本发明公开了一种自行车环保涂装工艺,其包括:将自行车架体送入清洗池浸泡3‑5min酸洗脱脂,然后送入清水池浸泡2‑3min;取出清洗过后的自行车架体,烘干后悬挂送入喷涂室,使用静电喷枪喷涂搪瓷干粉;将喷涂好搪瓷干粉的自行车架体取出送入烘箱,3min内加温至70‑100℃,保持6‑8min;取出自行车架体,采用湿法喷涂水性乳胶色漆;将喷涂好水性乳胶色漆的自行车架体取出送入烘箱,5min内加温至80‑120℃,保持10‑20min;取出自行车架体,清水喷淋3min,置于室外24h。本发明通过先对自行车架体酸洗脱脂,然后喷涂搪瓷干粉,形成基底涂层,高温烘干后再喷涂水性乳胶色漆,形成外乳胶层,增强防腐蚀性能,最后烘干清水喷淋静置,避免电镀喷漆污染环境,影响操作人员身体健康的麻烦。

一种自行车环保涂装工艺
技术领域
本发明属于自行车技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种自行车环保涂装工艺。
背景技术
当前自行车车架多采用电镀喷漆工艺,所使用的烤漆大多按照传统方式采用油性烤漆进行喷涂,但因喷涂工艺的限制,在施工过程中往往需使用油漆量20-40%的含苯类溶剂对油漆进行稀释,而这部分溶剂会在干燥的过程中全部变成气体挥发出来,散发到空气中造成环境污染,同时影响施工人员身体健康,易导致工作人员产生职业病,且工作环境中因含有大量的挥发性气体存在安全隐患;此外废漆渣也会污染环境。
因此,目前急需对自行车涂装工艺方面进行改进,避免电镀喷漆带来的危害污染。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种自行车环保涂装工艺,用于避免以往自行车电镀喷漆污染环境,影响操作人员身体健康的麻烦。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种自行车环保涂装工艺,其包括:
步骤a.将自行车架体送入清洗池浸泡3-5min酸洗脱脂,然后送入清水池浸泡2-3min,其中清洗池中清洗剂浓度为5%-7%,清洗剂按重量份数包括乙醇20-40份、石蜡2-10份、硬脂酸2-15份、碳酸钙1-10份;
步骤b.取出清洗过后的自行车架体,烘干后悬挂送入喷涂室,使用静电喷枪喷涂搪瓷干粉;
步骤c.将喷涂好搪瓷干粉的自行车架体取出送入烘箱,3min内加温至70-100℃,保持6-8min;
步骤d.取出自行车架体,采用湿法喷涂水性乳胶色漆,其中水性乳胶色漆按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯树脂乳液25-35份、丙烯酸树脂乳液20-30份、氨基树脂8-18份、无机色素12-20份,钛白粉15-25份、硼砂10-20份,氟硅酸钠2-5份、黏土2-8份、水50-70份;
步骤e.将喷涂好水性乳胶色漆的自行车架体取出送入烘箱,5min内加温至80-120℃,保持10-20min;
步骤f.取出自行车架体,清水喷淋3min,置于室外24h。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述步骤a中清洗剂按重量份数包括乙醇30份、石蜡6份、硬脂酸8份、碳酸钙5份。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述搪瓷干粉包括20份的石英粉,15份的长石粉,6份的硝酸钾,5份的氟硅酸钠,12份的硼砂,4份的钛白粉,7份的碳酸钠。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述步骤b中在静电喷枪的电极前端加有60-100KV的高压静电发生器。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述步骤b中喷涂室内空气最大水份为12g/Nm3,湿度为40%-50%。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述步骤b搪瓷干粉颗粒范围为60-200μm。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述步骤d中水性乳胶色漆按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯树脂乳液30份、丙烯酸树脂乳液15份、氨基树脂14份、无机色素16份,钛白粉20份、硼砂15份,氟硅酸钠4份、黏土5份、水60份。
与现有技术相比,本发明可以获得包括以下技术效果:
通过先对自行车架体酸洗脱脂,然后喷涂搪瓷干粉,形成基底涂层,高温烘干后再喷涂水性乳胶色漆,形成外乳胶层,增强防腐蚀性能,最后烘干清水喷淋静置,避免电镀喷漆污染环境,影响操作人员身体健康的麻烦。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。
具体实施方式
以下将配合实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
本发明公开了一种自行车环保涂装工艺,其包括:
步骤a.将自行车架体送入清洗池浸泡3-5min酸洗脱脂,然后送入清水池浸泡2-3min,其中清洗池中清洗剂浓度为5%-7%,清洗剂按重量份数包括乙醇20-40份、石蜡2-10份、硬脂酸2-15份、碳酸钙1-10份;
步骤b.取出清洗过后的自行车架体,烘干后悬挂送入喷涂室,使用静电喷枪喷涂搪瓷干粉;
步骤c.将喷涂好搪瓷干粉的自行车架体取出送入烘箱,3min内加温至70-100℃,保持6-8min;
步骤d.取出自行车架体,采用湿法喷涂水性乳胶色漆,其中水性乳胶色漆按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯树脂乳液25-35份、丙烯酸树脂乳液20-30份、氨基树脂8-18份、无机色素12-20份,钛白粉15-25份、硼砂10-20份,氟硅酸钠2-5份、黏土2-8份、水50-70份;
步骤e.将喷涂好水性乳胶色漆的自行车架体取出送入烘箱,5min内加温至80-120℃,保持10-20min;
步骤f.取出自行车架体,清水喷淋3min,置于室外24h。
在本发明一实施方式中,自行车架体经过机加工成型后,首先送入清洗池中进行酸洗脱脂,浸泡3-5min,去除表面残留,然后再送入清水池进行清洗过滤,去除残留的清洗剂。待烘干之后进行悬挂,送入喷涂室,利用静电喷枪首先喷涂一层搪瓷干粉,形成底部密着的搪瓷层,无需另外进行喷漆处理,避免污染,更为环保。然后将喷涂好搪瓷干粉的自行车架体输送入烘箱内,3min快速升温至70-100℃,凝结陶瓷干粉,增强附着性。
然后,将自行车架体送入喷涂室,进行湿法喷涂,配置好水性乳胶色漆,可根据需求添加不同颜色的色素调和,形成自行车架体表面的乳胶色漆,避免使用以往电镀喷漆,更为环保。然后在将其送入烘箱内进行加温烘干,保持10-20min,固化表面漆层,最后取出清水喷淋,然后室外常温静置24h,去除异味,送入车库,方便实用,环保性高。
在本发明一实施方式中,步骤a中清洗剂按重量份数包括乙醇30份、石蜡6份、硬脂酸8份、碳酸钙5份。其中,采用酸洗脱脂能够有效对于自行车架体表面进行预处理,去除表面杂质,同时方便后续喷涂搪瓷干粉之后保持其附着力。
优选一实施方式中,搪瓷干粉包括20份的石英粉,15份的长石粉,6份的硝酸钾,5份的氟硅酸钠,12份的硼砂,4份的钛白粉,7份的碳酸钠。进一步地,搪瓷干粉颗粒范围为60-200μm,通过混合制得搪瓷干粉,喷涂形成表面搪瓷底层。
另外,步骤b中在静电喷枪的电极前端加有60-100KV的高压静电发生器,用于产生高压静电,此时,搪瓷粉末涂料由供粉系统借压缩空气气体进入喷枪,在喷枪前端加有高压静电发生器产生的高压,由于电晕放电,在其附近产生密集的电荷,粉末由枪嘴喷出时,形成带电涂料粒子,它受静电力的作用,被吸到与其极性相反的自行车架体上去,随着喷上的粉末增多,电荷积聚也越多,当达到150-200μm厚度时,由于产生静电排斥作用,便不继续吸附,过喷的粉末被回抽到过滤系统,经过滤筛和供粉桶,重新循环到喷枪,如此提高喷涂效率,增强粉末密着性。
进一步地,步骤b中喷涂室内空气最大水份为12g/Nm3,湿度为40%-50%,保证喷涂完全正常进行。
优选一实施方式中,步骤d中水性乳胶色漆按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯树脂乳液30份、丙烯酸树脂乳液15份、氨基树脂14份、无机色素16份,钛白粉20份、硼砂15份,氟硅酸钠4份、黏土5份、水60份。形成水性乳胶色漆,喷涂更为环保耐用,防腐蚀抗锈。
综上所述,本发明通过先对自行车架体酸洗脱脂,然后喷涂搪瓷干粉,形成基底涂层,高温烘干后再喷涂水性乳胶色漆,形成外乳胶层,增强防腐蚀性能,最后烘干清水喷淋静置,避免电镀喷漆污染环境,影响操作人员身体健康的麻烦。

步骤a.将自行车架体送入清洗池浸泡3-5min酸洗脱脂,然后送入清水池浸泡2-3min,其中清洗池中清洗剂浓度为5%-7%,清洗剂按重量份数包括乙醇20-40份、石蜡2-10份、硬脂酸2-15份、碳酸钙1-10份;
步骤b.取出清洗过后的自行车架体,烘干后悬挂送入喷涂室,使用静电喷枪喷涂搪瓷干粉;
步骤c.将喷涂好搪瓷干粉的自行车架体取出送入烘箱,3min内加温至70-100℃,保持6-8min;
步骤d.取出自行车架体,采用湿法喷涂水性乳胶色漆,其中水性乳胶色漆按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯树脂乳液25-35份、丙烯酸树脂乳液20-30份、氨基树脂8-18份、无机色素12-20份、钛白粉15-25份、硼砂10-20份,氟硅酸钠2-5份、黏土2-8份、水50-70份;
步骤e.将喷涂好水性乳胶色漆的自行车架体取出送入烘箱,5min内加温至80-120℃,保持10-20min;
步骤f.取出自行车架体,清水喷淋3min,置于室外24h。
