Claims (1)
- 独立权利要求如下:本发明是一种新型复合粘性土固化材料(New type of Compositestabilizer for Cohesive soil)简称NCS。NCS的组份为石灰、硅酸盐水泥熟料,再添加一种“SCA”材料(一种含硫、铝、钙的高性能无机吸水增强材料)进行改性而成的固化材料。其中生石灰所起作用是吸水和使土粒砂质化,固化后期与土粒发生火山灰反应提供后期强度,硅酸盐水泥熟料的作用是提供强度和增强土团粒之间的联结,“SCA”起强烈吸取土中水分使土粒凝聚,促进土粒砂化,并生成针状矿物(钙矾石),提供早期强度和具有“微型加筋”作用,针对过湿土、路面基层及地基的特点,以三者不同的最佳配比(其中SCA有不同组成配比),可以有效地降低粘性土含水量,改善压实性,增强稳定土强度、水稳性及抗冻融能力,减少固化土的收缩,达到就地利用不同粘性土(含有机质土)直接加固路基修建路面基层的目的。NCS固化材料的配比范围为石灰:硅酸盐水泥熟料:“SCA=(35~60)∶(15~50)∶(10~40)。根据不同粘性土特性配制NCS固化材料系列产品:NCS-1适用于塑性指数为12~20的粘性土;NCS-2适用于塑性指数为15~25的粘性土、含有机质土、黑龙江黑土;NCS-3适用于塑性指数为10~17的粘性土、盐渍土、黄土;NCS-4适用于塑性指数为18-35的粘土、高含水量粘土、有机土、膨胀土。NCS系列产品组份配比(%)如下:
