Claims (12)

1.一种用于在操作期间易于散发热量的电气部件、尤其是用于电能储存模块的温度调节装置(10)、尤其是冷却装置,此装置具有上板和连结至所述上板的下板,使得所述板一起形成多个循环通道,所述多个循环通道用于传热流体、尤其是制冷剂流体、尤其是选自以下制冷剂流体的流体:R134a、R1234yf和R744,在所述装置中,所述通道中的至少一些通道通向至少一个分流腔室中,借助于所述至少一个分流腔室,所述流体能够实现分流(20),在所述装置中,所述分流腔室和所述通道(13)中的至少一者具有机械增强元件(27),所述机械增强元件形成于此分流腔室的壁上或所述通道之一的壁上,此增强元件(27)被设计成提高所述腔室和/或所述通道对高压作用下的潜在变形的机械阻力。
2.如前一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述增强元件(27)在所述分流腔室(20)的整个高度和所述通道的整个高度之上延伸。
3.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述分流腔室(20)和所述通道各自具有在所述流体的流动方向(13)上测量到的长度,并且所述增强元件仅在所述分流腔室的长度的部分和所述通道的长度的部分之上延伸,所述长度的部分分别尤其是小于此长度的一半、或小于此长度的四分之一或十分之一。
4.如前述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,多个增强元件(27)沿着所述分流腔室和/或所述通道中的一个通道设置,此多个增强元件例如彼此均匀地间隔开。
5.如前述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,当在垂直于所述板的方向上观察时,所述增强元件(27)具有圆形轮廓,此圆形轮廓具有朝向所述分流腔室的外部或所述相关联的通道的外部定向的凹面(29)。
6.如前一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述凹面(29)的曲率半径尤其是值小于5mm、尤其是小于2mm。
7.如前述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,两个相邻通道(13)在连接区段(19)中连接至所述分流腔室,使得通道之间的间隙存在于所述分流腔室中、在所述两个连接区段之间,并且所述增强元件位于通道之间的此间隙中、尤其是位于通道之间的此间隙的中间处。
8.如前述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述(多个)增强元件(27)是通过冲压形成的。
9.如前述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述分流腔室(20)的流体通路截面(25)在每个增强元件(27)的任一侧增加。
10.如前述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,两个相邻流体通道连接至所述分流腔室,并且形成于所述分流腔室的侧向壁上、面向这两个流体通道的所述增强元件(27)被设置成能够将内切假想圆(26)邻近所述两个相邻通道和面向所述两个相邻通道的所述增强元件定位,此内切圆(26)的直径尤其是小于15mm。
11.如前述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述分流腔室被设计成使得能够使流体流动逆转、或者使得能够在流体入口或出口处收集流体。
12.一种系统,所述系统具有:在操作期间易于散发热量的电气部件、尤其是电能储存模块;以及如前述权利要求之一所述的冷却装置,所述冷却装置被设计成使所述部件冷却下来,此部件或电池与所述冷却装置的上板热接触。
