Description

Dendrobium granule and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of processing of nutritional granule foods, and particularly relates to a dendrobium granule and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Dendrobium officinale (Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo) is a rare Chinese herbal medicine in China, is a plant of Dendrobium in Orchidaceae, is named because the epidermis is iron green, and has the effects of promoting fluid production, nourishing yin, improving eyesight, nourishing stomach, tonifying kidney, strengthening body and the like. The main medicinal components in dendrobium plants are polysaccharide, alkaloid, glycoside, phenanthrene, bibenzyl, amino acid and the like reported in literature. The polysaccharide has high content in Dendrobium officinale, and has good effects of regulating blood sugar, resisting tumor, resisting oxidation, enhancing immunity, etc. The dendrobium candidum has high polysaccharide content and high viscosity, and is poor in solubility when being prepared into medicinal granules. Therefore, in order to improve the solubility of the granule and reduce the cost, the traditional dendrobium candidum granule on the market is mainly compound granule, and the dendrobium candidum content is low, for example, the publication number of Chinese patent application is CN108741055A, and the application date is 31 days of 2018 and 05 months, and the name is: a composite granule for coordinating intestines and stomach is disclosed, which comprises the following raw materials: dendrobium officinale, cinnamon, chinese yam, hawthorn, lotus seeds, dangshen, spina date seeds, green tea powder, nutgrass galingale rhizome, chrysanthemum, borneol, pseudo-ginseng, coix seeds and auxiliary materials.
In addition to the mode of compounding various edible and medicinal homologous plants, in the prior art, an additive mode is adopted in order to solve the problem that dendrobe is not easy to dissolve. For example, chinese patent application publication No. CN108478608A, application date 2018, month 05, 21, and name: a nanometer dendrobine health granule. The disclosed raw materials comprise: nano dendrobine compound particles, auxiliary materials, a disintegrating agent and a lubricant. The nanometer dendrobine compound granule is prepared by adopting the following process: adding dendrobine, arecoline, anoectoine and chitosan into an aqueous solution of acetic acid, uniformly mixing, and carrying out heat preservation and standing to obtain a prefabricated material A; dissolving sodium tripolyphosphate and polysorbate in water, adding into the prefabricated material, and stirring to obtain a prefabricated material B; and (3) carrying out vacuum freeze-drying on the prefabricated material B to obtain the nano dendrobine compound particles. The nanometer dendrobine health-care granule has high re-dissolution speed, but is added with various additives such as disintegrating agent, lubricant and the like. Herba Dendrobii granule is served as a health food granule for the elderly, and the elderly is especially three-high key people, and excessive additives can cause cardiovascular health problem.
In order to reduce excessive compound raw materials and reduce the use of additives or not, the prior art has been explored in technology, such as chinese patent application publication No. CN113142582a, application date 2021, month 03 and 10, and named: an instant dendrobium candidum powder and a preparation method thereof, wherein the disclosed method comprises the following steps: firstly peeling cleaned fresh dendrobium candidum strips, adding a color fixative and water, pulping by adopting an anaerobic wet superfine grinding mode, transferring the slurry to an anaerobic condition for low-temperature ultrasonic auxiliary extraction, centrifuging at low temperature to obtain a supernatant A and a precipitate A, adding the precipitate A into a 90-100% ethanol aqueous solution for low-temperature ultrasonic auxiliary extraction again, centrifuging at low temperature to obtain a supernatant B and a precipitate B, merging the supernatant A and the supernatant B, concentrating the supernatant, freeze-drying, and preparing the dendrobium candidum instant powder by adopting the superfine grinding mode. However, the method has the advantages that the nutrient elements of the dendrobium are destroyed by repeated soaking in the organic solvent in the preparation process, and the dendrobium can be remained in the subsequent processing process, so that the dendrobium is not beneficial to the health of the body due to repeated drinking.
Disclosure of Invention
1. Problems to be solved
Aiming at the technical problems that the dendrobium medicinal granules are low in active ingredient content and unfavorable for long-term eating due to poor solubility of the dendrobium medicinal granules, excessive auxiliary materials are added, excessive additives are added, or the dendrobium medicinal granules are extracted by an organic solvent for many times in a process in the prior art, the dendrobium medicinal granules have high active ingredient content, can be drunk for a long time, are good in solubility, and have no obvious precipitate when the brewing property is improved.
2. Technical proposal

the preparation method of the dendrobium medicinal granules comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-170 parts of donkey-hide gelatin powder, 10-90 parts of dendrobium extract, 5-65 parts of ice sugar powder and 8-45 parts of yellow wine with the alcohol content of 10-20%;
the dendrobium medicinal granules are prepared by wet granulation.
Besides seasoning, the rock candy can play a good role in assisting dissolution, and the adding amount of the dendrobium extract can be increased by adding the rock candy.
Further, the method comprises the following steps:
comprises the steps of preparing dendrobium extract to obtain dendrobium extract;
comprises the steps of superfine grinding donkey-hide gelatin and rock candy, and sieving to obtain donkey-hide gelatin powder and rock candy powder;
comprises the step of adding yellow wine with the alcohol content of 10-20% into the dendrobium extract, donkey-hide gelatin powder and rock candy powder, and carrying out wet granulation to obtain the dendrobium medicinal granules.
Preferably, the method further comprises the steps of drying and sieving after wet granulation: drying at 40 ℃; sieving with 40 mesh sieve.
The donkey-hide gelatin is compounded and is added with yellow wine for granulation, so that the problem of poor solubility of the dendrobium medicinal granules is well solved.
Further, the preparation of the dendrobium extract comprises the following steps: pulping fresh dendrobium, adding water, filtering, and steaming until the feed-liquid ratio is 1:4.5-5.5.
In the range of the feed-liquid ratio, the viscosity of the dendrobium polysaccharide is in the subsequent treatment, and the prepared medicinal granules have optimal solubility.
Preferably, 200 mesh gauze is used for filtration.
Further, after the water adding step, the initial feed-liquid ratio is 1:25-35.
Preferably, the initial feed-to-liquid ratio is 1:30.
The ratio of the initial feed liquid is too high, the longer the processing time is, the higher the energy consumption is, the longer the extraction time is, the dendrobium polysaccharide and the like are easy to produce side reaction, the solubility is reduced, the nutrition components are lost, and harmful substances are produced. The initial feed-liquid ratio is too low to extract the active ingredients such as dendrobium polysaccharide.
Further, the leaching temperature is 75-85 ℃ and the time is 2.5-3.5 h.
Preferably, the leaching temperature is 80 ℃ and the time is 3 hours.
The extraction temperature is too low, the longer the processing time is, the higher the energy consumption is, the longer the extraction time is, and the effective components such as dendrobium polysaccharide cannot be extracted. The leaching temperature is too high, which is easy to cause side reaction of dendrobium polysaccharide and the like, and reduces the solubility, and simultaneously, the nutrient components are lost to generate harmful substances.
Further, the mesh number of the donkey-hide gelatin powder and the ice sugar powder is 100 mesh.
The donkey-hide gelatin powder and the ice sugar powder have excessively high mesh number, are too fine, increase viscosity and have poor solubility. The donkey-hide gelatin powder and the ice sugar powder have low mesh number, large particles and increased granule precipitation when the donkey-hide gelatin powder and the ice sugar powder cannot be well granulated.
Further, the dendrobium is dendrobium candidum.
Further, the technological parameters of the wet granulation are as follows:
mixing materials: stirring knife 200r/min, cutting knife 300r/min, and time 3min;
adding a material liquid: stirring knife 160r/min, cutting knife 300r/min, and time 3min;
granulating: stirring knife 400r/min, cutting knife 2400r/min, time 2min.
