背景技术
犊牛断奶前死亡主要集中于消化系统和呼吸系统疾病,消化系统疾病占62.1%、呼吸系统疾病占21.3%、其他疾病仅占16.6%,这些疾病大多在犊牛21日龄以内出现。
犊牛腹泻是犊牛发生的以消化不良、腹泻为主要症状的消化道疾病综合征;多发于断奶前犊牛,以1月龄内犊牛最为常见,临床症状为排稀粪、水样粪或血粪等,常伴随采食减少、精神沉郁、脱水和体型消瘦等全身性症状;犊牛腹泻会造成后备母牛生长缓慢、生产性能下降和免疫力低下等,增加饲养和治疗成本,严重制约牧场良种选育和牛群扩繁,给奶牛和肉牛养殖业带来巨大的经济损失。
犊牛腹泻发病率很高,尤其在出生后的前三周,尽管大多数养殖场都会采取一定的预防措施,但犊牛腹泻依然是断奶前犊牛死亡的主要原因之一;世界范围内犊牛腹泻的发病率为20~100%,部分养殖场可达90~100%;犊牛腹泻是断奶前犊牛死亡的主要原因,据美国乳业国家动物健康监测系统报告称,美国39%的犊牛死亡是犊牛腹泻引起的,韩国为53.4%;可引起犊牛腹泻的原因较多,包括感染性因素、营养性因素和环境因素等,其中感染性因素是引起犊牛腹泻的主要原因;根据病原种类可将感染性腹泻分为三类:病毒性腹泻、细菌性腹泻和寄生虫性腹泻。
中国专利文献CN104799110A公开了一种缓解犊牛腹泻率的饲料添加剂,车前草、葛根、黄连、干姜、木香、山药、当归、白芍、川穹、防风、藿香和半夏组成,具有清热解毒,燥湿止泻,升阳理气之功效,能够显著缓解犊牛腹泻的症状,按重量百分比为1%的比例添加到犊牛精料中,搅拌均匀后即可直接饲喂。但实际应用过程中发现该饲料添加剂对犊牛腹泻的治疗效果欠佳。
犊牛健康及高效生长依赖于良好的初乳管理,初乳是影响犊牛健康及成活率的最重要因素,初乳不仅含有抗体,还是犊牛出生后首次充足的营养来源。犊牛刚出生时大肠感染很容易通过母乳垂直传递给犊牛,初生犊牛抵抗力较差,大肠杆菌会形成较多有毒性的有害物质,对犊牛胃肠道产生刺激,从而导致犊牛出现不良反应,致使犊牛消化和利用乳汁、饲料的能力明显降低,最终导致犊牛腹泻;因此急需提供一种能够降低母牛乳汁中致病菌含量,减少母乳对犊牛的垂直感染,并能够提高犊牛免疫力、有效预防犊牛腹泻的母子协同饲料添加物。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种母子协同预防犊牛腹泻的饲料添加物及其应用,能够降低母牛乳汁中致病菌含量,并增加初乳产量和质量,帮助提高犊牛免疫力,从而有效预防犊牛腹泻。

4)本发明提供了一种母子协同预防犊牛腹泻的饲料添加物及其应用,预混物由膨润土、酵母细胞壁、博维康、果寡糖制成,通过合理复配,可延长食糜在消化道内的滞留时间、降低胃肠道消化道pH,促进肠道内有益菌增殖,改变肠道微生态环境,促进犊牛肠道发育、修复胃黏膜,提高犊牛的消化吸收能力、机体免疫力、抗应激能力,不仅能显著提高犊牛对日粮的消化利用,还能降低犊牛腹泻的发生。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚,以下结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。当然,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如无特殊说明外,本发明中的化学试剂和材料均通过市场途径购买或通过市场途径购买的原料合成。
膨润土购自石家庄林诚矿产品贸易有限公司,目数200目;
酵母细胞壁、博维康由长春博瑞科技股份有限公司提供;
胡麻油购自内蒙古益善园生物科技有限责任公司;
果寡糖购自山东富禾生物科技有限公司,含量>95%,CAS:57-48-7;
各味中药均购自国药大药房。
实施例1
一种饲料添加物在预防犊牛腹泻中的应用,母牛饲料添加物在母牛围产期期间添加到母牛基础饲粮中,添加量为0.8%,一日一次;犊牛饲料添加物在犊牛0~30日龄期间添加到犊牛基础饲粮中,添加量为2.5%,一日一次。
母牛饲料添加物的制备方法如下:按重量份称取党参300g、黄芪300g、当归250g、川芍药250g、王不留行250g、小檗200g、黄柏200g、连翘150g、半枝莲150g、蒲公英150g、杜仲150g、甘草100g,在70℃下烘干,粉碎、过40目筛,得到中药粉,然后加入糖蜜500g,混合均匀,得到母牛饲料添加物。
所述犊牛饲料添加物的制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份称取蒲公英200g、白头翁100g、金银花250g、白术250g、陈皮250g、木香250g、山奈200g、乌梅200g、五倍子200g、泽泻150g、生姜150g、甘草100g,在70℃下烘干,粉碎、过40目筛,混合均匀,得到中药组合物;
(2)将膨润土、酵母细胞壁、博维康、果寡糖按重量比1:1:2:1混合均匀,得到预混物,备用;
(3)将1000g中药组合物加入到10000mL 65wt%乙醇中煎煮三次,每次60min,过滤并浓缩,得到相对密度1.13的浸膏;将浸膏与1000g预混物混合均匀,然后加入600g果胶、300g蔗糖、300g乳清粉、100g胡麻油,制成软材,投入挤条机中挤条,将条状半成品投入滚圆机中制成微丸,干燥至水分为1%,得到犊牛饲料添加物。
实施例2
一种饲料添加物在预防犊牛腹泻中的应用,母牛饲料添加物在母牛围产期期间添加到母牛基础饲粮中,添加量为0.2%,一日一次;犊牛饲料添加物在犊牛0~30日龄期间添加到犊牛基础饲粮中,添加量为1.5%,一日一次。
母牛饲料添加物的制备方法如下:按重量份称取党参200g、黄芪200g、当归150g、川芍药150g、王不留行150g、小檗100g、黄柏100g、连翘80g、半枝莲80g、蒲公英80g、杜仲80g、甘草50g,在50℃下烘干,粉碎、过20目筛,得到中药粉,然后加入糖蜜200g,混合均匀,得到母牛饲料添加物。
所述犊牛饲料添加物的制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份称取蒲公英100g、白头翁50g、金银花150g、白术150g、陈皮150g、木香150g、山奈100g、乌梅100g、五倍子100g、泽泻80g、生姜80g、甘草50g,在50℃下烘干,粉碎、过20目筛,混合均匀,得到中药组合物;
(2)将膨润土、酵母细胞壁、博维康、果寡糖按重量比1:1:2:1混合均匀,得到预混物,备用;
(3)将1000g中药组合物加入到8000mL 65wt%乙醇中煎煮三次,每次40min,过滤并浓缩,得到相对密度1.13的浸膏;将浸膏与800g预混物混合均匀,然后加入400g果胶、150g蔗糖、150g乳清粉、50g胡麻油,制成软材,投入挤条机中挤条,将条状半成品投入滚圆机中制成微丸,干燥至水分为0.5%,得到犊牛饲料添加物。
实施例3
一种饲料添加物在预防犊牛腹泻中的应用,母牛饲料添加物在母牛围产期期间添加到母牛基础饲粮中,添加量为0.5%,一日一次;犊牛饲料添加物在犊牛0~30日龄期间添加到犊牛基础饲粮中,添加量为2%,一日一次。
母牛饲料添加物的制备方法如下:按重量份称取党参250g、黄芪250g、当归200g、川芍药200g、王不留行200g、小檗150g、黄柏150g、连翘100g、半枝莲100g、蒲公英100g、杜仲100g、甘草80g,在60℃下烘干,粉碎、过40目筛,得到中药粉,然后加入糖蜜400g,混合均匀,得到母牛饲料添加物。
所述犊牛饲料添加物的制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份称取蒲公英150g、白头翁70g、金银花200g、白术200g、陈皮200g、木香200g、山奈150g、乌梅150g、五倍子150g、泽泻100g、生姜100g、甘草80g,在60℃下烘干,粉碎、过40目筛,混合均匀,得到中药组合物;
(2)将膨润土、酵母细胞壁、博维康、果寡糖按重量比1:1:2:1混合均匀,得到预混物,备用;
(3)将1000g中药组合物加入到9000mL 65wt%乙醇中煎煮三次,每次50min,过滤并浓缩,得到相对密度1.13的浸膏;将浸膏与900g预混物混合均匀,然后加入500g果胶、200g蔗糖、200g乳清粉、80g胡麻油,制成软材,投入挤条机中挤条,将条状半成品投入滚圆机中制成微丸,干燥至水分为0.8%,得到犊牛饲料添加物。
对比例1
一种饲料添加物在预防犊牛腹泻中的应用,犊牛饲料添加物在犊牛1~60日龄期间添加到犊牛基础饲粮中,添加量为2.5%,一日一次。
犊牛饲料添加物的制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份称取蒲公英200g、白头翁100g、金银花250g、白术250g、陈皮250g、木香250g、山奈200g、乌梅200g、五倍子200g、泽泻150g、生姜150g、甘草100g,在70℃下烘干,粉碎、过40目筛,混合均匀,得到中药组合物;
(2)将膨润土、酵母细胞壁、博维康、果寡糖按重量比1:1:2:1混合均匀,得到预混物,备用;

母牛饲料添加物的制备方法如下:按重量份称取党参300g、黄芪300g、当归250g、川芍药250g、王不留行250g、小檗200g、黄柏200g、连翘150g、半枝莲150g、蒲公英150g、杜仲150g、甘草100g,在70℃下烘干,粉碎、过40目筛,得到中药粉,然后加入糖蜜500g,混合均匀,得到母牛饲料添加物。
选择50头健康状况相近、胎次为2的围产期母牛,从母牛分娩前30天开始实验,实验持续至犊牛30日龄当天,实验期间,母牛分娩前30天每天向母牛基础饲粮中添加母牛饲料添加物,犊牛生产后向0~30日龄期间向犊牛基础饲粮中添加犊牛饲料添加物。
记录实验期间不同组中试验犊牛腹泻发病次数以及死亡头数,具体数据见表1。

母牛产后0~3h内收集初乳,并测定初乳的各指标参数,初乳IgG采用IgG ELISA试剂盒检测,大肠埃希氏菌数的测定参照GB 4789.38-2012《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验大肠埃希氏菌计数》,具体数据见表2。

试验结束前3天,每组随机选取5头犊牛,收集犊牛粪便,每日收集10%;利用内源指示剂法测定营养物质表观消化率,以酸不溶灰分(AIA)为指示剂,计算干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)的表观消化率。

1.一种母子协同预防犊牛腹泻的饲料添加物,其特征在于,包括母牛饲料添加物和犊牛饲料添加物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饲料添加物,其特征在于,所述母牛饲料添加物的制备方法如下:按重量份称取党参20~30份、黄芪20~30份、当归15~25份、川芍药15~25份、王不留行15~25份、小檗10~20份、黄柏10~20份、连翘8~15份、半枝莲8~15份、蒲公英8~15份、杜仲8~15份、甘草5~10份,在50~70℃下烘干,粉碎、过20~40目筛,得到中药粉,然后加入糖蜜20~50份,混合均匀,得到母牛饲料添加物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饲料添加物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,所述犊牛饲料添加物由以下组分制成:中药组合物100份、预混物80~100份、果胶40~60份、蔗糖15~30份、乳清粉15~30份、胡麻油5~10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的饲料添加物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物的制备方法如下:按重量份称取蒲公英10~20份、白头翁5~10份、金银花15~25份、白术15~25份、陈皮15~25份、木香15~25份、山奈10~20份、乌梅10~20份、五倍子10~20份、泽泻8~15份、生姜8~15份、甘草5~10份,在50~70℃下烘干,粉碎、过20~40目筛,混合均匀,得到中药组合物。
5.根据权利要求3所述的饲料添加物,其特征在于,所述预混物由膨润土、酵母细胞壁、博维康、果寡糖按重量比1:1:2~3:1~2混合均匀制成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的饲料添加物,其特征在于,所述犊牛饲料添加物的制备方法如下:
将中药组合物加入到65wt%乙醇中煎煮三次,每次40~60min,过滤并浓缩,得到浸膏;将浸膏与预混物混合均匀,然后加入果胶、蔗糖、乳清粉、胡麻油,制成软材,投入挤条机中挤条,将条状半成品投入滚圆机中制成微丸,干燥,得到犊牛饲料添加物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的饲料添加物,其特征在于,中药组合物与65wt%乙醇的重量体积比为1:8~10;将微丸干燥至水分为0.5~1%。
8.一种利用权利要求1~7任一项所述饲料添加物在预防犊牛腹泻中的应用,其特征在于,在母牛围产期期间将母牛饲料添加物添加到母牛基础饲粮中,一日一次;在犊牛0~30日龄期间将犊牛饲料添加物添加到犊牛基础饲粮中,一日一次。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述母牛饲料添加物在母牛基础饲粮中的添加量为0.2~0.8%。
10.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述犊牛饲料添加物在犊牛基础饲粮中的添加量为1.5~2.5%。
