所述热塑性丙烯酸树脂选自型号为7119-TB-50的热塑性丙烯酸树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力硝基白底漆,其特征在于,所述二甲基酰胺为二甲基甲酰胺或二甲基乙酰胺,优选为二甲基甲酰胺。
