Abstract
本发明公开了一种改善睡眠产品的配方及其制备方法,原料按照质量份数配方包括:竹醋18~22份、竹碳14~16份、花生茎叶9~15份、电气石粉19~21份、红百合花9~15份、紫苏茎叶9~11份、艾叶14~16份、白芷9~11份;本发明利用八种中草药有效成分的不同功效,产生协同作用,形成具有宁心安神的复方产品,经实验证明,产品具有改善睡眠的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健产品,特别是一种改善睡眠产品的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国睡眠研究报告指出,在中国,成年人失眠发生率高达38.2%。失眠可引起患者焦虑、抑郁或恐惧心理,并导致精神活动效率下降,妨碍社会功能。失眠会使生物钟基因表达异常,进而引起机体神经体液调节功能紊乱,能够导致高血压、心脏病、脑中风、糖尿病、阿尔茨海默氏病及心衰等各种疾病,严重的将威胁生命。使用保健品是失眠类亚健康人群主要的康复方式之一,加上人们的预防保健意识的上升,使得改善睡眠功能保健产品成为更多人的选择。
在中医内科中,将不寐分为6个类型:肝郁化火症状、心火炽盛症状、阴虚火旺症状、痰热上扰症状、心胆气虚症状、心脾两虚症状。应用补阴祛火,益气养血、补脾养心,疏肝理气,补肾益精,清心安神,消积和胃,使脏腑平衡,气血平衡致使阴阳协调,各脏器功能均得以正常,心神安定。
足部反射区理论:从生物全息论的角度,足部区域相当于反映全身信息的一个全息胚。由于足部血管神经分布密集,足三阴经、足三阳经在脚部相互贯通,通过经络系统与全身连通,所以说,脚部是人体信息相对集中的地方。各种生理病理的信息均可在足部显现出来。临床运用时,针对不同的病情,选择一定的反射区进行组合,通过贴足贴药膏和使用足浴粉泡脚对足部反射区的刺激,而且颗粒极小的中医药粉经足部皮肤和皮下组织吸收可通过三阴经、三阳经传入相应脏腑,可以调整相应脏腑经络气血的功能,从而达到治疗疾病的目的。
血液循环理论:足贴贴于足底,相关反射区就会受到刺激,从而促进血液循环,给皮下组织的转运蛋白提供更大的动力,药物在运转蛋白的作用下经过透皮吸收,伴随着血液循环进入体内,对相应的脏腑具有调理作用。而有害物质也会在转运蛋白的作用下透皮排出;肌体内一直存在的有害自由基则会和足贴内的离子相结合,以扩散的形式排出体外。这两种形式结合后,人体内的毒素就能有效的排出体外,身体健康得到更大的保障。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种改善睡眠产品的配方及其制备方法,本发明通过利用8种中草药有效成分的不同功效,产生协同作用,形成具有滋阳补阴、宁心安神、改善睡眠作用的产品。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种改善睡眠产品的配方,原料按照质量份数配方包括:竹醋18~22份、竹碳14~16份、花生茎叶9~15份、电气石粉19~21份、红百合花9~15份、紫苏茎叶9~11份、艾叶14~16份、白芷9~11份。
前述的一种改善睡眠产品的配方,按照原料质量份数配方为竹醋20份、竹碳15份、花生茎叶10份、电气石粉20份、红百合花10份、紫苏茎叶10份、艾叶15份、白芷10份。
前述的一种改善睡眠产品的配方,按照原料质量份数配方为竹醋20份、竹碳15份、花生茎叶13份、电气石粉20份、红百合花13份、紫苏茎叶10份、艾叶15份、白芷10份。
竹醋制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备精制竹醋液,在竹醋原液中加入占竹醋原液质量百分比为1%~2%的活性炭或竹炭,加温搅拌3~4小时后静置,所得物料经过滤得到精制竹醋液;
(2)制备竹醋粉,按40~80g/100mL的量在精制竹醋液中添加麦芽糊精,混匀,所得料液按照下述工艺参数做喷雾干燥处理获得竹醋粉:进料温度为60~90℃;进口风温为130~180℃;进风量为0 .7~0 .9立方米 /分钟;干燥处理时间为0 .3~30s;出口风温为70~110℃。
竹碳制作方法,其特征在于:
(1)首先选用多年生毛竹,然后放入土窑烧制成竹碳,再用高温箱式电炉碳化,碳化温度为1200-1600℃,碳化时间为24-48小时;
(2)将碳化物用扁平式气流粉碎机粉碎至粒径 ≤ 1 .5um。
花生茎叶的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将新鲜花生茎叶干燥至水分含量为10%~15%,然后将干燥的花生茎叶粉碎至微粉级别;
(2)将粉碎后的花生茎叶按料液质量比为10~20:1的比例,加入温度为75~85℃的水中,提取4~5小时,将本步骤循环2次;
(3)采用负压低温干燥机对步骤(2)提取液进行干燥24-48小时,干燥箱温度控制在40~50℃,真空度为-0 .1~-0 .5Mpa。
电气石粉制作方法,其特征在于:
(1)将电气石进行超细粉碎,将原矿电气石进行鄂式破碎至40μm;
(2)用周期式搅拌球磨机湿法粉碎,料浆干燥后采用扁平式气流粉碎机进行收尾工艺处理,腔内气源压力为0 .7~0 .9MPa,进口压力设定为0 .4-0 .6MPa;处理后的物料粒径不大于5μm为合格。
红百合花的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)取干燥的红百合花瓣原料,用7 .5倍质量的80%的乙醇,60℃冷凝回流提取两次,每次3小时,过滤;
(2)将滤液进行减压浓缩,温度60℃,压力0.09MPa,时间为1小时,浓缩成稠浸膏;
(3)经真空冷冻干燥成干浸膏,样品温度-24℃,冷肼温度-96℃,压强1Pa ,时间24小时;
(4)干浸膏经粉碎过60目筛成浸膏粉即为所得到红百合花提取物。
紫苏茎叶的制备方法,其特征在于:
称取干燥的紫苏茎叶,置于容器中,按质量比40:1加入水,水浴中浸提两次,用纱布粗滤,合并浸提液,用盐酸调PH值至2.0-2.5,进行抽滤;
将清液用乙酸乙酯萃取3次,合并萃取液,旋转蒸发除去乙酸乙酯,浓缩液经真空干燥制得紫苏茎叶提取物。
艾叶的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)摘采新鲜的艾叶,清洗干净并除去杂质及梗;
(2)烘干;
(3)打成粉末。
白芷的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将白芷用揉磨机揉磨出绒,并将揉磨后的碎料收集并加黄酒蒸煮10~15分钟,然后将黄酒中蒸煮后的碎料捞出后过滤,留水去渣得到白芷水;
(2)向白芷水中加入茶多酚,搅拌后静置3~5分钟;
(3)将茶多酚的白芷水放置在萃取瓶中,并在萃取内部悬空放入纱布包裹的白芷绒,萃取60~80分钟,冷凝收集。
将上述8种成份按比例混合物料经分装、灭菌,即可得到本产品。
本发明的有益之处在于:
(1)提取物各组分相互配合,具有协同作用,能够改善睡眠,延长睡眠时间,缩短入睡潜伏期时间,延长深度睡眠时间;
(2)本发明的配方做出的产品可以通过常规工艺提取得到,成本低,适用于各种外敷类产品,如足贴等。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明中的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例;基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动条件下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种改善睡眠的产品的制备方法,包括如下内容。
竹醋制作方法,其特征在于:
(1)制备精制竹醋液,在竹醋原液中加入占竹醋原液质量百分比为1%~2%的活性炭或竹炭,加温搅拌3~4小时后静置,所得物料经过滤得到精制竹醋液;
(2)制备竹醋粉,按40~80g/100mL的量在精制竹醋液中添加麦芽糊精,混匀,所得料液按照下述工艺参数做喷雾干燥处理获得竹醋粉:进料温度为60~90℃;进口风温为130~180℃;进风量为0 .7~0 .9立方米/分钟;干燥处理时间为0 .3~30s;出口风温为70~110℃。

(4)干浸膏经粉碎过60目筛成浸膏粉即为所得到红百合花提取物。
紫苏茎叶的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)称取紫苏茎叶,置于容器中,按质量比40:1加入水,水浴中浸提两次,用纱布粗滤,合并浸提液,用盐酸调PH值至2.0-2.5,进行抽滤;
(2)将清液用乙酸乙酯萃取3次,合并萃取液,旋转蒸发除去乙酸乙酯,浓缩液经真空干燥制得紫苏提取物。
艾叶的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)摘采新鲜的艾叶,清洗干净并除去杂质及梗;
(2)烘干;
(3)打成粉末。
白芷的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将白芷用揉磨机揉磨出绒,并将揉磨后的碎料收集并加黄酒蒸煮10~15分钟;
(2)将黄酒中蒸煮后的碎料捞出后过滤,留水去渣,制备得到白芷A水,向白芷A水中加入茶多酚,搅拌后静置3~5分钟;
(3)将茶多酚的白芷A水放置在萃取瓶中,并在萃取内部悬空放入纱布包裹的白芷绒,萃取60~80分钟,冷凝收集。
将上述8种成份按比例混合物料再分装、灭菌,即可得到本产品。
药理。
花生茎叶中含有已醇、3-戊烯醇、芳樟醇等,味甘,性平,属于肝经,具有镇静安神、补益心脾、活血化瘀、清热解毒等功效;对于神经衰弱引起的失眠多梦、头胀痛、头昏、心悸健忘、头胀痛等症状有不错的辅助治疗作用。
红百合花具有润肺止咳、清心安神、补中益气、清热利尿、清热解毒、凉血止血、健脾和胃等作用。可治肺痨久嗽、咳唾痰血、百合病、心悸怔忡、失眠多梦、烦燥不安、心痛、喉痹、胃阴不足之胃痛、二便不利、浮肿、痈肿疮毒、脚气、产后出血、腹胀、身痛等。
紫苏茎叶内拥有特有的活性物质和营养成分,可作药用、食用、油用,作香料用等,有镇痛、镇静、解毒作用,治感冒,因鱼蟹中毒之腹痛呕吐者有卓效。
艾全草可入药,有温经、去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏等作用。
配方中的竹醋、竹碳、电气石粉、白芷是为增加效果的辅助成份。
以下通过实验验证本产品的改善睡眠的效果。
本发明的改善睡眠产品,曾用足贴方式做过睡眠对照试验。
试验人员的确定原则
(1)年龄在 20-65 岁之间;
(2)没有明显疾病(含慢性病);
(3)自我感觉睡眠不好,并且最近一个月内曾经在凉茶店有购买凉茶欲改善睡眠的行为。
实验人员分配:按照上述原则,确定试验人员60人,然后,随机分成对照组20人、安慰组20人和足贴实验组20 人。
实验足贴:给足贴实验组人员使用的足贴为使用本发明配方制作而成的足贴产品。
安慰剂足贴:给安慰组人员使用的足贴为使用不含相关药理成分物质制作而成的安慰剂足贴,安慰剂足贴在外观上与正常功能足贴无明显区别。
试验方法:
(1)对照组 :在试验期间,生活起居和饮食全部按照正常时一样,其不同之处在于从不贴足贴但从上床睡觉至起床期间需带上小米手环进行睡眠数据采集;
(2)安慰组 :在试验期间,生活起居和饮食全部按照正常时一样,其不同之处的第一方面是在于告诉实验对象足贴是特别针对改善睡眠研制的产品,且每天晚上睡觉前将足底洗干净然后将安慰足贴贴于每只脚的脚底涌泉穴处,于第二天起床时慢慢撕下并擦拭干净;其不同之处的第二方面是从上床睡觉至起床期间带上小米手环进行睡眠数据采集;
(3)足贴试验组 :在试验期间,生活起居和饮食全部按照正常时一样,其不同之处的第一方面是在于每天晚上睡觉前将足底洗干净然后将足贴贴于每只脚的脚底涌泉穴处,于第二天起床时慢慢撕下并擦拭干净;其不同之处的第二方面是从上床睡觉至起床期间带上小米手环进行睡眠数据采集。
数据统计方法,对于睡眠总时长、入睡所花时间、深度睡眠时间和深度睡眠占比的统计方法如下:
(1)第一步将该组成员的每天的数据进行累加然后除以人数得出当天每人的平均睡眠总时长、平均入睡所花时间、平均深度睡眠时间和平均深度睡眠占比;
(2)第二步将连续7天所得到第一步的数据进行累加然后除以7,得出该7天每人每天的平均睡眠总时长、平均入睡所花时间、平均深度睡眠时间和平均深度睡眠占比;
(3)第三步将连续6周所得到的第二步的数据进行累加然后除以6,得出该6周每人每天的平均睡眠总时长、平均入睡所花时间、平均深度睡眠时间和平均深度睡眠占比。
经过42天的试验(2022 年 11 月 28 日 -2023 年 1 月 8 日),统计数据,形成以下表格:
由上述统计数据显示:
(1)对照组的各项数据在测试期间没有明显变化;
(2)安慰组的数据与对照组相比略有改善;
(3)足贴试验组中后五周各项数据与足贴实验第一周相比有明显改善,同时足贴实验组整体上与对照组或安慰组相比也有明显的改善。
足贴实验组数据的进一步分析:足贴试验组的后三周与前三周相比较形成如下表格:

由上表可知,足贴试验组的后三周与前三周相比较:
(1)平均睡眠总时长增加了0.7小时、增长比例为4%;
(2)平均入睡所花时间减少了12分钟、减少比例为43%;
(3)平均深度睡眠时间增加了0.67小时、增长比例为43%;
(4)平均深度睡眠占比从24%增至34%提高了10%。
综上所述可知,本发明的产品,对改善睡眠有显著作用,尤其是对减少入睡所花时间、增长深度睡眠时间及增大深度睡眠比例效果明显。
Claims (9)
1.一种改善睡眠的产品,其特征在于,原料按照质量份数配方为:竹醋18~22份、竹碳14~16份、花生茎叶9~15份、电气石粉19~21份、红百合花9~15份、紫苏茎叶9~11份、艾叶14~16份、白芷9~11份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中包括按质量比为:竹醋20份、竹碳15份、花生茎叶10份、电气石粉20份、红百合花10份、紫苏茎叶10份、艾叶15份、白芷10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中包括按质量比为:竹醋20份、竹碳15份、花生茎叶13份、电气石粉20份、红百合花13份、紫苏茎叶10份、艾叶15份、白芷10份。
4.基于权利要求1的一种竹醋制作方法,其特征在于,先在竹醋原液中加入占竹醋原液重量百分比为1%~2%的活性炭或竹炭并加温搅拌3~4小时后静置再过滤,然后按40~80g/100mL的量添加麦芽糊精后做喷雾干燥处理获得竹醋粉。
5.根据权利要求1的一种花生茎叶的制备方法,其特征在于,将新鲜花生茎叶干燥至水分含量为10%~15%,然后将干燥的花生茎叶粉碎至微粉级别;将粉碎后的花生茎叶按料液质量比为10~20:1的比例,加入温度为75~85℃的水中,提取4~5小时,将本步骤循环2次;采用负压低温干燥机对上步骤提取液进行干燥24-48小时,干燥箱温度控制在40~50℃,真空度为-0 .1~-0 .5Mpa。
6.根据权利要求1的一种红百合花的制备方法,其特征在于,取干燥的红百合花瓣原料,用7 .5倍质量的80%的乙醇,用60℃冷凝回流提取两次,每次3小时,过滤;合并滤液进行减压浓缩,在温度60℃、压力0 .09MPa下浓缩1小时成稠浸膏;再经真空冷冻干燥成干浸膏,样品温度-24℃,冷肼温度-96℃,压强1Pa ,时间24小时;干浸膏经粉碎过60目筛成浸膏粉备用,得到红百合花提取物。
7.根据权利要求1的一种紫苏茎叶的制备方法,其特征在于,称取干燥的紫苏茎叶,置于容器中,按质量比40:1加入水,水浴中浸提两次,用纱布粗滤,合并浸提液,用盐酸调PH值至2.0-2.5,进行抽滤;将清液用乙酸乙酯萃取3次,合并萃取液,旋转蒸发除去乙酸乙酯,浓缩液经真空干燥制得紫苏提取物。
8.根据权利要求1的一种艾叶的制备方法,其特征在于,摘采新鲜的艾叶,清洗干净并除去杂质及梗,然后烘干,再打成粉末。
9.根据权利要求1的一种白芷的制备方法,其特征在于,将白芷用揉磨机揉磨出绒,并将揉磨后的碎料收集并加黄酒蒸煮10~15分钟,将黄酒中蒸煮后的碎料捞出后过滤,留水去渣得到白芷水;向白芷水中加入茶多酚,搅拌后静置3~5分钟;将茶多酚的白芷水放置在萃取瓶中,并在萃取内部悬空放入纱布包裹的白芷绒,萃取60~80分钟,冷凝收集。
